We evaluated the efficacy of the liquid form of enrofloxacin against poultry respiratory and digestive infections, the major problems in the poultry industry, from diverse diagnosis viewpoints. Results obtained through this study were as follows: 1. The liquid form of enrofloxacin showed good acceptability to poultry owing to no abhorrence to the drug by chickens, which indicated its suitability for mixing in drinking water. 2. The application of the enrofloxacin formulation improved the productivity of the chicken farm to a great extent by lowering the death toll of chicken raised in the farm. 3. The use of the drug shortened the days to the market, and increased the body weight at the time of marketing. 4. Preventive and therapeutic effects of the liquid enrofloxacin were observed higher than ampicillin, a major antibiotic used in poultry farming. From above results, the liquid form of enrofloxacin would find its use for the prevention and treatment of digestive and respiratory infections, let alone the growth promotion and feed efficiency, especially in the chicken farming practice.

In this study the antimicrobial spectrum and sensitivity of a liquid formulation of enrofloxacin against the major six pathogenic bacteria isolated from the diseased poultry in Korea were evaluated in comparison with ciprfloxacin (CFX), gentamicin (GM) and penicillin (PC). A liquid form of enrofloxacin, a test material and ciprofloxacin showed at least 83% antibacterial activity against all of six test pathogenic microorganisms at the fixed concentration of 10 ㎍/㎖. Gentamicin and penicillin revealed much lower antibacterial activity at the same condition. We evaluated the liquid form of enrofloxacin as having widespread antibacterial spectrum against poultry infections. The liquid form of enrofloxacin showed potent antibacterial activity, with the MIC range being 0.12∼2 ㎍/㎖ against Gram positives, 0.06∼2 ㎍/㎖ against Gram negatives and 0.5∼2 ㎍/㎖ against Mycoplasma spp. These values were equivalent to or somewhat higher than those of ciprofloxacin, but much lower than those of gentamicn and penicillin. This new liquid form of enrofloxacin would find its way in application of mixing with drinking water for the prevention and treatment of diverse infections in chickens.

In This paper, we want to provide a more efficient kind of searching Service using the user's weight value of the accessing rate and the connecting rate for the user's profile. It is significantly presented through the data structure by video data analysis and modeling. The Remote Video Play Browsing System can be used to browse the video data for each frame not only the scene searching browsing method but also the shot searching browsing method for the demanded data. Video Play System also can Provide the detailed and exact information searching method for a Remote Video Play Browsing System when searching for detailed frame's information and its text, information of moving picture.

「明暗」은 漱石가 끝내 종결시키지 못하고만 미완성의 최후 장편이다. 그러나 漱石자신이 포기한 작품이 아니라는 점에 우리는 유의하여야 한다고 생각한다. 「明暗」論의 키이포인트는 이러한 미완성부분의 저편에 있는 「완성되어야했을」이야기의 예상의 질에 있는 것이며 이때의 예상행위는 독서행위의 연장으로 볼 수 있다. 대부분의 「明暗」論이 이러한 무모하다고 볼 수도 있는 예상행위를 회피하고 있지 않는 이유도 여기에 있다. 前作 「道草」에서 일상성의 시간이라는 소설 속에서의 새로운 시간개념을 자기의 소설방법론으로 구축한 漱石는 이 최후의 작품에서도 철저히 일상성의 시간을 추구한다. 漱石는 이 소설의 주인공으로서 津田라는 남자를 등장시키는데 이 津田라는 인물은 철저한 속물근성의 중산층 지식인으로 설정되어 있다. 자기의 고귀한 관념과 논리를 가진 고답적 정신형의 지식인의 고뇌라는 지금까지의 테에마는 이 津田를 그림으로써 완전히 포기되어야할 테마로 남을 수 밖에 없다. 자기본위라고 하는 漱石자신의 윤리관은 津田라는 인간형 속에서 비속한 에고이즘의 그림자를 드리우며 我執이라는 새로운 인간관계의 공간을 확보하는 것이다. 津田를 들러싸고있는 인물들은 모두 이 我執속에서, 그리고 그러한 我執을 가능케하는 에고이즘으로 津田를 비판해 나간다. 다시 말하면 津田를 상대화하는 것이다. 자기의 본위적 관점을 통해서 타인을 상대화 해오던 漱石의 주인공이 이제는 타인으로부터 상대화되는 구조속에 놓이게 된다. 이러한 인간의 관계성 속에서의 고찰이라는 점도 「明暗」의 세계가 지금까지의 소설과는 다른 차원의 생의 모습을 묘사하고 있는 요소라고 볼 수 있다. 「明暗」집필시 漱石가 자기제자들에게 則天去私라는 구도적 인생관을 피력한 바 있다. 이 則天去私를 키이워어드로 明暗을 작품론적으로 고찰하려는 시도가 지금까지 꾸준히 이루어져 온 것은 사실이나, 이러한 논지의 전제로서 漱石자신이 자기의 생애 대해서 완전히 則天去私에 입각한 자신감 속에 존재한다는 법칙이 성립되어야 한다고 보나, 실제로 우리에게 남겨진 모든 자료속에서 이러한 발언을 우리는 들을 수 없다. 다시 말하면 則天去私는 만년의 則石가 漢詩를 즐겨 지었다는 점과 관련하여서, 漱石자신의 취미의 비유이지, 어디까지나 그의 小說言語가 아니었다는 점을 강조하여 두고자 한다. 「明暗」은 구도자적인 생관에 의해 구원되는 津田를 그린 作品이 아니라, 에고이즘 속에서 자신의 살을 영위해 나가야만 하는 우리의 어두운 생의 현실을 그린 작품이다. 漱石는 그의 예술 속에서 그리고 그의 소설 속에서 어디까지나 염세적이며 어두운 생의 모습을 응시한 작가라는 사실을 「明暗」의 세계는 우리에게 보여주고 있다.

