The purpose of the this study was to analyze nursing role conceptions and test the relationships between nursing role conceptions and general characteristics among selected new nurses. The subjects of this study were consisted of 106 practising new nurses. The data was collected from August 7 to 31, 1995. Subscale of Nursing Role Conceptions (Pieta, 1976) were used to measure bureaucratic, professional, and service role conceptions. Data were analyzed by SPSS/PC+ program. The result of this study were summarized as follows: 1. Score of normative role conception is higher than that of categorial role conception in three role conceptions (p<.01). In the normative&categorial role conceptions, three role conception score is high in sequence of service, professional, bureaucratic role conceptions (p<.01). 2. Baccalaureate graduates had significantly higher professional normative role conception scores (p<.05) and professional and service role discrepancies (p<.01); associate nurses had significantly higher professional categorial (p<.05) and service categorial role conception scores (p<.Ol) 3. There was no relationship between experiences and bureaucratic and service role conception. Professional normative role conception scores were gradually increased as experiences were increased but decreased after 10 months (p<.01). 4. There was a statistically significant increase in the categorial service role conception in the intensive care unit nurses (p<.05).There was a statistically increase in the service role discrepancy in the operating room nurses (p<.05). The findings indicates that degree of the discrepancy between normative and categorial role should be minimized. Therefore, further studies are necessary to repeat the longitudinal&qualitative research for exploring new nurses' role conceptions.
당 함유 식품 섭취 증가가 어린이 건강에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

우리나라는 지난 20년간 설탕소비량이 무려 20% 가까이 증가했고, 간식으로 인한 설탕 섭취량 증가는 아동의 식생활을 변화시킨 중요한 요인이 되었음에 불구하고 우리나라 아동의 설탕섭취에 대한 연구는 매우 미흡한 실정이다. 식품에 첨가되는 설탕은 열량만을 낼 뿐 그 외의 영양소는 들어 있지 않으므로 "빈(empty) 영양소"라고 불리며, 많이 섭취하게 되면 상대적으로 영양소가 풍부한 다른 식품의 섭취가 적어져 영양불균형 상태를 초래할 수도 있다. 설탕으로부터 손쉽게 얻는 과도한 열량은 체지방으로 쉽게 축척되어 1차적으로 비만을 야기할 뿐 아니라, 당뇨병, 고지혈증, 충치, 과잉활동장애와 같은 2차적 문제들에 대한 심각성이 보고되고 있다. 우리나라 당류 소비현황과 어린이 기호식품의 당함량 실태에 대한 조사 결과를 바탕으로 문제점 분석 및 향후 발전 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 현재 우리나라 가공식품의 총당(total sugars) 함량표시는 의무화되어 있지는 않으며 과다한 당 섭취를 막고 과잉의 당 섭취로 인한 비만 등의 질병을 예방하기 위해서 총당(total sugars) 함량 표시는 시급하다. 어린이 및 청소년의 건강관리, 비만예방을 위한 당 함량 및 영양성분표시의 의무화가 필요하며, 어린이 기호 식품에 대한 정보를 어린이가 이해하기 쉽게 표기하여야 한다. 나아가 어린이는 올바른 식습관을 형성하는 시기인 만큼 바람직한 정책제시와 올바른 교육을 통하여 무분별한 당 섭취로 인한 어린이의 건강의 문제발생을 예방하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics of open education by observational methods in elementary school. Because the observational methods provide a picture of the spontaneous characteristics in the teaching and learning setting, and informations about interactions between teacher and children, observation is used combined with quantitative analysis. The systematic observation of classroom was performed in two types of schools, open and traditional schools. The criteria for observation are teaching-learning methods, interactions between teacher and students, classroom environment, and evaluation. Through literature review, open education was defined, and factors for construction the open education were analyzed. Behaviors which are related to open education were classified in terms of four criteria, and the checklist for open education was made. Then trained observers watched and recorded behaviors in natural settings. To observe behaviors more objectively, both descriptive and checklist methods were used. 6 elementary schools in Pusan City were sampled for this study. The open and traditional classrooms are compared at each criterium. Even though the results can not be generalized to a total open education system, in open education, the children seemed to be treated more individually and specifically and were enjoying their activities in their classroom.
창작무용 학습이 학습 부진아의 자아개념 발달에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of the creative dance program on development under achiever's self-concept such as general, social, domestic, emotional, physical self-concept. The subjects of this study were 120 elementary school students: 60 for the control group(30 males, 30 females), 60 for the experimental group(30 males, 30 females) respectively, The creative dance program was composed of creative dance contents. The experienced group was subjected to the 8-week creative dance program three times a week, while the control group didn't attend the program. The creative dance program was composed of Laban's basic movement elements, relative data, and result of previous research. It consisted of 24 units with 40 minute class. The creative dance program was based on the following sequence: Stage I -Body Awareness, Stage II -Movement Awareness, and Stage III -Imagination. The instrument to measure children's self-concept was modified Song's criteria of evaluation for self concept. Data collected from pre and post tests were subjected to t-test on two-way Anova to test difference both within groups and between groups. The result of this study can be summarized as follows. The results of this study showed that the experimental group which had gone through creative dance program showed higher scores than the control group. Therefore, creative dance programs developed under achiever's self-concept. Second, when the pretest scores were compared with the post test scores, male students showed greater development on self-concept scores than their counterparts. Third, there group-gender interaction effects in the post test scores. In conclusion, this study showed the creative dance program could develope under-achiever's self concept. This might work as a way of ensuring the status of dance as a meaningful subject in the under-achiever's education.

