        축구선수의 Detraining과 Retraining이 혈청지질 및 호르몬농도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of detraining and retraining on serum lipid and hormones in soccer players. Subjects were seven male high-school soccer players. V˙O_2max was determined for each subjects by administering a treadmill test(initial speed: 90m/min, grade: 5%, increasing speed per 3 min: 30m/min). Serum lipid(T-C, TG, HDL-C LDL-C) and hormones(epinephrine, norepinephrine, growth hormones, cortisol) were assayed pre and post detraining in 10, 20, 30 days after retraining. The repeated ANOVA was used to determine significant differences. The 0.05 level of significance was as critical level for the study. The results of the study were as follows: 1. V˙O_2max(ml/min) were 3576.3±204.2ml/min pre detraining, 3234.1±198.9 ml/min post detraining. There are significant(p<.05) difference between pre and post detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, V˙O_2max(ml/min) were 3601.4±170.9 ml/min. There were significantly(p<.05) increased in retraining periods. 2. V˙O_2max(ml/kg/min) were significantly(p<.05) decreased from 62.3±2.9 ml/kg/min to 55.9±4.7 ml/kg/min in detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, V˙O_2max(ml/kg/min) were 62.4±3.4ml/kg/min, 62.7±2.3ml.kg/min, 67.3±7.2ml/kg/min respectively. There were significantly(p<.05) increased in retraining periods. 3. T-C were significantly (p<.05) increased from 166.6±8.5mg/dl to 175.3±10.3 mg/dl in detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, T-C were 160.1± 3.2mg/dl, 156.7±3.7mg/dl, 140.3±9.0mg/dl. There were significantly(p<.05) decreased in retraining periods. 4. HDL-C were 61.4±6.6mg/di pre detraining, 5.3±6.6mg/dl post detraining. There are significant(p<.05) difference between pre and post detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, HDL-C were 56.9±7.1mg/dl, 56.4±9.2mg/dl, 57.7±9.1mg/dl respectively. There were no significant difference in retraining periods. 5. The hormones(epinephrine. norepinephrine, growth hormone, cortisol) were changed as same patterns. Epinephrine were 26.0±7.0[g/ml pre detraining, 24.6±3.2pg/ml post detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, epinephrine were 26.9±5.6pg/ml, 30.6±6.2pg/ml, 29.4±5.6pg/ml respectively. There were no significant difference in retraining periods. In conclusion, HDL-C, epinephrine, norepinephrine, growth hormone and cortisol were decreased, T-C, LDL-C and TG were increased in detraining. But HDL-C, epinephrine, norepinephrine, growth hormone and cortisol were increased, T-C, LDL-C and TG were decreased in retraining.

        나노 충전제 함량에 따른 복합레진의 표면 미세경도 차이

        최근에 개발된 나노 충전제를 microhybrid 복합레진에 첨가할 때, 나노 충전제 함량이 중합에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위해, 실험적으로 나노 충전제의 함량을 다르게 제작한 복합레진에서 광중합 후 미세경도를 측정, 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 나노 충전제의 함량이 2%, 3%인 군은 0%, 1%인 군에 비해 중합된 면의 미세경도가 유의하게 높았으나(p<0.01), 그 차이는 크지 않았다. 2. 나노 충전제의 함량이 높을수록 레진 시편의 하면에서의 미세경도는 증가하였으며, 나노 충전제의 함량이 0%, 1%, 2%간에, 0%, 1%, 3%간에 유의한 차이가 있었고(p<0.01), 2%와 3%간에는 차이가 없었다(p<0.05). 3. 레진 시편의 상면과 하면의 미세 경도 차이는 나노 충전제 함량이 높을수록 감소하였으며, 나노 충전제의 함량이 0%, 1%, 2%간에, 0%, 1%, 3%간에 유의한 차이가 있었고(p<0.01), 2%와 3%간에는 차이가 없었다(p<0.05). The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of nanofiller content on the microhardness and polymerization of experimental microhybrid composites. The nanofiller contents in the experimental composites were varied (0%, 1%, 2%, 3%), while the total filler content remained constant as 76 %wt. We obtained the following results: 1. The microhardness of the top surface for the 2%, 3% nanofilled microhybrid composites were significantly higher than those for the 0%, 1% nanofilled composites (p<0.05), but the difference was not great. 2. The microhardness of the bottom surfaces significantly increased with an increase in the nanofiller level (p<0.05), except between the 2% and 3% nanofilled groups (p>0.05). 3. As the nanofiller level increased, the difference beween microhardness of top and bottom surfaces significantly decreased (p<0.05), except between 2% and 3% nanofilled groups (p>0.05).

