      • 호흡기 감염에서 Sparfloxacin 의 임상적 유용성에 대한 Enoxacin과의 비교 검토

        목적:폐렴, 기관지염, 만성기관지염에서 fluoroquinolone제제로서 항균력이 강하고, 혈중 반감기가 길고, 객담과 조직내 농도가 높은 sparfloxacin의 안전성과 효과를 enoxacin과 비교하기 위해 본 연구를 시행 하였다. 방법:1994년 10월부터 1995년 4월까지 충남대 부속병원과 대전 성모병원에 내원한 폐렴, 급성기관지염, 만성기관지염이 급성으로 악화된 환자 63명을 대조군(32명)(enoxacin 100 mg 1일 3회 경구투여), 실험군(31명)(sparfloxacin 200mg 1일 1회 경구투여)으로 나누어 임상증상, 세균학적 객담 검사, 혈액검사, 실험실내 항균력검사로 그 치료율 및 안전성을 비교하였다. 결과: 1) 임상종합 평가, 세균학적 균소실, 안전성, 유용성에서 두군간에 의미 있는 차이는 없었다. 2) 시험관내 항균력검사상 MIC가 실험군이 대조군보다 현저하게 낮았다.(p<0.05). 3) 경미한 두통, 식욕감퇴, 상복부 불쾌감, 설사등이 대조군 9예, 실험군 7예에서 발생하였고, 검사실 소견상 SGOT 혹은 SGPT 의 일시적 경미한 상승이 대조군 2명, 실험군 3명에서, 혈중 creatinine 상승이 실험군 2명에서 있었으나 경미하였다. 결론:이상의 결과로 sparfloxacin은 폐렴, 급성기관지염, 만성기관지염의 악화에서 하루 한번 투여로 enoxacin 하루 3번 투여와 유사하게 효과적이고 안전하며, 시험관내 항균력이 enoxacin보다 월등히 우수하여 임상에서도 유용하게 사용될수 있을것으로 생각된다. Background: Sparfloxacin, a new oral quinolone, has a broad spectrum, potent antimicrobial activity, prolonged half life, high concentration in sputum. The clinical efficacy and safety of sparfloxacin have been reported by some previous clinical studies performed in Japan. The objectives of this study were to evaluate the clinical and antimicrobial efficacy of this drug in respiratory tract infections compared to those of enoxacin. Methods:We performed an open controlled, randomized study in 63 patients with acute bronchitis, pneumonia, and exacerbation of chronic bronchitis at Chung Nam University hospital and Dae Jeon St. Mary's hospital from October, 1994 to April, 1995. In the control group(n=32), 100 mg enoxacin was administered orally 3 times a day and in the test group(n=31), 200 mg sparfloxacin once a day. Results: The results were as follows; 1) There were no significant differences between the two groups in clinical efficacy, bacteriological finding, and usefulness. 2) Means and SD of MICs were 0.44±0.89 ㎍/ml in the control group, 0.13±0.24 ㎍/ml in the test group. There was a significant difference in MICs between the two groups(p<0.05). 3) Headache, epigastric discomfort, and loss of appetite were observed in 7 cases of the control group and in 9 cases of the test group, and transient elevations of hepatic enzyme in 2 cases of the control group, and in 3 cases of the test group. There was mild elevation of serum creatinine in 2 cases of the test group. Those laboratory abnormalities by therapy might be associated with their underlying diseases. There were no significant adverse effects caused by the drugs Conclusion:In conclusion, sparfloxacin of 200 mg once a day was as effective and well tolerated as enoxacin of 100 mg three times per day in the treatment of respiratory tract infections. Sparfloxacin is more potent antibiotics because MICs of sparfloxacin were very lower than those of enoxacin.

      • 石灰 및 鹽素營養이 담배의 生育과 收量, 品質에 미치는 影響

        This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of Ca and Cl concentration in water culture solution on the growth and yield of free-cured tobacco. Results of Ca treatment ; 1.Dry weight of harvested leaves was largest in Ca 150 ppm plot. 2.Leaf growth was inhibited, and the length/width ratio of leaf was large in Ca 0 ppm plot. 3.Root growth was much inhibited and so T/R ratio was increased in Ca O ppm plot. Result of Cl treatment ; 4.Stem height and leaf area were largest in Cl 100 ppm plot, and leaf shape was not influenced in accordance with Cl concentration in culture solution. 5.Dry weight of harvested leaves was increased with the increases of Cl concentration (12.5, 25, 50, 100ppm) in culture solution but the weight in the plot of 200ppm of Cl was smaller than those in 50 and 100ppm of Cl. 6.Differences of dry weight of stem and root skewed the same tendency as that of dry weight of leaf. 7.T/R ratio was highest in Cl 200 ppm plot.

