A Trust-based Stable Routing Protocol in Vehicular ad-hoc Networks
Junxia Ma,Chen Yang 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of Security and Its Applicat Vol.9 No.4
One of the greatest challenges in vehicular ad-hoc networks (VANET) is to establish stable routing. Due to dynamic network , keeping stable routing is a difficult problem. Therefore, trust-based stable routing (TBSR) protocol is proposed in this paper. The node is chosen to be next-hop node until it reaches to trust threshold. To evaluate the node trust, we introduce the node' role trust, interaction printer trust, and recommendation trust. Moreover, the Analytic Hierarchy algorithm is used to coalesce various recommendation opinions from neighbor nodes. The simulation results show that the proposed approach outperforms GPSR (greedy perimeter stateless routing) and OLSR (optimized link-state routing) in terms of throughput, average delay .

The spent fuel in the nuclear radiation environment is generally transported by transfer vehicles, which are required to be able to run smoothly under high speed and high acceleration. In this paper, dynamic analysis and simulation of a new type of heavy-load transfer vehicle were carried out. Firstly, the design structure of the transfer vehicle was presented, and the theoretical calculation methods for the forces on the V-shaped rollers and the dynamic deflection of the column were proposed. Then the working space of the vehicle was analyzed. And the dynamic model of rigid bodies and flexible bodies were established according to the Lagrange equations. Moreover, the velocity and acceleration of main components and the contact forces of the V-shaped rollers were analyzed by using ADAMS, and the optimal control strategy was proposed. Finally, the motors output torque of the vehicle was tested to validate the accuracy of the theoretical analysis and simulation. The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical and simulation results, and the dynamic performance of the transfer vehicle meets the design requirements.

The porous carbons with high specific surface area and excellent electrochemical properties were prepared using three types of green needle coke as raw materials. Electrochemical performances of the porous carbons derived from different microstructure green needle coke were investigated. The XRD and Raman spectra demonstrated that the content of the ordered carbon microcrystals were decreased and the content of amorphous and cross-linked structure were increased in the porous carbons with comparison to the raw materials. The results of N2 adsorption–desorption analysis verified that the content of ordered microcrystalline structure in the raw materials evidently influence the specific surface area and pore size distribution of the porous carbons. The porous carbon with 1665 m2 g?1 specific surface area and 2.89 nm average pore size has shown that the specific capacitance was 288 F g?1 at the current density 1 A g?1. Furthermore, the capacity retention was 94.93% and the Coulombic efficiency was 92.87% after 5000 charge/discharge cycles.

Rhizoma Dioscoreae septemlobae (RDSE) hasbeen widely used for the treatment of hyperuricemia inChina. However, the therapeutic mechanism has beenunknown. This study investigated the antihyperuricemicmechanisms of the extracts obtained from RDSE and itsmain component dioscin (DIS) in hyperuricemic mice. Hyperuricemic mice were induced by potassium oxonate(250 mg/kg). RDSE or DIS was orally administered tohyperuricemic mice at dosages of 319.22, 638.43,1276.86 mg/kg/day for 10 days, respectively. Uric acid orcreatinine in serum and urine was determined by HPLC orHPLC–MS/MS, respectively. The xanthine oxidase (XO)activities in mice liver were examined in vitro. Proteinlevels of organic anion transporter 1 (mOAT1), uratetransporter 1 (mURAT1) and organic cation transporter 2(mOCT2) in the kidney were analyzed by western blotting. The results indicated that uric acid and creatinine in serumwere significantly increased by potassium oxonate, ascompared to that of control mice. Compared saline-treatedgroup, after RDSE treatment in the high and middle dose, the expression of mOAT1 increased 47.98 and 54.48 %,respectively, which accompanied with the decreasedexpression of mURAT1 (47.63 %) in high dose. After DIS treatment in high, middle and low dose, the expression ofmOAT1 increased 23.93, 32.80 and 25.28 % compared tosaline-treated group, respectively, which accompanied withthe decreased expression of mURAT1 (51.07, 51.42 and51.35 %). However, RDSE and DIS displayed a weak XOinhibition activity compared with allopurinol. Therefore,RDSE and DIS processed uricosuric and nephroprotectiveactions by regulation of mOAT1, mURAT1 and mOCT2.

Background Posterior capsule opacification (PCO), also known as after-cataract, is a special condition in which the cortex of the cataract remains in the pupil area or the formation of a fibrogenic membrane after surgical cataract extraction. Objective To explore the effect of lncRNA X inactivation-specific transcript (XIST) on PCO. Results First, we proved that XIST was up-regulated in TGF-β2-treated SRA01/04 cells. Inhibition of XIST significantly reduced the proliferation and migration of SRA01/04 cells, and affected the expression of EMT markers. Further research data illustrated that miR-98-5p and COL5A2 were targets of XIST. Besides, pathway enrichment analysis showed that the PI3K/Akt/FOXO1 signaling pathway was associated with XIST. Conclusion In the study, we demonstrated that lncRNA XIST contributed to EMT in PCO via regulating miR-98-5p/COL5A2 and PI3K/Akt/FOXO1 pathway, which provided a new treatment strategy for PCO.
