        The purpose this study was to examine the usability of DAP technique with Children for personalitydiagnosis. The analytic Criteria used in this W3S based on 0-odono'S theory. The Subjects Consistedof 50 Kinder gartens and 45 third graders. All subjects were given a testing paper and pencil witheraser and required to draw a person. Major fidings obtained are as follows. Most children participatedin this Study drew a person having the same sex as he/she had, and exhibited a tendency to expresshis/her desive, craving for expression through a portrait. obvious distintion of sex was not demonst-rated in early age children. Emotional disorder, psychological disturbance manifested through portrait should be consideredas a part of difficultes and crisis occuring is the process of development rather than to lump thesesympoms into the characteristics possessed by psychosis or a anattoid. Before examining the childrens present behavior, complete analysis of unique characteristics de-monstrated at each developmental stage should be preceded in order to understand the specific beha-vior observed.

        The objective of this study was to manifest the food labelling system that would be of help to consumers’ efficient decision making on food labelling. Out of the contents of the labelling standard of food, etc., recently revised by Notification No. 2000-36 of Korea Food &rug Administration, several mooted points were raised of the type of food, the date of manufacture, the term of distribution, ingredients, raw materials, content, etc. Despite these mooted points of the labelling system of food and so forth, the current regulations of the labelling standard of food and so on plays a substantial role in fulfilling the needs of the most important factors in the labelling regulations from the perspective of the protection of consumers and communication, such as the description of nutritive substances, notabilias, cautions and validity of inferior foods degenerated in the process of distribution by regulating false or exaggerated advertisements, along with intention of prevention of misuse and abuse of foods. As a result, the present study revealed results out of the inquiries into the evaluation of and improvements in the labelling system of food as a communications medium, as follows: First, the nutrients that are stipulated to be included in food labelling are confined to calory, carbohydrate, protein, fat and natrium. However, the description of essential nutritive substances as a communications medium that are closely related to frequently invaded diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, hyperlipemia, cerebrovascular diseases, etc. in consideration of their frequency of invasion. Furthermore, as regards the nutritive substances to be included in labelling in relation to the recommended quantity of nutrition per day is limited to vitamin and inorganic substances, which also raise the mooted points that they contain a narrow range of nurients and that the recommended quantity of nutrition should be considered according to the invasion of diseases on consumers. In consequence, it is needed to develop and supply computer programs of the contents of nutrients, expand research projects in compliance with consumers’ diet, provide more public relations of the labelling of nutritive ingredients and supply guiding leaflets and then gradually ameliorate systems and regulations of the labelling of nutritive substances. Second, the labelling of notabilias and cautions as a communications medium awakens consumers a sense of terror or a sense of awakening to provide for dangerous cases on the consumers, serving as one of the most important labelling factors to protect the health and lives of consumers by rationally making choice of food. This regulations may be referred to as a prior or a posterior system that can actively protect harmful elements to consumers by the emergence of the food recall system and the product liability law. Therefore, besides the obligatory labelling of notabilias and cautions of food under the food hygiene law, it is necessitated to revise the related law so that it should include all the factors that may do harm to consumers and get to extend the regulation of labelling notabilias and cautions currently applied to part of foods to all. In addition to it, it is recommended for the government and enterprises to prepare compound and comprehensive measures against it to enhance the reliability of foods for consumers. Third, labelling the length of storage of foods consists of the date of manufacture and that of validity. The former only manifests the date at which a food was made but does not show till what time its quality is maintained, while the latter does not know the date of manufacture and the elapse of time but represents how long its quality can last. Today the government is gradually implementing the autonomous establishment of the term of distribution but the mere description of it has its limits. In consequence, when we take into account the fact that almost all the food enterprises are small in scale and weak in their distribution structure, on a short term basis we are in need of the government support to medium and small food companies, the security of consumers’ reliability on the information of the labelling of the term of distribution, the practice of an awarding system of resident reports of illegal and inferior foods, the operation of a fluctuated price system of validity-overdue foods, extended practice of a food bank for the purpose of efficient management of food materials, and on a long term basis the introduction of a pluralistic validity labelling system which can be harmonized with that of advanced countries.

