The Yeongnam Daedong Law was implemented in the 4th year of the reign of King Sukjong(1678), which was 27 years after the implementation of the Hoseo Daedong Law. Yeongnam Daedong Samok, which provides the enforcement rules of the Yeongnam Daedong Law, was drafted based on the Jeonnamdo Daedong Samok. Although there is a slight difference between the two due to geographical and economical differences, the basic operative framework was the same. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the Daedong laws and provincial finances through the analysis of the Yeongnam Daedong Samok, which provided the enforcement rules for the Yeongnam Daedong Law, and the Chubyeong Tongjeolmok and Bondojeolmok, which were created to modify and supplement the Yeongnam Daedong Samok. The application of the Daedong Laws expanded to Gyeongsangdo while imposing the "for the people" philosophy which was a financial management principle. As the government directly managed the right to administer the provincial finances, it reduced the taxes imposed on the people as well as increased the level of transparency in the nation"s financial operations. Also, it increased the amount of taxes collected and the efficiency of its operations by combining various taxes existing within Gyeongsangdo into a Daedong tax called Jeochimi. It also later served as an important momentum in organizing the logistics system. However, various issues that were exposed during the expansion of the Daedong Law such as the failure to preserve provincial finances, inadequate response measures with respect to sundry services and approval of the exclusivity in exchanging grains germinated later difficulties in the provincial finances.

This paper proposed a novel SIT high frequency resonant inverter having drive signal phase shift control function. Phase control type inverters using SIT can realize a power conversion at the high switching frequency with low switching loss. Especially, the high output power can be obtained by connecting the output terminal of two unit inverters in series. The stability of system using protection circuit for over current and the automatic follow-up control for load variation by using PLL are presented. This inverter produces approximately sinusoidal waveform at a high frequency, ranging from 180 Khz to 220 Khz, and is applied to the 2KW induction heating. The operating characteristics of this inverter circuit are discussed from a theoretical point of view and compared with experimental results.

With the development of antenatal diagnostic tools such as ultrasonography, some congenital anomalies or diseases can be detected in early fetal life. Routine serial antenatal check-ups have made it possible to predict the prognosis of these problems, and a few life-threatening single anatomic malformations have been treated by open fetal surgery. The experience of fetal surgery revealed that the human fetus appears to heal without any scarring. In contrast to adult animals, the response to tissue injury in the fetus is conspiciously devoid of acute inflammation. Indeed, the absence of neutrophils is perhaps the most consistent observation in fetal wounds and seems to be followed by absent or scanty fibroblast infiltration, which results in healing with sparse and well organized collagen deposition. Actually, the amount and quality of the collagen deposition were decided by the fibroblasts which infiltrated the wound. It is well known that fetal wounds have sparse collagen deposition, however, the mechanisms are still unclear. This study was designed to evaluate the role of fibroblast activity in the differences of the scar formation between the fetus and neonate. Fibroblast activity such as the cell growth rate, the amount of collagen synthesis and the synthesized collagen types of fetus(IUP 18-22 weeks) was compared with that of neonate. The amount of collagen synthesis was measured by H-proline uptake and the amount of collagen type Ⅲ was measured by Western blot using antihuman procollagen typeⅢ. The cell growth rate as determined by cell proliferation from the initial cell count of 5x10? to cell confluence was 3.6 x 10 in the fetal fibroblasts compared to 2.5x10? in neonatal fibroblasts. Fetal fibroblast synthesize 16.9 x 10⁴ cpm of collagen and neonatal fibroblasts synthesize 2.7 x 10⁴ cpm of collagen. The synthesized amount of type Ⅲ collagen was 2.1x10⁴ ug/ml, and 1.5x10⁴ ug/ml by fetal and neonatal fibroblasts, respectively. In conclusion, fetal fibroblasts grow faster and synthesize a smaller amount of collagen, but produce more type Ⅲ collagen than neonatal fibroblasts.
서천군 오석리 유적지의 화분화석(花粉化石)을 이용한 고환경 연구

이 논문의 목적은 충남 서천군 서천읍 오석리 유적지의 절대연령과 그 당시의 자연환경을 밝히는데 있다. 연구 시료는 절대연대측정을 위해 4개, 화분화석연구를 위해 32개를 채취하였다. 오석리 유적지의 절대연대는 탄소동위원소 측정으로 630~470 B.C으로 밝혀졌다. 연구된 유적지에서 산출된 화석군은 대부분 균류(fungi; 菌類)였으며, 이중 일부 시료에서만 소량의 화분(花粉)화석이 관찰되었다. 소량의 화분화석군은 소나무속 (Pinus sp.)이 우세한 현재와 유사한 식생(植生)을 나타낸다. 화석군을 구성하는 화분의 조합을 볼 때, 소나무 위주에 간헐적으로 밤나무, 버드나무 둥이 발달한 사이로 초본식물이 발달한 식생을 상상할 수 있다. 벼과(Gramineae)가 상대적으로 우세하게 (13%) 산출된 것은 인간간섭(人間干涉)의 결과로 해석할 수 있다. The aim of this study is to clarify an age and the paleoenvironment of the archeological site in Seocheon region, Chungnam. I took 4 charcol samples for determination of the age and 32 soil samples to fine out the paleoenvironment. An age from the carbon isotope data of the archeological site in Seocheon region is 630~470 B.C. Pollen fauna consists mostly of fungi and pollen of Pinus. These faunas were similar to a plant community of recent, namely, composed a pine tree, a chestnut tree, a willow tree, and a herbaceouse plant. A cause consisting many Graminede predominately in a plant community at that time is a result from the fanning.

