This paper is to estimate sizing design sensitivity of linear and nonlinear vehicle frame structure using structural analysis result from ANSYS. Using design sensitivity results, optimal design of plane vehicle frame structure with buckling constraint is carried out the gradient projection method. Optimal design results are compares gradient projection method result with SUMT result.
Effect of Artemisiae Capillaris Herba on Anti-inflammatory Properties in RAW264.7 Cell Line

The present study was performed to examine the possible anti-inflammatory effects of a herbal drug ASCH in RAW264.7 cell line. Inflammation was induced by LPS toxin treatment to RAW264.7 macrophage cell line. Increases in cytokine production such as IL-1β, IL-6. and IL-18, COX-2, NOS-Ⅱ (iNOS), and TNF-alpha were observed at mRNA level in the LPS-treated RAW264.7 cells. Measurement of IL-6, nitric oxide and the reactive oxygen species (ROS) showed increased production of these inflammation mediators. Treatment of ASCH effectively decreased IL-1β protein in a dose-dependent manner, and IL-6 and IL-18 were reduced at 100㎍/㎖ of ASCH concentration. NO production was also decreased by ASCH treatment. A slight inhibition for TNF-alpha in terms of protein, but not mRNA level was obtained by 100㎍/㎖ of ASCH treatment. ASCH treatment to normal RAW264.7 cells did not produce any cytotoxicity, indicting that the action of ASCH was selective to inflammatory cells. Thus, the present data suggest that ASCH may act as an important regulator to alleviate the inflammatory symptoms.
Explosion induced dynamic responses of blast wall on FPSO topside: Blast loading application methods

Topside areas on an offshore oil and gas platform are highly susceptible to explosion. A blast wall on these areas plays an important role in preventing explosion damage and must withstand the expected explosion loads. The uniformly distributed loading condition, predicted by Explosion Risk Analyses (ERAs), has been applied in most of the previous analysis methods. However, analysis methods related to load conditions are inaccurate because the blast overpressure around the wall tends to be of low-level in the open area and high-level in the enclosed area. The main objectives of this paper are to study the effects of applying different load applications and compare the dynamic responses of the blast wall. To do so, various kinds of blast pressures were measured by Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations on the target area. Nonlinear finite element analyses of the blast wall under two types of identified dynamic loadings were also conducted.
Design of 250-Mb/s Low-Power Fiber Optic Transmitter and Receiver ICs for POF Applications

This paper describes 250-Mb/s fiber optic transmitter and receiver ICs for plastic optical fiber applications using a 0.18-Jlm CMOS technology. Simple signal and light detection schemes are introduced for power reduction in sleep mode. The transmitter converts non-return-to-zero digital data into 650-nm visible-red light signal and the receiver recovers the digital data from the incident light signal through up to 50-m plastic optical fiber. The transmitter and receiver ICs occupy only 0.62 mm" of area including electrostatic discharge protection diodes and bonding pads. The transmitter IC consumes 23 mA with 20 mA of LED driving currents, and the receiver IC consumes 16 mA with 4 mA of output driving currents at 250 Mb/s of data rate from a 3.3-V supply in active mode. In sleep mode, the transmitter and receiver ICs consume only 25 uA and 40 uA, respectively.
여가활동 참여 정도에 따른 노인들의 여가만족 구인동등성 검증 및 잠재평균분석

The purpose of this study was to identify the construct equivalence and compare the latent means of leisure satisfaction based on leisure participation levels of older Korean adults. To achieve the goal of this study, a total of 293 surveys were collected from older Korean adults. The collected data were analyzed and interpreted by SPSS and AMOS program. For the analysis, frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, latent means analysis(LMA) were performed. The results of this study were as follows. First, configural invariance, metric invariance, and scalar invariance of the scale can be meaningfully across the group. Second, statistical difference was existed on the leisure satisfaction of older Korean adults based on frequency of participation and period of participation. Third, There was no statistical difference leisure satisfaction based on intensity of participation. In conclusion, the findings of this study provide further evidence that active and continuous leisure participation of older adults increased the leisure satisfaction level.
경호전공 대학생의 전공만족, 그릿(Grit) 및 진로준비행동의 관계

본 연구의 목적은 경호전공 대학생들을 대상으로 전공만족, 그릿(Grit) 및 진로준비행동의 인과관계를 분석하고 전공만족과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 그릿의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 수행하기 위해 경호전공 대학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 최종 258부의 설문자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 최종 설문자료는 SPSS와 AMOS 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 통계처리 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경호전공 대학생들의 전공만족은 그릿에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 경호전공 대학생들의 전공만족은 진로준비행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경호전공 대학생들의 그릿은 진로준비행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 경호전공 대학생들의 전공만족과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 직접, 간접효과가 검증되었으며 그릿의 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로, 경호전공 대학생들의 전공만족의 그릿과 진로준비행동에 직접적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 요인으로 확인되었으며 전공만족은 그릿의 매개효과를 통해 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향력을 향상될 수 있다는 점이 확인되었다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship among major satisfaction, grit and career preparation behaviors of college students in the department of security service. To achieve the goal of this study, 258 surveys were collected from college students in the department of security service. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS and AMOS program. The results of this study were as follows. First, major satisfaction of college students in the department of security service had positive effect on grit. Second, major satisfaction had positive effect on career preparation behaviors. Third, grit had positive effect on career preparation behaviors. Forth, major satisfaction had indirect effect mediated by grit on career preparation behaviors. In conclusion, grit of college students in the department of security service played a mediating role in the relationship between major satisfaction and career preparation behaviors.
