Feline lymphoma is the most common haemostatic neoplasm in cats and has higher prevalence in cats than in human and other domestic animals. Feline lymphoma review addresses some aspects of the epidemiology, clinical features, imminopenotyping, biologic behavior, genetics of viruses that cause a variety of hematopoietic disorders in cats, cytogenetic chromosome abnormalities and chemotherapy. Feline leukemia virus (FeLV) and feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) status of cats are associated among lymphoma, leukemia and other diseases. The viruses described may be different pattern of geographical distribution, and the diseases manifestations may vary according to environmental and / or genetic characteristics and clinical feature of the cat. The pathogenic mechanisms used by these viruses are of most interest since they may recapitulate growth dysregulation steps also occurring in other hematopoietc malignancies. Feline lymphoma have become the focus of veterinarian and researcher and representing, since in most cases no specific antiviral treatment and chemotherapy for feline lymphoma, also need a further challenge for future basic research on characteristics and pathogenesis of feline lymphoma since little is known until recently.

This paper proposed a neural computer architecture for the learning of character pattern recognition categories. The architecture of self-organizations and self-stabilizations is recognition codes in response to arbitrary orderings of many and complex binary input patterns. Top-down attentional and matching mechanisms are critical in self-stabilizing of the code learning process. The architecture embodies a parallel search scheme which update itself adaptively as the learning process unfolds. After learning self-stabilizes, the search process in automatically disengaged. Thereafter input patterns have directly access to their recognition codes without any search. Thus recognition time does not grow as a funtion of code complexity. A novel input pattern can directly access a category if it shares invariant properties with the set of familiar exemplars of that category in the form of learned critical feature patterns, or prototype. Attentional vigilance determines how fine the learned categories will be. If vigilance increases due to an environmental disconfirmation, then the system automatically searches for and learns finer recognition categories. The simulation of this system shows satisfied result in the recognition of the hand written character of hangul.
Immunological Responses of Dogs Experimentally Infectedwith Dirofilaria immitis

Th ree dogs were experimen tally in fected w ithDirofila ria im mitis. All dogs w ere eu th an ised at 30,36and 37 weeks after inoculation of D. immitis for therecovery of adult worms. Three cases accounted to42.91 % recovery of inoculated worms.Serum samplesfrom dogs experimentally inoculated with D.immitiswere analyzed by ELISA and immunoblottingmethods. Antibody titers of dogs detected by ELISApeaked between 7 and 14 weeks then decreasedbetween weeks 15 to 24 followed by another increaseduring weeks 25 to 30 and persisted throughout theremainde of the experiment period. Analysis of adultD. immitis protein stained with Coomassie brilliantblue R-250 indicated separately more than 10 bands,and the major bands were 22,40,46,56,70,72 and 89kDa. Antigenic identification of extracts antigens ofadults D. immitis by immunoblotting analysisrevealed several bands from pooled sera of patentinfection (30 weeks after inoculation). The detectedbands were 24,70,80 and 110 kDa,22,72 and 84 kDa,and 58 and 72 kDa in dogs 1, 2 and 3, respectively.Results of antibody titers reached high levels on the4th molting stage after inoculation of infective larva(L3), and reinforced previous findings that highmolecular weight regions are detected in younganimals.
Comparative Genomics in Veterinaiy Medicine

The gene maps of several species, particularly human, primate and mouse have been almost completed in the growth of genetic maps. Recently, particularly cattle, pig and rat have been expanded by a large increase in assigned genes. Interest in livestock gene mapping has prompted an international collaboration to comparative gene maps, especially driven by the hope to resolve economically, experimental medicine model to find important quantitative traits. Most of the maps were developed with physical methods similar to those used for the human map. To develop these tools for comparative gene mapping, we have used a radiation hybrid (RH) map, Zoo-FISH, Sky-F1SH, DOP-PCR, a physical map, and a draft sequence of contigs of the linkage regions. Since the previous reports, there have been notable advances in the growth of several gene maps, particularly those of domestic species. An important component to comparative genetic analysis is the demonstration of homology between the mapped genes. International commitments and ongoing developments promise imminent advances in gene mapping of several agricultural species. Table 1 presents the status of haploid numbers and conserved linkage maps for 25 species of the mammal orders. It is very apparent that there are several regions of extensive homology within primates. This type analysis not only provides a context for assessing linkage conservation during mammalian evolution, but also reveals information gaps in the physical map of model species relative to the human map. The dog is an excellent model for molecular and cellular studies of genetic disorders. Although the syntenic relationships between specific i球ions of the canine and human genomes have already been established, there is little specific information on the conservation of gene order along a chromosome. We hopes to establishing homology between genetic loci in different species by investigator who report gene mapping homologies as well as inclusion of genetic disease traits in veterinary medicine.

To control arousal level using physiological index, electrodermal activity signal was detected and separated into skin impedance level and response. Arousal state decision and control algorithm was studied to implement and evaluate real time portable arousal control system. The implemented system can detect and control arousal state from initial drowsy state. This system oil be applicable to the evaluation of the effect of warning signal, driver's drowsy detecting system, and sleep study.

One of principal causes of car accidents is low arousal level of driver. Drivers arrive their destination under an appropriate arousal level. Basic research was done to develop a portable arousal monitor and to evaluate the arousal level of drivers. An arousal monitor which can simulantaneously measure the skin impedance change and EEG was designed and tested. The relationship among three parameters was studied and was used to determine the finder of skin impedance Level depending on arousal level.
코리올리스 질량유량계의 유량측정에 영향을 미치는 인자에 관한 실험적 연구

Coriolis mass flowmeter(CMF), which can measure the mass flow directly, is getting rapid attention for the industrial and custody transfer purpose. In order to study the characteristics and the applicability of CMF, it is tested with the national flow standard system. Two types of sensing tube, U-type and straight type, are employed in the test. Water, spindle oil and viscosity Standard Reference Material whose viscosities are 1, 20 and, 67 $\textrm{mm}^2$/s, respectively, are studied. It is shown that the linearity of CMF is getting deteriorated as the fluid viscosity increases, which is due to the zero drift and the relaxation time of the fluid. To test its applicability in the case of high pressured gas, it is calibrated using compressed air, It shows 1∼l.6 % deviations compared to the calibration results using water. It concludes that the fluid velocity in CMF should be lower than the sonic velocity. In addition, the effects of the vibration from the pipeline and pump on CMF as well as the long term stability are studied.
