        한복 대여업체의 현황과 전망에 관한 연구

        Korea in t998 was in circumstances of the IMF. In addition, Korean economy was rapidly gone down. At that time, most of companies that product the Han-Bok started to rent the Han-Bok to people, and they have continually been growing t 998 to the present. In a purpose of this study We will, first. analyze companies to rent the Han-Bok and, second, totally understand a situation of these companies, and then, finally, make many people wear the Han-Bok. our data were gained through 32 the Han-Bok companies in region of Seoul and Kyoung-ki. Through our data we achieved a result that most of the Han-Bok companies had 100 to 700 pairs of the Han-Bok. They product women's, men's and children's clothing, but a main item is women's clothing. They have different sizes of the Han-Bok but according to the result of the study, they are not systematized. Many customers wear the Han-Bok when they have a special day: the 60th birthday anniversary, the 70th birthday anniversary and the marriage, etc. These companies have used advertisement for recruiting many customers. They use Internet and local newspapers, etc for advertisement. When they rent the Han-Bok, they have some big problems: productions of various Han-Bok styles, damage of the Han-Bok and marketing for recruiting customers. A device for increasing renting companies is employers positively endeavor strategy of marketing and set up a new unity between different sizes of companies. Moreover, customers should need to break a stereotype of rent. Through this study We hope to help the Han-Bok companies and many people to use the renting Han-Bok.,

        양격산화탕(凉膈散火湯)의 항염증(抗炎症) 효과에 대한 연구

        Objective: Yang Geouk San Hwa - Tang (YGSHT) has been widely used in Sasang Constitutional Medicine of Korea for treatment of acute inflammatory symptom, such as palatine tonsillitis, polydipsia, headache, papule, pimple however, the mechanism of its anti-inflammatory activity has not been clarified. In this study, therefore, we investigated the mechanism of the inhibitory effect of YGSHT on LPS-induced inflammation. Materials and methods: The effect of YGSHT was analyzed by ELISA, RT-PCR and Western blotting in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells. Results: We found that YGSHT suppressed not only the production of pre-inflammatory cytokines (IL-$1{\beta}$ and TNF-$\alpha$), the generation of nitric oxide (NO) and prostaglandin E (PGE)2, but also the mRNA expression of pre-inflammatory cytokines, inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), and cyclooxygenase (COX)-2. Furthermore, YGSHT was shown to inhibit the phosphorylation of ERK1/2 and JNK1/2 and the activation and translocation of NF-kB from cytosol to nuclear in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells. Conclusions: These results suggest that YGSHT exerts an anti-inflammatory effect through the regulation of the ERK1/2 and JNK1/2 pathway and NF-kB pathway, thereby decreasing production of pre-inflammatory cytokines, NO, and PGE2.

        In recent years, as the demands of VBNS(Very high speed Backbone Network Service) and VDSL(Very high-data rate Digital Subscriber Line) increase, the development of kernel parts of optical communication such as PLC(Planar Light Circuit), Coupler, WDM elements increase. The alignment and the attachment technology are very important to fabricate the optical elements for communication. In this paper, the mechanism of rotational stage are studied. with the three different method and the results of them are applied to the design of the system. The performance test of resolution and travel is performed.

      • 미생물제 Mity-Gro의 포도 품질 향상 효과

        Mity-Gro는 비병원성 박테리아인 Bacillus Lateosporus를 주성분으로 하는 미생물제재로서 본 실험은 Mity-Gro가 포도 품질 향상에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위하여 수행하였다. Mity-Gro 엽면시비는 포도과실의 착색을 증진시키는 것으로 나타났으며 유의성은 인정되지 않았으나 일부 당도향상 효과가 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 착색에 대한 처리효과는 품종간, 과방중간에 다른 것으로 조사되었다. 반면에 Mity-Gro 처리는 과실 비대에는 영향을 미치지 않으며 다른 외부요인들이 과실비대에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 Mity-Gro 처리에 의한 수량증대는 기대하기 어려웠다. 한편 멸균처리시에도 안토시아닌 증가를 통한 과실의 품질향상 효과가 인정되어 이와 관련된 다른 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각되었다. This experiment was conducted to study the effect of Mity-Gro on the improvement in the quality of Grapes. Mity-Gro is a microbial fertilizer that is made from Bacillus lateosporus, an avirulent bacteria. Applying Mity-Gro on the leaves of gapes improved in coloring of berries and had somewhat effect on increasing the sugar content. The effects of Mity-Gro on coloring between varieties and between clusters were different. In contrast, applying Mity-Gro on the leaves of grapes did not directly effect on the growth of berries, Because many unknown external factors were considered to affect on berry growth, the increase in grape quantity by applying of Mity-Gro could not be expected. However, more studies in related areas are necessary in the future since anthocyanin content of grapes was increased in the control, the treatment of sterilizing water.

