      • PCB 검사를 위한 비젼 시스템 개발

        In this paper, we proposed the vision system that inspects automatically missing/wrong insertion of electronic components and the scratch filth on the end product of PCB. The system consists of the software part that inspects PCB products and the hardware part to control XY-table and CCD camera. The hardware part controls the XY-table to import the product images through the CCD cameras. The imported image are inspected by software part. The front side image of product is acquired by 1 times image and back side images are acquired by 4 times image. After the preprocessing through the noise removing and inspection area extraction, the inspection for front and back side components is done. In the inspection processes, we respectively use the features of electronic components, In the simulation, the proposed system has a good performance.

        In order to enhance capacity of flood control in a design of open channel, it is desirable to design as a straight-course type except the curved channel that is inevitable. The flow in a curved channel is composed of the secondary flow and the hydraulic jump in case of supercritical flow, also cause the energy loss in the curved channel in case of subcritical flow. Therefor, the hydraulical analysis of a velocity distribution and the water level variation can be applied to prevent the overflow in a curved channel during a flood. The objectives of this research is the analysis of the flow characteristics in a curved channel based on the simulated channel.

        This study aims to Waterfront Development the present condition and its strategy of tourism merchandise in Japan In order to obtain objective material, the Waterfront Development the present condition and descriptive analysis as its primary method of analysis. In order to draw an inductive reasoning to understand the present situation, the study chose the method of case study as the secondary method of analysis through the field survey in the advanced countries of tourism. 1. It is necessary to establish a sustainable and organized policy and system through "periodic public hearings" in which local governments and universities cooperate. 2. An index for sustainable Waterfront Development should be developed by research institutions such as universities. 3. In order to construct a competitive theme park or the waterfront, which would require considerable time, technology and financial resources, the central government or local governments should seek foreign investment or make policies for tax cut down. 4. The direction for developing Waterfront Development tourism should be divided into tourism product development and tourism attraction development. 5. In order to actively confront the environmental change and establish an efficient marine tourism information system, a new program consisting of 3Cs of commerce, contents, and community should be developed. 6. Waterfront Development should take root in the social system and be standardized. 7. A gradual and systematic policy should be made by the local government in order to develop marine-leisure sports into lucrative regional business.

      • 低濃度 Al-Si系合金에 있어서의 Si 析出物의 粗大化 現象

        The coarsening behaviours of Si precipitates in dilute Al-Si alloys havs been investigated by means of scanning electron microscopy and also determined the number density of Si precipitates and activation energy for the growth of precipitates. The mean radius of Si precipitates in dilute Al-Si alloys was proportional to (time)^(1/3) and this results agree with Lifshitz-Wagner theory for the diffusion controlled mechanism. The number density of Si precipitates was decreased monotonously with increasing of ageing time. Activation energies for the coarsening of Si precipitates in Al-0.8wt% Si alloy and Al-1.2wt%Si alloy were 33.44 Kcal/mol and 32.9 Kcal/mol respectively, which agreed with that of inter-diffusion.

        The aims of this study are to present an efficient learning and a new direction of home economics by analysing the perception and the demand of home economics education in high school home economics teachers and students. For this purpose, data were collected from home economics teachers, girl students and boy students that finished of unfinished home economics in high school have given answers to classified questionnaire. The statistics of perception in home economics are given in frequency, percentage, X2 verification and that of demand are given in T-test and ANOVA. The major finding were as follows: Teacher's satisfaction of the 6th home economics curriculum is low and there is a meaningful difference(p<.01) in according to teacher's career because of their unsatisfaction of 6th home economics curriculum in itself, the unpractical educational contents in home economics curriculum in itself, the unpractical educational contents in home economics and the huge learning contents resulted from the decrease of school hours and there is a meaningful difference(p<.05) in according to teacher's career. Teacher's perception of the practical exercises is high and there is a meaningful difference(p<.01) in according to teacher's career. The measure of test standard is also reasonable by teacher's debares. But teachers are difficulty in performing the practical exercise and evaluation because of a lot of students. The difficulty in the practical exercise and running subject is the lack of understanding of educational administer and other subject is the lack of understanding of educational administer and other subject is the lack of understanding of educational administer and other subject teachers and there is a meaningful difference(p<.05) in according to teacher's career. As the students have the traditional perception with stress on the technical side for the education of home economics is useful for their practical life. But the degrees of their thoughts are low and there is a meaningful difference of perception(p<.05) between teacher and student. The perception towards the necessity of home economics education for boy student is high to students and teacher. Especially the perception towards the necessity of home economics education for boy student is high to teachers and girl students. Among boy students, finished boy student's perceptions are higher than unfinished boy students's one. So there is a meaningful difference(p<.001) among the group. In the field demand of home economic, the field demand of children's development is first and the field demand of clothing is the lowest. There is a meaningful difference(p<.05) in the field of food life according to teacher's career. we can find the meaningful difference(p<.01) in the field of housing. In the demand of home economics content, teacher's demand is family health and nutrition, the demand of girl student and finished boy student is pregnancy and birth, demand of unfinished boy student is the form of family and the planning of life.