As XML is emerging standard for data representation and exchange on the World-Wide-Web. XML Storage System, which can store and manage a large quantity of XML documents, became one of the major components of present internet application development. In this paper, we propose a data modeling for the efficient management of XML document and to support the versioning of DTD document. This modeling can apply to existing DBMS and support a various user query. Also our paper includes a Repository Interface Module for parsing and extracting XML/DTD's structure. Extracted data from this module is stored in database by Structure Info Manager.
兒童 個人的 變因 및 家庭環境的 變因과 兒童의 場獨立性

The relations between Children's Field-Independency and personal factors as age and sex, environmental factors as socioeconomic status and mother's parenting attitude were investigated in the present study. We also examined the relative effects of these independent variables on children's Field-independency. The subjects were 267 First, Third and sixth graders of elementary school and their mother (N=267) who are resident in Pusan. Children's Field-Independency was assessed with CEFT (Children's Embedded Figures Test) in individually held interview. Lee Won Yong' MBRI (Maternal Behavior Research Instrument) was employed for measure Mother's Parenting Attitudes. Results showed that all personal and environmental factors employed in this study related to children's Field-Independency. It seemed that Children's Field-Independency enhanced as they grow older. Children's sex had a partial relationship with Children's Field-Independency. Boys showed higher Field-Independency than girls only in 6th graders(t=2.24, p<.05). There was clear relationship between socioecomonic status and children's Field-Independency(r=.411, p<.001). It showed that Mothers affectionate attitude and non-controlling attitude can increase Children's Field-Independency in 3rd(r=.340, p<.001, r=-.201, p<.05) and 6th (r=.238, p<.05, r=-.235, p<.05) graders but not in 1st graders. The order of relative power of 4 independent variables is grade, socioeconomic status, sex and mother's affectionate attitude.
자기통합 집단의 치료효과 및 치료요인에 관한 연구 : 사회적 문제해결 능력을 중심으로

본 연구는 동양적 인간관을 바탕으로 한 새로운 집단치료의 모형 인 자기통합 집단의 치료효과 및 치료요인을 알아보고자 하였다. 자기통합 집단은 개인 심층분석 집단으로 문제를 다루는 전반부와 장점,가능성까지 통합적으로 다루는 후반부로 나뒤어서 구성된다. 집단의 참여자들은 정상인 유료 지원자들이였으며, 집단모임은 주1회 180분 간 지속되었고, 총 20회기로 이루어졌다. 자기통합 집단의 치료효과를 검증하기 위하여 집단시작 전, 중반, 종료직후, 종료 2주후에 사회적 문제해결 척도 질문지를 실시하였다. 자기통합 집단의 치료요인을 검증하기 위해서는 Yalom(1970)이 개발한 치료요인 중 11가지 범주를 질문지로 작성하여 집단종료 2주후에 실시하였다. 집단실시 결과, 사회적 문제해결 척도의 사전-종료직후 검사 간에는 통계적으로 유의미하지는 않았지만 증가 경향성을 나타냈고, 사전-종료 2주후 검사 간에는 유의미한 차이 (P<.05) 를 보였다. 이와같은 결과를 낸 주된 치료요인은 발생적 통찰을 다루는 자기이해인 것으로 드러났으며, 그외에는 대인관계 입력, 보편성, 희망의 고취 등이 높은 순위로 나타났다. 따라서 자기통합 집단은 자기이해를 바탕으로 하고 호소문제가 구체화 될수록 사회적 문제해결 수행 능력을 향상시키는데 효과적이며, 그 효과는 2주간의 훈습과정 후에 더 유의미하게 상승하였다. 본 연구는 국내에서 개발된 새로운 집단치료의 모형으로써 그 의미와 중요성을 지니는 자기통합집단의 치료효과와 치료요인을 살펴봄으로써, 우리나라에 적합한 치료집단의 개발 및 연구의 초석을 마련하고자 한 시도적인 연구로서의 의미를 지닌다.
Acetyl CoA carboxylase의 활성 조절에 있어서 Covalent phosphorylation과 Deploymerization간의 상관관계에 관한 연구

