        The purpose of this paper is to research a model operating preschool curriculum in order to make the curriculum as a recognized goal reflect the reward of learnig correctly. And further paper is to look for the plan cultivating reachers of making them have a strong will to practice operating the curriculum by way of having them understand the meaning of the curriculum and the course of operating the curriculum. The paper is concerned with the general model operating the curriculum: 1. the curriculum as a recognized goal. 2. the subdivision of the curriculum as a recognized goal. 3. the construction of unit of each individual preschool. 4. the construction of the day's unit and teaching. 5. the evoluation of the curriculum from the viewpoint of the goal. And it deals with the operation of the curriculum and the meaning of the cultivation of teachers and with the plan of the cultivation of teachers. The results of this paper suggest that the model operating preschool curriculum and the plan of the cultivation of teachers are good theoretically, but we need both the heightening ofnthe duties of a teacher and the improvement of educational environment.

      • 요배부 수술 실패 증후군에서 자기공명영상의 이용

        This study was compared pre-operative MRI finding with operative finding on 36 cases with the failed back surgery syndrome (FBSS) retrospectively. The purpose of this study was to determine the accuracy of the MRI on the FBSS including early complications such as hematoma of infection. Of the 51 patients with FBSS, we analyzed pre-operative MRI finding compared with operative finding on 36 cases excluding nonunion, instability, metal failure and pseudoarthrosis who underwent an operation for the FBSS from December 1994 to June 1997. There were 25 men (69.4%) and 11 women (30.6%), aged from 16 to 68 years (average 43.6 years). These were divided into 5 sub-groups and calculated sensitivity, specificity and positive predictability. MRI accuracy in recurred disc was 84%, scar adhesion, recurred or developed stenosis, infection and hematoma 100% each and all, overall accuracy of the MRI 93%, respectively. Average interval of re-operation in FBSS WAS 4.3 years. In the 18 cases (50%), symptoms persist without pain-free interval after first operation. Early complications including hematoma and infection are easily detected with MRI. Especially if patient complains of severe leg pain or neurologic deficit, it is a good diagnostic procedure to check the MRI. The MRI is a useful method for evaluation of most cases of the FBSS, but it has limitations to evaluate recurred disc or scar adhesion only in T1, T2 weighted image. Therefore Gd-DTPA enhancement is necessary for the accurate diagnosis.

      • 地方別 너도방동산이(Cyperus Serotinus Rottb.)의 生態的 特性

        This experiment was conducted in Suweon to compare the ecological characteristics of Cyperus serotinus Rottb. collected from the seven different locations in Korea. The results are summarized as follows : The number of tubers of C. serotinus collected from Kwangsan, Cheonju, Iri, Milyang, Suweon, Chinju and Chilgok was 313, 206, 183, 165, 148, 143 and 135 per pot, respectively. The number of shoots was highest in C. serotinus collected from Kwangsan. 2. All C. serotinus flowered under the Suweon climatic conditions except the C. seritinus collected from Kwangsan. 3. The dry weights of tubers of C. surotinus collected from Suweon, Milyang, Iri, Chilgok, Chinju, Cheonju and Kwangsan were 0.12, 0.07, 0.06, 0.06, 0.06, 0.04 and 0.04g per tuber, respectively. 4. Tuberization was earliest in C. serotinus collected from Suweon. 5. The first withering was observed in C. serotinus collected from Suweon (October 23), but C. serotinus from Kwangsan did not wither until November 1.

        뇌하수체경을 침범한 Histiocytosis X : 증례 보고 Case Report

        A case of histiocytosis X with the involvement of pituitary stalk in a 5 year old boy was described. He presented with diabetes insipidus and the endocrinological study showed growth hormone deficiency. On computerized tomography and magnetic resonance imaging, the pituitary stalk was abnormally thick. Overlooking of the skull lesion on plain X-ray film led to an erroneous diagnosis of 'germ cell tumor'. Gross total removal of the lesion and chemotherapy were performed. In the differential diagnosis of suprasellar masses, this disease entity should be included. The importance of histological diagnosis of the infundibular lesion in cases of central diabetes insipidus is also emphasized.