        교사용 지도서 내용 구성 방법 -의성어,의태어를 대상으로-

        이 논문에서는 의성어·의태어를 대상으로 교사용 지도서의 내용 구성 방법에 대해 살펴보았다. 교사용 지도서에는 교사가 교재 내용을 가르치기 위해 동원하는 기법, 아이디어, 지도상의 유의점, 교과 내용을 가르치는 방법, 학습자들의 이해를 돕기 위한 설명을 조직하는 방법 등이 담겨있다. 이들은 교수학적 지식에 기반에 두고 내용을 구성할 때 교육과정 실행에 효율적이다. 교수학적 지식에 기반을 두지 않은 교사용 지도서의 내용은 개별 의미를 강조하여 의미를 고착화 시킬 가능성이 많고, 학생들이 선택할 시간을 주지 않아 강요하는 입장을 취하기 쉽다. 결국 교육 과정 실행에 크게 도움을 주지 않는 내용을 구성하여 교사들에게 큰 도움을 주지 못한다. 사용 양상에 기반을 둔 교수학적 지식에 의한 교사용 지도서의 내용은 의성어·의태어를 단독 어휘층위가 아닌 다른 어휘와의 패러다임이나 결합 관계를 통해 의미나 용법을 알게 한다. 그리고 특정한 용법만을 제시하지 않고 다양한 의미와 용법에 중점을 둔다. 이를 통해 실제적으로 의성어·의태어의 표현과 이해에 도움을 줄 수 있다는 점에서 교육과정을 효율적으로 실행할 수 있다. I reviewed organization and content of teacher`s guidebook for teaching Korean language focusing on onomatopoeia and mimect in this article. Teaching methods have little meaning however peculiar and fresh they are if they are not efficient to implementation of curriculum. In this view point, didactical transposition should apply to curriculum, content, teaching method, activity and stragity etc. In other words, scholarly knowledge can be said to be converse of knowledge having educational purpose. as teaching methods not founded on didactical knowledge emphasize only techniques, they induce to continue to deal with fragmentary knowledge of onomatopoeia and mimect and make the improper teaching method such as topaze effect, Jordan effect, metacognitive shift and the improper use of analogy, etc applied. Therefore, we should teach about them founding on knowledge about usage of onomatopoeia and mimect to get out of these teaching methods. We should explain between paradigmatic or syntagmatic relations, not with single vocabulary to explain various functions and usages of onomatopoeia and mimect.

      • 유아교육기관 교사의 자기성찰 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 유아교육기관의 교사의 자기성찰 연구이다. 이 연구는 유아교육기관 교사의 자기성찰에 대한 필요성으로부터 시작하였다. 자기성찰은 자신과 타인의 감정, 생각, 욕구 등을 자각하고, 탐색하여 자신과 타인의 감정, 생각, 욕구를 이해하고 변화를 주는 것으로 정의하였다. 교사의 자기성찰은 경험학습이론, 어니언 모델(Onion Model), 자기성찰의 구성요인으로 접근하였다. 교사의 자기성찰은 유아교육의 효과성과 정서적 안정을 위해 절대적으로 필요하다는 관점에서 접근하였다. 따라서 다음과 같이 자기성찰의 구성요소를 논의하였다. 자기성찰의 구성요소는 자기탐색, 자기이해, 타인탐색, 타인이해로 연구하였다. 자기탐색은 자신의 경험, 감정, 사고, 행동 성격의 호기심을 가지고 분석하여 더 나은 방향으로 발전하려는 과정이다. 자기이해는 자신의 정서와 행동에 대한 주관적인 인식과 반성적인 성찰과정을 통해서 자기의 정서와 행동을 객관적으로 이해하는 것을 의미한다. 타인탐색은 타인과의 관계에 관심을 두고 그 관계에서 발생하는 것에 대해 타인이 관점에서 타인의 내적 상태를 인식하는 것이다. 타인이해는 자신과 다른 사람과의 관계에서 발생하는 갈등을 이해와 배려로 하여 문제해결을 모색하는 것이다. 또한, 타인이해는 타인의 감정과 생각에 대한 의미를 깨닫고 이해하여 행동하는 것이다. 결과적으로 유아교육기관의 교사는 자기탐색, 자기이해, 타인이해 타인탐색을 통한 자기성찰이 중요하다. The purpose of this study is to study the self-reflection of teachers in the institution of infant education. The study began with the need for self-reflection of teachers in preschool education institutions. Self-reflection was defined as self-awareness and exploration of feelings, thoughts and desire of oneself and others to understand and change them. The teacher s introspection was approached as an empirical learning theory, an Onion Model, and a component of introspection. The teacher s introspection was approached from the point of view that it was absolutely necessary for the effectiveness and emotional stability of infant education. Therefore, the components of introspection were discussed. The components of introspection were studied by self-exploration, self-understanding, other people s search, and others understanding. Self-exploration is the process of analyzing with curiosity of one s own experiences, feelings, thoughts, and behavior personality to develop in a better direction. Self-interest means an objective understanding of one s emotions and actions through subjective awareness and reflection processes. Searching for others is to pay attention to relationships with others and to recognize the inner state of others from the perspective of what happens in those relationships. Another person s harm is to seek a solution to the problem by understanding and caring for conflicts arising from his or her relationship with others. Also, another person s year is to realize and understand the meaning of other people s feelings and thoughts and act. As a result, self-reflection, self-interest, and self-examination are important for teachers at child education institutions.