        Chlorhexidine 처리가 상아질 접착제의 미세인장결합강도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 상아질 혼성층의 교원섬유를 가수분해하는 효소인 MMPs (Matrix metalloproteinses) 억제제로 알려진 chlorhexidine (CHX)을 적용 후 결합강도를 측정하였으며, 이를 각각 열순환 처리 후 결합강도를 측정하였다. 또한 주사전자현미경으로 접착계면메서의 파괴 양상을 비교 분석하였다. 우식이 없는 발거한 32 개의 제 3 대구치의 교합면 상아질을 노출시키고 GI그룹에서는 dentin conditioner를 처리 후 2% chlorhexidine을 적용시키고, 산부식 접착제 그룹에서는 인산 산부식을 시행하고 2 % chlorhexidine을 적용 후 3단계 산부식형 상아질 접착제 (Scotchbond Multipurpose, SM), 2단계 산부식형 상아질 접착제 (Single Bond, SB)를 도포하고, 자가부식 접착제 그룹에서는 2 % chlorhexidine 적용 후 자가부식 상아질 접착제 (Clearfil Tri-S, TS)를 도포한다. 이후 복합 레진 (Z-250)과 GI (Fuji-II LC)를 충전한 시편을 1 ㎟의 단면을 갖는 beam으로 제작하여 열순환 하지 않거나, 10,000 회 열순환 (5 ~ 55 ℃)하였다. Universal testing machine (EZ-test: Shimadzu, Japan)에서 cross head speed 1 mm/min로 인장력을 가하여 , 미세인장결합강도를 측정하였다. 실험 결과는 유의수준 0.05 1evel에서 two-way ANOVA를 이용하여 통계분석하였다. 그 후 파절된 시편의 파괴 양상을 현미경 (SEM)으로 관찰하여 다음과 같은 갈론을 얻었다; 1. 2 % CHX을 적용한 모든 실험군에서 상아질과의 미세인장결합강도가 증가하였고, 열순환은 상아질과의 미세인장 결합강도를 감소시켰다 (P>0.05). 2. CHX 적용 후 열순환 한 군은 CHX을 적용하지 않고 열순환한 군에 비하여, 상아질과의 미세인장결합강도가 높았으며 , 특히 GI와 TS군에서 유의한 차이를 나타내었다 (P<0.05). 3. 파괴 양상 분석 결과, 혼성층에서의 접착성 파괴를 보이며, CHX을 적용하면 혼성층 기저부에서 상부로 파괴 부위가 옮겨가는 양상을 나타내었다. 이상의 연구 결과를 토대로, MMPs 억제제인 2 % CHX은 글래스 아이오노머 시멘트와 상아질 접착제의 초기 미세인장결합강도에는 영향을 미치지 않으며 ,CHX 적용이 접착 내구성을 유지하는데 도움이 되었다. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of chlorhexidine (CHX) on microtensile bond strength (μTBS) of dentin bonding systems. Dentin collagenolytic and gelatinolytic activities can be suppressed by protease inhibitors. indicating that MMPs (Matrix metalloproteinases) inhibition could be beneficial in the preservation of hybrid layers. Chlorhexidine (CHX) is known as an inhibitor of MMPs activity in vitro. The experiment was proceeded as follows : At first, flat occlusal surfaces were prepared on mid-coronal dentin of extracted third molars. GI(Glass lonomer) group was treated with dentin conditioner, and then, applied with 2 % CHX. Both SM (Scotchbond Multipurpose) and SB (Single Bond) group were applied with CHX after acid-etched with 37% phosphoric acid. TS (Clearfil Tri-S) group was applied with CHX, and then, with adhesives. Hybrid composite Z-250 and resin-modified glass ionomer Fuji-II LC was built up on experimental dentin surfaces. Half of them were subjected to 10,000 thermocycle, while the others were tested immediately. With the resulting data, statistically two-way ANOVA was performed to assess the μTBS before and after thermocycling and the effect of CHX. All statistical tests were carried out at the 95 % level of confidence. The failure mode of the testing samples was observed under a scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Within limited results, the results of this study were as follows; 1. In all experimental groups applied with 2 % chlorhexidine, the microtensile bond strength increased, and thermocycling decreased the microtensile bond strength (P > 0.05). 2. Compared to the thermocycling groups without chlorhexidine, those with both thermocycling and chlorhexidine showed higher microtensile bond strength, and there was significant difference especially in GI and TS groups.

      • 원형 플레이트 형태에 따른 초음파 부상 장치의 진동특성에 관한 연구

        In the semiconductor and optical industry the non-contact transportation is required for reducing the damages. The ultrasonic levitation is the solution of the problem. In this paper, the ultrasonic levitation system and 3 disk-type stator for levitation various object are proposed. The vibration modes of disks are analyzed with FEM and designed with the analysis results. The 3D vibration profiles of the disks are measured by Laser scanning vibrometer for verifying the vibration characteristics of the system. The amplitudes of the disks and the levitation heights of object are measured for evaluating the performance.

      • NITINOL을 이용한 차동식 액츄에이터의 설계에 관한 연구

        In the recent years, as the research and the development of micro and precision machinery become active, the interest of micro actuators using SMA (Shape Memory Alloy) has been increased. The dynamic characteristic analysis of SMA is necessary for actuator application and many common researches report the material characteristics of SMA sufficiently. However, the research on dynamic characteristics is very deficient. In this paper, the helical spring are fabricated with NiTi SMA wire of high resistivity. The force, response speed, temperature, and displacement are measured by digital force gauge, infrared thermometer, and laser displacement sensor so that the dynamic characteristics of this SMA is analyzed. Also, bidirectional actuator was fabricated and experimented for its performance.

      • 개의 대퇴골간에서 발생한 유합부전의 1례

        Fracture healing is a complex physiological process that involves the coordinated participation of several cell types. Unlike other tissues that heal by the formation of poorly organized scar, in fracture healing the original tissue, bone, is regenerated and the properties of the preexisting tissue largely are restored. Fracture healing generally proceeds in an orderly fashion when appropriate biological and mechanical component are present. Many complications may occur with repair and subsequent healing of fracture, including osteomyelitis, implant loosening, and fracture instability. All of these complications may result in delayed union, nonunion or malunion of the fracture. A 1-year-old male, Collie sustained a closed, transverse femoral fracture in a mortor vehicle accident. His initial treatment with open reduction and bone plating was failed. A second surgery was done to remove the plate and perform corrective osteotomy, and bone grafting. Histopathological observation of the bone fragment from fracture end was carried.
