Die deutschen Adjektivsatztypen, die in den Satzbauplanen als Satzerganzungn Adjektive enthalten, werden in dieser Arbeit dreifach, d.h. aus dem Gesichtspunkt von Hans-Jurgen Heringers Werke 〃Deutsche Syntax" und 〃Theorie der deutschen Syntax", Johannes Erbens〃Deutsche Grammatik, Ein AbriB" und Paul Grebens" Duden Grammatik" heraus wissen-schaftlich betrachtet und miteinander verglichen. I. Adjektivsatztypen von Hans-Jurgen Heringer: 1. 〃Deutsche Syntax" von Hans-Jurgen Heringer ermoglicht uns metatheoretisch die folgenden 15 Typen mit 16 Arten von deutschen Adjektivsatzen zu formulieren. 2. Davon werden die nur theoretisch daseienden, aber in Wirklichkeit nichtdaseienden Typen mit der Hilfe von PA??-Typen in〃 Theorie der deutschen Syntax" eliminiert, und dabei werden auch die immer noch ubrig gebliebenen PA??-Typen und vor allem dieselben in VERK erscheinenden auf die Kernsatze reduziert. Dessen Ergebnis ist wie folgend: 13 Typen mit 14 Arten.
河川水質解析에서 BFGS 技法에 의한 最適反應係數의 決定

QUAL2E model was applied to assess the water quality variations for the downstream of the Han River. The varied flow analysis is performed in the reach of Paldang dam to Indogyo considering the effect of Jamsil submerged weir. A sensitivity analysis was made to determine the significant reaction coefficients and an optimization technique by BFGS method was used to estimate them. The calibration and verification were performed by using observed water quality data for the Han River. The calculated pollutant concentrations showed good agreements with the observed. The predictions of water quality in the river were made for the various discharge conditions and wastewater treatment alternatives.

현재까지 개발되고 있는 대부분의 유한체적모형은 가상하도 및 실험하도와 같은 단순하도에 적용하여 흐름율과 생성항의 균형문제를 해결하기 위한 여러 가지 노력들이 있어 왔다. 하지만, 실제 자연하천에서의 적용에서는 단순하도에서의 적용에서 나타나지 않았던 여러 가지 문제점들이 발생하며, 이러한 문제점들을 수치적으로 해결하여야 비로소 자연하천에서의 적용이 가능하다. 본 연구에서는 자연하천에 적용가능한 2차원 유한체적모형을 개발하여 2차원 부분적 댐 붕괴에 적용하여 개발모형의 정확성을 검증하고, 한강의 측량단면을 GIS를 이용하여 2차원 격자에 정확하게 반영할 수 있는 간단하고 효율적인 2차원 격자생성기법을 제안하였다. 그리고 제안된 기법으로 생성된 2차원 격자로 한강에 대한 흐름모의를 수행하고 계산수위와 실측수위를 비교하여 자연하천에 대한 개발모형의 정확성 및 적용성을 입증하였다. A lot of efforts have been made to resolve balancing problems between flux and source term and most finite volume models under development have been applied to simple channels such as imaginary and experimental channels. However, a number of numerical problems which can not be found in simple channels occur in the application to natural rivers and the problems should be resolved to apply finite volume models to natural rivers. In this study, 2D finite volume model which is applicable to natural rivers was developed and the accuracy of the developed model was validated through the application of partial dam break In addition, a simple and efficient 2D mesh generation method was suggested and the method can be accurately reflected to 2D mesh converted from surveyed cross sections in Han-river using GIS. The accuracy and applicability of the developed model on natural rivers were verified by performing simulation on Han-river using the generated mesh and comparing computed water elevation with measured water elevation.
표면개질한 소수성 막을 이용한 menthol/water 혼합물의 분리

The surface of tube-type alumina substrate was modified with a silane coupling agent in order to modify the membrane surface with hydrophobicity. Contact angle of water drops on modified membrane was greater than 90˚. The modified membrane was tested in pervaporation and vapor permeation for the recovery of menthol from dilute menthol/water mixture. With increasing menthol concentration in the feed at 45℃, permeation rate of menthol in pervaporation and vapor permeation increased from 0.039(g/㎡hr) to 0.144(g/㎡hr) and from 0.077(g/㎡hr) to 0.297(g/㎡hr) respectively. When feed concentration is 0.005(g/L) at 45℃, separation factor for menthol in pervaporation and vapor permeation is 20.7 and 40.5 respectively.

The water quality management in river using the mathematical model was studied. QUAL-Ⅱ model for water quality was evaluated in terms of theories and structures in algorithm and input-output parameters. Some modifications for the problems involved in the program were also made. A water quality simulation in the newly improved channel of downstream part of the Han River has been made. The predicted concentration of BOD_5 and NH_3-N at the confluence of Joongryang-chun were 8.6㎎/l, 3.6㎎/I and those of Anyang-chun were 11.8㎎/1, 4.6㎎/l respectively. The modeling result shows that the impact of Joongryangchun and Anyang-chun is very serious, and wastewater treatment plant and intercepting sewer for these tributaries are thought to be urgently needed. A methodological procedure made in this paper will provide a basic contribution to the basin-wide water quality management.

