오규 소라이(荻生徂徠)의 '道' 이해와 성인론 : 에도(江戶) 유학에서 反朱子學的 思惟의 한 양상

Ogyu Sorai(1666 ∼ 1728), one of the representatives of 'Ancient Learning' in Tokugawa Japan was a confucian scholar active one generation after Ito Jinsai. In his primal writing "Benmei(Declaration of the Right and Wrong)" written in classical Chinese, he criticised Zhuxi's metaphysical internalism by presenting creative interpretations to some Basic Confucian concepts, He concerned much about the linguistic aspects of ancient texts. As he raised serious questions to Zhuxi's attitude of interpretation with his linguistic knowledge in Confucian classics, his scholarship got the name of Kobunjikaku, Studies of Ancient History and Literature. Sorai's Kobunjikaku starts from the premises that man is a social being with compassions to help each other. In that respect, Sorai accepts Mencius's theory of Good Nature. Sorai believes that Sage Kings in Chinese antiquity established the Way(dao) and led the people to practice benevolence in concrete social contexts. He insisted that the very contents of the Way of Sage Kings is nothing other than 'Ritual, Music, Law, and Institutions', 'ritual, Music, Law, and Institutions' is equal to political systems which control the nation as a whole. In the respect that he assumes that contemporary national institutions embody the Way of Sage Kings, it can be said that he accepted Xunzi's political realism. Sorai constructed his system of thought based on political realism, and on that ground he rejected Zhuxi's ideas on sagehood and internal moralism, Zhuxi argued that one can attain the state of the Sage by learning and practice, which was the result of his internal moralism. But Sorai criticised Zhuxi's ideas of becoming sage through loaming and moral self-cultivation. Instead, Sorai presented the view that modern scholars have to loam the teaching of ancient Sages. But he rejected the idea of becoming a Sage by loaming. His view was a logical conclusion from his definition on Sage Kings. Sorai defined the Sage as Creators of Ancient Culture. As Creators of Culture, Sages must be Kings of Ancient China. Only one exception was Confucius. So the aim of Confucian studies is not to become a Sage but to team and try to embody the Culture and the Way created by Sages. Confucian scholars of the Song China defined Sage as a man of perfect Virture, so they considered that one can attain sagehood through moral cultivation. Sorai thought that their ideas of becoming sagehood came from misunderstanging of the meaning of the Way of Sages. To Sorai, Sage is not an object to be attained but an object of worship. Sage has perfect Virture. His perfect Virture has a divine quality. With that divine quality, Sage makes the communication between Heaven and Man possible. Sorai worshiped Confucius as a Sage even though he was not a ruler King. Confucius, according to Sorai, was a embodied perfect Virture, and He played the role of Creator of Culture by synthesising and transmitting ancient Way(= Rituals and Music), must had been disappered without Him. The Way Confucius transmitted was the Way of pacifying people's life. Because the very nature of Sage's Way was making people's life peaceful, Confucius's merit to transmit the Way was equal to the Creator of it. Sorai wrote Rongocho to clarify the divine merit of Confucius by repulsing Zhuxi's moralistically biased interpretation on Confucian Analects.

박판시료의 자체무게에 의한 영율 측정

기판 위에 증착된 박막의 자왜측정에 있어서 반드시 알아야 하는 기판의 영율을 전기용량법으로 간편하게 측정하는 방법을 연구하였다. 전체 또는 한면이 도체로 된 박판시료를 평면 전극위에 나란하게 외팔보로 놓을 때 그 시료의 자체무게에 의한 굴곡으로 생기는 전기용량의 미소변화를 고감도의 전기용량계로 검출하여 역학적 모형으로 영율을 산출하였다. 자유단의 편향은 전극의 법선이 연직선과 만드는 각의 어현함수가 되어 이론과 일치하였으며 수종의 시료에 대하여 실험한 결과는 종전의 자료와 대체적으로 일치하였다. Young's modulus of a substrate is an important parameter for measuring thin film magnetostriction. We report a simple method of measuring it using a sensitive capacitance bridge. The thin plate sample parallely cantileverd to a metal plate holder below forms a capacitive unit. The bending force due to gravity is mg cos θas sample is rotated θfrom the horizontal. The capacitance change due to this bending is detected by a transformer-ratio-arm bridge. Young's modulus is obtained with theoretical analysis by the capacitance change. This method can be used for thin conducting plate also. Several results almost agreed with published data.

