        Skewed slab bridge have designed a width beam, stress of skewed slab bridge is quite different in according with skew and width /length. Especially in case that we analyse skewed slab bridge as a width beam, stress of right angle direction against axis of bridge is not analysed. In this study we will present the stress of transverse axis to longitudinal axis of bridge according to skew and width/length.

        Even though there are a lot of methods of promotion of load resistance for reinforced concrete T-beam bridge, the methods have been faults respectively. In this study, we will convert simple supported T-beam into continuous T-beam for promotion of load resistance and cancel joint. This method is decidedly superior to another method in maintenance, construction, economics and external appearance.

      • 전자상거래의 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 각각의 선행변수에 관한 비교연구

        본 연구에서는 Davis가 제안한 기술수용모델(TAM)을 확장하기 위하여 제안된 5개의 변수 가운데서 어느 변수가 설명력을 가장 크게 높이고, 어느 변수가 설명력을 높이지 않는가를 비교 분석하였다. 본래의 TAM 모델의 설명력(R²)은 29%이었다. 이 5개의 변수가운데서 상호호환성이 41%로, 12%나 더 설명력을 높였다. 신뢰성과 즐거움은 모두 40%로 11%나 더 설명력을 높였다. 자기 효능은 32%로 3%나 설명력을 높였으며, 위험은 31%로 2% 설명력을 높였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 상호호환성, 신뢰성, 즐거움이 가장 중요한 변수이었으며, 자기 효능 및 위험 변수는 별로 중요한 변수가 아니라는 사실을 밝혔다. This research analysed and compared 5 variables used to expand the original TAM model, also showing which variable increase most the expandability of TAM model or not. The expandability(R²) of original TAM model is 29%. The compatibility variable among these five ones shows 41% greatly, increasing 12% more compared with that of the TAM model. Also, trust and playfulness variables show 40% together, increasing 11% more. Self efficacy variable shows 32% with the increase of 3%, while risk shows 31% with the lowest increase of 2%. This research also revealed three variables, such as compatibility, trust, and playfulness, to be very important variables in terms of the expandability of TAM model, whereas self efficacy and risk are not important variables.

        As EC replaces traditional market methods in many places, the market size of EC is greatly expanding year by year according to some researchers. Even though several researchers have proposed several success factors for the success of EC, there are many differences among these factors. The main purpose of this research is to improve the original research works of Lederer et al.(2001) which might have some more modification works. This study modified and added several success factors based on the original research works of Lederer et al.(2001). This modified research works have been tested by using SPSS and Lisrel statical packages. The results of this study shows some improvements against the original works of Lederer et al.(1991).

        개에서 실리콘고무를 골막으로 싸서 안면골 위에 이식시 그 골막에 일어나는 조직학적 변화

        Bony depression in the face may occur doe to congenital failure of development trauma or excessive surgical resection. Various materials, autogenous bone, autogenous cartilage and silicone rubber have been employed for bony contour restoration. Since autogenous bone grafts become consolidated with the underlying recipient bones, the incidence of extrusion or deviation of the graft is much fewer. But they may be easily fractured at the time of carving because of their rigidity. Autogenous cartilage grafts do not require contact with the nasal bony framework, but they tend to curl and bend. Using silicone rubber is a simple and fast procedure, but the prosthesis itself is a foreign body which causes occasional foreign body reaction or exposure of the prosthesis. Therefore, the materials, which have such nature as consolidation, complete contact and convenience without complication are considered to be ideal for augmentation of the bony depression. It may be an ideal material for prevention of the complication of the implants, if a new bone formation at the gratted periosteum wrapping the silicone rubber implants develops. To confirm the possibility, biological test with dogs was initiated. Six samples of periosteum and fascia wrapping the silicone rubber implants, respectively were collected from 9dogs at 8, 16 and 24 weeks. Grossly, difference between translucent periosteum and whitish fascia was noticeable at 8 weeks after implantation. However, it is difficult to distinguish between fascia and periosteum at 24 weeks. Histologically, fibrous capsule developed at 8 weeks and there was a marked thickening at 24 weeks on both periosteum and fascia. At one of 6 samples of 24 weeks periosteum, wrapping the silicone rubber implant, formed a new bone. In conclusion it is possible for the grafted periosteum wrapping the silicone rubber implants to make a new bone. Therefore the periosteum and fascia wrapping the silicone rubber are well taken at the recipient site. Also, they play a good role of barrier against exposure of implant. Especially the periosteum is better than the fascia, because of its bony formation and easier obtaining

      • 퍼지 이론을 이용한 다 개체 지능형 시스템의 동기화 제어기 설계 및 구현에 관한 연구

        이 논문의 주제는 시스템의 두 DC 모터의 동기화를 위한 효과적인 PWM 듀티비 조절이다. 퍼지 제어기는 많은 불확실하고 복잡한 산업 공정에 성공적으로 적용되어왔다. 그래서 만약 목표지점의 길이가 다르다면 속도 조절을 위한 PWM 듀티비 조절을 위해 언어적인 퍼지 규칙을 이용한 퍼지 제어기를 적용했다. 그리고 미지의 플랜트를 위한 퍼지 제어기법을 이용한 미지의 변환 함수 시스템을 연구했다. 이 제어기는 시스템 동기화를 위한 PWM 듀티비 제어에 성공적으로 적용되어지고 있다. The subject of this paper is to control efficient PWM duty for two DC motor synchronousness in the system. Fuzzy controller have been successfully applied to many uncertain and complex industrial plant. So, It adapted fuzzy controller using compositional fuzzy rule so that change PWM duty for speed control if the length of destination is different. And for unknow plant, it is the study to make the unknow transfer function system with fuzzy control method. This controller has been successfully applied to PWM duty control for the system synchronousness.