      • 裁植距離가 輸出用 가지(Solanum melongena. L)의 生育 및 收量에 미치는 影響

        This study was carried out to investigate effect of the planting distance of Eggplant(Solanum melongena. L). These grafting seeding "Torobambica", rootstock "Jang Ja" and "Chuk Yang" were tested to investigate the differences between the growth of eggplants and the numbers of eggplants which can be influenced by the planting distance such as 100×50cm, 100×60cm and 100×70cm. The results are summarized as follows: 1.The plant height, leaf length, leaf, width, leaf area and the number were good for the growth change of each cultivar from planting distance such as 100×70cm. 2.The grafting seedlings "Chuk YanglTorobambica" grew and developed better than "Jang Ja" and "Jang Ja/Torobambica" 3.Effects of scion on the rootstock for planting distance "Chuk Yang" grew and developed better than "Jang Ja"

      • Tomatotone과 Gibberellin(GA3)의 處理가 輸出用 가지(Solanum melongena. L)의 生育 및 收量에 미치는 影響

        These grafting seeding "Torobambica", rootstock "Jang Ja" and "Chuk Yang" were tested to investigate the differences between the growth of eggplants and the number of eggplants which can be influenced by the growth retardant aerosol. For the test of the growth retardant aerosol, the flower clusters were sprayed with one hundred units of Tomatotone liquid and with three hundred units of GA3 on the day they flowered and sprayed two or three days before flowering. The results were as follows: 1.According to the growth retardant aerosol of Tomatotone, the plant height was the tallest at 226.21 cm with foliar spray and the high Marketable fruit was good at the percent of 77.38 with a flowering spray and Tomatotone on the day they flowered. 2.According to the growth retardant aerosol of GA3, the plant's height was the tallest at 229.27cm with foliage which was sprayed every week. The high quality fruit was good at the percent of 69.11 with a flowering spray and GA3 on the day they flowered. 3.According to Tomatotone and GA3 treatments of the plant growth regulators, the plant's height was the tallest sprayed every week and the high Marketable fruit was good at the flowering spray and Tomatotone on the day they flowered. and Yield per 10a was good at the flowering spray and Tomatotone on the day they flowered.

        This research was carried out to suggest ways to solve the problem with lack of skilled landscape architecture labor future for landscape architecture labor through on the vocational training. Survey Through a review of the literature and a preliminary survey to determine the awareness training for landscape architecture labor survey items were selected. 45 landscape architecture labor receive a response from the selected items were used for the statistical analysis. For vocational education and awareness of the landscape of skilled workers are First,the biggest causes of low participation in vocational training has been identified as the wage problems associated with the training and compensation issues. Second, any education is provided by any educational institution, has been identified as a cause for the absence of information about the educational training to avoid participation. Third, no vocational training in the field of the current does not help. The results of the study are as follows; First, vocational education and skilled workers with information about the provision of needs. Second, participation in vocational education and training during such period as compensation for the payment of wages and vocational education graduates who need vision. Third, the vocational education in the field to help landscape the skilled workers program should be mainly composed of. Landscape areas through which more skilled workers to participate in the vocational education and, in the field of landscape seems to have contributed to the development of technology.