지방산 합성계의 지배 효소인 Acetyl CoA carboxylase의 활성조절에는 hormone에 의한 covalent modification과 세포내 대사물질에 의한 조절이 관여하는 것으로 알려져 왔다. Allosteric regulation과 covalent modification 두 경우 모두 중합체와 이량체로서 상호전환 되며 효소활성이 변환된다. BSA를 효소의 인산화과정에 함께 사용하였을 경우는 특이하게도 효소의 인산화는 일어나나 이량체로서의 분해는 일어나지 않는다. 이러한 사실로부터 효소 활성조절은 직접적으로 polymerization-depolymerization 변환에 의해 나타내며 인산화-탈인산화는 효소의 4차 구조를 변환시키기 위한 도구로서 사용되며 인산화-탈인산화에 의하여 활성이 직접적으로 변화하지는 않는다. Acetyl CoA carboxylase, the rate-limiting enzyme in long chain fatty acid synthesis, exhibits complex regulatory properties. Hormonal regulation of the carboxylase activity and thus fatty acid sythesis is mediated by the covalent modification of the enzyme, and cellular metabolites regulate the carboxylase activity through polymerization-depolymerization of the enzyme. In this paper, we show the evidences that the covalent modification of Acetyl CoA carboxylase is a means of changing the quaternary structure of the carboxylase and not the activity per se.

청각장애인은 고용상태가 불안정하며, 삶의 속도가 빨라지는 정보화 시대에 사회통합에 필요한 실제적인 지원체계가 결핍된 채 살아가고 있다. 이러한 상황은 그들의 장애정체감을 왜곡시키고, 타인과의 관계형성에 어려움을 겪게 하며, 나아가 사회통합을 저해하고 있는 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 청각장애인의 사회통합에 영향을 미치는 결정요인을 고용유무, 문제실제지지, 장애정체감, 사회적 교제관계로 설정하고 각 영향요인과 사회통합의 관계 경로를 검증해 보았다. 본 연구는 전국에 거주하고 있는 청각장애인 134명을 대상으로 조사하였으며, 확인적 요인분석을 통하여 분석한 결과, 모형의 적합도는 좋은 적합도(close fit)를 보여주었다(TLI .912, CFI .942, RMSEA .049). 변수 간의 관계구조의 검증결과를 보면, 청각장애인의 문제실제지지는 장애정체감에 정적영향을 주며, 장애정체감은 사회적 교제관계에 정적영향을 주고 있었다. 또한 사회적 교제관계는 사회통합에 정적영향을 주었다. 고용유무는 사회통합에 직접효과를 가진다고 검증되었다. 본 연구를 통하여 청각장애인의 고용에 관한 정책적 지원과 그들의 문제를 구체적이고 실제적으로 지지해줄 수 있는 체계의 마련이 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 지원체계의 마련이 궁극적으로는 사회통합에 영향을 주며, 동시에 장애인의 긍정적 정체감 형성을 돕고, 친밀한 대인관계를 형성하게 되는 것에도 효과가 있음이 검증된 것이다. The condition of employment the deaf is unstable, and they are maintaining their life with lack of practical support system for social integration in this fast turning information-oriented society. These circumstance distorts their disability identity, distresses on having relationship with other people, moreover it is hindering social integration. At this point, the study verifies the effect factors of the deaf to integrate in society by setting up an employment status, a disability identity, a problemoriented instrumental support and a social association relationship. This research targeted 134 the deaf group from the whole country, and by analyzing confirmatory factor analysis, it revealed suitability of the model is close fit(TLI .912, CFI .942, RMSEA .049). A result for verification in relationship system among variable is that, problemoriented instrumental support has positive relationship with the deaf ’s disability identity and disability identity is also related with social association relationship in affirmative way. It verified that an employment status has direct effect on social integration. Through this research, we felt the necessity of providing the political support for the employment and the system which could sustain their problems concrete and practically. By providing these supports, it will bring a good effect on social integration ultimately, and simultaneously, it will help disabled to form an positive identity, and it verified that it will support them to make a intimate personal relations.

This study was performed to investigate the level of self-esteem in the home residents and institution residents. We used a structured questionnaire in interviewing the elderly. The interviewees were composed of 200 persons in homes and 93 persons in institutions aged more than 60 and they were selected by systemic stratified random sampling. The data collecting period was from June 2, 1988. to August 10, 1988. Data were analyzed by the SPSS computer program mean, percentage, t-test, ANOVA. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The level of self-esteem of the elderly in home was very higher than that of the institutionalized elderly(p<0.000) 2. According to whether they have the monthly income(p<0.05), the level of present life satisfaction(p<0.001), the level of relationship with spouse(p<0.001) and sexual life or not(p<0.001), the level of self-esteem of the home resident group showed differences statistically. 3. According to they have the number of offsprings(p<0.05), the level of present life satisfaction (p<,0.001) and the level of present health status(p<0.01), the level of self-esteem of the institution residents group showed difference statistically.
