        측두하악장애환자에서 교합안정장치가 하악골위치변화에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        이 연구는 측두하악장애 증상을 나타내는 부정교합자를 대상으로 교합안정장치 사용 전, 후의 측모 두부방사선 사진 상의 하악골의 위치변화를 구명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상자는 측두하악장애증상을 나타내는 부정교합자 60명이며 남자 19명, 여자 41명으로 각각의 평균연령은 19.5세와 21.5세 이었다. 전체 대상자를 전, 후방적으로는 Angle 분류법에 따른 교합관계에 의하여 Class Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ로 분류하였고, 수직적으로는 Jarabak의 후안면고경과 전안면고경의 비율에 따라서 clockwise, straight downward, counterclockwise의 3군으로 구분하여 부정교합군 별로 측정했으며 하악골의 위치변화를 중심교합시의 측모 두부방사선 사진 계측치 들로부터 예측할 수 있는지 알아보기 위한 분석을 시행한 것으로 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1.전체 대상자 비교시 측두하악장애를 갖는 부정교합환자에서 교합안정장치 사용 이후 하악골은 후하방 회전을 나타내었고 overjet은 1.3mm의 증가, overbite은 1.9mm 감소되어 수평변화보다 수직적인 변화의 양이 컸다. 2.전후방 3군 분류시 하악골의 후하방 변위를 나타내는 항목의 유의성 있는 변화는 Class Ⅱ군에서 가장 현저하였으며 3군중 후방변위량이 가장 컸다. 3.수직 3군 분류시 Clockwise와 counterclockwise군에서 하악골의 후하방 변위를 나타내는 항목의 유의성 있는 변화가 뚜렷하였으며, 3군 모두에서 수직적인 변화량이 수평변화량 보다 컸다. 4.중심교합위시의 부정교합 양태 및 골격유형, 그리고 중심교합위 계측치를 통하여 중심위 계측치를 설명할 수 있는 항목은 발견되지 않았다. 이상의 결과는 기존에 시행되어 오던 중심위 전환에 의한 방법이 아니고 측두하악장애를 갖는 부정교합자에서 교합 안정장치를 장착하여 중심위를 획득한 상태에서 하악골의 위치변화를 계측한 것으로 측두하악장애를 동반한 부정교합환자에서 중심교합위 상태의 측모 두부방사선 사진에 의존한 진단은 부정교합의 실체를 파악할 수 없음을 확인하였으며, 통상적으로 이용되어 온 중심위 전환방법 역시 중심위 유도후 발생되는 수직적인 부조화의 양상을 나타낼 수 없음을 입증하였다. 또한 전, 후방적으로는 Class Ⅱ 부정 교합군, 수직적으로는 Clockwise군과 Counterclockwise군에서 교합안정장치를 사용한 중심위 회복시에 하악골의 후하방 회전과 이에 동반된 구치부의 교합간섭으로 전후방 부조화뿐 아니라 수직적부조화를 더욱 심화시키므로 이에 대한 진단 및 치료시의 고려가 요구됨을 보여주었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate if there were a significant differences in mandibular position between cephalometric measurements from a centric occlusion tracing compared to those of a acquired centric relation by stabilization splint on malocclusion patient with TMD. 60 malocclusion patients, who had TMD and CO-CR discrepancy beyond normal range, were selected and subdivided into Class I, II, III by Angle's classification and also subdivided into clockwise, straight downward, and counterclockwise group by Jarabak's posterior facial height / anterior facial height ratio. Lateral cephaolmetric radiographs with the mandible in centric occlusion were taken and measured, and for each patient the stabilization splint with mutually protected occlusal scheme was applied for minimum 3months. After each patient's CO-CR discrepancy was in normal range, lateral cephalometric radiographs were retaken and measured. The comparison of the difference between CO-CR cephalometric measurements in all sample, Class I, II, III groups, and Clockwise, Straight downward, Counterclockwise groups were studied. The finding of this study can be summarized as follows: 1.In all sample, the value of cephalometric measurements was significantly different between CO-CR. The mandible rotated to down and posterior position and the vertical change was greater than the horizontal change (overjet-1.3mm increase, overbite-1.9mm decrease). 2.In Class II malocclusion group, most of the mean difference value between CO-CR is higher than that of the other groups and more measurements was statically significant. 3.In clockwise and counterclockwise group, some of the mean difference value is higher than that of straight downward group and more measurements was statically significant. 4.There ware no measurements that explain centric relation measurements from the type of malocclusion, facial pattern and centric occlusion measurements. Henceforth, it is strongly recommended that stabilization splint therapy for orthodontic treatment on TMD patient should be excuted upon overall facial types prior to orthodontic diagnosis and treatment planning.

