        We report the synthesis of 3-phenethylazetidine derivatives 2 and their biological activities against 5-HT, NE and DA transporters as well as microsomal stability, CYP inhibition, and hERG inhibition profiles. Compound 2at showed most potent triple reuptake inhibitor with good selectivity as a candidate for depression.

        해체와 부정신학

        본 논문의 목적은 기독교 부정신학 전통과 데리다의 해체 사이의 유사점들과 상이한 부분들을 탐구해보며 또한 해체가 가지는 신학적 의미를 탐구해 보는 것이다. 데리다의 해체와 기독교 부정신학 전통은 인간 언어의 기능과 한계에 대한 공통적 관심을 가진다. 언어적 한계 때문에, 부정신학은 신에 대한 부정적 진술들을 사용하거나 침묵을 지킨다. 부정신학은 부정이나 침묵을 통해서 언어의 한계를 벗어날 수 있고, 그럼으로써 신의 초월성을 유지할 수 있다고 생각한다. 그래서 부정신학은 신을 인간의 생각과 감각과 이해와 존재 너머에 있는 초실체나 초존재로 이해한다. 그러나 부정신학 속의 부정과 침묵은 그 속에 이미 긍정을 포함하고 있고 또 다른 종류의 긍정일 뿐이기 때문에, 니사의 그레고리, 위?디오니시우스, 그리고 히포의 아우구스티누스 같은 부정신학자들에 의해서 사용되었던 방법들은 소기의 목적을 달성하는 데 성공적이지 못했다고 데리다는 진단한다. 데리다에 의하면, 부정신학은 긍정신학과 마찬가지로 초존재, 초실체, 혹은 초본질을 말하지 않는 법을 알지 못할 뿐 아니라, 그것들을 유지하고 있다. 부정신학이 부정의 방법과 침묵으로 신에게 다가가려고 한다면, 데리다의 해체는 차연이라고 불리는 언어적 연계를 직면하며 그 속에 머물려고 한다. 차연은 모든 언어적 활동 속에 일어나는 사건을 가리키며, 존재론적인 실체가 아니기 때문에 유사?초월적 조건이라고 부르는 것이 합당해 보인다. 차연을 말하는 해체는 그러므로 언어를 뛰어넘는 어떤 초실체로서의 신을 말하는 것은 불가능하다고 진단한다. 또한 해체는 긍정적이거나 부정적인 신 진술이 언어의 한계 속에서 벗어날 수 없음을 주장한다. 그리고 그것이 긍정적이든지 혹은 부정적이든지, “말해야 함”이라는 요구와 필요라는 흔적으로서의 약속과 명령의 사건은 최초부터 그리고 우리의 존재 이전부터 있었다는 것이다. 이러한 사건이 바로 존재론적 신을 대신해서 해체가 말하고자 하는 것이다. 부정신학과는 달리 해체는 신의 이름을 다른 이름들로 대체하고 변환함으로써 신의 타자성과 신다움을 지키고자 한다고 볼 수 있다. 이러한 해체적 신다움을 절대타자라고 부를 수 있을 것이다. 데리다의 코라적 해체는 부정신학의 초실체의 문제점을 극복하는 것처럼 보일 뿐 아니라, 신의 절대적 타자성의 가능성을 여는 것처럼 보인다. This study attempts to investigate the theological implications in the Derridean deconstruction and to examine the similarities and differences between the Christian negative theological traditions and deconstruction. Derrida’s deconstruction and the Christian negative theological tradition share common interests concerning the function and the limitation of human language. Because of the linguistic limitation, the negative theology adopts the negative descriptions of God or silence. Through the negativity and silence, negative theology tries to overcome the linguistic limitations and to keep the transcendence of God. However, Derrida thinks the methods used by the negative theologians, such as Gregory of Nyssa, Pseudo?Dionysius, and Augustinus of Hippo, is not successful, because their negative theology already includes positivity in their negativity and silence. According to Derrida, negative theology, just like positive theology, does not know how not to speak and still keeps hyper?being, hyper?ousia, or hyper?essentiality. While negative theology tries to access to God using negativity and silence, Derridean deconstruction wants to face and stay in the linguistic nexus called differance. Differance is an event arising in every linguistic act. Since differance is not an ontological being, it can be thought as a pseudo?transcendental condition. Derrida’s deconstruction insists that any positive and negative descriptions of God cannot escape the linguistic limitation. Moreover, the event of the promise and call always exists from the beginning before our existence. Instead of ontological or hyper?ousiological God, deconstruction wants to talk about this event. Unlike negative theology, deconstruction tries to keep the otherness of God through the substitution and replacement of the name of God with other names. Derrida’s khoral deconstruction seems not only to overcome the hyper?ousia of negative theology, but also to open the possibility of the absolute otherness of God.

