다중 질의 결합을 통한 검색 효과의 개선

일반적으로 주어진 정보 요구에 대하여 서로 다른 사용자는 서로 다른 질의를 생성할 수 있으며, 또는 한명의 사용자가 통제어의 사용 여부에 따라 서로 다른 질의를 생성할 수 있다. 최근 정보 검색 분야의 연구들은 이러한 서로 다른 질의 표현의 서로 다른 문서 집합을 검색함을 보여준다. 본 논문에서는 하나의 사용자 질의에 대하여 다양한 적합성 피드백 방법을 적용함으로써 다중의 질의들을 자동으로 생성한 후, 생성된 다중 질의들을 다시 하나의 질의로 결합하는 방법을 제안한다. 또한 실험을 통하여 자동으로 생성된 다중의 질의들을 결합함으로써 보다 높은 검색 효과를 얻을 수 있음을 입증한다 Different users or the same user using controlled versus free-text vocabularies could generate different queries for the same information need. It has been known in the information retrieval literature that different query representations may retrieve different sets of documents. In this paper, we first generate multiple query vectors from a given information problem by using different relevance feedback methods. Then we combine the multiple query vectors into a single query vector. We also show through experiments that significant improvements can be achieved by the combination of the multiple query vectors

폐동맥종양색전증에 의한 돌연사 부검 1예

A 23-year old male patient expired suddenly. He was managed at the hospital under the impression of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. An autopsy was performed and the cause of death was pulmonary tumor embolism, which occluded the main pulmonary artery completely. The primary tumor was located at the left psoas muscle and it was alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma. The primary tumor infiltrated to the iliac vein and sciatic nerve and patient's symptom was due to nerve compression by the tumor.

One case of metastatic skin tumor from carcinoma of the ovary was reported with literature re-view. A 20-year-old woman had an episode of total hysterectomy and bilateral salpigo-ophorectomy under the diagnoisis of mucinous cystadenocarcinoma about one year ago. About 2 months ago, a nodule developed on the site of operation wound of the abdomen. Thereafter, multiple nodules developed succeedingly on the abdomen, back and scalp. The nodules were considered to be originated from carcinoma of the ovary in the view of histopathological, immunohistochemical and electron-microscopic finding.

새로운 캐릭터 로봇을 위한 무선 워터마킹 기술

In this paper, we present a wireless watermarking technique for a new character robot. After we insert a sequence of some action codes inaudibly to an audio signal, the character can act the behaviors indicated in those codes by processing sound with a microphone and extracting concealed codes when the pre-processed audio file is played. For example, the robot dances to the music where the action codes were concealed. For this, we propose a modified echo-hiding algorithm. This modified algorithm uses repeated watermarks for robust extraction and integer watermarks for enough data insertion so that it can solve technical problems with the noise generated in the wireless analog channel, attenuation of sound in proportion to distance between a robot and a source of sound, and synchronization. Finally, we verify the performance of the proposed technique through experiments under several conditions.

소뇌에 발생한 정맥성 혈관종 1예

The author report a case of venous malformation within cerebellar hemisphere presenting of hemorrhage. A 35-year-old male was admitted due to sudden onset of vertigo 1 week before admission. Computed tomography (CT) showed lobar shape intracebellar hemorrhage, subcortical cerebellar hemorrhage. Follow up enhanced CT scan showed a large curbilinear draining vein. conventional angiogram disclosed pathognomomic "caput medusae " or "star cluster" shape venous malformation. After conservative treatment for 2 months, subjective symptoms were near totally recovered.

ULSD 使用에 따른 機關性能과 排氣가스 및 DOC에 미치는 影響에 關한 實驗的 硏究

Automobile industries have been developed rapidly mainly as a key manufacturing industry. On the other hands, atmosphere pollution is getting worse noticeably than in any other times. In the diesel emission, PM(Particulate Matter) and NOx(Nitrogen Oxidation) have been exhausted with a great amount and the regulation is getting stringent. In order to develop a low emission engine, it is necessary to research on better quality of fuel. Sulfur contained in fuel is transformed to sulfur compound by DOC(Diesel Oxidation Catalyst) and then it causes to increase of sulfate-laden PM on the surface of catalyst. Recently diesel automobile industries are focused on the development of reduction techniques on PM by modifying combustion of sulfur in fuel. In this research, ULSD(Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel) is used as a fuel and some experimental results are investigated. ULSD can reduce not only PM but also gas materials because cetane value, flash point, distillation 90%, pour point and viscosity are improved in the process of desulfurization. However, excessively reduced sulfur may cause to decrease lubricity of fuel and engine performance in fuel injection system. Therefore, it requires only modest adjusted amount of sulfur can improve engine performance and DOC, as well as decrease of emission.