      • 화상처리를 이용한 지능형 가공시스쳄의 설계 및 구현

        본 논문은 자동화 시스템에 적용 가능한 지능 제어 시스템에 관한 연구이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지능제어 이론과 영상처리기술들을 이용하여 지능형 복합제어시스템을 능동적으로 제어하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 지능형 복합제어시스템의 성능 평가와 제어 전략은 각각 신경회로망과 퍼지이론을 이용하였고, 영상 처리기법을 이용하여 물체의 특정 위치를 추출하였다. 실제 시스템에 적용하여 얻은 실험 결과를 통하여 본 논문에서 제안한 방버의 유효성을 제시하고자 한다. This paper is research into intelligent control system that is able to apply at automatic system. So, in this paper we are in control of intelligent compound control system actively for the use of intelligent control theory and image processing. Performance evaluation and control strategy of intelligent compound contro system were used to neural network and fuzzy theory, we proposed detection of particular position using image processing we propose availability of proposed method based experiment result that apply to real system in this paper.

      • TPA로 야기된 HL-60 세포의 기질부착 저해작용을 이용한 Protein Kinase C 저해 생약의 탐색

        Thirty-five kinds of herbal drugs, believed to be active for treatment of tumors, were selected as the experimental materials for observing their effects on TPA-induced adherence of HL-60 cell and activity of protein kinase C. They were extracted with ethyl ether(E) and ethyl acetate(EA), methanol(M) in sequence. Among the extracts, Sophorae Flos(EA), Paeoniae Radix(EA), Equisetum hiemale(EA), Phellodendri Cortex(E, EA), Mori Cortex radicis(EA), Ferula assafoetida(E, EA), Sophora subprostrata(EA, M) and Cnidium monnieri(E) inhibited the TPA-in-duced adherence of HL-60 cell more than 50% and Sophorae Flos(E, EA, M), Paeoniae Radix(E, EA, M), Eguisetum hiemale(E), Phellodenri Cortex(E,H), Mori Cortex radicis(M), Ferula assafoetida(M), Sophora subprostrata(EA, M), Cnidium monnieri(M) and Artemisia argyi(M) showed inhibiting effects on the activity of protein kinase C more than 50%. The extracts showing good inhibiting effects on the adherence and enzyme activity were Sophorae Flos(EA), Paeoniae Radix(EA), Phellodendri Cortex(E), Sophora subsprostrate(EA) and Equisetum hiemale(EA).

      • 직장 및 직장 후방 질환에 대한 Posterior Approach

        중하부 직장 및 직장 후방의 질환에 대한 외과 영역에서의 치료는 항문 관약근 기능보존이라는 문제점으로 극히 소수의 외과의에 의하여 posterior approach가 이용되어 왔으나 직장항문 부위의 해부학적 구조와 기능에 대한 정확한 지식은 변실금의 합병증 없이 이 부위에 발생한 질환을 안전하게 치료할 수 있다. This report sumarizes experience with 7 posterior approaches for the rectal and retrorectal disease including four trans-sphincteric, one sacral and two abdominosacral procedures in 1989-1988. This study included 5 women and 2 men, ranging in age from 27 to 64 years. Surgical indications included adenocarcinoma in two patients, epidermal inclusion cysts in two patients, chordoma in one patient, and rectovaginal fistula in one patient. Urinary incontinence ocurred in a patient who had large invasive chordoma, but spontaneous improvement was observed several weeks later. All patient was achieved anal continence and there was no proctocutaneous fistula. One recurrent cancer originated from malignant adenomatous polyp has developed 9 months after submucosal excision. The conclusion is that a posterior approach to the rectum and retrotectal space is a safe and effective procedure for various benign disease, but one recurrence among two rectal cancers has developed.

      • Escherichia coli RY 13 Temperature-Sensitive Mutant의 生化學的 變異性 硏究

        Eighteen Temperature-sensitive mutants of E. coli RY 13 were biochemically characterized on different testing media. In Klieger Iron media, ts-N 23, ts-N 28, ts-N 31, ts-N 41, ts-N 68 and ts-N 71 produced acid only. One mutant, ts-N 41 did not produce indole. Three mutants, ts-N 58, ts-N 63 and ts-N 68 showed acidity. Four mutants lost their mortility. Three mutant ts-N 56, ts-N 63 and ts-N 132 could net produce arginine dihydrolase in the test media. One mutant ts-N 132 could not degrade lactose. Rhamnoses were not used by ts-N 27. Mutant ts-N 146 could not use xylulose. The wild type and temperature-sensitive mutants were examined for antibiotic susceptibility at 37℃. The wild type was resistant to ampicillin, chloramphenicol, erythromycin, penicillin, streptomycin and tetracycline and was sensitive to cephalothin and kanamycin. Temperature-sensitive mutants were resistant to ampicillin, chloramphenicol, erythromycin, penicillin, streptomycin and was sensitive to tetracycline, cephalothin and kanamycin.