        Frost Damage Improvement for Railway Subgrade Based on Ground Temperature Control in Cold Regions

        Due to the ignorance of the influence of frozen soil during the design period, the frost damage of subgrade in Datong-Junggar Railway was serious. The improvement scheme of frost damage was researched. However, the research based on the existing project was few, and previous improvement schemes could have an impact on the normal operation of railway system. Datong-Junggar Railway has undertaken the important task of transporting coal resources for China since its normal operation. To ensure normal operation of existing railway, the heating hole scheme was investigated by finite element simulations. The embedding spacing, the heating hole temperature and the embedding depth were analyzed. Based on the simulated results and on-site conditions, the design scheme of the heating hole (embedding spacing: 1.0 m, the heating hole temperature: 30°C and embedding depth: 70 cm) was proposed. Finally, the on-site monitoring in Qianshimen was taken to verify the feasibility of the heating hole scheme. Under the continuous energizing condition, the ground temperature remained basically stable even though the temperature had dropped to -7oC. The research results could enrich the design schemes for frost damage in cold regions from the aspect of ground temperature control.

        운동중독자의 운동박탈이 감정과 기분상태에 미치는 영향

        운동중독자에게 운동은 불안을 피하거나 감소시키려는 수단이 된다는 감정조절(affective regulation)가설은 운동중독을 설명하는 메커니즘으로 제안되었다. 본 연구에서는 단일사례실험과 면담을 통한 질적 연구방법을 통합한 통합 연구방법을 적용하여 운동박탈이 운동중독자의 감정과 기분상태 변화에 미치는 영향을 규명하였다. 운동경력 3년 이상, 하루 2시간이상, 주 4-5회 이상 운동을 하고, 김재훈 및 유진(2007)이 개발한 한국형 운동중독 검사지에서 운동중독으로 판정된 5인을 대상으로 5일간 운동을 박탈시키는 처치가 이루어졌다. 3주 동안의 기초선과 운동박탈 기간에 PANAS와 POMS를 이용하여 긍정적 및 부정적 감정과 기분상태를 반복 측정하였다. 운동 박탈 기간 참여자는 일지를 작성하였고, 운동박탈 체험에 관한 심층면접을 하였다. 운동중독자에게 운동을 박탈시키면 박탈 1일차부터 부정적 감정과 불안, 분노, 혼란, 피로, 우울 등 부정적인 기분상태가 급격하게 상승하였다. 반면 긍정적 감정과 활력은 감소하였다. 운동박탈에 따른 감정과 기분상태 변화의 효과크기(2.17-20.00)는 매우 높았다. 면담 응답 자료를 분석한 결과 운동박탈은 신체적 이상증세와 활력의 저하, 불안과 스트레스 증가, 소극적인 대인관계를 체험한 것으로 나타났다. 운동중독자는 운동을 중단했을 때 나타날 수 있는 부정적 감정과 기분상태를 조절하기 위한 수단으로 운동에 의존한다는 감정조절 가설이 상당부분 입증되었다. The affective regulation hypothesis explains that exercise addicts use exercise to control negative affects such an anxiety. This study employed single subject design and in-depth interviews to determine the effects of exercise deprivation on affects and mood states among habitual exercisers. Five habitual exercisers with more than 3 years of exercise, 2 hours or longer duration, 4 to 5 times or more frequency participated in this study. They scored higher than cut point in the Korean Exercise Addiction Questionnaire. PANAS and POMS were administered during baseline and 5 days of exercise deprivation. The participants kept diary and took part in in-depth interviews. Deprivation of exercise significantly increased negative affect, anger, confusion, fatigue, and depression even in the first day. In contrast, positive affect and vigor dropped rapidly and maintained across the deprivation period. Effect sizes for the variables were very high raging from 2.17 to 20.00. They experienced physical fatigues, elevated anxiety and stress, and avoidance of communication with others.

        생산용량과 수요의 특성이 주 재고위치 선정에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - LNG 선박용 보온/보냉 판넬 제조 산업을 중심으로 -

        본 연구에서는 LNG 선박용 보온/보냉 판넬 공급업의 프로젝트 산업 특성을 반영하여, 생산용량과 수요 특성을 고려한 주 재고위치 선정 문제를 다루고 있다. 시스템 다이내믹스 이론을 활용하여 이들 선정요인의 변화에 따른 주 재고위치의 변화를 파악하고, 이러한 변화가 재고비용과 총 비용에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 분석과 민감도 분석을 통해 3개 연속 공정의 생산용량변화와 일일 수요의 변동률의 변화가 주 재고위치와 총비용에 대해 미치는 영향 및 요인 별 총비용에 대한 영향의 정도를 파악할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 조선업 공급업체의 효율적 주 재고위치 선정으로 재고비용 절감을 통한 원가 경쟁력 강화에 기여할 것으로 기대한다. This study dealt with the selection of decoupling point using capacity and demand characteristic of the suppliers that manufacture the insulation panel for the shipbuilders. This study analyzed how the location of the decoupling point, the inventory cost and total cost change when the selection factors of decoupling point change. The result of simulation and the result of sensitivity analysis found out how selection factors affect the location of the decoupling point, the inventory cost and total cos and which factor is the most influential. This study would help the suppliers in the shipbuilding industry to increase their cost-competitiveness through decreasing inventory cost with the right decoupling point.