      • Mycophenolic Acid가 PDGF에 의해 증식 유도된 흰쥐 혈관평활근 세포에서 NAD(P)H Oxidase, 세포내 활성산소족 및 Mitogen-activated Protein Kinases에 미치는 영향

        Background: Vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC) proliferation plays an important role in the development and progression of chronic allograft vasculopathy as in atherosclerosis. We already reported that mycophenolic acid (MPA) inhibited VSMC proliferation, cellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) and mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPK) in human VSMCs. In this study, we examined further molecular mechanisms involved in the anti-proliferative effect of MPA in rat VSMCs. Methods: Primary rat VSMCs were stimulated with PDGF-BB 10 ng/mL in the presence or absence of MPA and various kinds of cell signaling inhibitors. Cell proliferation was assessed by [H³]-thymidine incorporation, NAD(P)H oxidase subunits mRNA expression by RT-PCR, dichlorofluorescein-sensitive cellular ROS by FACS, and the activation of PDGF receptor-β (Tyr 751), racl, and MAPK by Western blot analysis. Results: PDGF increased cell proliferation and cellular ROS, activation of PDGF receptor-β (Tyr 751), racl, expression of p22phox and MOX1 mRNA, ERK 1/2, and p38 MAPK, compared to control. MPA inhibited up-regulation of racl phosphorylation, p22phox and MOX1 mRNA expression, cellular ROS, and phosphorylation of ERK 1/2 and p38 MAPK. However, MPA did not affect PDGF receptor-β (Tyr 751) activation. Wortmannin, diphenyleniodonium (DPI), trolox, and NAC, each inhibited PDGF-induced ERK 1/2 and p38 MAPK activation. PD98059 and p38 MAPK inhibitor also inhibited PDGF-induced cell proliferation. Conclusion: These results suggest that MPA inhibits PDGF-induced VSMC proliferation through inhibiting NAD(P)H oxidase-dependent cellular ROS leading to ERK 1/2 and p38 MAPK activation. 배경 : 혈관평활근 세포의 증식은 장기이식 후 발생하는 혈관경화증이나 동맥경화증의 발생과 진행에 중요한 역할을 한다. Mycophenolic acid (MPA)는 강력한 면역억제제로서 혈관평활근 세포의 증식도 억제한다. 본 연구는 사람의 혈관평활근 세포에서 MPK가 세포증식에 관여하는 신호전달계인 활성산소족과 mitogen-activated protein kinases(MAPK) 활성화를 억제하는 기존의 연구결과를 바탕으로, PDGF에 의해 증식 유도된 흰쥐 혈관평활근 세포에서 MPA가 세포의 증식을 억제하는 기전을 검색하였다. 방법 : 일차 배양한 흰쥐 혈관평활근 세포를 PDGF-BB 10 ng/mL로 자극하였고, MPA를 비롯한 여러 종류의 신호전달 억제제는 PDGF를 투여하기 1시간 전에 투여하였다. 세포증식은 [H³]-thymidine incorporation으로, NAD(P)H oxidase subunit의 mRNA 표현은 RT-PCR로, dichlorofluorescein에 민감한 세포내 활성산소족은 FACS 방법으로, 그리고 PDGF 수용체-β (Tyr 751), racl 및 MARK 활성하는 Western blot으로 각각 분석하였다. 결과 : PDGF는 PDGF 수용체-β (Tyr 751)의 활성화 및 NAD(P)H oxidase subunit 중 racl의 활성화와 p22phox와 MOX1의 mRNA 표현을 대조군에 비하여 유의하게 증가시켰다. MPA는 PDGF 수용체의 활성화에는 영향을 주지 않았으나, racl의 활성화, p22phox와 MOX1의 mRNA 표현의 상향 조절, 세포내 활성산소족, 그리고 ERK 1/2와 p38 MAPK의 활의한 EFK 1/2와 p38 MAPK 활성화와 세포 증식을 억제하였다. PD98059와 p38 MAPK 억제제는 PDGF에 의한 혈관평활근 세포의 증식을 억제하였다. 결론 : 본 연구결과는 MPA가 NAD(P)H oxidase를 억제함으로써 세포내 활성산소족 생산과, MAPK 활성화를 억제함으로써 PDGF에 의하여 유도되는 혈관평활근 세포의 증식을 억제함을 시사하였다.

