Careful evaluation of vertebral artery injuries is important after cervical translation injuries or transverse foramen fractures. Treatment of trauma can be complicated in cases of concomitant vertebral artery injuries. A 76-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital with left hemiparesis (Motor grade 3) after a motorcycle accident. Cervical spine magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and computed tomography (CT) revealed a C3 burst fracture and a left C3 lateral mass and lamina fracture. CT angiography revealed fracture fragments that predisposed the vertebral artery to injury throughout its course in the area. CT angiography confirmed that both vertebral arteries were occluded at the C3 fracture site. Subsequent brain MRI revealed acute infarction in the right occipital area. Although both vertebral arteries were occluded, the infarction site did not correspond to the territory supplied by these vessels; therefore, we performed transfemoral cerebral angiography, which revealed collateralization of the bilateral vertebral arteries by the deep cervical artery.. The deep cervical arteries are located between the posterior muscles; therefore, a fixation operation performed using the posterior approach may have affected the collateral circulation and led to exacerbation of the infarction site. Therefore, surgery was performed using an anterior approach and it was possible to minimize the risk of cerebral infarction through preservation of collateral circulation.

For domestic waste refrigerant treatment institutionalization, waste refrigerant treatment was reviewed through waste co-firing of general incineration facilities was reviewed and as a result, there was difference in fluorine amount emitted in the rear end of the incinerator depending on input conditions, co-firing amount, treatment temperature etc. Waste refrigerant destruction rate met the international standards but as co-firing rate is increasing, cases failing to comply with some incineration criteria occurred. Thus, based on these results, this study derived institutional improvement(draft) for waste refrigerant treatment and treatment facilities management standards(draft), waste refrigerant process test criteria(draft) etc. by reviewing domestic relevant systems.
폐자원에너지 종류별 에너지 전환율에 따른 지원방안 마련 연구

신재생에너 지 공급인증서 (REC) 의 폐자원에너지에 대한 가중치 감소 등 폐자원에너지 생산 및 사용시설에 대한 지원방안 둥이 시급한 실정이며, 지원을 위한 객관적 평가 또는 절차 방안 마련이 필요한 시점이다. 특히 최근 폐플라스틱 사용량이 증가하고 이룰 처리하기 위한 방법 중 열분해가 주목받고 있다. 이 에 본 연구는 폐자원 에너지화 시설 중 폐플라스틱 열분해 시설의 지원방안 마련을 위한 환경성 , 기술성, 경제성 평가를 수행 하 였다. 세 가지 항목 중 열분해 시설의 에너지회수효율 산정을 통한 기술성, 열분해 공정에 서 발생 되는 비응축가스와 굴뚝에서 배출되는 대기오염물질 배출 특성을 분석하여 환경성 평가 결과를 다루었 으며 , 추후 폐자원 에너지화 시설의 활성 화와 객관적 평가지표를 마련하는데 있어 기초자료를 확보하고자 하였다.
A Study Plant of Chemical Cleaning Wastewater Reuse in SWI (Solid Waste Incineration)

The study was to review the diversification of treatment as a substitute for chemicals(Urea solution and ammonia solution) by spraying· incinerating liquid chemical cleaning wastewater. According to the review results, when incinerating chemical cleaning wastewater, at least about 60 % of nitrogen oxides(NOx) reduction efficiency was shown. Ammonia(NH3) ingredient in chemical cleaning wastewater plays a role of a reducing agent of Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction(SNCR) and reduced the generation amount of nitrogen oxide(NOx) and is considered to have a substitution effect as a chemical(Ammonia, Urea etc.) used for removing nitrogen oxide(NOx). Thus, this study reviewed domestic relevant systems based on these results and derived institutional improvement(draft) for chemical cleaning wastewater incineration and treatment facilities management criteria(draft) etc.