靈樞·寒熱病에 對한 硏究

The contents of Han Yul Byung(寒熱病) are explained on the basis of the so-called theory "Yin and Yang, the Five Evolutive Phases(음양오행)". The text of the Han Yul Byung(寒熱病) of the Young Chu(靈樞) was written in the Kap Ul Kyung(甲乙經) chapter 5, 7, 8, 10, 11 and 12. Also it was written in the Tae So(太素) volume 10 and 26. Also it was introduced in the Ryu Kyung(類經) volume 20, 21 and 22 by Jang Kae-Pin(張介賓) in the Myung(明) dynasty. Summarizing the contents of the Han Yul Byung in reference to the contents of successive generation note, the contents run as follows: Chapter 1 deals with the symptoms and treatment of diseases which accompany chills and fever(寒熱病). Chapter 2 deals with arthralgia with other joint systems(骨痺) and flaccid paralysis of Iimbs(體惰病). Chapter 3 deals with indications of five points around the Chen You Points(天牖穴). Chapter 4 deals with the treatment of toothache. Chapter 5 deals with the treatment of headache and eye pain. Chapter 6 deals with the acupuncture manipulation according to changes of season. Chapter 7 deals with the serious influence of carbuncle according to the region of body. Chapter 8 deals with the treatment of heat-syndrome. Chapter 9 deals with the side effect of acupuncture. It is too difficult to understand the Han Yul Byung(寒熱病), because it is written in old chinese. Consequence of above reason, the writer of this article has researched to find out the exact meaning of that.

한글대장경 검색 시스템

한글대장경의 전산화 및 검색 시스템 개발은 세계에 우리 문화의 우수성을 널리 알리고, 우리 문화유산에 대한 국민적 관심을 높이며 해당 분야에 대한 효과적인 연구를 지원하기 위해 반드시 필요하다. 한글대장경은 고려대장경의 번역본으로 주로 한글로 기록되어 있지만, 원문의 이해를 돕기 위해서 다양한 한자가 사용되고 있다. 이러한 한자들은 본자(本字)와 뜻은 같지만 모양이 틀린 이체자(異體字)및 오자(誤字)나 탈자(脫字)로 간주되는 파자(破字) 등을 포함하고 있으므로 입력이나 저장 뿐 아니라 검색 관점에서도 여러 가지 문제점을 갖는다. 또한 인터넷이 널리 보급되면서 인터넷을 통한 문헌 검색이 증가하였지만 기존의 문헌 검색 시스템은 용어 검색, 색인 검색 등과 같은 단순한 검색만을 지원하기 때문에 사용자의 다양한 검색 요구를 충족시키기가 어려웠다. 본 연구에서는 한글대장경의 효과적인 입력과 저장을 위해 유니코드(unicode)를 사용하였고, 효율적인 검색을 위해 문서 구조를 XML로 정의하였으며, 결과내 검색과 히스토리 검색 등과 같은 다양한 검색 방법을 지원하는 웹 기반 한글 대장경 검색 시스템을 개발하였다.

컨조인트분석에서의 선호도 조사방법 비교연구

제품이나 서비스에 대한 소비자의 선호도에 영향을 미치는 속성들의 중요도를 파악하고 각 제품프로파일의 선호도를 예측하기 위하여 컨조인트분석이 사용되는데, 제품 포지셔닝이나 신제품 개발 분야에 이 분석이 많이 활용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 휴대전화기의 선호도를 조사하여 컨조인트분석을 실시하였는데 동영상 내려받기 기능이 가장 중요도가 높았으며 휴대전화기 크기에 대한 중요도가 가장 낮았다. 제품선호도를 순위로 조사한 경우와 점수로 조사한 경우의 부분가치는 색상의 경우를 제외하고 동일한 크기 순서로 추정되었다. 한편, 선호도 조사방법별로 타당성을 측정하여 비교하였는데, 조사방법에 따른 타당성의 차이가 유의적이지 않은 것으로 나타났다. Conjoint analysis is employed to decompose the consumer's preference judgements into the importance of attributes, and to predict the degree of preference for each profile of the product or service. It has been widely used in industrial marketing, particularly in the areas of product positioning and new product development. A case study is performed on the preference for cellular phones. And it is shown that conjoint analysis based on the least squares estimator does not yield significantly different results with respect to the response methods.

