Recently, the desire for better quality of urban environment go on increasing rapidly because the provlems of environment become more seriously in all around the world. And also because of the change of social concepts, the importance of urban landscape which is perceived as one of main factors of amenity in city grows significally. But Urban Planning Systems and Laws in Korea do not provide the effective tools to preserve urban landscape. So, in this paper, we try to find some methods tho preserve urban landscape by the means of Urban Planning System and Law System.

We studied the native defects of dilute magnetic semiconductors Zn₁-xFexSe epilayer by using SAW device. The energy gap of Zn₁-xFexSe for each epilayer(x=0.0213, 0.0915) was 2.57eV, 2.74eV at room temperature (294K). The trap level for x=0.0213, 0.0915 were calculated by measuring Transverse Acoustoelectric Voltage(TAV). Also we can calculated cross section.

HClO₄(pH:2) 수용액에서 양극산화 방법으로 HgMnTe(HMT)의 표면에 산화막을 형성 시켰다. 산화막의 두께는 SEM으로 측정하였으며 10㎛였다. 전류-전압 특성곡선을 얻어 산화 피크 전압으로부터 HTeO₂?, TeO?, HHgO₂? 막이 형성되었음을 알 수 있었다. 산화시키지 않은 HMT와 HClO₄수용액에서 산화시킨 HMT에 대해 Hall전압 및 자기저항을 각각 측정하였다. 홀전압과 자기저항은 HMT보다 HMT산화막에서 더 컸으며 이것은 HHgO₂? 공격자가 홀의 역할을 하고, TeO₄? 산화막은 전하의 포획도를 낮게하기 때문으로 생각할 수 있다. Anodic oxidation processes on HgMnTe surface has been studied in standard aqueous HClO₄(pH:2) solution. The 10㎛ thickness of the anodic oxide layers was measured by SEM. The Composition of the anodic oxide layers are evaluated from current-voltage(I-V) characteristic of HgMnTe Oxidation. The layers are composed of mixed oxide. ??, TeO₄, and?? in HClO₄solution. Transport properties have been investigated in HMT oxide layer made in HClO₄solution and virgin HMT samples at 300K. Hall voltage and magnetoresistance are greater in oxide layer HMT than virgin HMT. As a result, we know that the vacancy of ??in an anodic oxide layer acts as hole and the resulting oxide ?? layer exhibit a reduced degree of charge trapping and increase magnetoresistance.
Stock Market Valuation of R&D Expenditure and Corporate Governance

This paper examines whether firms with more research and development (R&D) expenditure earn higher return when they have good corporate governance. After controlling for many asset pricing factors in the existing literature, such as size, book-to-market ratio, momentum, asset growth, accruals, and abnormal capital expenditure, we find that R&D-intensity firms indeed earn higher stock returns when they experience well-established corporate governance. This finding suggests that good governance is able to prevent potential overinvestment in R&D spending and thereby increase the rate of returns on R&D spending firms. Namely, R&D strategy, in terms of buying well governance R&D investing firms, is more effective in well-governed firms.
STUDIES ON THE SKIN TROUBLE AND THE FACIAL COLOR CHANGE DUE TO HORMONAL CYCLE IN FEMALE

Many eastern females concern themselves about the condition and the color of their skin. The purpose of the present study is to classify the skin trouble and the change of the facial color due to hormonal cycle in female. We examined the actual circumstances by questionnaires, and made patch tests of methyl nicotinate, representing rubefacient, to estimate the epidermal penetration rate, and measured the facial color change during the menstrual cycle period to invest the correlation factors between skin trouble due to cosmetics and facial color change. Fifty-two percent of subjects had skin trouble relating to cosmetics. One second of subjects with skin trouble due to cosmetic complained the change of symptom by menstrual cycle. The changes of symptom were related on premenstrual period. The skin trouble developed mainly on the first trimester of the pregnancy. In patch test of methyl nicotinate, most cases showed decreased threshold of the reaction on menstruation, and other cases showed increased reactivity of the skin of menstruation. In facial color measurements, it proves in the appearance of red spot, darkness, increasing the value and turning the hue to yellowish. Also it demonstrates that premenstruation hue turn red and value level decrease. During the period, facial color turns pale and hue progress to yellow. This fact coincides with the questionnaire. We have quantified through questionnaire, which demonstrates it has good correlation with done to the subjects among the internal environment factors hormonal cycle influences the facial color change and the skin trouble due to cosmetics. Through this paper the development of a more fragmented make-up and skin care products is required to increase the interest to females, to make true the creation of beauty.

We consider channel-coded multi-input multi-output (MIMO) orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) transmission and obtain a condition on its signal for it to attain the maximum diversity and coding gain. As this condition may not be realizable, we propose a suboptimal design that employs an orthogonal transform and a space-frequency interleaver between the channel coder and the multi-antenna OFDM transmitter. We propose a corresponding receiving method based on block turbo equalization. Attention is paid to some detailed design of the transmitter and the receiver to curtail the computational complexity and yet deliver good performance. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed transmission technique can outperform the conventional coded MIMO OFDM and the MIMO block single-carrier transmission with cyclic prefixing.
