The purposes of this study were to investigate the effect which the discussion method in learning has on young children's language abilities, and to offer fundamental data for the development of language teaching model to improve young children's language abilities. The subjects were 44 children in public kindergarten of C elementary school in Choeng-won, Chung-buk area, whose average age was 66 months. There were two groups. Half of them were assigned to experimental group, in which the subjects took parts in the discussion for improving the language abilities. The other half of them were assigned to were control group. The results of this study were as fort lows. First, the young children with discussion method in learning were competent in vocabulary abilities than their counterparts. Second, the young children with discussion method in learning were competent in sentence comprehension abilities than their counterparts. Third, the young children with discussion method in learning was not competent in abilities than their counterparts. Fourth, no sex difference was found in discussion method in learning according to their sex. The results of this study indicate that the discussion activities for fairly tales improve the young children's language abilities, that is, their vocabulary abilities and sentence comprehension abilities. Also, it can be concluded that discussion method in learning has equivalent effect regardless of sex.
Quality Characteristics of Chicken Emulsion Sausages with Different Levels of Makgeolli Lees Fiber

Makgeolli lees is a by-product of the makgeolli brew processing. Makgeolli lees contains high levels of fibers, which can be separated and used to develop foods rich in dietary fibers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of makgeolli fibers (0-4%) on proximate composition, caloric content, pH, color, cooking yield, textural profile, and sensory characteristics of chicken-emulsion sausages. The moisture content of 1, 2, and 3% makgeolli lees fiber-amended product was higher than the control, while that of the 4% product was not. Total calorie estimates of makgeolli lees fiber-amended sausages were lower than the control, except for in the case of the 4% treatment. Moreover, chicken sausages supplemented with makgeolli lees fiber had higher cooking yields and improved textural properties. Chicken emulsion sausages prepared with makgeolli lees fiber had improved overall acceptability, and the best results of sensory characteristics were obtained for the emulsion sausages containing 2% makgeolli lees fiber.

컴퓨터교과교육 : 국가연구개발사업 보안교육 실태조사를 통한교육제도화에 관한 연구 -정부출연연구기관을 중심으로-

우리나라 연구개발 수준에 비해 성과를 보호하려는 노력은 이를 따라가지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 정부출연연구기관 연구자의 연구보안의식 수준과 보안교육실태를 파악하고 교육을 활성화하기 위한 제도화 방안에 대해 알아보았다. 37개의 미래창조과학부 산하 출연(연) 연구보안 책임자 및 실무자를 대상으로 설문조사와 심층인터뷰를 실시하였다. 조사결과, 출연(연) 연구원의 보안의식은 보통이하 수준이며, 보안의식을 높이기 위해 교육이 필요하며, 보안교육을 효율적으로 실행하기 위해서는 제도화가 필요하다고 응답하였다. 심층 인터뷰 결과 연구성과 보호를 위해 연구자 대상 보안교육의 제도화, 체계적인 보안교육 프로그램 개발, 기관장의 보안의지 강화, 연구보안 전담인력 및 예산 확보가 필요하다. In spite of the R&D level of Korea, the efforts to protect the R&D results from outflowing has not been raised up. We investigated the current status of security education and the level of researcher`s awareness for research security in the government-financed institutes. Also, we attempted to find out the needs for institutionalization of the security education. We conducted a survey and in-depth interviews of all the security officers in the thirty-seven government-financed institutes. The results show that the awareness level of the researchers for R&D security is below adequate level, and that security education is necessary in order to increase the security awareness. Also, it is necessary to institutionalize the security education.
GPS와 지자기 센서를 이용한 외부환경에서의 이동로봇 제어

GPS(global position system)은 특별한 표식이 없는 외부환경에서 위치 측정을 위한 가장 좋은 가능성을 보여주고 있다. 그러나 현재 GPS의 오차에 의해서 위치 측정은 불가능하다. 또한 속도가 느린 이동로봇의 방향정보를 얻는 것도 힘들다. 본 논문에서는 지자기 센서를 이용하여 이동로봇의 방향정보를 이용하고 이동로봇의 인코더와 GPS를 이용하여 보다 정밀한 위치 측정이 가능하게 하였다. 이를 바탕으로 이동로봇의 지도를 작성하고 이동로봇의 안전한 경로를 신경망을 이용하여 학습하여 고장이나 충돌회피에 의해 이동로봇이 위험한 경로로 이동하는 것을 사전에 방지하였다. 또한 지도와 획득한 위치정보를 바탕으로 특정위치에서 임무를 수행함으로써 이동로봇이 외부환경에서의 방범활동이나 산업현장에 적용될 수 있음을 보이고자 한다.

This study has been composed of 5 cases of cordocentesis between 21 and 34 weeks of gestational age from February 1997 to January 1998 at the Ehwa Medical Center. Indications for cordocentesis were as follows : 1) rapid karyotyping 2) evaluation of hematologic status 3) intrauterine infection 4) evaluation of fetal acid-base status. The most common indication for cordocentesis was rapid karyotyping of fetal chromosome. All cases of this study were successful. In conclusion, cordocentesis is a safe and very useful procedure for evaluating fetal status.

Makgeolli lees is a jigaemi by product produced by makgeolli brew processing. Jigaemi has high fiber content and therefore can potentially be used in the development of foods rich in dietary fiber. The effects of makgeolli lees fibers on the composition and physico-chemical properties of chicken emulsion systems were studied. The moisture and ash contents, yellowness, and viscosity of chicken meat emulsion systems with makgeolli lees fiber were all higher than those of control. Moreover, chicken batters supplemented with makgeolli lees fiber were characterized by lower cooking loss and better emulsion stability. Chicken emulsion systems with makgeolli lees fiber also had improved emulsion stability and emulsion viscosity, and the best results were obtained with meat batter containing 2% makgeolli lees fiber.