To achieve these goals, the first, they have to introduce the new management system, the second, they have to secure a lot of suppliers, the third, they have to get advertising campaign underway. And also they have to secure the circulation for the goods. First of all, they have to set up some plans like as short-term, mid-term, long-term and investment to develop the food processing activity in Agricultural Cooperatives.

        The pituitary and sella turcica is located in the proximity of the neural, endocrine, vascular, meningeal and . The intimate skeletal structures. The intimate relationship of these various structures results in myriad of pathological processes developed in this small anatomical area. We experienced a rare case of intrasellar archnoid cyst induced anxiety and endocrinological symptoms without laboratory abnormality. It was confirmed by neurosurgical operation and magnetic resonance image that arachnoid cyst compressed the pituitary and infundibulum which might cause above clinical symptoms.

      • 3종류 잔골재를 조합 사용한 시멘트 모르터의 특성

        This paper investigated the engineering properties of cement mortar mixed with more than two kinds of fine aggregate. For fresh mortar properties, unit volume weight is constant regardless of mixing content and type of fine aggregate. An increase in contents of natural fine aggregate and crushed fine aggregate resulted in an increase in flow, whereas an increase in recycled fine aggregate contents reduced flow. Gap between maximum flow in N_(3)C_(0)R_(0) and minimum flow in N_(0)C_(0)R_(3) exhibited about 12%. Compressive strength at 28 days ranged from 32 to 36 MPa in order for crushed fine aggregate, natural fine aggregate and crushed fine aggregate showed compressive strength comparable to that of crushed fine aggregate. An increase of fraction of recycled fine aggregate in mixed fine aggregate resulted in a decrease in compressive strength. For drying shrinkage, N_(0)C_(0)R_(3) had the largest drying shrinkage among various mixture type. The combination of large contents of recycled fine aggregate and small contents of natural and crushed fine aggregate had a large amount of drying shrinkage.

        This paper aims to analyze the characteristics of the specified street and to suggest the political and physical improvement methods for downtown revitalization focused on Chinese medicine area in Daejeon City. The content of this paper is divided into four parts. In the first part, the general concept and the forming background of the specified street are reviewed as a theoretical study. In the second part, the role of the specified street and the relationship with the downtown revitalization in respect to urban redevelopment are studied. In the third part, the characteristics of the specified street regarding to the size, function of the building, street facility and events are analysed, As a conclusion, the improvement methods of the specified street for downtown revitalization focused on Chinese medicine street and some lessons for urban redevelopment in the future are suggested.

