산성비 처리가 대두생육 및 토양의 화학적 성질에 미치는 영향
김민,유관식,민태기 대구대학교 과학기술연구소 1999 科學技術硏究 Vol.5 No.5
To investigate the effects of simulated of acid rain(SAR, S : N = 2 : 1) on soybean and soil, SAR(pH 2.7) and normal water(pH 6.0) were applied to the soil microplot during the plant growth. SAR and normal water were applied to the rate of 12mm at 2-days, 25mm at 5-days, and 50mm at 10-days intervals to make a total of 500mm during crop growth. The number of nods and seeds caused to decrease grain yield by the SAR application. N, P, K, Mg and P₂O_(5)were increased but Ca was not affected in plant by SAR application. Exchangeable bases in the soil were decreased in short intervals of normal water and SAR applications.

Seed priming and pelleting of tobacco seeds (KF109) were conducted to get informations on the priming effect of intact seeds and pelleted tobacco seeds. Seeds were primed with -0.8MPa polyethylene glycol (PEG) 8000 solution and matriconditioned with water and moist with 60% of 0.3M KNO₃ in perlite. Intact seeds primed in either osmoticum germinated more rapidly and higher in final germination percentage than untreated seeds at 25℃ and were eliminated light requirement for germination. The effect of elimination of light requirement for the intact seeds was the greatest in 0.3M KNO₃ treatment for 5 days. Pelleted seeds, in all treatments, were more reduced in germination rate than intact seeds in either primed or non-primed. In pelleted seeds, the germination rate was a little higher in the seeds primed with 0.3M KNO₃ than untreated or primed with PEG.
Improving Accuracy of Soil Property Measurements by NIR Spectroscopy
Ryu, Kwan Shig,Cho, Rae Kwang,Park, Woo Churl,Kim, Bok Jin 한국응용생명화학회 2001 Journal of Applied Biological Chemistry (J. Appl. Vol.44 No.4
Traditional wet chemical methods for testing of soil properties require extensive time and labor, and cause the discharge of pollutants, making them undesirable for routine soil analyses. This research was conducted to improve the accuracy of soil properties in soil fertility assessments. A total of 140 finely ground soil samples were used to obtain accurate calibrations and validation for estimating soil moisture, OM, and T-N. Finely ground soil samples satisfied the improved accuracy for routine NIR measuring of the field soils. The results indicated that NIR spectroscopy could be used as a routine method for quantitatively determining OM, moisture, and T-N of field soil, although this technique requires many combinations of sample pretreatments and data manipulations to obtain optimal predictions.
Use of NIR Technique for Determination of Total Phosphorus and Available Phosphorus in Korean Soils
Kwan-Shig Ryu,Ji-Sook Park 한국토양비료학회 2008 한국토양비료학회지 Vol.41 No.1
NIR spectroscopy is newly developed tools determining the soil properties. Phosphorus in soil is one of the most difficult and time consuming elements to assess for plant needs. The calibration coefficient(R) of NIR method for total phosphorus by HClO4 and Na2CO3 P was 0.91 and 0.88, and available phosphorus by Lancaster and Bray 1. extractant was 0.88 and 0.82. According to Williams guidelines for the calibration coefficient, NIR method could also be used estimating total and available phosphorus if one performed optimal calibration for predicting soil properties. Applicability of NIR spectra, if improved accuracy, may allow for the use of soil testing.

Near Infrared Spectroscopy for Measuring Soil Properties
Ryu, Kwan-Shig,Kim, Bok-Jin,Park, Woo-Churl,Cho, Rae-Kwang 한국근적외분광분석학회 2000 Near infrared analysis Vol.1 No.1
The purpose of this research was to develop a the reflection technique with near infrared (NIR) radiation for estimating soil components. NIR reflectance was scanned at 2nm intervals from 1100 to 2500nm with an InfraAlyzer 500 (Bran & Luebbe Co.). Over 400 soil sample from fields of different crops and land-use over Youngnam and Honam regions were used to obtain mean diffuse reflection of the soil for the calibration and validation of the calibration set in estimating moisture, organic matter (OM) and total nitrogen (T-N) of the soils. Multiple linear regression (MLR) was used to evaluate the correlation of NIR spectroscopy method. Reflection pattern of NIR spectra for finely sized sample (<0.5mm) and coarsely sized soil(<2mm) did not show much difference. The results showed that NIR spectroscopy and coarsely sized soil (<2mm) did not show much difference. The results showed that NIR spectroscopy could be used as a routine soil testing method in estimating OM, moisture, T-N in soil samples simultaneously.

The purpose of this research was to find out suitable soil sample preparation and sample holding tools for NIR reflection radiation for estimating soil components. NIR reflectance was scanned at 2nm intervals from 1,100 to 2,500nm with an InfraAlyzer 500(Bran+Luebbe Co.). Coarse(2.0mm) and fine(0.5mm) soil sample and various sample holding tools were used to obtain mean diffuse reflection of the soil for the calibration and validation of the calibration set in estimating moisture, organic matter and total nitrogen of the soils. Multiple linear regression was used to obtain the best correlation of NIR spectroscopy method. Correlation of NIR spectroscopy method. Correlation of NIR spectra for finely and coarsely sized soil did not show much difference. The standard errors of prediction(SE) using different types of sample holding tools for organic matter, total nitrogen and soil moisture were better than 0.765, 0.041 and 0.63% respectively. From the results it can be concluded that NIR spectroscopy with flow type cell could be used as a fast routine testing method in quantitative determination of organic matter, total nitrogen and soil moisture.