Survey on milk consumption of Daegu citizen was carried to get information for the increasing milk demand in Korea. Eighty percent of the families was found to consume milk, and 87.0 percent of the milk-drinking families stored the milk in a refrigerator. Reason of milk-drinking was appeared to be 44.0 percent for health, 39.0 percent for children's nutritional source and 14.2 percent for children's favor. The reason why the milk is not consumed was found to be 24 percent for high price of milk, 24.6 percent for yoghurt or egg consumption instead of milk and 16.2 percent for undesirable flavor of milk. The desirable milk pack was found to be 60.7 percent for cartoon pack, 29.2 percent for bottle and 10.1 percent for poly pack.

A high speed and stable A/D conversion data process is required to weigh a mass on moving conveyer weighing platter. The paper presents a new method to obtain stable and fast automatic weighing A/D conversion data process. Dynamic weighting system which is constructed with dual load cell is realized by the stable A/D conversion data preocess algorithm using DSP. The proposed memthod is applied to the real design, and that experimental results showed good performances of the weighing stability.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the method of the sports injuries to be cured by sports massage when the player gets injured in the body while in game. The methods of sports massage are as follows: 1. Massage of meridians The feature of the meridian massage is that when in the case of the injury of the body's special position, it isn't confined to the wounded position but is conducted through the meridians of the wounded part to Jeong-hyul attatched to the tips of the fingers and toes. More specially, when Jeong-hyul is pressed by the tips of the fingers or disinfected neddle bleeds, micropuntion might cause decreasing the pain, softening the tough muscle and promoting the circulation. 2. Massage of contusion 1) When the large organs, thrombosis and the muscles aren't seperated, massage will be condncted 2-3 days after the injuries. 2) The healthy part near the wounded position is massaged before the wounded one is done. That is why the pain is decreased by well promoting the circulation. The healthy part is conducted to the direction of Lymp for 10-15 minutes by efflenrage and friction. . Massage of sprain 1) The wounded part will be massaged after 2-3 days by beings raised a little above the level. 2) Massage, involving efflenrage and friction, is performed for 20-25 minutes, 2 times a day. 4. Massage of fracture 1) The healthy part will be massaged except the wounded position when gyps dressing. 2) The fracture part will be massaged, involving passive or active working when gyps undressing.

본 연구는 우리나라 총채벌레의 분포 특성과 기주식물을 조사하기 위하여 1987년 6월부터 1990년 7월까지 공시작물을 대상으로 전국적으로 실시하였다. 본조사에서 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 벼에서 조사된 총채벌레는 벼총채벌레 : Stenchaetothrips biformis, 엉겅퀴총채벌레 : Thrips setosus, 중국관총채벌레 : Haplothrips chinensis, 벼관총채벌레 : H. aculeatus 대만총채벌레 : Franklinilla intonsa등 5종이었다. 2. 조미채소류에서는 고추, 마늘, 양파, 파, 참께 등에서 대만총채벌레 : Fr. intonsa등 9종이 조사되었으며, 하와이총채벌레 : Thrips hawaiiensis와 좀머리총채벌레 : Microcephalothrips abdominalis등 2종을 추가하였다. 3. 과채류에서는 파총채벌레 : Thrips tabaci등 7종이 조사되었다. 이들중 중국관총채벌레 : Hap. chinensis, 대만총채벌레 : Fr. intonsa는 조미채소류에서와 같이 기주범위가 넓었다. 4. 파총채벌레 : Thrips tabaci의 기주식물은 Allium속 등 24종으로 밝혀졌다. 5. 우리나라의 총채벌레분포상은 기지종과 미기록종 Thrips simplex등 8종을 추가하여 63종이며 전체의 약 77%가 총채벌레과에 속했다. This study was carried out investigate the fauna of thrips and their relationship to host plants throughout the country from June, 1987 to July 1990. The results of this study were as follows. 1. Stenchaetothrips biformis, Thrips setosus, Haplothrips chinensis, Haplothrips aculeatus, Frankliniella intonsa were found in the rice. 2. Eleven species including Frankiniella intonsa, Thrips hawaiiensis and Microcephalorthrips abdominalis were found in the seasoning fruit vegetables such as red pepper, garlic. onion, welsh onion and sesame. 3. Seven species including Thrips tabaci were found in the fruit vegetables, especially among them, the host range of Haplothrips chinensis and Frankiniella intonsa was very wide. 4. Thrips tabaci was found in 24 species of plants including Allium. 5. Eight species including Thrips simplex were recorded in this study, so the total number of recorded thrips was 63. 6. The fact was known from this study that Family Thripidae included 77% of total recorded thrips in Korea.

To inrestigate the biochemical characteristics of continuous cropping soil Planted tomato plant, chemical properties, the types of humus, microorganisms'phases, and enzymes activities are examined and the results are summarized as fellows. 1) The chemical properties of the sample soil did not correspond with the continueuse cropping years. Maybe the sample soil is not suited for vegetables because the chemical properties of the soil were not good. 2) The content of humus did net have regular changes, either, But the content of humic acid was decreased with continuous cropping rearm. Fulvic acid was relatively increased with them. 3) Precipitation ratio (PQ) and FA/TC were increased with continuous cropping years, but HA/TC and the content of total carbon were decreased with them. 4) The number of bacteria, fungi, phytophthora, and prthium was increased with cropping years except actinomycetes and fusarium. 5) B/F ratio was decreased with cropping years, and it seemed that the sample soil was changed gradually into the fungi-type. 6) The activities of β-glucosidase, protease, and polygalacturonase were not shown the regular changes with cropping years.