경추후종인대 골화증에 대하여 척추후궁 성형술 후 발생한 일시적 척수손상 : 증예보고 a case report

The decompressine surgery via laminoplasty is usually carried out for the symptomatic ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament of the cervical spine. We report a case of temporary hemi - spinal cord injury had after laminoplasty at mid- cervical region. This 55-year old male had bilateral upper extremities numbness and paresthesia and bilateral lower extremities numbness for 3 months before admission. During the walking, he felt "just walking upon the cloud". Plain cervical spine X-ray and cervical spine CT revealed marked continuous type of ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament from the C4 to the C6 vertebral bodies. He underwent laminoplasty especially at left side mid cervical spine. Immediate after surgery, left side motor hemi weakness especially upper extremity was developed with left side surperficial and deep sensory diminishing. Above neurological symptoms were nearly completely recovered 3weeks after operation. We discussed pathoanatomical change after acute spinal cord decompression.

This study is intended to recognize mental and physical health status of Nursing Junior Collegians. The sample data for the study have been collected applying C.M.I. from 462 collegians selected randomly at 4 nursing junior colleges in Taegu city and Kyungbuk province over a period of three months from September to November 1986. The data was treated by a computer (SPSS) using Mean, Standard Deviation, F Ratio, Chi-square test and Pearson's Correlation. The summary of the results in the study are as follows: 1) The relationship between general mental-physical health of Nursing students and places which they have grown up, showed to be not significant. 2) The relationship between mental(p < 0.01), physical (p < 0.05), general mental- physical health (p < 0.01) and living expense satisfaction showed to be significant. 3) In the relations to pride as a nurse, musculoskeletal system (p < 0.01), Fatigability(p < 0.05) Miscellaneous disease (p < 0.01), Inadequacy (p < 0.05), Depression (p < 0.001), Sensitivity(p < 0.01), Anger (p < 0.01), and Tension (p < 0.05) showed to be significant. 4) In the relation to anxiety on registered Nurses Examinication, The frequency of Respiratory (p < 0.05), Cardiovascular (p < 0.001), Digestive (p < 0.05), Musculoskeletal (p < 0.05), Nervous system(p < 0.05) and frequency illness (p < 0.05), Inadequacy (p < 0.05), Depression (p < 0.01), Anxiety (p < 0.05), Sensitivity (p < 0.05), Anger (p < 0.05) and Tension (p < 0.001) showed to be significant.

By making various improvements in the electorytic refining operation undertaken at the world refining, it has been succeeded to achieve some remarkable results which show the following; A roasting process has been introduced in which Sulphuric acid is mixed for treating the slime from copper electrolysis, the recovery of selenium has been raised and it has now become possible for us to recover lead, nickel, tellurium, antimony and bismuth which we had to ignore in the past. The extraction of gold and silver has also been improved. Moreover, a basic experiment on Special reaction mechanism under this roasting process, has also been under taken. Besides the above, it has been succeeded to raise the efficiency by rationalization and have also been able to reduce the cost of production.

지능형 도로교통 제어기의 설계

Abstract - In this paper, The hardware and software of an Intelligent Traffic Controller has been designed. It consist of several parts-Main CPU module, Field I/O module, Display Module, communication module and Mother Board module. These modules were classified by the functions. This system can be communicated using the Mother Board module. A traffic data is processed by Main CPU module, A data input and output are processed by Field I/O module, User interface is processed by Display module, and Software debugging is processed by communication module and Main CPU module. In this paper, a hardware can be attached and detached easily because It was designed as the module. This system has an advantage that can be used as the common controller. The Overall System consists of several part - loop sensor, loop detector, traffic controller and PC to debug software. Until a few years ago, the sequential program method had been used in Embedded System. But, Because of the complex hardware, the Real Time Operating System is used at the present. In this thesis, OS-9 is ported to the traffic controller. The verification program is designed for testing hardware and software. The verification program consists of several parts - serial communication test, free memory test(DRAM, FLASH, SRAM), Timer test, real time clock, data key read and write test, LED test, Field I/O module test and Front Panel Assembly test. User can verify the hardware and software by calling sub-program.
