In order to design a wave energy generating system, a 6-DOF analysis technique is applied to the three-Dimensional CFD analysis on of a floating body and the behavior is interpreted according to the nature of the incoming wave. A wave period of 5.5s & amplitude of 0.57m from Marado is chosen. 12 cases have been modeled. It is compared to analyze the effects of energy absorption variables, namely mass moment of inertia, angular velocity and angular acceleration. From the results obtained, we conclude that model L is the maximum power absorbed 6㎾ approximately. A maximum pitch angle of 1.91 degree was attained by Model F, and the maximum displacement of nearly 0.7m was attained by Model L among models D, F and L.

The discharge properties of superhigh-pressure mercury lamp are due to resistance heating for the input energy, and results in temperature increase. The cooling equilibrium state is reached by heat conduction, convection and radiation. In order to predict the fluid flow and heat transfer around the mercury lamp accurately, Visualization of the mercury lamp is simulated by CFD program in this study. Here, three different arc model are used. Among these, when the third model is used the temperature distribution of which both inner fluid and glass cover are higher than others. It can be concluded that the shape of arc plays an important role that affects the fluid flow and heat transfer in mercury lamp.
엔진 시동용 공기터빈의 유로 변경에 대한 3차원 유동해석

The marine medium-speed diesel engines are operated by two methods; one is the electric motors, and the other air starting motors. Air starting motor is dependent of the engine types and sizes, it has been widely used in this area due to its simplicity, convenience and reliability. However, most of them are currently imported from overseas due to lack of the cutting-edge technology in terms of design and manufacturing. So, there is a possibility to design a new type air starting motor to realize localization. In this paper the purpose is compare between two stage of original type and modified of a new type to study designing parameters in order to make a high performance Air Starting Motor. In this study, we've modeled two modified types, separately. The simulation was used by CFX program. It was compared with the different type under the same initial condition and boundary condition. It was concluded that the results of modified type in blade is better than traditional type.