While the clinical diagnostic accuracy of probable Alzheimer′s disease (AD) is 87-96% with a diagnostic sensitivity/specificity of 0 81-0 87, the unequivocal diagnosis of AD rests on histopathological evidence at brain autopsy and/or biopsy We report here a 92-year-old woman whose clinical presentation suggested a far advanced Alzheimer′s disease Formal neuropsychological evaluations were not applicable due to severe cognitive impairments With a relatively good general physical condition she could walk with aid during her last days no focal neurological signs were noted on a detailed examination Brain MRI revealed a diffuse cortical atrophy with a marked reduction in the hippocampal volume The brain obtained weighted 780g The cerebral hemispheres examined after fixation disclosed moderately severe atrophy in prefrontal and temporal lobes on coronal section, the hippocampus was likewise severely atrophied the lateral ventricles were moderately dilated On microscope examination, there were numerous senile plaques and neurofibrillary tangles in the neocortices. hippocampus and amyglada, compatible with advanced Alzheimer′s disease In summary we report the first Korean autopsy-proven case with advanced Alzheimer′s disease.

Optimum water quality management in the midstream of the Nakdong river was studied. Deterministic water quality model RQ1 and stochastic water quality model RQ2 have been developed. RQ1 contains two codes, RQ1-1 for hydraulic analysis and RQ1-2 for water quality analysis. RQ2 consists of Monte-Carlo simulation for the DO analysis in river. A water quality simulation using RQ1 and RQ2 in the midstream of the Nakdong river has been made. The computed concentration of DO and BOD at several points have good agreements with the observed data. BOD-DO profiles in this basin and the probability distribution for DO concentration at some points have been predicted in 1996 and 2001. This study provides the optimum water quality management planning in the future using the deterministic and stochastic water quality model.
비강 및 비인두에 발생한 도립유두종과 편평상피암종의 p53단백 및 세포증식능에 관한 연구

The inverted papilloma and squamous cell carcinoma are common neoplasia in the sinonasal cavity and nasopharynx, but the incidence of these tumors are very low and the study on the oncogenesis or biological activity of the tumor cells are not well known. This study was designed to evaluate the oncogenic roles of the p53 gene and the proliferative activity of the tumor cells in the inflammatory polyp, inverted papilloma and squamous cell carcinoma. The experiment was carried by the immunohistochemical stains about the p53 protein, PCNA and Ki-67, histochemical stain about the AgNORs. and flow cytometric analysis about the DNA ploidy using the formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissues. The frequency of the expression of p53 protein was 0%(0/16 cases) in the inflammatory polyps, 18.8% (3/16 cases) in the inverted papillomas, and 87.5%(14/16 cases) in the squamous cell carcinomas. The labelling index(%) of the PCNA and Ki-67 was 5.3% and 3.3% in the inflammatoy polyps, 29.6% and 25.2% in the inverted papillomas, and 51.9% and 36.8% in the squamous cell carcinoma. The expression of the PCNA and Ki-67 was distributed in the periphery of the tumor islands of the inverted papilloma and was distributed in the both of center and periphery of the tumor islands of the squamous cell carcinoma. The number of nuclear AgNORs was increased in the order of inflammatory polyps (0.96), inverted papillomas(1.34) and squamous cell carcinoma(2.09). The frequency of the DNA aneuploidy was 0%(0/16 cases) in the inflammatory polyps, 18.8%(3/16 cases) in the inverted papillomas. and 12.5%(2/16 cases) in the squamous cell carcinomas. Above results indicates that the changes of the p53 gene and proliferative activity of the tumor cells are involved on the oncogenesis and the biological activity of the inverted papilloma or squamous cell carcinoma in the nasopharynx and sinonasa cavity.

The cause of efflorescence originated from calciumsilicate hydrate brick was studied and some reports on efflorescence were reviewed. The main ingredient of undesirable efflorescence powder was sodium sulphate. It was found that influx of sodium and sulphur components was resulted from hydration water and fine sund.

This method takes into account the hydrodynamical interaction effect. Which has ever been neglected, between cylinders due to the diffraction waves by each cylinder. Numerical results by this method, the wave forces on 2 or 3 cylinders, show that the interaction effect upon surging forces is not necessarily small especially in not large wave length range compared with the cylinder diameter. But in this wave length having force itself upon the structures is small and therefore the effect does not appeared clearly in this force. It must be investigated what an influence the effect has on their heaving or rolling motion in waves. As a first step, in this paper is developed a method to calculate the wave forces acting upon groups of vertical circular cylinders, simple models of floating rig composed of several columns, fixed in waves with finite draft and infinite draft. The numerical results are in good agreement with measured ones obtained by comparatively simple experiment.
