This study investigated the television (TV) content viewers’ behavior influenced by online communication at the choice of new TV series on a terrestrial streaming platform. For exploring the impact of the anchoring effect on the TV content consumption, this study analyzed the correlation between the first episode’s TV ratings and the data of online comments or reactions. These data were potential audiences’ communication, which were generated on the online article three weeks before the first broadcasting began. To avoid the crucial influence by external factors, such as season and social issue, the test was done with eight (8) TV series which have same genre (drama), similar core audience targeting (20-49’s women), similar broadcasting period (Jun-Oct 2016), same scheduling (10.00 to 11.00 pm, weekdays) and aired on terrestrial TV platforms. This research found that not only the amount of comments and reactions, but also the attitude about the comments created before broadcasting, positively influence the audiences’ decision-making behavior for new TV content choices. This investigation contributes to the literature on media economics and management by exploring the media content users’ consuming behavior with behavioral economics perspectives (anchoring effect) and making a first step for finding a new effect on the media content consumption.

This research investigates the media consumers’ behavior with behavioral economics perspective, especially regarding TV content viewers’ behavior; how do online communications influence TV viewers’ decision when choosing a new TV content among options. We focus on quantity and attribute of comments or reactions on the online news articles. We analyze that online communications data, which were generated before the first broadcast, affect the TV content consumers’ choice for a new TV series. Here we identify a predicted utility, experienced utility and distinction bias in TV media consumption to find the effectiveness of the first viewing choice on whole TV series’ episodes. To avoid the crucial influence by exogenous factors, such as season and social issue, the test was done with specific conditions. This research found that the total number of reactions to the comments by itself positively affects the audiences’ decision-making behavior for a new TV content choice. This influence was regardless of favor/ non-flavor reactions. This study contributes to the literature on media economics and management by exploring the media content users’ consuming behavior and making a first step for finding an important influencer on the media content consumption.

코로나19 발생 이후 근육장애인이 경험한 삶의 변화와 지원요구 탐색에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 코로나19 발생 이후 근육장애인이 경험한 삶의 변화와 지원요구를 탐색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 근육장애인 5명을 대상으로 서면 인터뷰와 비대면 온라인 인터뷰를 활용하여 질적 연구 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료들은 개별 사례의 구체성을 드러낼 수 있는 사례분석 방법을 활용하여 분석하였으며, 총 2개의 대주제와 6개의 하위주제를 도출하였다. 연구결과, 코로나19 발생 이후 근육장애인이 경험한 삶의 변화는 파국으로 치닫는 형국, 외딴섬에 나홀로 서기, 생명 외줄타기, 통제할 수 없는 현실, 희망 찾기, 다양성 존중하기로 나타났고, 이를 토대로 정책적인 제언을 하였다. The purpose of this study is to explore the changes in life and support needs experienced by people with muscle disabilities after the outbreak of COVID-19. In order to achieve the research purpose, in-depth interviews with five people with muscle disabilities were conducted using written interviews and non-face-to-face online interviews to collect qualitative research data. The collected data were analyzed using a case study method that can reveal the specificity of individual cases. The research topics were categorized into two major topics and six sub-topics. In conclusion, changes in life experienced by muscle-disabled people after the outbreak of COVID-19 were catastrophic experiences, fraud alone on remote islands, risk of life, uncontrollable reality, finding hope and respecting diversity. Considering these research findings the study made policy implications for improving lives of people with muscular disabilities.

