      • 축우 부루셀라병의 ELISA 진단법에 관한 연구

        Enzyme-linked Immuno sorbent Assay (ELISA) for the serological diagnosis oi Bruceiia abortus was developed and compared with plate aggluhnation test Cell wall antigen was extracted from Brucella abortus 1119-3 by sonicabon and with a sodium deoxychlate solution Optimum protein concentra tion of coating antigen 0.4㎍/100㎕ protein on each microtiter plate well. Horse radish peroxidase(HRP) labled protein-G was used as a tracer of reacted antibodies ELISA confirmed the agreeable results of 40 rases out of 43 cases by plate aggulutination test ELISA diagnosed positive cases (10 out of 12) and negatiw cases (1 out of 12) with dubious sera by plate agglutination test From this results EL ISA could be used for the early diagnostic tools of Brucellosis in cattle.

        The seasonal variance for estimate of exercise intensity, energy expenditure, maximal oxygen uptake and anaerobic threshold of elite women judo players(Group Ⅰ:4,Group Ⅱ: 4) was measured during 3,5,7,9,10month. The results of this study is as follows. 1. Exercise intensity by %HRmax during seasonal training was shown range of 56.45-73.62, 65.56-82.15, 80.03-86.62, 62.06-68.83%HRmax, respectiveley, from 3 to 9month in the warm up, additional exercise, main exercise and cooling down. 2. Energy expenditure per min during seasonal training was shown range of 4.09-7.96, 5.41-8.66, 8.95-9.90 and 5.05-6.41Kcal/min, respectiveley, from 3 to 9month in the warn up, additional exercise, main exercise, main exercsie and cooling down. 3. Changes of maximal oxygen uptake(VO₂max)during seasonal training and detraining not significant difference between both group, and in the seasonal variance. However, maximal heart rate during detraining expressed significant difference(p<0.05) between both group. 4. Anaerobic threshold levels during seasonal training and detraining not significant difference between both group, and in the seasonal variance. However, AT-VE(1/min) and AT- work time(min) of group Ⅱ expressed significant difference(p<0.01) in the seasonal variance.

        We have used molecular biology technique to label the side chains and backbone of HBV preS1(1-56) with stable isotope (??) during E. coli over-expression and purified the protein to near homogeneity. The expression level of ?? labelled preS1(1-56) seems to be ∼15% of the total protein. to characterize the secondary structure of the labelled protein, circular dichroism was used. In different buffer conditions including pH 3.3 and pH 7.4 the protein seems to be devoid of any stable secondary structure probably suggesting that the N-terminal portion (preS1(1-56)) of HBV preS1 might be unstructured before binding to its target cells.

The proposed system assigns club activity department automatically on the web according to the students' application. And thus it reduces both time and cost spent in organizing, arranging and managing which characteristic provides teachers with a turning point in teaching- learning fields.

      • 소각 Plant에서 무촉매 환원 장치의 최적반응조건에 관한 연구

        A study was conducted for possibility of optimum application of SNCR to the municipal solid waste incinerator in Taejon city. The major test influencing factors are temperature, kinds of reducing agents, NSR(normalized stoichiometric ratio) and injection point of reducing agents. The result of this study was followed The maximum efficiency is 80% at the condition, urea injection, upper stage injection, NSR = 2, and at 950℃. but the operation condition is not stable, so we need another optimum operation condition. Optimum NSR for ammonia is 1.2 and for urea is 1.5. Optimum temperature for two reducing agents is 950℃. Upper stage is better then middle stage for injection point of reducing agents. The most optimum operation condition of SNCR for municipal solid waste incinerator was followed. Reducing efficiency can be reached to 65%, when we use ammonia as a reducing agent at upper stage injection, NSR is 1.2 and operating temperature is 950℃. But reducing efficiency can be upgraded to 75%, at the same condition, beside urea as a rediucing agent and NSR is 1.5. If we can control the operation condition of SNCR with urea as a reducing agent, we can control the emission concentration of nitrogen oxides belows 32ppm.

