가상교육 시스템을 운용하는 데 여러 가지 주요 기능이 필요하다. 그 중에 하나가 교육에 관련한 Q/A 게시판 관리이다. 이 게시판은 학습자들이 교육내용에 관련한 다양한 질문을 올리고, 교수자는 질문에 대하여 답변을 올리는 의사소통의 통로이다. 본 연구에서는 가상교육에서 필수적으로 요구되는 Q/A 게시판의 개선된 관리 방안을 설계 구현하였다. 다시 말하면 가상교육 시스템에서 기본적으로 필요한 Q/A 게시판에 올라오는 학습자들의 질문에 대하여 답변을 자동화하는 시스템을 설계 구현했다. There should be a few important functions for operating cyber education systems. Among them, one of the most important functions is to manage question and answer bulletin boards. A question and answer bulletin board is a communication path between learners and teachers. Learners ask questions and teachers response answers to askers on the board. This research designs and implements an improved method for managing question and answer bulletin boards which are mendatory in cyber education. In other words, we design and implement a system which automatically provides answers to the questions.
영일만에 출현하는 부유성 난과 자치어의 종조성 및 계절변화

경상북도 영일만 연안에서 2001년 2월, 5월, 8월 및 11월에 계절별로 채집된 부유성 난과 자치어의 종조성 및 계절변화를 연구하였다. 채집된 부유성 난은 총 9개 분류군으로, 멸치가 출현량의 63.4%로 가장 우점하였고, 다음 까나리는 23.7%를 차지하였으며, 나머지는 7개 분류군이 12.9%를 차지하였다. 자치어는 총 7목 28과 37개의 분류군이 출현하였는데, 그 중 32개 분류군은 종 수준까지, 3개 분류군은 속 수준까지, 2개 분류군은 과 수준까지 동정하였다. 2월에는 2목 7과 12종, 5월에는 3목 5과 7종, 8월에는 6목 18과 21종, 11월에는 6목 14과 16종이 출현하였다. 주요 출현종으로서는 까나리가 자치어 출현량의 22.7%를 차지하여 가장 우점하였으며, 다음은 멸치가 16.7%, 동갈양태속 어류가 14.1%를 차지하였고, 노래미와 쥐노래미가 각각 5.7%와 5.5를 차지하였다. The ichthyoplanktons in coastal waters of Yongil Bay were sampled during four different months (February, May, August and November 2001) to study their distribution. The collected fish eggs were identified as belonging to nine species. The most dominant species Engraulis japonicus accounted for 63.4% of the total fish eggs, followed by Ammodytes personatus (23.7%) and Sardinops melanostictus (9.2%). The collected larvae and juveniles were identified into 37 taxa (28 families, 7 orders). Of these, 32 were identified to species, three were identified to genus and two were identified to family level. The dominant species Ammodytes personatus accounted for 22.7% of the total larvae and juveniles, followed by Engraulis japonicus (16.7%), and Repomucenus sp. (14.1%). These three taxa constituted 53.5% of the total collected larvae and juveniles.

AAF(Active Air Flap) is located in the front of the vehicle and has the advantage of improving fuel efficiency by controlling the inflow of air required for engine cooling. In addition, the application rate of AAF is expanding due to recent environmental regulations and electrification of vehicles. In particular, to improve the aerodynamic performance of electric vehicles, the cooling area is reduced and moving designs are being tried to diversify the exterior design of the vehicle. In this study, we proposed a new AAF operation mechanism to realize various designs of vehicles and secure aerodynamic performance. Through this, an operating mechanism was implemented that maintains the operability of the existing AAF and improves the aerodynamics improvement effect.

There are the fault tolerance technology and the fault avoidance technology to analyze and evaluate the performance of computer system. To improve the reliability of software, The N-version Programming(NVP) technology is known to be the most objective and quantitive. However, when discrete probability distribution is used as estimation model, the values of it's component reliability should be same. In this paper, to resolve this problem, we adapted the genetic algorithms to NVP technology and implement the optimized simulate. And then the results were analyzed and estimated. Through this study, we could optimize the reliability of each component and estimate the optimum count in the system reliability.

We diagnosed on status and problems of environmental assessment regarding development of offshore wind power, and also on reasonable core assessment items. Most of the coastal wind power are located on the western coastline of Korea and Jeju Island. In the selections of the site for the offshore wind farms, a previous investigations should be conducted with regard to distances from the land, stabilities from external forces (tide, wave, etc.) and topographical changes, and characteristics of the surroundings (distributions of protected area, fishing ground, artificial seagrasses, and shipping traffic). It is needed to assess dispersion of suspended solids, changes of the sea bottom, and impacts on fisheries resources and fishing activities under construction of offshore wind power. Furthermore, the responses of marine organisms to noise and vibration, impacts by electromagnetic fields, impacts on sea birds, hindrances to sea lane routes, and damaged scenery and marine protection areas are thoroughly assessed during operation processes. The consultation criteria in case of development of offshore wind farm is adjusted by focusing marine environmental impact assessment.
한국 남해 연안전선의 생물 화학적 특성 및 영양역학 구조

Biological and chemical characteristics and trophodynamics in the frontal zone were investigated in the southern waters of Korea. Temperature, nutrients (dissolved inorganic nitrogen, PO₄^(3-) -P, and SiO₂^- -Si) chlorophyll a and zooplankton were collected and analyzed along the two transects, the frontal zone and the non-frontal zone, in April, 1994. Nutrients were higher in the non-frontal zone than in the frontal zone. But chlorophyll a concentration was high in the frontal zone, particularly at the 20 m depth of the main frontal station (St. TII-2), where was located at the junction between the stratified layer and the non-stratified layer with the lowest nutrients. Zooplankton was more abundant in the frontal zone than in the non-frontal zone, particularly at the innermost station of the frontal zone. Copepods showed high composition rate more than 90% at all stations except the main frontal station (St. TII-2). At the main frontal station (St. TII-2), euphausiids and siphonophores were dominated. Chlorophyll a revealed a significant relationships with SiO₂^- -Si in both transects and copepods in the non-frontal zone. Copepods also showed very close relationship with siphonophores in the frontal zone. This suggests that the abundance of copepods could be controlled as bottom-up in the non-frontal zone and as top-down in the frontal zone.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Plasmonic nanostructures have received increasing attention for photochemical applications due to high light absorptivity, tunability, sensitivity, and robustness. However, the short lifetime of hot electrons limits their efficient extraction, requiring the well-defined assembly of neighboring functional materials (e.g., electron filters and catalysts) along with the plasmonic nanostructures. Here we report the polyphenol-mediated assembly of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) and titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO<SUB>2</SUB> NPs) into colloidal plasmonic heterostructures. Tannic acid (TA) is deposited on the surface of TiO<SUB>2</SUB> NPs through metal-ligand coordination, where TA serves as a reducing agent to synthesize AuNPs on the surface of TiO<SUB>2</SUB> NPs. The generation and injection of hot carriers from the plasmonic heterostructures exhibit faster electron transfer kinetics under visible light illumination as determined using ferricyanide as a redox agent. Subsequent surface coatings of TiO<SUB>2</SUB> NPs with phosphate-functionalized polyethylene glycol is shown as an effective means of selective surface passivation to suppress the charge transfer in the semiconductor/electrolyte interface. We expect that the interface control of plasmonic heterostructures for functional assembly and passivation can be utilized for their photochemical applications through integration with catalytic and sensing components.</P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>