재일동포사회에 있어서의 민족무용 교육의 현황: 동경한국학교와 조선학교의 사례를 중심으로

재일동포 사회에 있어서 조선학교와 동경한국학교(이하 본고에서는 ‘한국학교’로 칭함)의 사례를 들어 무용교육의 현황과 역할을 고찰하는 것은 차세대가 지향해야 할 민족무용 교육의 방향을 가늠해 본다는데 중요한 의미를 가진다. 본고에서는 양 학교에서 이루어진 민족무용 교육에 초점을 맞추어 양 학교의 기본무용과 창작무용의 형태를 비교하며, 대내외 행사 등을 통하여 민족무용이 어떤 역할을 해왔는지 고찰하고 앞으로의 과제에 대해 제언하려고 하는 것이 목적이다. 연구 방법으로는 선행연구와 영상, 인터뷰 자료를 중심으로 하고 연구자의 실제 경험을 바탕으로 하였다. 위의 고찰을 통하여 첫째, 기본무용에 있어서 조선학교는 체계적인 수업내용을 갖추고 일관된 시스템 안에서 양성된 무용 지도자들에 의해 조선무용이 교육되고 있는 것에 비하여, 한국학교는 지도자의 재량에 따라 자율적인 형태로 한국무용 교육이 이루어지고 있다. 둘째, 창작무용에 있어서는 한국학교는 시대의 흐름에 맞추어 세대의 감각을 반영하는 창작활동에 주력하고 있으나, 조선학교는 민족주의적인 성향에 편중되고 현대적인 시각이 결여되어 있음을 파악할 수 있었으며, 셋째, 양 학교의 민족무용교육은 대외활동을 통한 거주국 일본과의 관계를 도모하는 중요한 매개체로서의 역할을 해 왔다는 공통점이 있다는 것을 확인 하였다. 이를 바탕으로 차세대가 지향해야 할 민족무용 교육의 과제로 다음과 같이 제언한다. 첫째, 한국학교와 조선학교가 서로의 무용을 관람하고 배울 수 있는 문화행사의 공동 개최를 위한 노력과 그를 위한 환경 창출이 중요하며, 둘째, 조선학교와 한국학교의 무용교육 지도자들의 정기적인 교류를 통한 남북의 전통 무용에 관한 공동 연구가 필요하다. 양 학교 간의 협력과 교류는 현재 현실적인 어려움을 가지고 있으나, 다양성을 인정하는 전통예술이 갖는 융합력은 정치적 장벽을 극복 할 수 있으며, 예술을 축으로 하면 학교 간의 소통을 통하여 학교가 민족무용의 교류의 장이 될 수 있다. 이 논문이 재일동포 사회에 있어서의 민족무용 교육의 현황 파악과 차세대가 지향해야 할 무용교육의 방향 설정에 활용되기를 기대한다. This paper aims to compare the forms of basic and creative dances in Tokyo Korean School (hereafter Korean School) and Joseon School by focusing on the national dance education conducted by them, consider what a role the national dance has placed in internal and external events and suggest some tasks that they should perform in the future. From the consideration , following findings can be summarized: First, in terms of basic dance, Joseon dance is taught by dance instructors trained in a consistent system with systematic curriculum in Joseon School, while Korean dance education is conducted in an autonomous form at the discretion of the instructors in Korean school. Second, in terms of creative dance, although Korean School put an emphasis on creative activities reflecting the current generation's senses, by considering the flow of times, Joseon School is biased toward the nationalist tendency and has no modernistic perspective. Third, the national dance education in both schools has commonly served as an important medium for promoting the relation with Japan, the country of residence, through external activities. Based on the findings, the tasks of the national dance education can be suggested, on which the new generation should focus. First, it is important for both Korean and Joseon School to co-host the cultural events in which they can watch and learn each other's dance and create the environment for them. Second, a joint research on the traditional dance of South and North Korea should be conducted, based on regular exchange between dance instructors working in both schools.

Complexity reduction method of MPEG-4 ER-BSAC audio decoder is proposed in this paper BSAC audio codec is standard audio codec of terrestrial DMB. Terrestrial DMB receiver is a digital signal processor(DSP) in this paper. When BSAC audio decoder is ported on DSP, floating point operation takes so long time in fixed point processor. The filter bank module takes a lot of time since it has many floating point operation in this module. Thus, in this paper, the floating point operations of filter bank module are converted to fixed point operations. And floating point operations of PNS and TNS part also are converted to fixed point operations. And many repetition structure are unrolled by unrolling method and nisu inline function. The proposed method performed better than former process.

본 논문에서는 SBML문서를 효율적으로 저장관리 할 수 있는 Gene Ontology 기반의 SBML 문서관리 시스템을 제안한다. SBML은 시스템생물학에서 생화학적 네트워크 데이터의 교환 표준으로 연구 개발 되었으며, 다수의 생화학적 네트워크 데이터베이스들이 SBML을 이용하여 데이터를 제공해주고 있다. 이러한 SBML 문서를 통해 서로 다른 데이터베이스 또는 응용 프로그램간 정보를 교환으로 사용되고 있으며, 그 양 또한 급속하게 증가하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 대량의 SBML 문서를 효율적으로 저장, 검색 할 수 있는 문서관리시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 OODB를 사용하여 효율적으로 SBML 문서를 저장관리하며, Gene Ontology를 기반으로 생화학적 용어의 모호성을 해결하고, SBML 문서간의 발생하는 데이터 중복을 제거하여 데이터의 품질을 제고하였다.