      • 담배의 잎조직 배양에 있어서 기관형성과 동위효소 유형에 미치는 생장조절제의 영향

        담배(N. tabacum cv. NC 2326) 잎조직 배양에서 기관형성에 가장 효과적인 생장조절제의 배지조성을 찾기위하여 NAA와 kinetin의 농도별 혼합처리 5종류 및 picloram과 BAP의 농도별 혼합처리 5종류의 배지에서 26℃ 조건으로 35일간 잎조직을 배양시켜 각 처리구에 대한 기관형성률을 조사하고, 6종류의 효소에 대한 동위효소 유형 및 단백질 함량은 기관형성이 가장 잘된 0.01㎎/l pocloram+0.6㎎/lBAP 처리구와 0.5㎎/l NAA+0.5㎎/l kinetin 처리구의 두 처리구의 배양체를 대상으로 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. NAA와 kinetin을 혼합처리한 5종류의 배지중 0.5㎎/l+0.5㎎/l kinetin 처리구에서 shoot와 뿌리가 각각 100% 및 50%로서 가장 높은 기관형성률을 나타냈다. picloram과 BAP 혼합처리구에서 callus형성률은 평균 6%로 callus 형성에는 효과적인 배지는 아니었으나 기관형성률은 높게 나타났다. 그 중 0.01㎎/l pocloram+0.5㎎/lBAP 처리구에서 shoot와 뿌리가 각각 100% 및 90%의 형성률을 나타내어 기관형성에 가장 효과적이었다. multiple shoot 형성에는 picloram과 BAP 혼합배지가 NAA와 kinetin 혼합배지보다 더욱 효과적임을 알 수 있었다. 2. 배양제의 단백질 함량은 기관형성 과정에서 배양이 진행됨에 따라 두 처리구에서 모두 감소하였으나 picloram과 BAP 혼합처리구는 NAA와 kinetin 혼합처리구보다 낮았다. peroxidase의 활성은 이와 반대로 picloram과 BAP 혼합처리구에서 약 8배 높게 나타났다. 3. peroxidase와 malate dehydrogenase 동위효소들의 활성은 shoot가 형성됨에 따라 두 처리구 모두 증가하였으나, lactate dehydrogenase 동위효소들은 두 처리구 모두 감소하였다. 이러한 경향은 두 처리구 중에서 picloram과 BAP 혼합처리구에서 더욱 뚜렷하였다. 그러나 esterase, acid phosphatase, aspartate aminotransferase 동위효소들의 활성은 shoot 형성중에 두 처리구 모두 뚜렷한 변화가 없었다. 4. 6종류의 효소에서 분리된 동위효소의 수는 두 처리구를 합쳐 peroxidase에서 12개, acid phosphatase에서 6개, aspartate aminotransferase에서 9∼13개, lactate dehydrogenase에서 3∼5개, esterase에서 10∼16개가 각각 확인되었다. Tabaco (Nicotiana tabacum cv. NC 2326) leaf tissues were cultured on Murashige and Skoog medium containing various concentrations and combinations of some growth regulators at 26℃ for 35 days. The obtained results were summarized as follow; 1. Organ formation was 100% in shoot and 50% in root on the medium containing 0.5㎎/l NAA and 0.5㎎/l kinetin. On the medium containing 0.01㎎/l picloram and 0.5㎎/l BAP, organ formation displayed 100% multiple shoot formation and 90% root formation without callus formations. Multiple shoot formations were enhanced more by picloram and BAP groups than by NAA and kinetin groups. 2. During the shoot formation, protein content in the cultures on the medium containing picloram and BAP was lower than NAA and kinetin groups, but peroxidase activity in the former medium was higher about eight times than that in the latter medium. 3. The activity of anodic peroxidase and malate dehydrogenase isozyme increased during the shoot formation, whereas that of lactate dehydrogenase isozyme decreased. However the activity of esterase, acid phosphatase, and aspartate aminotransferase did not change. 4. All the isozymes were separated with 12 bands in peroxidase, 6 in acid phosphatase, 9∼13 in malate dehydrogenase, 3∼5 in lactate dehydrogenase, 10∼16 in esterase, 6 in aspartate aminotransferase during the shoot formation.

      • 전로슬래그를 콘크리트용 골재로 사용하기 위한 실험적 연구

        To examine the appicability of the converter slag to aggregate, tests were performed for the converter slag specimens aged with steam, and the stability of expansion was investigated. The strength of the specimen was determined through the fracture test, and the results were summarized as follow. The strength of the converter slag was found to be smaller than that of the natural aggregate. The strength of the concrete mixed with the granulate slag was increased with an increase of the content of the granulate slag. The slump value was larger for the specimen of converter slag than that for the natural aggregate. The specific weight of the converter slag was decreased with an increase of the aging peroid. The aging time for the converter slag was accessed to be about 48 hours to accommodate the full stability of the expansion. The amount of the steam needed to age one ton of the converter slag to the range of full expansion was accessed to be 60 ㎏. From the regression analysis of the correlations among the compressive strength (σ_c), tensile strength (σ_t), and flexural strength (σ_f) the following formulas were proposed. σ_t=0.150681·σ_c+4.451729 σ_f=0.1537·σ_c+30.47224
