        ‘전공 역량’ 기반의 한문교육과 전공 교육과정 재구성에 관한 연구

        본고는 중등학교 한문 교육의 변화를 앞두고 한문교육과의 전공 교육과정을 어떻게 바꿀 것인가라는 고민에서 출발한다. 이는 어느 한 학과의 문제가 아니기에, 한문교육과의 구성원들과 이 고민을 나누고, 현장 교사는 어떻게 생각하는지를 공유하고 싶다. 한문교육과에서 길러야 하는 능력은 무엇일까? 독해력, 즉 한문을 능숙하게 풀이하는 능력인가? 아니면 교수 능력, 즉 한문을 잘 가르치는 능력인가? 이 글에서는 이것을 ‘전공 역량’이라는 용어로 지칭하고자 한다. 그래서 재학생 및 졸업생 의견을 청취하고 현장 전문가의 자문을 받아 한문교육과에서 길러야 하는 ‘전공 역량’을 선정하고 각각의 역량에 대한 정의를 내린다. 이 연구에서 ‘전공 역량’을 내세운 취지는 지금의 전공 교육과정이 한문 독해에 다소 치우쳤음을 지적하고, 전공 교육과정에서 키울 수 있는 학생들의 역량에 관심을 기울이자는 것이다. 중등학교 한문 교육의 변화에 따라 한문교육과의 전공 교육과정을 재구성하자는 것이 이 글의 목적이지만, 그렇다고 하여 당장 강좌를 폐지·신설하거나 강좌 명칭을 변경하는 것은 어렵다. 그래서 예비 한문 교사가 수강하는 각 강좌에서 다룰 수 있는 ‘전공 역량’에 초점을 둔다. 본고는 교육부에서 2021년 7월에 발표한 ‘교원양성체제 발전 방안[시안]’에 대비할 수 있는 한문교육과의 전공 교육과정 및 운영 방안을 공유할 수 있다는 점에서 연구 의의가 있다. 이제는 한문 독해력보다는 다양한 상황에서 한문을 기반으로 한 문제를 해결할 수 있는 역량을 중심으로 전공 교육과정을 재구성해야 하는 때이다. This paper starts from the problem on how to change the Major curriculum of the department of Chinese Classics education for the training of Preparatory teacher in anticipation of changes in secondary school Chinese Classics education. This problem is not an issue in any of the departments, so I wanted to share this topic and how the teachers in the field think, with members of the department of Chinese Classics education. What does it take to become a Chinese Classics teacher? Reading comprehension, that is, the ability to interpret Chinese classics proficiently? Or is it the teaching ability, that is, the ability to teach Chinese classics well? In this article, I would like to use the term "major competency". Now is the time to restructure the specialized curriculum centered on the ability to solve problems based on Chinese Classics in various situations rather than reading comprehension of Chinese Classics.

      • A Study on the Status of Radioactive Effluent Release After Permanent Shutdown of PWR Nuclear Power Plants

        In case of Korea, unlike overseas nuclear power plants, adjacent units are located in permanently stopped nuclear power plants. Radioactive substances from airborne and liquid effluents are released into the environment from the NPP, and the radioactivity of the released substances must be reported to the regulatory authorities. Radioactive effluents are released into the environment not only in operation but also after permanent shutdown. Due to domestic conditions in which multiple units exist on the same site, it is necessary to consider radioactive effluents generated after permanent shutdown of NPPs. In particular, liquid effluent may have an increased tritium concentration due to draining the spent fuel pool. This paper summarizes the annual liquid emissions of PWR power plants that have been permanently shut down. The data was obtained from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission’s (NRC) annual radioactive effluent release report, which provides information on the annual emissions power plants into the environment. The liquid emissions of each plant were organized into an annual table, providing an overview of the amount of liquid released by each plant. This study aims to raise awareness about the potential environmental impact of permanently shut down nuclear power plants and the need for proper management of their liquid emissions. The findings of this study can used by operator, policymakers, and other stakeholders to make informed decisions regarding the decommissioning and management of nuclear power plants.

