        Korea is a good example for the developing corporations beacuse of its rapid economic growth, and now is the 21th largest trading country in the world. Hower, the majority of Korea corporations are facing rapid changes of nations and international business environments, especially trade environments and the restriction of the environmental pollution. In this situation, for preparation on the influence of the new protection and sustainable competition advantage, Korea companies have to be prepared for the future. The results of this thesis are as foolows: ① Firms should consider environment to bo the most important factor on competitive advantage in their business. ② The enterprises should establish the company strategies that could be adaptable systematically. ③ In orders to correspond both to the enviromental restriction to betterment quality of life, all parties should do their best by having the high level of environment consciousness.

      • 혼합 배지에서의 장내세균 증식

        This study was performed to develop culture medium which favors the growth of the Salmonella, Shigella and Vibrios, and is suitable for the detection of the carriers. The TCBS-S.S and the TCBS-MacConkey combined medium were trsted for the growth of the bacteria and the ability to form colonies. The results of combined media were compared with those of each media as S-S, MacConkey and TCBS. 1. The growth of Salomonella typhi was excellent on TCBS-S.S and TCBS-MacConkey combined media, on the other hand it was markedly inhibited on S-S agar media. 2. The Shigella dysenteriae showed rapid growth and large colony formation on the combined media as TCBS-MacConkey and TCBS-S.S, but was inhibited on the other media. 3. Vibrio paraemolyticus grow well not only on the TCBS-MacConkey, TCBS-S.S combined media also on TCBS agar media. 4. Lactose-fermenting E. coli, sucrose-fermenting Proteus vulgaris and Vibro alginolyticus can be distinguishable by the color of colonies on TCBS-S.S combined agar media. 5. The colonies of Proteus mirabilis on TCBS-MacConkey combined agar media can be distinguishable from Proteus vulgaris by the dark green ring. 6. As Salmonella, Shigella and Vibrio grow well on TCBS-S.S combined media, they can be isolated on one plate of the media.

        유해화학물질의 종합위해등급 알고리즘 개발에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 대상물질을 선정한 후 그에 따른 세 가지 기준 즉 독성,화재폭발,환경기준과 각각의 피해예측기법을 설정하고 이 기준들을 알고리즘을 통한 통합한 종합위해등급으로서 선정된 대상물질에 적용하였다. 특히, 환경기준은 포괄적인 개념으로서 USCG 및 MSDS의 환경기준 분류와 NFPA 건강위해 성(Nh) 중 환경관련 부분을 조합하여 환경지수 모델화를 하였다. 또한 각 기준에 따른 피해예측 기법을 선택하여 지역별 임의에 위치한 화학물질 관련업체에 사용 또는 저장 중인 유해화학물질에 대해 적용하여 사용물질에 대한 종합위해등급 설정(단일물질에 대한 가연성, 독성, 반응성, 환경성에 대한 Hazard level 및 표시 모델화) 및 그에 따른 사고시 피해예측 및 강도산정(CPQR직 IAEA, VZ eq), Risk contour를 구할 수 있었다. 이 결과 모든 화학공정 및 저장 등에서 발생할 수 있는 독성 누출,화재폭발의 잠재적 위험성산정을 통한 사전 안전성 평가의 Tool로 활용이 가능하다. In the study, three criteria(toxicity, fire & explosion, environment) and damage prediction method for each case was set up, and all these criteria were applied to the subject substance that was selected as hazardous level by integrating all criteria through Algorithm. Particularly, the environment criterion is a comprehensive concept, environment index modeling by combining USCG(United State Coast Guard) & MSDS(Material Safety Data Sheet) environment criteria classifications and the environment part of NFPA's health hazardousness(Nh). And for damage prediction method of each criterion were adopted and they were applied to hazardous chemical substances in use or stored by chemical substance related enterprises located in each region that made possible to set up total hazard level of used substances(inflammability, poisonousness and counteraction on a unit substance, and hazard level & display modeling on environment) & damage prediction in case of accident & solidity setup(CPQRA : Chemical Process Quantitative Risk Assessment, IAEA : International Atomic Energy Agency; VZ eq : Vulnerable Zone) risk counter. Thus it is deemed that it can be applied to toxic substance leakage that can happen during any chemical processing & storage, application as a tool for prior safety evaluation through potential dangerousness computation of fire & explosio.

