The purpose of this study was to explore the adaptability of the Spielberger's 'state-trait anxiety test' for measuring athlete's state and trait anxiety. Questionnaire in-cluding 40 items for anxiety, 5 items for motivation, 13 items for self-efficacy, 6 items for performance was administrated to subjects. The subjects of this survey were 277 male and 124 female athletes of middle school(n=24), high school(n=364), and college(n=13) in Kyeong Sang Nam Do. The results of this study were as follows: 1) Accord-ing the result of factor analysis for items to measure, 3 factors(psychological safety, trait anxiety, and state anxiety)were extracted. 2) The validity(Cronbach's alpha) of each factors was .829 for psychological safety, .773 for trait anxiety, and 776 for state anxiety. 3) By the results of Multiple regression, Forward step-wised multiple regression, and t-test be-tween high and low group of sports anxiety score, The common and differential mechan-isms between Trait Anxiety and State Anxiety were founded. Both Trait Anxiety and State Anxiety statistically significant predict Psychological Safety. While Trait anxiety influenced to self-efficacy, motivation, and performance, State Anxiety didn't. The major limit of this study was a restricted sample. Thus, a future cross-validation study using another nationalized sample should be followed.

멀티미디어 저작 도구의 설계 및 구현

In this paper, We designed a new multimedia authoring tool that will ease the development of multimedia application product and the editing of media data such as text, sound, graphic, video, etc. And then, described the structure of management, programming model and user interface of the new multimedia authoring tool called Prototype Viewer. This tool has special event pointers such as frame list, object list that indicate a attribute of the media and have nothing to do with the nature of the media. Using the event pointer, we can save a storage space of the disk and reuse the same media data. This authoring tool applies to Product announcement, Computer aided instruction, Information system, Business presentation, etc.

DFF알고리즘을 이용한 깊이 정보 추출

영상으로부터 물체의 깊이를 추출하는 방법은 structured light, texture, stereo, focusing 등의 방법이 사용되고 있는데 본 논문에서는 focusing을 이용하여 물체의 깊이정보를 획득하는 알고리즘을 논의하였다. 기존의 stereo 방식은 서로 다른 위치에서 얻어진 두 장의 영상 사이의 관계를 해석하여 3차원 정보를 얻는다. 그러나 이 방법은 두 영상간의 대응 관계를 정하는 알고리즘이 매우 복잡하며, 일치되는 대응점을 구하지 못하면 3차원 거리를 구할 수 없다는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 대응점의 문제가 발생하지 않고 초점으로부터 비교적 정확한 깊이정보를 획득할 수 있는 DFF(Depth From Focus)에 대해 논하고 실험을 통하여 효과적으로 3차원 정보를 추출함을 보였다.

Ciprofloxacin 제제의 생물학적 동등성에 관한 연구

국내 시판중인 ciprofloxacin 제제인 Citopcin®(250㎎ tablet)의 동등성을 검토하기 위해 제조원인 Bayer사의 Citopcin®(250㎎ tablet)를 기준제제로 하여 18명의 건강한 남성 피험자를 대상으로 500㎎ 1회 교차 경구 투여후 약동학적 성상을 분석비교한 결과는 다음과 같다. 시험제제의 생체 이용율의 지표인 AUC, C_(mao), T_(max) 및 MRT들의 평균치는 백분율차이에 있어 모든 기준제제 지표의 ± 20% 이내였으며, 이들 생체 이용율 지표들은 분산분석 검정에서 차이를 인지할 수 없었다.생체 이용율 지표들의 기준제제에 대한 백분율 90% 대칭 신뢰구간 검토시 모든 경수들에서 ± 20% 이내의 조건을 만족하였으며 AUC의 경우에는 대칭형 신뢰구간으로 변환시 95% 신뢰구간에서도 동등성의 조건을 만족하였다, 이상의 시험결과로 시험제제인 Citopcin®은 기준제제인 Ciprobay®와 생물학적 동등한 제제로 판단되었다. The pharmacokinetics of ciprofloxacin was studied for the evaluation of the bioequivalence of the generic ciproflocacin products. Two single doses of 500㎎ each of ciprofloxacin(Ciprobay® 250㎎ tablet as a reference compound and Citopcin® 250㎎ tablet s a test compound) were administered orally to ighteen male volunteers in a balanced, randomized crossover design. Pek plasma levels of ciprofloxacin were observed about 1 hour after the doses and the peak concentrations of both products were similar(Ciprobay®, 3.18㎍/㎖; Citopcin®, 2.89㎍/㎖). The values of other pharmacokinetic parameter of ciprofloxacin computed for Ciprobay® are presented in that order: AUC=13.53:12.47㎍·h/㎖, T_(max)=1.28:1.14 hours; MRT=5.30:5.08 hours; t_(1/2)β=3.65:3.47 hours. No satistically significant, differences were detected when AUC and the other parameters were compared with the method of ANOVA. Using the criteria of 90% confidence interval for the assessment of bioequivalence al the parameters were acceptable. The products were found to be equivalent on the premise that no significant difference was detected when the relevant pharmacokinetic parameters were compared, and the confidence limit analysis showed acceptable results.

유자액을 이용한 소스의 이화학적 특성 및 저장성

The purposes of this study were to investigate the physicochemical characteristics and storage stabilities of various sauces with added Yuza(Citrus Junos). Yuza consisted of three parts: peeled (46.17%), fleshed (43.74%) and seeded (10.09%). Yuza juice revealed 11.33% extraction yield, pH 2.85, 4.18% total acidity, 11° Brix, 1.16% transmittance and 2.63° Brix/acid ratio. Five kinds of sauces with added Yuza juice were Yuza red pepper paste sauce, Yuza soybean sauce for meat, Shahu shabu Yuza sauce, Korean Yuza vegetable sauce and Japanese Yuza soybean sauce. These sauces showed slight changes in pH, total acidity, total bacterial counts and overall sensory characteristics during storage period (60 days). In conclusion, Yuza juice could be applied to various sauces, which remained usable for 60 days.

The Internet of Things, the core of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, is growing by incorporating various technologies into various fields. Among them, smart home systems that apply IoT technology to home environments are being actively studied. The home hub market, a means of communication for smart homes, is also developing at the same time. As the home hub market develops, security threats are also increasing accordingly. In this paper, 'Smart Home Mirror' is implemented by combining mirror and IoT technologies so that users can use them to communicate with smart home applications and other devices. To meet security issues, users in it are recognized by using face recognition technology and AES between all data communications in it is applied. The proposed device’s usefulness is approved by implementing it in smart home environments.

A new triterpene glycoside from the stems of Lagerstroemia indica

A bioassay-guided fractionation and chemicalinvestigation of the stems of Lagerstroemia indica resultedin the isolation and identification of a new triterpene glycoside,lagerindiside (1), along with nine known triterpenes(2–10). The structure of this new compound was elucidatedon the basis of 1D and 2D nuclear magnetic resonancespectroscopic data analysis as well as chemical method. The cytotoxic activities of the isolates (1–10) were evaluatedby determining their inhibitory effects on four humantumor cell lines (A549, SK-OV-3, SK-MEL-2, andHCT15) using a sulforhodamine B bioassay. Compounds 3and 4 showed potent cytotoxicity on the tumor cell lineswith IC50 values ranging from 3.38 to 6.29 lM.
