광감지기를 위한 floating 게이트 MOSFET의 구조 개선

1.5㎛ 표준 n-well CMOS 공정을 이용하여 floating 게이트 MOSFET을 설계하고 제작하였다. 그리고 floating 게이트 MOSFET의 구조를 변경하였고 구조의 변경에 따른 광특성의 변화를 조사하였다. 여기서 floating 게이트MOSFET의 게이트 수는 전류레멜에 영향을 주지 않고 포화전압에 영향을 주었다. 더욱이 소자의 채널 수가 전류레벨에 영향을 주는 것을 관찰하였다. 소자의 채널 수가 증가함에 따라 전류레벨은 표준구조의 약 60%까지 증가하였다.

This paper presents a new controller design method for learning a nonlinear function existing between real plant and controller outputs in the practical dynamic systems. A new controller is based on the FMFNN(Fuzzy Membership Function based Neural Network) being able to learn nonlinear functions well. FMFNN architecture can a) enhance the capability of learning, b) obtain optimal control rules modified by learning. The proposed controller based on the FMFNN is applied to 3rd order linear system and non-linear system. Simulation results show the improved performance such as the stability, response speed, reduced tracking errors.

In recent years, research and development on MEMS using micromachining technology based on semiconductor-process have been very active. All mechanical structures can be fabricated, with very high precision of ㎛, using micromachining technology. Small mechanical components such as fiber, hole, nozzle, diaphram and so on can be replaced by MEMS technology have much advantages in various aspect, compared to conventional sensors which have these characteristics. Therefore, introduction on MEMS and its current technology trens are desribed.

DLC firma were coated on the lift off-based Si-tip FEA by PA-CVD method, and influence of DLC coating on field emission properties of FEA were investigated. For the pure and DLC-coated Si-tip FEA, emission current-voltage curves, hysteresis, current fluctuation, and light emission from a phosphor were discussed.

Catechol-O-methyltransferase (COMT; EC 2.1.1.6) is the enzyme which catalyzes the transfer of methyl group to the catecholamine neurotransmitters from its methyl donor S-adenosyl-L-methionine. Partially purified COMT from rat liver has been used to measure the concentration of catecholamines in the blood through solvent extraction and thin layer chromatography after converting ^3H-methyl derivatives of catecholamines. To improve this inconvenient and fluctuating method, an attempt was made to use COMT gene for the measurement of catecholamines. Specific primers, COMT5P (5'-TGC TCA GAG GTG CTT TGA AG-3') and COMT3P (5'-GGA GCC GCA GAA GGT CA G-3'), were used to amplify COMT gene from human placenta cDNA library. The amplified COMT gene through 35 cycles of polymerase chain reaction was cloned into T-vector and the nucleotide sequences are determined by automatic sequencer. Human COMT has two common variants, a thermostable high activity form which has valine at amino acid 158 and a thermolabile low activity form which Has methionine at the same position. The cloned COMT gene in this study has both variants. Clone 4 and 5 have valine at amino acid 158 (guanine at nucleotide 472) and clone 1-3 have methionine at this site (adenine at nucleotide 472). In addition to this, there are other DNA polymorphisms in COMT gene at nucleotide 101, 102 (amino acid 34, a structural mutation cysteine/serine) and nucleotide 186 (a silent mutation). All of the clones have cysteine at amino acid 34 (guanine and adenine at nucleotides 101 and 102) and cytosine at nucleotide 186 except clone 3 which has thymine at this nucleotide. Clone 4 and 5 are thermostable high activity variants, suggesting being more useful for the measurement of catecholamines after expressing the gene.

The core of SLIC is subscriber line 2-wire interface and analog 4-wire interface block Switching regulator that supplies power to subscriber line 2-wire interface block is designed, using 70V BVCEO bipolar CSPA process parameter. The maximum current 150mA flows into switching regulator switch(L pin), and switch transient maximum OFF voltage at L pin is 1 V. Simulations are performed to prove the appropriety of designs. Each simulation is performed using Meta-software HSPICE tool on a SUN SPARC-1.

To enable difficulty of statistical attack over enciphering algorithm by unauthorized person, key stream generated by nonlinear switching function must have at least pseudo-random number series. Accordingly, new algorothm of nonlinear switching fuction is presented in this paper. The proposed algorithm is applied to key generator in the stream cryptosystem. The implemented crypstosystem has 10?? key cycle length, 32 key variables, and 10?? key combinations.

본 논문은 킬리안 영상촬영기를 자체 제작하여 킬리안 영상촬영에 영향을 미치는 요인을 관찰하기 위하여 여러 가지 시료의 킬리안영상을 얻었다. 실험결과를 분석해 본 결과 킬리안 영상촬영시 전압의 크기,노출시간,시료의 재질 구성,절연특성 등이 킬리안영상의 색깔과 방전 파형에 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다.

FFT function is basic element in DSP system. The radix-4 SDF(Single Delay Feedback) structure, which make possible the pipelining, is adopted. It makes save the FFT process operation time and hardware logic size effectively. This is more complex than radix-2 SDF structure, but it has less stages and complex multipliers. Especially, this FFT has dual edge flip-flop in the shifter for more safely processing result about glitch or propagation delay. It performs data output at the rising edge and data storing at the falling edge. So it protects the data corruption from glitch or propagation delay, which is most critical problem in the digital circuit. And the modified Booth algorithm in the complex multiplier is adopted. Half size partial product compared to general multiplier is generated, so it has good performance. It has more high practical usage rate of 37.5%, which reduces by 48clks. The result of FFT operation by EPGA is correct, in the range from 1 to +1, compared with matlab result.