        들깻잎이 재배 및 저장기간중 Procymidone 및 Bifenthrin의 잔류량변화

        들깻잎에서 procymidone과 bifenthrin의 경우 안전사용기준인 약제살포 후 5일에 각각의 농도가 38.16, 1.77 mg/kg 이지만 이는 살포 조건과 재배환경에 따른 농약의 초기부착농도가 높은데서 기인한 것이라고 예상되어진다. 앞에서의 결과들로 미루어 볼 때 일반적인 농약의 안전사용기준으로 농약을 처리한다면 최초살포 이후 재배기간에서 5일간 50% 이상 이 분해되고 10일 후에는 90%이상이 분해된다. 또한 상온저장 중 20~40%가 분해되며 수돗물 세척에 의해서 만으로도 50%이상이 제거되므로 조리과정을 감안하지 않더라도 초기살포량의 약 90%는 분해 또는 제거되어 안전사용기준에 의거하여 사용한다면 두 약제 모두 MRL이하로 잔류하게 되어 별다른 문제가 없을 것으로 예상되어진다. 하지만 현행법상 수확 시점에 그 잔류량을 조사하도록 되어 있으므로 깻잎의 경우 재배가 대부분 하우스에서 이루어짐을 감안한다면 두 약제 모두 초기살포시 작물체로서의 부착량이 많을 경우에 수확시점에서의 잔류량이 MRL을 상회할 가능성도 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 이에 따른 약제 사용량의 축소나 저농도 약제의 사용, 살포일수의 조정 등에 관한 연구가 필요하다고 본다. In order to know residual pattern of pesticides and to predict degradation period until below MRL, we experimented with procymidone and bifenthrin for perlua leaf which were the most detected pesticides by NAQS (National Agriculture-product Quality management Service) survey. In this experiment, we sprayed those pesticides 10 days before harvest and analyzed 0, 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 10 day samples to establish logical equation and to calculate DT_(50). Also degradation patterns of those samples were compared during storage at 4℃ and 20℃. During cultivating period, procymidone residue amount was changed from 79.52 mg/kg (0 day) to 4.2 mg/kg, DT_(50) was 2.65 days by logical-equation, and bifenthrin residue amount was changed from 5.03 mg/kg (0 day) to 0.17 mg/kg, DT_(50) was 2.24 days. During storage period, DTso of procymidone and bifenthrin at 4℃ was 12.23 days and 10.57 days, and at 20℃ was 6.32 days and 8.2 days, respectively.

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate a study on Cardiorespiratory Functions of Elite Tennis Player and Non-Elite Tennis Player in Female High-School. The subjects were included 2 group(each group n=7); Elite Tennis Player group and Non-Elite Tennis Player group. The conclusion of this study was as follows: 1. Elite Tennis Player group showed significantly high in VO2max(p<.001) 2. Elite Tennis Player group showed significantly high in VCO2(p<.001) 3. Elite Tennis Player group showed significantly high in VO2max/kg(p.05)

      • Vibrion cholerae균 증식에 있어서 Sodium citrate가 미치는 영향

        This study was performed to find a method of more high isolation rate of Vibrio cholerae among the patients and carriers suspected of cholera. Especially, there are several inhibitors in most popularly used Thiosulfate-Citrate-Bile Salt Sucrose(TCBS) agar medium for increasing the selectivity of vibrio spp. therefore, the formation of colonies is low. So, we investigated the effect of the sodium citrate of an ingredient of TCBS agar medium on the growth of Vibrio cholerae. 1. The growth of Vibrio cholerae was inhibited in various agar plate medium including low concentration of sodium citrate and as increasing the concentration of sodium citrate, inhibition of the growth of Vibrio cholerae was greater. 2. Therefore, in order to increase the rate of isolation of Vibrio cholerae, TCBS agar medium was not suitable.

      • 여고생의 BMI와 체력과의 상관관계

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation of BMI and physical fitness in high school girls. The subjects were high school girls(n=295). The measurement items are physical fitness, physique, physique index(BMI : Body Mass Index). The conclusion of this study was as follows; 1. The record of 100M sprint, standing long jump, and sit ups showed a slack downward curve(low record) as BMI rises. 2. The record of softball showed a slack upward curve(high record) as BMI rises. 3. The record of 800M run, sit-ups and softball throw, from the top to the bottom. 4. The order of correlation between BMI and physical fitness was, flexed-arm hang, 100M sprint, standing long jump, 800M run, sit-ups and softball throw, from the top to the bottom. Therefore, we concluded that correlation BMI and physical fitness showed not so high.

