Purpose. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and evaluate discovery layer search tools for retrieval of legal information in Indian law libraries. This paper covers current practices in legal information retrieval with special reference to Indian academic law libraries, and analyses its importance in the domain of law.Design/Methodology/Approach. A web survey and observational study method are used to collect the data. Data related to the discovery tools were collected using email and further discussion held with the discovery layer/ tool /product developers and their representatives.Findings. Results show that most of the Indian law libraries are subscribing to bundles of legal information resources such as Hein Online, JSTOR, LexisNexis Academic, Manupatra, Westlaw India, SCC web, AIR Online (CDROM), and so on. International legal and academic resources are compatible with discovery tools because they support various standards related to online publishing and dissemination such as OAI/PMH, Open URL, MARC21, and Z39.50, but Indian legal resources such as Manupatra, Air, and SCC are not compatible with the discovery layers. The central index is one of the important components in a discovery search interface, and discovery layer services/tools could be useful for Indian law libraries also if they can include multiple legal and academic resources in their central index. But present practices and observations reveal that discovery layers are not providing facility to cover legal information resources. Therefore, in the present form, discovery tools are not very useful; they are an incomplete and half solution for Indian libraries because all available Indian legal resources available in the law libraries are not covered.Originality/Value. Very limited research or published literature is available in the area of discovery layers and their compatibility with legal information resources.

Design of Grooved Microstrip Patch Resonator Filters for Mobile Communication
Vivek Singh Kushwah,Geetam Singh Tomar,Sarita Singh Bhadauria 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Future Generation Communi Vol.9 No.5
In advanced communication technology the microstrip filter has an important job in terms of selectivity and elimination of the undesired signals. In microwave and RF frequency applications the design of filter is complex task as lumped components cannot be used in this range of frequency. Microstrip filters are always preferred over the lumped filters at larger frequency for their compact size, lighter weight, lower cost and higher performance. In this paper the design of grooved microstrip patch resonator band-pass filter is presented at mid-band frequency 1.8 GHz for L-Band applications. It also acts as a band-reject filter at center frequency 1.1 GHz, which is innovative concept in microstrip filter design. Band-pass filter has a high attenuation in stop band, small insertion loss of 0.5744 dB and high return loss of 26.52 dB in the pass band whereas Band-reject filter has a low attenuation, high insertion loss of 21.95 dB and low return loss of 0.2432 dB in the stop band. The result is encouraging and fabrication is also very easy.
Design Techinque SVL withUltra Low Power FULL-RATE 2:1 MUX
Sanjay singh Kushwah,SaritaBhadauria 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Hybrid Information Techno Vol.9 No.1
In this paper, we illustrate a 0.4Tb/s full rate 2:1 MUX. In order to suppress the dilapidation of signals and to increase the operation speed, we designed interconnection for the circuit using self controllable voltage level (SVL) techniques. The circuit shows rise and fall times of about 100fs and consumes 0.5nW. The CMOS logic, such as SVL logic is renewed in this design. The designed circuit is realized in a standard 45nm process and uses 0.7V supply voltage. Our optimization technique using the proposed method reduces power consumption and leakage current by significant amount of multiplexer circuit. The same techniques and architectures are applicable for more advanced semiconductor technologies to push the speed even further. It is easy to tell that our 2:1 MUX attain the highest datarate 0.4Tb/s without increasing much power consumption as compared the data rate 50Gb/s and power to previous work.

Biological evaluation of residual malathion after 168 hrs of single dipping exposure of White Leghorn hens to different concentrations (0, 0.5, 1.0 and 1.5%) of pesticides was investigated. Thirty-two male albino rats divided into four groups of eight each were kept on 20% isoproteinous diet prepared from the meat of these malathion dipped hens. After 30 days feeding trial, the rats were killed by decapitation. No significant change was found in erythrocytes. However, the triglyceride concentration in brain tissue was increased significantly (p<0.05) when dose level of pesticide was 1% in dipping solution. Similarly, malathion exposed poultry meat failed in altering any significant change in the pancreatic amylase and lipase activities of rats. This study concludes the virtual absence of toxic accumulation of pesticide in the meat of birds after 168 hrs of exposure in usual concentration range upto 1.5%.

Ekta Gupta,Rajendra Singh Kushwah 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of Signal Processing, Image Vol.8 No.6
In today’s time, the requirement of content based image retrieval technique is more and more because of diverse areas such as Data Mining, Remote Sensing and Management of Earth Resources, , Crime Prevention, Weather forecasting, E-commerce, Medical Imaging. The proposed paper presents the content based image retrieval, using features like color and texture, called WBCHIR (Wavelet Based Color Histogram Image Retrieval). The shape and shade features are extracted in the course of wavelet transformation and color histogram and the arrangement of these features is vigorous to scaling and conversion of objects in an image. It is the first time to present segmentation and grid, feature extraction, K-means module and k-nearest neighbor clustering algorithms and bring in the neighborhood module to build the CBIR system. It is the hybrid method of global and local features with k-means clustering algorithm.
