한국어 판 WHO-CIDI(Composite International Diagnostic Interview)-Alcohol의 개발:신뢰도 및 타당도 검사

CIDI-Alcohol의 한국어 판 개발을 위해 이를 우리말로 번역, 수정하고, 정신병원에 입원한 환자 90명과 일반인 50명에게 시행한 후 임상 진단과 비교하여 일치도를 봄으로써 그 신뢰도 및 타당도를 조사하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 주정 사용 각 진단 범주에 대한 한국어 판 CIDI-Alcohol의 일반 면담자간 진단 일치도는 97%∼100%의 높은 일치도를 보였다. 2) 임상 진단을 기준으로 한 한국어 판CIDI-Alcohol의 주정 사용 장애의 진단 일치도는 각 진단 범주별로 kappa치가 0.43∼0.55로 기존의 연구에 비해 비교적 낮았다. 3) CIDI-Alcohol의 진단 기준을 변화시켜, 각 진단 범주에 대한 임상 진단과의 일치도를 알아본 결과 ICD-10/harmful use는 진단 기준 항목의 수를 2개 이상으로 하였을 때, DSM-Ⅲ-R/주정 의존은 진단 기준 항목의 수를 4개 이상으로 하였을 때 임상 진단과 가장 일치하였다. 이런 결과는 한국어 판 CIDI-Alcohol의 진단 기준이 대체적으로 민감도는 높으나, 특이도가 떨어지는 것으로 생각할 수 있으며, 따라서 본 연구자들에 의해 작성된 한국어 판 CIDI-Alcohol는 일반인구 집단을 대상으로 하는 역학 조사보다는 주정 사용 장애로 이루어진 순수한 실험군의 연구에 적합하다고 생각된다. he authors translated a CIDI-Alcohol, a highly structured diagnostic interview, into Korean and examined the validity and reliability of the Korean version of CIDI-Alcohol. In order to examine the validity and reliability of CIDI-Alcohol, the authors calculated the degree of agreement of CIDI-Alcohol diagnoses between the two lay interviewers and sensitivity, specificity, kappa coefficient between clinical and lay CIDI-Alcohol diagnoses. The results were as follows: 1) Agreement rates of CIDI-Alcohol diagnoses between the two lay interviewers ranged from 97% to 100%. The kappa coefficient for each diagnosis was quite high(0.96-1.0). 2) The kappa value of agreement between clinical and lay CIDI-Alcohol diagnoses ranged from 0.43 to 0.55, which was lower than those of other studies. 3) With canging the diagnostic criteria of CIDI-Alcohol, The highest agreement rate between clinical and CIDI-Alcohol diagnoses was acquired when the authors used two or more diagnostic criteria of ICD-10/harmful use and four or more diagnostic criteria of DSM-Ⅲ-R/ alcohol dependence.

심리극 치료효과에 대한 연구

This study was carried out to attempt a positive introduction of psychorama to therapy. The subject were 6 patients who had attended at 12 psychodrama sessions in Ewha Medical College Hospital, Department of Neuropsychiatry from Dec. 1980 to Feb. 1981. The instruments used was Self Actualization Test (SAT) as a pretreatment and posttreatment measure. As subjective test, assessments of therapist and patients himself on clinical scales were used. The main findings of the study were as follows; 1. Changes from pretreatment to postreatment were all in the positive direction in the positive direction in the experimental group except for only one scale, Self regarding (Sr), showing remarkable improvements especially in scales of Time competence (Tc) and Self acceptance (Sa). 2. In each experimental case, changes between pre and post treatment were as follows; case 1-All scales were changed in the positive direction. case 2-Means were increased. Seven of Self actualization scales were increased except Existentiality (Ex), Feeling reactivity (Fr), Nature of man (Nc). Especially Time competence (Tc), Self acceptance (Sa) and Spontaneity (S) value scales were increased. case 3-Mean were decreased. Two of Self actualization scales were increased; Self acceptance (Sa), Nature of man (Nc), especially Self acceptance (Sa). case 4-Means were increased. Especially Feeling reactivity (Fr) and Self acceptance (Sa) scales were increased. case 5-Means were increased. Five of Self actualization scales were increased, especially Spontaneity (S), Self regard (Sr), and Feeling reactivity (Fr), but Time competence (Tc) scales showed excessively high profile. case 6-Means were decreased. Four of Self actualization scales were increased; especially Time competence (Tc), Self actualizing value (Sav), Feeling reactivity (Fr), Nature of man(Nc). 3. Therapist's clinical assessments; There were improvements especially in emotional expression, interpersonal relationship, social functioning. Insight scales and spontaneity were also improved. 4. Assessments of patient himself; They responded positively with emotional expression, self acceptance, social functioning, spontaneity scales and especially with insight scales. 5. Assessments about interaction of therapeutic effects and role distribution; Role of protagonist was usually assigned to 1 or 2 patients for one session. Rates of participation in protagonist and auxiliary ego roles were related to therapeutic effects, though not proportionally.

The purpose of this paper is as follows: first, to analyse and study the labor relations under the quasi-wartime system in Japan. Secondly, to review the change of the lifetime commitment in the latter part of 1920's, that is to say, to investigate whether there is any continuity or not. The result of the analysis and review of the study can be summarized as follows: The labor relations prior to the quasi-wartime system lies in pursuing the longterm emplovment of workers by the monopolistic capital in the relative surplus labor powers. As a result of this system, the life time commitment is adopted. However the transition to the quasi-wartime system completely changed the previous situation and the surplus labor powers result in the insufficient labor power in 1934. It is urgently necessary that the government and industries should take a measure to increase the production of military equipment before producing anything alse because of the lack of workers. To meet the problems in this situation, the government tried to fix labor powers by the involvement of its power, but the number of workers who quit their job is highly increased in the Sino-Japanese wartime in 1937. The continuity is completely stopped by the turning point of the Sino-japanese war. As a result, the labor relations, especially the lifetime commitment in the wartime had to be reformed by the new carrier.

The experiment was conducted to investigate the influence of heavy metal Cadmium (Cd) on the germination and growth of roots in mulberry seeds by measuring protein pattern and Cadmium concentration of roots: The results obtained are as follows ; 1. Cadmium treatment had a tendency of decreasing the protein band of high molecular weight. 2. The higher Cd concentration inhibited the germination and the growth of mulberry roots. 3. Cd content of the root in 1 ppm, 5 ppm and 10ppm treatment increased 2 times, 4 times and 10 times compared with control group, respectively. 4. The lowest concentration of Cadmium was identified to be 5 ppm to incur the inhibition effect in the germination and growth of roots.