Air void systems in hardened concrete has an important influence on concrete durability such as freeze-thaw resistance, water permeability, surface scaling resistance. Linear traverse method and point count method described at ASTM are the routine analysis of the air void system that have been widely used to estimate the spacing factor in hardened concrete. Recently, many concretes often have a spacing factor higher than the generally accepted 200-250㎛ limit for the usual range of air contents. This study is proposed to estimate the plane spacing factor by calculation of simplicity. The plane spacing factor need two parameters that are air content and numbers of air voids in the hardened concrete. Those obtained from the standard air-void system analysis of the ASTM C 457. The equation is valid for all values of paste-to-air ratio because the estimation of paste content is unnecessary at the using ASTM C 457. The plane spacing factor yields a similar estimate of the standard spacing factor.

「道草」論 : 論理の生と日常の生 between the logic and daily life

「道草」는 夏目漱石의 완결된 작품으로는 최후의 장편소설이다. 그런 의미에서 만년기에 접어 든 夏目撚石의 문학세계를 점검하는데 있어서 중요한 자료임을 인식할 수 있다. 또한 近代日本知識入의 삶의 방법이라고 하는 테마가 주를 이루었던 前作까지의 경향과는 달리 우리 生에 있어서의 日常의 문제가 대두되고 있다는 길에서도 주목할만한 작품이라 생각된다. 외국에서 새로운 학문수업을 끝내고 일본으로 돌아온 주인공 健三가 자기의 새로운 論理와는 화해될 수 없는 자기의 日常的 空間 속에서 어떠한 삶을 모색해야 했던가를 보여주고 있다. 자기를 둘러싼 日常의 조건은 健三가 가지고 있는 論理 자체를 파괴하려든다. 前作까지의 漱石의 주인공이라면 作中人物은 자기의 觀念을 지키기 위해 처절한 싸움을 시작했을 것이다. 그러나 자기논리의 죄의식을 인식하고, 자기의 생명을 스스로 끊어버리는 주인공을 前作에서 그려낸 漱石는 이제 주연공의 自我와 상대하는 처절한 他者를 그려낼 수 없다. 이것은 역으로 주인공 자신의 論理에의 성실이 그만큼 불투명한 것이었다는 것을 암시하고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 또한, 우리의 生을 이루는 것은 觀念이라는 理想만이 아니라 그것에 대항해오는 불쾌하고 끈적끈적한 日常의 제요소도 함께 포함된바는 사실을 인정하지 않을 수 없었던 漱石 자신의 자기응시를 健三는 보여주고 있다. 漱石자신이 제자들에게 한 유명한 「則天去私」라는 구도자적 인생관도 또한 최후의 미완성 작품인 「明暗」의 세계도, 이러한 觀念과 日常의 이원론을 극복하려고 했던 漱石의 정신의 소산이라 볼 수 있다.