Chlorella vulgaris의 세포막에서 일어나는 Glycine 흡수과정에 관한 연구

In order to datemine that glycine uptake in the cell membrane of Chlorella vulgaris is depend on the specificity of substrate and energy required, it has been investigated on the reaction velocity of glycine and certain carrier. Some effects on the transmural fluxes of glycine across the cell membrane were also detemined. 1. The time course of glycine uptake was a linear function of time to early 10 min, and increased in the steady state slowly. 2. Glycine influx had shown apparent affinity in the range of 0.001 mM to 10 mM solution of glycine and followed Michaelis-Menten Kinetics(Km-0.16 mM, Vmax=0.31 nM2.0x10^7 cells min). 3. Glycine influx with 1 mA IAA was reduced about 50 percentage, suggesting that glycine uptake process is energy-dependent. 4. Glycine uptake was inhibited by glutamic acid, alanine, phenylalanine, proline, and methionine with the exception of histidine. It was suggested that the inhibition was competeted with some amino acids described above.

새로운 연노출의 효과지표로서의 혈장 δ-aminolevulinic acid 측정의 유용성

To evaluate the usefulness of the measurement of plasma δ - aminolevulinic acid (ALAP) as a new effect indicator of lead exposure, the association of ALAP with blood lead, DMSA chelatable lead and bone lead with a special emphasis of genetic interaction of ALAD polymorphism was studied with 419 lead exposed workers and 85 non-lead exposed workers. Lead workers were recruited from storage battery industries, secondary smelting industries and other lead using industries and non-lead workers selected from electronic refrigerator manufacturing industry. Blood lead, DMSA chelatable lead and bone lead were chosen for parameters of lead exposure. Plasma and urinary ALA were selected for the effect parameter of lead intoxication. Information for age, smoking, drinking habit and body mass index were also obtained. Job duration for lead workers was also collected. The overall prevalence of the variant allele, ALAD type 1-2 or 2-2(ALAD2) in lead exposed workers was 10.0% (42 out of 419 lead workers) which was not differed from control workers (9.4% : 8 out of 85). The means blood lead and DMSA chelatable lead of lead workers with ALAD 1(ALAD type 1-1) were lower than those of lead workers with ALAD2, but the differences were not statistically significant. On the other hand, the mean of tibia lead of lead workers with ALADI was higher than that of lead workers with ALAD2, but the difference was not statistically significant. DMSA chelatable lead showed highest correlation with log transformed plasma ALA(LALAP)(r=0.682) and blood lead and tibia lead had r=0.650, r=0,402 correlation coefficient with LALAP respectively On the other hand. log transformed urinary ALA(LALAU) had lower correlation coefficient with all three parameters of lead exposure than LALAP. The equation of robustic simple linear regression of blood lead on LALAP was LALAP=2.0439+0.0165PbB in ALADI lead workers and LALAP=2.031+0.0121PbB in ALAD2 lead workers. ALAD genotype in the multiple regression analysis of blood lead with LALAP after adjusting for possible confounders(sex, ago, BMI, smoking and drinking status and job duration) showed significant main effect on LALAP resulting lower LALAP in ALAD2 lead workers than ALADI lead workers. On the other hand, effect modification of ALAD genotype was observed in the multiple regression analysis of tibia lead with LALAP after adjusting for possible confounders, but there was no significant effect of ALAD genotype in the multiple regression analysis of DMSA chelatable lead with LALAP after covariate adjustment. With above results, plasma ALA was found to be a useful effect parameter of lead exposure compared with urinary ALA. It was also observed that ALAD polymorphism made significant effect on the association of blood and tibia lead with ALAP. Thc lower plasma ALA in ALAD2 lead workers suggested supportive effect of ALAD2 in lead exposure.

최적화 방법에 의한 칼라 TV용 SAW IF 필터의 설계에 관한 연구

In this paper, SAW IF filter for NTSC Color TV is designed by optimization technique using nonlinear programming. To carry out optimization, Fletcher Reeves algorithm is adopted, and objective function and its gradient are calculated by FFT algorithm. The band-pass filter function is translated down to the baseband before optimization and 58 variables are chosen for optimization. The electrodes consist of one eighth and five eighths wavelength fingers. The finger length of the uniform IDT is designed as 1.33 times as the maximum finger length of the uniform IDT is designed as 1.33 times as the maximum finger length of the apodized IDT. In experiment, SAW IF filter is fabricated on 128 ˚Y cut X LiNbO₃ substrate to suppress the spurious signals. The experimental results have shown close consistancy with given specifications.