      • 播種期 및 育苗日數가 黃色種 담배의 初期生育 및 收量에 미치는 影響

        This experiment was carried out to study the influence of different sowing time, seedling age (the degree of delayed setting) and seedlingbed materials on the growth and yield components of flue-cured tobacco. The variety applied was N.C. 2326, was sown on March 1,11,21 and 31. Those plants were transplanted on the seeding bed mixed humus with sand at the ratio of humus 9 : sand 1 and humus 3: sand 7, 25 days after sowing. Seedlings were grown for 40, 50, 60 and 70 days (from sowing to setting) on the seed bed and seedling bed, and set on the pots (1/5,000a) in the vinyl house. The results obtained were as forlows . 1.The amount of growth of seedlings increased by late sowing and delayed setting. 2.Until the time before the maximum growth stage after setting, stem heigth was larger in the plots of late sowing and delayed setting. After the middle part of maximum growth stage, the earner the sewing time was, the more remarkable the influence of seedling age on the stem elongation was and the larder the seedling age was, the more remarkable the influence of sowing time on the stem elongation was. 3.Stem diameter was large in the plot to late sowing until the early part of maximum growth stage but after the middle part of maximum growth stage the diameter was large in the plants sown at March 11 and March 21. 4.The number of leaves per plant increased by late sowing and delayed setting shown significant difference after maximum growth stage. 5.Late setting made the stem height high and number of leaves per plant more. The size of largest leaf was small in the plot of early sowing and large in the plot set after May 10. 6.It takes more days to reach a topping time from sowing and setting in the case of early sowing and early setting. 7.In early sowing plots, the leaf area of lugs and cutlers decreased by younger seedling age, and in late sowing plots, that decreased by older seedling age. The leaf area of leaf and tip at different treatments showed similar results, but in the plots sown at March 11 and 21, largest leaf was shown in the plot of 50- day seedlings. The area of green tip decreased by late seeding and delayed setting. As a result of theses the plant type showed sylindrical in the plot of early sowing and younger seedling age, and cone shape in the plot of late sewing and older seedling age. 8.The earlier the sowing time and the younger the seedling age were, the heavier the weight of unit leaf area of lugs and cutters, but there were little influences of different sowing time and seedling age on the weight of unit leaf area of leaf, tip and green tip. The percentage of dry matter showed similar tendency to the results of weight of unit leaf area. 9.Late sowing (March, 31) decreases the weight of a cured leaf. Weight of cured cutter was largest in the plots sowing March 1 and that of leaf tip and green tip was largest in the plots sowing March 11 and March 21. The weight of cured lugs was largest in 40 and 50-day seedlings, and that of tip and green tip was largest in 50-day seedlings. There were little differences of weight of a cutter and leaf among the treatments of different seedling age. 10.In 40- day seedlings, the area and weight of leaves per plant increased by late sowing, and in 70-day seedlings, those increased by early sowing. In 50 and 60-day seedlings, those were highest in the plots sown at March 11 and March 21. Largest weight and area of leaves per plant was shown in the plot set on May 10, and the plots set on April 10, and June 1 showed significantly low weight of loaves per plant. 11.Late sowing and older seedling age increased the leaf thickness of those leaves. Different sowing time and the seedling age did not influence on the leaf area contraction ratio and leaf thickness of leaf, tip and green tip. 12.There were significantly negative correlation between leaf area of lug and cutter and weight per unit leaf area, percentage of dry matter and leaf thickness of the lug and cutters, but no correlation between those characters of leaf, tip and green tip. Weight per unit leaf area correlated positively with percentage of dry matter and specific leaf weight in all stalk position. In the lug and cutter, weight per unit leaf area correlated positively with leaf thickness and negatively with leaf area contraction between weight per unit leaf area and leaf area contraction ratio. There were negative correlation between leaf thickness and leaf area contractions of lugs and cutters, and no correlation between those characters of leaf, tip and green tip. 13.There were not significant effects of seedling bed materials applied in this experiment on the growth after setting and yield components.

      • 2-microphone method을 이용한 자동차용 내장재의 임피던스 측정 실험

        Sound absorption and impedance are two important parameters in identifying porous materials' behavior. To reduce the interior noise of automobiles effectively, the above parameters should be known in detail. Impedance tube method with two microphones is performed to obtain the impedance of absorbing materials. By switching two microphones, more accurate impedance results are obtained. Flow resistivity, one of four Biot's parameters, is measured and by applying Delany-Bazley's law on the measurement results, impedance values are calculated. Impedance results from both the impedance tube method and flow resistivity with Delany-Bazley's law are compared with and show reasonable results in certain frequency bands. The computer simulation with SYSNOISE is also conducted to verify the impedance measurement results.

      • 잎담배의 葉質에 關한 硏究 : 培養液의 pH變化가 담배의 生長 및 Nicotine 生成에 미치는 影響 Effect of pH on the Growth and Nicotine Formation of Tobacco Plant

        This experiment was conducted to investigate the influence of pH, concentration of iron and phosphate and their interaction on the formation of nicotine in tobacco plants. For different levels of pH and phosphate respectively and two levels of iron were treated in thin experiment. The experimented tobacco plants were cultured by water culture in the greenhouse. The results are summarized as follows. 1.Stem height, stem diameter, length and with of the largest levels and number of total leaves increased at the plot of pH 5.5 and pH 7.0. 2.In the plot of treated 0.5 ppm of iron and 30 ppm of phosphate, weight of total leaves and weight of unit leaf area were large. It is considered that the yield increase was due to the increase of the weight of unit leaf area. 3.The root weight increased by treatment of 0.5 ppm of iron. And the root weight of the plot treated 0.5 ppm of iron increased by the treatment of 30 ppm of phosphate. 4.The difference nicotine content in the loaves among the treatments showed the same tendency as the root But there were no differences between the nicotine content at different concentation of phosphate in the case of 1.0 ppm of iron, and there were no differences between the nicotine content at different concentration of iron in the case of 60 ppm of phosphate.