        경안면 괴사성 근막염 : 증례보고

        Necrotizing fasciitis is defined as infectious disease showing extensive necrosis of the superficial fascia with widespread involvement of the surrounding tissues and concurrent systemic toxicity. It is found commonly in the extremities, the trunk and the perineum, but shows extremely rare occurrence in the well vascularized area such as head and neck area. Occurred in the head and neck area, it is called "cervicofacial necrotizing fasciitis" (CFNF). It is a fatal disease which carries a mortality rate up to 60%. Early diagnosis, aggressive surgical debridement of necrotic tissues and massive antibiotics therapy are essential for achieving a favorable outcome. We present a case of cervicofacial necrotizing fasciitis in 35-year-old male patient with literature review.

        In course of middle school, the textbook has about 112 physical terms in number on the average. Among these, the following terms have frequently appeared : force, electric current, work, motion, speed, electric resistance, energy, voltage, electricity, electron etc. The number of physical terms used in high school is 356 in number. Among these, the following terms are often used in textbook : power, motion, speed, mass, temperature, work, heat, elecmc current, charge, wave, atomic nucleus, etc. When we examine frequency distribution of physical terms in each textbook of high school, we have find out following facts ; force and motion : 21.5%, heat and energy : 18.38, elecmc and magnetic : 26.9%, wave and particle : 33.3% Therefore, the unit using physical terms most ofen is wave and particle. As a result of this research, some units, such as force and motion, energy and heat, electric and magnetic, have close correlation of contents. One the other hand, unit of wave and particle doesn't.

        문자 기반 유해사이트 판별 기법

        본 논문에서 청소년들의 정신 건강을 해치는 유해 정보 사이트를 차단하기 위해 기존 방식이 아닌 내용 기반을 중심으로 하여 중요도가 가장 높은 한 개의 복합 키워드와 정보통신윤리 위원회에서 제시한 유해단어의 가중치를 이용하여 가중치 평균을 더해 유해도를 판단하여 유해 사이트와 일반 사이트를 구별하는 시스템을 구현하였다. 예비 실험을 통해 구해진 유해도의 값 3.5를 유해정보 사이트를 판단하는 기준으로 정한 다음 유해 정보 차단 시스템의 성능 실험을 위해 유해 정보 사이트와 일반 사이트를 각각 무작위로 100개씩 추출해 접속해 본 결과 유해 사이트를 유해 정보 사이트로 판명한 비율이 78%를 보였고 일반 사이트를 일반 사이트로 판명한 비율이 96%가 되어 본 시스템의 유효성을 확인 할 수가 있었다. Through this research, it was possible to set up classification system between 'Harmful information site' and 'General site' that badly effect to teenagers emotional health. To intercept those entire harmful information sites, it using contents basis isolating. Instead of using existing methods, it picks most frequent using composed key words and adds all those harmful words' harmfulness degree point by using 'ICEC(Information Communication Ethics Committee)' suggested harmful word classification. To testify harmful information blocking system, to classify the harmful information site, set standard harmfulness degree point as 3.5 by the result of a fore study, after that pick up a hundred of each 'Harmful information site' and 'General site' randomly to classify them through new classification system. By this classification could found this new classification system classified 78% of 'Harmful Site' to "Harmful information site' and 96% of 'General Site' to 'General site'. As a result, successfully confirm validity of this new classification system.

        Experimental study on condensation heat transfer characteristics of special heat transfer tubes

        In this study, condensation heat transfer characteristics were conducted with special heat transfer tubes of SH-C type. Experiments were carried out the saturated vapor temperature of 334K and the wall subcooling of 1.5-4.5K. The refrigerant was R-113 and the enhanced tubes used in the present study were SH-CDR, SH-CYR and SH-CHR. The experimental results showed that the condensation heat transfer coefficients of SH-C type tubes were about 23-66% higher than those of a low integral-fin tube. It was visualized that the condensed liquid on the outer surface of SH-C type tubes flowed continuously down unlike a low integral-fin tube and a plain tube, due to a 3-D extending fin on the outer surface of SH-C type tubes. As a result, the thermal resistance of the condensed liquid decreased and the heat transfer coefficient increased. Also, the enhancement ratio of SH-CDR tube was the highest, and it was about 9-11 times as compared to that of a plain tube.