        Grinding Damage of BK7 using Copper-Resin Bond Coarse-Grained Diamond Wheel

        Coarse-grained wheels can realize high efficient grinding of optical glass. However, the serious surface and subsurface damage will be inevitably introduced by the coarse-grained wheels. In this paper, the grinding damage of a copper-resin bond coarse-grained diamond wheel with grain size of 150μm was investigated on optical glass BK7. The wheel was first properly trued with a metal bond diamond wheel, then pre-dressing for the wheel and grinding experiments are carried out on a precision grinder assisted with electrolytic in process dressing (ELID) method. The surface roughness (Ra) of ground surface was measured using an atomic force microscope (AFM) and the surface topography were imaged by a white light interferometer (WLI) and the AFM. The subsurface damage level of ground surface was evaluated by means of both MRF spot method and taper polishing-etching method, in term of the biggest depth of subsurface damage, distribution of micro defects beneath the ground surface, the cluster depth of subsurface damage, relationship between subsurface damage (SSD)and PV surface roughness (SR), propagating distance and pattern of cracks beneath the ground surface. Experimental results indicate that a well conditioned copper-resin bond coarse-grained diamond wheel on a precision grinder can generate good surface quality of Ra less than 50nm and good subsurface integrity with SSD depth less than 3.5μm for optical glass BK7.

        Molecular cloning and functional characterization of Jatropha curcas NCED3 involved in cold resistance

        The abscisic acid (ABA) plays a crucial role not only in plant development but also in adaptive responses to biotic and abiotic stresses. 9-cis-epoxycarotenoid dioxygenase (NCED), a key rate-limiting enzyme in ABA biosynthesis in plants, is involved in the response of plants to stress. To better understand the roles of ABA and its interactions during cold stress in Jatropha curcas, the JcNCED3 gene was cloned from J. curcas, and its overexpression was functionally verified in yeast and Arabidopsis thaliana. The full-length cDNA of JcNCED3 was 2450 bp and contained an entire open reading frame (ORF) of 1770 bp that encodes a polypeptide of 589 amino acids with a theoretical molecular weight of 65.45 kDa and pI value of 6.97. Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) analysis revealed that JcNCED3 was specifically expressed in different organs, abundantly in leaves and cotyledons, but scarcely in stems. The expression of the JcNCED3 gene was remarkably cold-induced in stems and roots, reaching its highest levels after 3 h (1.23-fold) of chilling stress in stems. Interestingly, overexpression of JcNCED3 in yeast could notably enhance the cold resistance of the INVSc1 host strain. Furthermore, transgenic Arabidopsis also showed stronger resistance to cold than the control. The results of this study might provide a theoretical foundation for further studies on the putative application potential of JcNCED3-related genetic engineering in J. curcas.

        공급사슬에서의 구매행태 분석모형에 관한 연구

        During the past 10 years of the import liberalization of beef in Korea, it is relatively difficult to find researches for the import beef supply chain. The goal of this research is to provide a conceptual framework for the market behavior and individual purchasing behavior in the import beef supply chain in Korea. Based on a literature review and experts interviews, market behavior of the import beef supply chain will be constructed and simulated by system dynamics method. On top of that, the purchasing behavior of individual importer is described by game theory. With the results of the system dynamics modeling for the import beef supply chain in Korea, a market behavior can be explained and further used to forecast the anticipated supply. Also, each importer°Øs purchasing behavior is characterized and can be explained dynamically. With the results of individual model, an optional decision can be used to leverage the financial performance and to diminish the risk of market failure. The results of this paper can be applied to packers, importers and supply chain financing actors.

        Synthesis and Photo-Response of CuS Thin Films by an In Situ Multi-Deposition Process at Room Temperature: A Facile and Eco-Friendly Approach

        "Uniform hexagonal covellite CuS thin films were deposited at room temperature by an in situ solution chemical reaction using copper precursor solid films as cationic source and ammonium sulfide ethanol solution as anionic reaction medium. We investigated the influence of both ethanolamine and butanol contents used in copper nitrate/ethylene glycol monomethylether (EGME) cationic solution for the preparation of copper precursor solid films, deposition cycle numbers and annealing treatment of the as-grown thin films by X-ray diffraction (XRD), FESEM, energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence EDX, transmission electron microscopy–Selected area electronic diffraction (TEM–SAED), atomic force microscopy (AFM) and ultraviolet-visible-near-infrared (UV-Vis–NIR) measurements. Photo-response of the CuS thin films was characterized by linear sweep voltammetry. The deposited CuS thin films were used to sensitize TiO2 anodes for solar cell application. The results showed that the CuS films had two-dimension oriented, half-sheet shaped growing morphology standing disorderly but vertically to substrates, and the calculated texture coefficient TC(102) verified that the half-sheet shaped crystallites had (102) plane orientation. This in situ multi-deposition process had an average deposited rate of 9 nm per cycle, and a selfperfect function to grow smooth, uniform and 2D oriented morphology with increase in the dip-cycle numbers. The photocurrent density was 14.5 Ma/cm2 at 1 V versus Ag/AgCl electrode for the annealed CuS thin films. CuS-sensitized TiO2 solar cells had a maximum conversion efficiency of 0.224%."