      • 유치원 교육과정 신체 발달 영역의 수업 목표의 세분화와 교재화

        The purpose of this paper is to clarify the teaching object in the area of the body development of preschool curriculum and to make materials for teaching toward it. The topics discussed in this paper include the classification of teaching; (① some features and learning ways essential for the body development, ② individualizing them above for general criteria of development, : and ③ making the object for us to observe) and making materials for teaching central to concrete activities (① maintaining constant relationship with teaching object ② with concrete activities relevant to learning ways, and ③ in the context). The study period is Gen. 4, 1984 to Nov. 30, 1984. I have drawn the first tentative plan, corrected and supplemented it through the discussion aboutit with 58 teachers of preschool including 236 children of preschool with correction and supplementation through the discussion about the data with 58 teachers of preschool. As the process of this study, they are the specifying and the making materials for teaching of teaching object for a sense, those for the ability the exercise and the body control, and those for the ability of health and safety. In conclusion, it is hoped that when the teachers in service of preschool try to organize learning activities according to the curriculum with reference to the criteria relevent to establishing teaching object and making materials for teaching, they will give a small contribution to normal operation of curriculum.

      • 有機溶劑染色에 의한 PET Filament 의 染色性과 物性變化에 관한 硏究

        Poly(ethylene terephthalate) filament was dyed with C.I. Disperse Orange 3 in DMF, MCB, and PER dyebath at varying temperature in order to examine the dyeing properties related with the changes in the physical properties. The results of experiment were as follows; 1. Amount of dye uptake decreased in order of PER, MCB, and DMF, and diffusion coefficients of dye were increased according to increasing temperature, but amount of dye uptake were deacreased. 2. Shrinkage and degree of swelling in DMF which interacted with the aliphatic residue of PET were shown better than other solvents. 3. Dye exhausion rate increased the linear proportion with the change in the physical properties increased until the equilibrium dye uptake. 4. In isothermalic condition, degree of crystallinity was increased as time pass.

      • 천연 Zeolite를 이용한 매립지 침출수의 고농도 암모니아성 질소 제거에 관한 연구

        천연 제올라이트의 일종인 Clinoptilolite를 이용하여 매립지 침출수내의 암모니아성 질소를 제거하는 실험을 수행하였다. 고정상 칼럼을 이용한 인공 침출수와 실제 침출수 조건의 실험에서 배출농도가 유입농도의 5%인 시점을 파과점으로 상정할 때, 인공 침출수 조건에서의 파괴시간은 53hr, 실제 침출수 조건에서의 파과시간은 32.5hr으로 나타났다. 또한, 허용 파과점 및 소모점에서의 제올라이트 100g(건조중량)당 제거된 암모늄 이온 성분량은 인공 침출수의 경우 각각 79.30meq/100g, 93.34meq/100g이었으며, 실제 침출수의 경우 각각 48.60meq/100g, 57.60meq/100g으로 나타났다. 침출수 조건의 경우 인공 침출수에 비해 약 39% 가량의 제거 효율 저하를 보이고 있으며, 이는 실제 침출수에 존재하고 있는 공존 양이온의 영향으로 사료된다. 실제 침출수 내에서 공존 양이온의 용출 특성을 보면, Na, Ca, Mg의 용출량은 증가하나 K는 용출량이 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. This experiment was conducted to remove the ammonia nitrogen in the landfill leachate by Clinoptilolite which is a sort of the natural zeolite. In fixed-bed column test driven in the artificial and actual condition of the leachate, when the ejection concentration was supposed the point of 5% of the initial concentration as the breakthrough point, the breakthrough time was 53hr in the artificial condition of the leachate and was 32.5hr in the actual condition of the leachate. The ingredient volume of the removed ammonium ion per 100g(based upon the dry weight) of the zeolite in the allowed breakthrough point and exhaustion point were individually 79.30meq/100g, 93.34meq/100g in the artificial leachate and 48.60meq/100g, 57.60meq/100g in the actual leachate. In case of the actual condition of the leachate, the removal efficiency was decreased by 39% than the artificial condition of the leachate, and it seems to be caused by the coexist cation in the actual leachate. The ejection characteristics of the coexist cation in the actual leachate was observed that Na, Ca, Mg was increased and K was decreased.

      • 고속회전 하는 정밀부품을 위한 연질/경질 코팅의 트라이볼로지적 특성에 관한 연구

        Recently, rotating elements which use mechanical and electrical systems have been utilized for high speed and accuracy to increase the performance. The most important thing to get a more reliable system is to understand the friction, wear and characteristics which has an effect on various coated surfaces. In this study, the tribological characteristics of various soft/hard materials were investigated by using a custom-built pin-on-reciprocator tester. From the experimental results, it was found that the friction coefficients of the soft material coated surfaces were lower under various normal loads due to thier self-lubricating ability and material transfer to the counter surface.
