Characteristics of the China's Power Elites in the 21^(st) Century : Continue or Change?

This study focused on the backgrounds of the current CCP PB members, and what characteristics changed or continued when compared to the previous one. The subject of research was the top 203 PB members since 1949, a cluster of elites that includes the current 24 PB members. The analytical categories of the backgrounds were: 1) biological backgrounds, 2) educational backgrounds, and 3) work backgrounds. In brief, the results of analysis show all of the 16^(th) PB in their age, growth time, the time of graduated college and joined the Party, or work experience are different from the third generation. However, the 16^(th) PB members have advanced their careers by working on China's economic modernization program, they were technically trained and by profession technocrats in administrative capacities, similar to their immediate predecessors. Therefore, the new leadership will not necessarily translate into distinctive policy orientation.

레슬링선수의 체중 감량시의 체력변화를 4%, 6%의 감량 후의 악력, 완력, 각력, 배근력, 사이드스텝, 윗몸일으키기, 체전굴, 500m달리기의 체력변화 측정을 한 결과 4%, 6%감량까지의 체력변화는 각 요소별로 다소의 차이는 있으나 큰 변화를 나타내고 있지 않다는 결론이 나왔다. The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of the degree of body weight reduction on physical Fithness in Wrestlers. The population of interest for this study was restricted to student wrestlers at Korean National College of Physical Education. Complete data were obtained 6 subjects. The subjects were randomly selected from volunteers. The results were summerized as follows : 1. In case of Arm Strength and Grip strength were increased with 4% body weight reduction, but others were decreased with 6% body weight reduction. 2. In case of Leg strength were increased with 2% body weight reduction, but others were decreased with 4%, 6% body weight reduction. 3. In case of Back muscular strength were sustained normal condition with 2% body weight reduction, but others were decreased with 4%, 6% body weight reduction. 4. In case of vertical Jump an Side-steps were increased with 2% body weight reduction, but others were decreased 4%, 6% body weight reduction. 5. In case of sit-ups were increased with 2% and 4% body weight reduction but others were decreased with 6% body weight reduction. 6. In case of Forward trunk flexion were increased with body weight reduction. 7. In case of 50m dash were as good result with 2%, 4% body weight reduction but others were recorded as low result 5% body weight reduction.

The Management data of academy increased rapidly administrative service and quality of relative data cause of manification of the function. Tharefore, in order to effectively employ the magnified manage work and to effectively cope with development hereafter, this study will be estabilish the general planning establishment by using the GSIS method. And because the existing facilities are constructed very complicated form, total facility management system which manage it effectively would be built.

Simulation model used in this research was developed from IAWPRC model. In this research, effect of SRT, feeding pattern and reactor configuration on intermittently aerated activated sludge system was evaluated by using computer simulation model. T-N removal was affected the SRT for the effeative T-N removal was 15day or longer. Feeding pattern in intermittently aerated activated sludge system was affect to the T-N removal. Feeding pattern which 100% loading to the first reactor was most effective for T-N removal. When multi-stage of two-stage or more was operated, COD and T-N in effluent removal was nearly the same.