        복숭아의 재배 및 저장기간 중 Procymidone, Chlorpyrifos 및 Cypermethrin의 잔류량 변화

        복숭아의 생산단계에서 잔류허용 기준과 최종 소비단계에서의 잔류양상 평가자료로 활용하기 위하여 복숭아에서의 procymidone, chlorpyrifos 및 cypermethrin의 포장상태에서와 실온(20°C) 및 저온(4°C) 저장시 잔류양상을 알아보았다. Procymidone의 포장상태에서의 반감기는 표준량 3.1, 배량 3.4일로 나타났고, chlorpyrifos는 포장상태에서 포준량 7.2, 배량 5.8일로 나타났으며, cypermethrin은 표준 10.1, 배량 14.4일로 나타났다. 약제 살포 후 초기 부착량이 MRL 이하로 내려갈 때까지의 시간을 계산해 본 결과 배량으로 살포 할 경우 procymidone과 chlorpyrifos는 안전사용기준 보다 시간이 오래 걸렸지만, 표준량으로 사용할 경우 별다른 문제가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 저장기간 중의 procymidone, chlorpyrifos, cypermethrin의 반감일수는 20°C에서 4.6, 10.2, 12.9일 이며, 4°C에서는 16.1, 14.3, 13.1일로 저온에서의 반감기가 실온에서보다 더 긴 것을 알 수 있었다. 한편 세척방법에 의한 잔류농약의 제거율은 수돗물에서는 최고 procymidone 82.9%, chlorpyrifos 27.0%, cypermethrin 24.0%로 나타났고, 세제를 사용 할 경우 procymidone 88.8%, chlorpyrifos 59.0%, cypermethrin 59.4%의 제거율을 보였다. The residue patterns of procymidone, chlorpyrifos and cypermethrin in peaches were examined. The pesticides were sprayed at 15 days before harvest and then were determined the residue at 0, 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 10 and 15 days after pesticide application and calculated their DT_(50). Also, the degradation patterns at 4℃ and 20℃ during storage period were compared. Biological half-lives of procymidone, chlorpyrifos and cypermethrin in peaches during the cultivation period were 3.1, 7.2 and 10.4 days, respectively. The biological half-life of procymidone was shorter than the others. During the storage period, half-lives of procymidone, chlorpyrifos and cypermethrin were 16.0, 14.3 and 13.1 days at 4 C and 4.6, 10.2 and 12.9 days at 20℃, resp ectively. The degradation rates of these three pesticides in storage period were slower than them in cultivation period. Removal rates were 22.2--82.9% by tap water, and 12.5∼88.8% by detergent solution.

      • 고등학교 축구 지도자의 리더십 행동유형과 선수 만족도의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to examine behavioral types of efficient soccer coaches by identifying relationship between athletic satisfaction and leadership behavior types of high school soccer coaches. who have an impact on soccer players. The study also took a closer look at the types of leadership behavior shown by soccer players depending on their school level, position and status-whether or not a key player or a bench warmer. A total of 287 high school soccer players were subjected to the study and the Leadership Scale for Sport (LSS) and the Satisfaction Scale for Soccer Players were used to obtain the study results. In terms of leadership behavioral type by school level. good schools were found to hold higher levels of perception on instruction behavior. autocratic behavior. democratic behavior and social support behavior than the relatively poor schools. No significant difference was found in terms of leadership behavior type by position. However, the analysis on the leadership behavior type by players status showed that the key players had a higher perception on instruction and training behaviors than the bench warmers. According to the athletic satisfaction by school level, no significant difference was found in sub-variables. The same was true for both athletic satisfaction by position and athletic satisfaction by players status. In terms of correlation between the leadership behavior type and athletic satisfaction, training and instruction behavior. democratic behavior, social support behavior and positive feedback behavior were found to have a significant correlation with the sub-variables of athletic satisfaction, which are, sport performance satisfaction and psychological satisfaction. Moreover, the leadership behavior type, training and instruction behavior and autocratic behavior were identified as variables that have a significant impact on sport performance satisfaction and psychological satisfaction, which are sub-factors of athletic satisfaction.