        A Sophistication Framework for a Mother Company-Driven Global Manufacturing Network

        The main purpose of this paper is to propose a sophistication framework for a global manufacturing network (GMN) driven by a mother company to autonomously propagate and coordinate transaction data that are exchanged among manufacturing partners. The framework is based on conceptual fundamentals of previous research that provide a step toward ultimate successful collaboration in the supply chain and employs mobile agents for the coordination and propagation of transaction data. Maintaining the integrity of transaction data linked to a huge information web is difficult. With the sophistication functionalities of this framework, it becomes easy to effectively control the overall GMN operations and to accomplish the intended goals. The current level of sophistication focuses on the transaction data propagation. The sophistication level may be expanded up to business intelligence in the future. 본 논문은 모기업 주도적 글로벌 생산 네트워크에서 참여 기업간 교환되는 거래 데이터를 자율적으로 전파하고 조정하기 위한 프레임워크를 제시한다. 제시된 프레임워크는 공급사슬망의 성공적인 협업을 위해 발표된 선행 연구의 근본적인 개념에 기반을 두고 있으며 거래 데이터의 전파와 조정을 위한 모바일 에이전트를 적용하고 있다. 거대한 정보 웹에서 상호 연결된 거래 데이터의 무결성을 유지하는 것은 매우 어려운 과제이다. 프레임워크가 제시하는 조정 기능으로 글로벌 생산 네트워크를 효과적으로 통제할 수 있을 것이며 공급사슬망의 궁극적인 목표도 달성할 수 있을 것이다. 조정 기능의 현재 수준은 거래 데이터의 전파에 초점을 두고 있으며 향후 비즈니스 인텔리젼스 수준까지 확장할 계획이다.

      • Safeguards Distinction in Water-Cooled SMRs

        Small modular reactors (SMRs) are getting attention as an alternative to fossil fuel power stations due to versatile application and carbon dioxide reduction. Although various types of advanced reactors are being developed, water-cooled SMR will be first deployed on a commercial scale. The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and regulatory bodies are trying to identify safeguards issues of water-cooled SMRs as the first priority. IAEA begins to develop a safeguards plan by asking for the facility’s specification in a given format, a design information questionnaire (DIQ). Then, IAEA periodically performs safeguards activities such as design information verification (DIV) and physical inventory verification (PIV). In this sense, we utilize research and power reactor DIQ for water-cooled SMRs (NuScale, SMART, i-SMR and KLT-40S). Most of the questions are answered with open information. For undisclosed answers, pressurized water reactor (PWR) features are described. Safeguards issues in water-cooled SMR originate from core modularization. As the nuclear material flows are diversified, the number of safeguards measure will be increased while staff are reduced in SMRs. Instrumentation for safeguards should be developed to reduce worker’s fatigue level. Intensive arrangement of fuel assemblies may also need unique devices to secure their visibility or detectability. A transparent floor with a surveillance system or advanced Cherenkov viewing device may be adopted to enhance containment and surveillance. Meanwhile, some questions could be more elaborate regarding safeguards. First, question #38 cannot confirm the time of occurrence of weapon-grade plutonium for reactor operation. Second, the answers in questions #46 and #49 are primitive to identify a place to generate an undeclared fissile material. Therefore, the current DIQ should be revised to get a detailed burnup report and spatial distribution of neutron flux.

        On the Derivation of the Two Specs of T in Icelandic MSCs

          To derive the correct word order of the double Specs of T in Icelandic MSCs, Chomsky (1995) suggested that T is strong and tolerates a single unforced violation of Procrastinate. However, under the mechanism of the Attract F theory, not only the Subj but also the Obj in MSCs can raise to the Spec of T to check off the strong features of T after stopping by the outer Spec of v. Hence, the undesirable double EPP constructions with no Exp cannot be barred under the Attract F theory. To avoid this problem, I will suggest an alternative account, based on Chomsky"s (2000, 2001, 2004) suggestion that a phrase is frozen in place after its structural Case is checked and deleted under Agree between probe and goal. I will show how this suggestion makes it possible to derive the correct word order of the double Specs of T in Icelandic MSCs.