        On the Strengthening Effects Affecting Tensile and Low Cycle Fatigue Properties of Low-Alloyed Seismic/Fire-Resistant Structural Steels

        In the present study, low carbon ferritic and bainitic steels with different contents of Mo, Ti, and Nb were designed for bothseismic and fire-resistant applications. The microstructure of steels containing 0.3 wt% Mo–0.02 wt% Nb (‘A’ hereinafter)was mainly composed of bainite. By contrast, the microstructure of steels with 0.2 wt% Mo–0.13 wt% Ti (‘B’ hereinafter)consisted of ferrite with a high density of nano-sized (Ti,Mo)-rich MX precipitates. The results showed that the bainiticmicrostructure (‘A’ steel) was quite favorable to high-temperature strength and thermal stability. The yield strength of ‘A’ steelat both room and 600 °C temperatures increased consistently with increasing thermal exposure time (600 °C/200–1000 h),since the precipitation of NbC particles occurred while maintaining bainitic ferrite platelets with a high density of dislocationsduring exposure. In the ‘B’ steel, the formation of nano-sized (Ti,Mo)-rich MX particles was effective to impededislocation movement, leading to excellent plasticity (lower yield ratio) at room temperature. However, their contributionto precipitation hardening was not so much at 600 °C, as compared to the bainitic strengthening. During low cycle fatiguetests at room temperature, the main different feature between the two steels is that the ‘A’ steel showed cyclic softeningwhile cyclic hardening was evident in the ‘B’ steel. The bainitic microstructure showed a better fatigue life due to increasedductility manifested by cyclic softening, by which dislocation cell was developed.

        상아질 접착에서 collagenase와 esterase가 미세인장결합강도에 미치는 영향

        상아질-레진 접착강도에 대한 collagenase와 esterase의 영향을 살펴보기 위해, 소구치의 교합면 상아질에 Single Bond 2와 Clearfil SE Bond로 접착을 시행하고 미세 시편을 제작하여 PBS, collagenase 용액, esterase 용액에 4주간 보관한 후 미세인장결합강도를 측정, 비교하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 모든 보관 용액에서 Single Bond 2의 미세인장결합강도는 Clearfil SE Bond보다 유의하게 낮았다(p<0.05). 2. Single Bond 2의 미세인장결합강도는 collagenase군이 PBS군, esterase군보다 낮았다(p>0.05). 3. Clearfil SE Bond의 미세인장결합강도는 esterase군이 PBS군에 비해 낮았으나(p>0.05), collagenase군보다는 높았다(p>0.05). Collagenase군은 PBS군에 비해 유의하게 낮은 미세인장결합강도를 보였다(p<0.05). The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of collagenase and esterase on the microtensile bond strength (μTBS) in dentin bonding. After resin composites were bonded to occlusal dentin, μTBS specimens were formed and stored in PBS, collagenase, or esterase solution. After 4-week storage, μTBS was determined and, the results were as follows: 1. μTBS values of Single Bond 2 were lower than those of Clearfil SE Bond for all storage medium (p<0.05). 2. In single Bond 2 group, collagenase solution lowered bond strength more than PBS and esterase solution (p>0.05). 3. In Clearfil SE Bond group, esterase solution lowered bond strength more than PBS(p>0.05). Collagenase solution lowered bond strength more than esterase solution(p>0.05) and PBS(p<0.05).