        증강현실(AR) 기반 교육용 놀이 콘텐츠를 활용한 유아의 상상적 내러티브 탐색

        본 연구는 증강현실(Augmented Reality: AR) 기반 교육용 놀이 콘텐츠를 활용한 유아의 상상적 내러티브를 탐색함으로써 이 경험이 유아에게 주는 놀이의 의미를 찾고자 하였다. 이를 위해 만 5세 유아 총 24명을 연구 참여자로 하여 5주간 증강현실(AR) 기반 교육용 놀이 콘텐츠를 활용한 유아의 상상적 내러티브를 수집하고, 놀이의 의미를 알아보기 위한 참여관찰, 면담, 기타자료 수집 등의 질적 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 증강현실(AR) 기반 교육용 놀이 콘텐츠는 놀이 주제에 대한 유아들의 몰입감을 극대화하여 활동에 대한 만족감을 증대시킨다. 둘째, 증강현실(AR) 기반 교육용 놀이 콘텐츠는 유아들 간, 유아와 매체 간의 양방향적 상호작용을 풍부하게 만들어 줌으로써 창의적 사고를 증진시킨다. 셋째, 증강현실(AR) 기반 교육용 놀이 콘텐츠는 활동에 대한 유아들의 자발적이고 적극적인 참여를 고조시킨다. This study aimed to find the meaning of play given to children by exploring the imaginative narratives of children using Augmented Reality (AR)-based educational play content. And we tried to find the meaning of play that this experience gives to children. To this end, a total of 24 children aged 5 years old were selected as research participants to collect imaginative narratives of children using AR-based educational play content for five weeks. And qualitative studies such as participant observation, interviews and collecting other data were conducted to observe the meaning of play. The results of the study as follows. First, AR-based educational play content maximizes children’s immersion in play topics, increasing satisfaction with activities. Second, AR-based educational play content promotes creative thinking by enriching two-way interactions between children and between children and the media. Third, AR-based educational play content promotes the voluntary and active participation of children in activities.

      • The Effects of Various Immunosuppressants to Epithelial-Mesenchymal Transition on HCC Cell Line

        Aims: The purpose of this study was to elucidate the effect of various immunosuppressants to epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT), which strongly correlated with tumor growth and metastasis of HCC. Methods: The effect of various immunosuppressive drugs will investigate on tumor growth and lymph node metastasis in a Balb/c nude mice model of HCC. Cell proliferation and invasion were monitored in vitro using the CCK8 and Matrigel Invasion Chambers, respectively. Levels of expression specific markers of EMT were measured using Western blots analysis. Results: Various immunosuppresses showed differing results to the proliferation of HCC in vitro study. Treatment with high and low doses of Tacrolimus and Cyclosporine A in high doses resulted in increase in the invasive potential of SK-Hep1 cells by enhancing EMT in vitro and there was no significant effect of Sirolimus and MMF on cell migration and invasion. The Western blotting analysis revealed that Tacrolimus increased the levels of expression of TGF-ß, N-Cadherin, ZEB1, Slug in the HCC tumor cells, while Cyclosporine A, Sirolimus and MMF did not have a significant effect on the expression of these proteins. The increase in expression level was especially pronounced in TGF-ß, N-Cadherin, ZEB1 proteins when using high doses of Tacrolimus (100ng/ml) and moderately expressed, however, higher than other immunosuppressors using a low dose (5ng/ml) of the drug. The use of other immunosuppressors in different doses did not significantly affect the expression of all proteins. Conclusions: Tacrolimus and high doses Cyclosporine A increased the invasive potential of HCC cells in our in vitro study.

        Characterization of Edible Pork By-products by Means of Yield and Nutritional Composition

        Basic information regarding the yield and nutritional composition of edible pork by-products, namely heart, liver, lung,stomach, spleen, uterus, pancreas, and small and large intestines, was studied. Our results revealed that the yields variedwidely among the pork by-products examined; in particular, liver had the highest yield (1.35%); whereas, spleen had thelowest yield (0.16%). The approximate composition range (minimum to maximum) of these by-products was found to be:moisture 71.59-82.48%; fat 0.28-19.54%; ash 0.155-1.34%, and protein 8.45-22.05%. The highest protein, vitamin A, B2,B6, and total essential amino acid (EAA) contents were found in liver. Large intestine had the highest fat content and lowestEAA content. Heart had the highest vitamin B1 content, whereas pancreas had the highest niacin and vitamin B3 contents. The concentrations of Fe and Zn were highest in liver and pancreas. Total saturated fatty acids (SFA) levels and polyunsat-urated fatty acids (PUFA) levels between the by-products ranged from 43.15-50.48%, and 14.92-30.16%, respectively. Fur-thermore, with the exception of large intestine, all the by-products showed favorable PUFA/SFA ratios. The study indicatedthat almost all of the pork by-products examined were good sources of important nutrients, and that these data will be ofgreat importance in the promotion of the consumption of edible pork by-products, as well as their utilization in meat pro-cessing.