        Environmental factors and phytological aspects of Samchunimpoundment in Kyongsan, Kyongpook were studied. 40 quadrats in 4 sites had 94% herbaceous cover, 31% shrub cover and 18% tree cover. Ambrosia artemisiifolia var. elatior, Metaplexis japonica, Erigeron annuus, Humulus Japonicus, Eragrostis ferruginea, Artemisia princeps var. orientalis were dominant herbaceous species and found cultivated plants of Hordeumn vulgare var. hexastichon, Prunus persica, Morus alba and neophytes of Ambrosia artemisiifolia var. elatior, Erigeron canadensis, Erigeron annuus, Ailanthus altissima, Bidens bipinnata, Lactuca indica var. laciniata, Robinia pseudo-acacia, oenothera odorata, Euphobia maculata. The investigated sites were divided into 4 patterns based on the vegetation with high difference level and Ambrosia artemisiifolia var. elatior, Medicago sativa, Setaria viridis, Metaplexis japonica, Humulus japonicus, Calystegia japonica, Forsythia koreana, Lsctuca indica var. laciniata were different species group. More than 90% on the surface area of water mass covered with Nelumbo nucifera, Marsilea quadrifolia and Typha angustata and distributed Hydrilla verticillata, Ceratophyllum demersum, Trypa pseudo-incisa, Myriophyllum spicatum under water. Average data of environmental factor analysis are as followings; air temperature 25.8℃, ph 6.77, total hardness 117.94㎎/ℓ, SS 4.5㎎/ℓ,Do 3.3㎎/ℓ,BOD 6.6㎎/ℓ,COD 7.2㎎/ℓ,cl- 17.56㎎/ℓ,?? 7.14㎎/ℓ,Mn 0.05㎎/ℓ, Zn 0.04㎎/ℓ. Total quality of impoundment water were heavily polluted and were quality class Ⅳ.

      • 1980~1990년대 기능인력 부족 및 양성정책의 성격

        The major purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristic of skilled worker deficiency and training policy from a manpower supply point of view. To achieve the purpose of study wrote out research problems as follows: First in which section did deficiency situations of skilled worker bring about before and after 1990 ? And what was the basic cause of them? Second, did an avoidance tendency of skilled occupation that was generated mainly at manufacturing industry bring about by any factors before and after 1990 ? How was the characteristic of it? Third, were what relations between the governmental training policy of skilled worker and the characteristic of skilled worker deficiency? The major conclusions of this study were as follows : 1) The basic cause of deficiency situation of skilled worker came from pool diminution of 15 year old men - 24 year old men. The deficiency of skilled worker was largely generated at a labor intensive industry of low wages and at a smaller business rather than a large enterprise. And in skill levels high-skilled worker lacked so much. These large deficiency of high-skill worker couldn't be solved as just a huge quantity training of a low-skilled worker : the policy that enlarge school such as an industrial high school, a training center etc. 2) An avoidance tendency of skill occupation was mostly generated by a wage disparity, an uncleanness of working environment, an anxiety of the future in their job etc. In the most of them, the wage disparity was the most significant factor. Also an social avoidance tendency of 3D job was one of the main factors. 3) The governmental policy to solve the deficiency situation of skilled worker was the way that enlarge low-skilled worker : increase student of industrial high school and training center. But these policy was the type that followed 1970s's method, moreover was the plan that overlooked 1990s's social·economical variation that a structure of industry and a need of labor supplier was variously changing. Accordingly, the governmental policy couldn't be actualized as the original supply plan until now. In conclusion, to accomplish the object of training policy and to solve the situations of skilled worker deficiency, the training method of skilled worker should be change into qualitative education which can reflect on student's need and today's uniformly quantitative education should be reformed in the future.

        The tool geometry parameters and cutting process have complex relationships. Until now, various cutting test were needed to acquire optimal design of end mill for the purpose of high speed machining, due to the insufficient knowledge about cutting process in high speed machining. Using various tools with different geometry, relationships between tool geometry parameter (rake angle, clearance angle, length of cutter) and cutting process (cutting force, surface accuracy, surface roughness) have been studied. Acquired data can be used to design optimal tool for high speed machining and developed tool geometry design S/W.

Until now, various cutting test were needed to acquire optimal design of end mill for the purpose of high speed machining, due to the insufficient knowledge about cutting process in high speed machining. Using various tools with different geometry, relationships between tool geometry parameter (rake angle, clearance angle, length of cutter) and cutting process (cutting force, surface accuracy, surface roughness) have been studied. Acquired data can be used to design optimal tool for high speed machining and to develop a software for design of end mill geometry.