        Collagenase와 esterase가 상아질 접착강도와 nanoleakage에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 상아질 접착계면에서 collagenase와 esterase가 접착강도와 극미세누출에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 시행하였다. 발치된 치아의 교합면 상아질에 Single Bond 2(SB)와 Clearfil SE bond(SE)를 사용하여 상아질-레진 접착시편을 제작하고,시편을 인산완충용액(PBS)에 24시간(I),또는 PBS(II),collagenase 용액(III),esterase 용액(IV)에 4주간 보관 한 후 질산은 용액으로 염색하였다. 시편의 미세인장접착강도(μTBS)와 질산은 침투 면적을 측정하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. SB군의 접착강도가 II∼IV군에서 SE군에 비해 낮은 값을 나타내었다(p<O.05). SB군은 II∼IV군의 접착강도가 I군에 비해 낮은 값을 보였으나(p<O.05),SE군의 접착강도는 I∼IV군간에 차이를 보이지 않았다(p>O.05). 2. SB군의 질산은 침투 면적이 SE군에 비해 높았으며(p<O.05),SB군과 SE군에서 질산은 침투 면적은 I ∼ IV군간에 차이를 보이지 않았다(p>O.05). 3. 접착강도와 질산은 침투 면적은 SE군의 I, II,III군에서 음의 상관관계를 보였다(p<O.05). The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of collagenase and esterase on dentin bond strength and nanoleakage. Resin composites were bonded to occlusal dentin of premolars with Single Bond 2(SB) and Clearfil SE Bond(SE). After the microtensile specimens were prepared and stored in PBS for 24 hours(I) or, PBS(II), collagenase(III), esterase(IV) solution for 4 weeks, the specimens were stained with silver nitrate solution. Microtensile bond strength(μTBS) and silver penetration area were measured and, the results were as follows: 1. For group II, III, and IV, the bond strengths of SB were lower than those of SB(p<0.05). The bond strengths of SB II, III, and IV were lower than that of SB I(p<0.05). There was no difference among the bond strengths of SE I ∼ IV groups(p>0.05). 2. Silver penetration areas of SB were higher than those of SE for all storage groups(p<0.05). In SB and SE groups, there was no significant difference of silver penetration area among I ∼ IV groups(p>0.05). 3. SE I, II, and III showed inverse relationship between the bond strengths and the silver penetration areas(p<0.05).

        역량기반 교양교육은 교양인을 길러낼 수 있을까?

        The purpose of this study was to explore the concept of competency-based liberal education and discuss the issues related to how competency-based liberal education can impact on the nature of liberal education. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, competency-based liberal education can lead to the neglect of theoretical or academic knowledge by making people think that they can replace liberal arts with arts of competence. Second, competency-based liberal education is inherently based on competencies that involve elements of performance(or behavior) and constantly decomposes competencies into aspects of (detailed) competencies or skills. Therefore, it could undermine the nature of liberal education by promoting behaviorism and reductionist approaches. Third, competence has been related to job performance, and it brings about job orientation by trying to derive competence based on recent industrial or social needs, so it subverts the nature of liberal education. Fourth, it commits category errors by indiscriminately involving moral aspects such as friendship and caring that are difficult to include in traditional liberal education. After all, current competency-based liberal education could certainly have a negative impact on the nature or identity of liberal education.

      • 골분을 이용한 구리 흡착 첨착

        Spent pig bone was consist of hydroxyapatite. And then we thought that it have a possibility as a adsorbent. The preparation of bone char prepared from spent pig bone in this study. We study on the recycling possibility as a adsorbent is able to adsorb copper ion from their single aqueous solutions. The results are summarized as follows. Bone char that prepared from spent pig bone at 105, 400, 700℃. The adsorption removal efficiency of copper ion onto bone char as adsorbent was above 90% for 15 hours. Increase in the initial pH of the copper ion solution result in an increase in the copper ion uptake per unit weight of the adsorbent. Freundlich isotherm model was found to be applicable for the experiment data of copper ion. The results showed that spent pig bone can be used for the absorption of the copper ion.

        아방가르드 영화 《맨하타》 에 나타난 스트레이트 사진의 메타-구조

        The film 《Manhatta》 (1921), produced by Paul Strand and Charles Sheeler, is considered the first avant-garde film in the U.S. Still, it has been relatively overlooked in the history of photography and art as well as in the history of film. However, 《Manhatta》 seems to be an important work for the history of photography to understand the initial stage of straight photography by Alfred Stieglitz, Strand, and Sheeler. It breaks down the perceptual center of perspectivism with a cubist view and sketches out the montage image of self-reflective perception. In this dialectic process of disintegration and reconstruction, it changes the eyes of the audience, who traditionally accept the camera’s view. Reflecting these characteristics, this study will analyze the relationship between visual singularity that appears in 《Manhatta》 and the initial works of Strand (and Sheeler) to reveal the meta-structure inherent in the 《Manhatta》. Through this analysis, it will clarify 《Manhatta》 is essentially the non-narrative film image reflecting the genealogy of a straight photography and the in-depth potentiality of it.
