This study suggested the categorization of the notion, the factors and process of axial coding deducted through grounded approach as a research to verify the instruction experiences and educational significance of survey of university athletic club coaches. As a result of open coding, first, a total of 135 terms, 22 subcategories, and 11 upper categories were suggested. Second, as a result of axial coding, 6 paradigms were composed in the instruction experiences and education significance of university athletic club coaches. As for the casual conditions, university coach life, becoming a coach after retirement, and charm of the job were suggested, and as to the situational context, it was deducted as the relation formation with athletic students. Furthermore, as a central phenomenon, the professional instruction method was shown. In this connection, instruction contents and experiences are suggested as an interventional condition. As for the interaction, such as communications and successful instructors are found as a strategy of interaction. As a result of this process, it was found that athletic club coaches acquire the educational contents know-how and methods applicable for each level for themselves. Third, as selective coding, the outline of a story about the instruction method specialization process of athletic club coaches were performed, and the core categories were discovered in this process. It was understood that through not only improvement of educational contents but also instruction methods and various curricula about the specialization process, the individual “Know-how” of a coach, namely, empirical knowledge is naturally accumulated.
두개골의 3차원 영상 분석을 위한 전산화단층촬영 방법의 비교 : 상층 두께가 3차원 영상의 계측에 미치는 영향

Purpose : To evaluate the quantitative accuracy of three-dimensional (3D) images by means of comparing distance measurements on the 3D images with direct measurements of dry human skull according to slice thickness and scanning modes. Materials and Mathods : An observer directly measured the distance of 21 line items between 12 orthodontic landmarks on the skull surface using a digital vernier caliper and each was repeated five times. The dry human skull was scanned with a Helical CT with various slice thickness (3, 5, 7 mm) and acquisition modes (Conventional and Helical). The same observer measured corresponding distance of the same items on reconstructed 3D images with the internal program of V-works 4.0 (Cybermed Inc., Seoul, Korea). The quantitative accuracy of distance measurements were statistically evaluated with Wilcoxons’ two-sample test. Results : 11 line items in Conventional 3 mm, 8 in Helical 3mm, 11 in Conventional 5 mm, 10 in Helical 5 mm, 5 in Conventional 7 mm and 9 in Helical 7 mm showed no statistically significant difference. Average difference between direct measurements and measurements on 3D CT images was within 2 mm in 19 line items of Conventional 3 mm, 20 of Helical 3 mm, 15 of Conventional 5 mm, 18 of Helical 5 mm, 11 of Conventional 7mm and 16 of Helical 7 mm. Conclusion : Considering image quality and patient’s exposure time, scanning protocol of Helical 5 mm is recommended for 3D image analysis of the skull in CT.

In this research, we developed the δ_5 clip gage based on strain gage application and the adaptor which keep the ends of clip on two marked positions during test. The results of research are following: The δ_5 clip gage with gage length of 5㎜ and the calibrator were developed. The adaptor for the attachment of δ_5 clip gage to the specimen was developed. The accuracy and repeatability of δ_5 clip gage turns out to be good in comparison with those of conventional clip gages.

Objectives : The protective effects of estrogen against the development of schizophrenia have been investigated in various perspectives, Previous studies showed patients with earlier age of menarche had later onset of schizophrenia and less frequent admissions. This study was performed to evaluate the effect of the age of menarche on subsequent courses including hospitalizations, suicidal attempts, Physical harm to others, and psychotic symptoms in women with schizophrenia. Methods : Self-report menarche age, onset of psychotic symptoms, and clinical status were collected in a sample of 108 Premenopausal women with the diagnosis of schizophrenia. Results : There was significant correlation between the age of menarche and the frequency of admissions (r=.321, p=.006). Also, Patients with history of physical harms to others showed later age of menarche than those without (t=2.025, df=106, p=.045). Conclusion : In women with schizophrenia, the age of onset of menarche affects subsequent courses indicated by frequency of admissions and violent behaviors. It is suggested that identifying the age of menarche might be helpful to predict the courses in women with schizophrenia. Further investigations regarding the relationship between estrogen and the courses of Schizophrenia in women are needed.

After passing through both agricultural and industrial phase, today society, due to technological revolution is becoming highly information oriented. This has resulted in the need for greater amounts of information in all fields of society. In step with this trend, office automation, home automation and factory automation are being promoted extensively. In turn these tendencies have been the main cause of grand scale disasters and the problem of ensuring safety in buildings has manifested itself as a problem for the whole society. However at present in most buildings the fire-fighting facilities and supervisory equipments are usually set-up separately, trailing greatly in areas of safety and efficency. Although there are numerous methods for improving security in office buildings, this study will focus on Intelligent Building and ultimately try to reach the goal of ensuring safety in buildings through interconnecting security systems with intellectualization of buildings. Untill now security systems were usually set-up and operated apart from the central supervision and control department which oversees and regulates the electricity, air conditioning, sanitary facilities and so on. But in Intelligent Buildings central supervisory, control system is introduced in which fire-fighting, crime prevention facilities, electricity, air conditioning, comunications devices and so on are all inter-connected organically, and thus each facility is comprehensively intergrated and interlocked. From the above viewpoint, planning of a system best suited to the requirements which have taken into consideration future usage and expansion on the basis of extensive professional knowledge and experience, must be the preconditions for the fulfillment of Intelligent Building with its highrate safety capabilities.

The simulation of target-scattered echo with the moving sonar platform and target in 3-dimensional ocean environment is essential to validate and evaluate the performance of a sonar system. This paper presents the improved target signal simulation on the basis of the highlight(HL) model and its realtime algorithm. In order to simulate the scattering highlight, the highlight is represented as a directional scatterer. The realtime generation algorithm of the target signal is realized by use of DSP chip, TMS320C40, where the 40 channels are equally separated to form a parallel processing task in 4 processors. The presented realtime-version of target signal simulation can be used as a target signal simulator in the development of ACM(Acoustic Counter Measure) and advanced sonar signal processing techniques.
탄산가스 레이저 조사가 법랑질 표면구조와 치면열구 전색재의 결합강도에 미치는 효과

In this study, sttempt has been made to evaluate the effect of CO₂laser irradiation on enamel surface structure and the bond strength of sealant material. Conventional acid etching was used as a control technic for comparison. The results obtained from this experiment were as follows: 1. The highest mean shear bond strength value was observed in samples of Group Ⅰ(acidetching) with the statistical significance(p<.05) between all the other groups. 2. The shear bond strength in Group Ⅳ was the lowest among laser etching groups. but there were no significant difference berween them(p>.05). 3. Scanning electron microscopic observation showed that the rough and irregular surface was created by CO₂laser treatment with the formation of numerous pores, micro-cuacks, and small bubble-like inclusion. Increasing the energy density induced localized surface melt with a thin smooth glaze-like appearance. 4. In acid-etched control stecimen cohesive failure predominated. whereas adhesive failure was the main mode in laser-treated group. Based upon the above-mentioned results, it can be assumed that the CO₂laser is not an adequate substitute for the acid-etch technique in enamel preconditioning. More studies are required to explore the effective condition of laser irradiation which could attain the better bond strength of restorative materials.
