        In this paper, I made a study on the operation and importance of the reserve book system as a way to operate the college library not as a mere intellectual material source but a service center. This system is to provide the library with enough books at given period when needed for the lecture and research of professors and the lesson of students. This system is necessary for an education, making much of assignment. In addition, the basic idea of the system finds itself in its positive attitude toward the college education-to make the library play the role of not only classroom, but practices, self-studies outside the classroom. This system is to make the library not only a laboratory for the implementation of educational planning, but another classroom for learning and teaching.

      • USN 기반의 지능형 교통제어 시스템 설계

        최근 무선 센서 네트워크(USN: Ubiquitous Sensor Network)를 구성하여 미래의 유비쿼터스 환경을 구축하기 위한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크는 무선 센서 네트워크 상의 센싱 장치를 통해 주변의 상태 정보를 획득, 처리한 후 무선 인터페이스 장치를 통해 실시간으로 정보를 전달하게 된다. 이러한 센서 네트워크의 특성을 교통 시스템에 응용할 경우 도로 및 주행 중인 차량의 상태정보를 실시간으로 파악 및 분석하여 급작스런 상황으로 인한 사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 USN 기반의 교통제어 시스템에 최적화된 Telematics 단말기를 설계 및 구현하고 이를 바탕으로 USN기반의 교통제어 시스템을 설계하고자 한다. Recently, there are many researches to enable future ubiquitous environments based on ubiquitous sensor networks(USNs). In USNs, various sensing devices deployed in wireless sensor networks collect meaningful data from physical environments and the data are delivered to neighbor node through radio interfaces for further processing. In case of apply the specific like this sensor network in traffic system, we grasp previously the car state information on the road, prevent from sudden accident. In this paper, we design and implement optimized Telematics terminal in USN based traffic control system, and propose USN based traffic control system.

      • 마이크로 기공 알루미나 기판위에 스프레이 코팅된 ZnO 고정막의 광촉매 성질을 이용한 사진폐액으로 부터 Ag이온 회수

        ZnO nanopowders were synthesized by solution combustion method(SCM) and their average particle size was about 30nm. They were immobilized on microporous alumina substrates by spray coating. The microporous alumina substrates were prepared by anodization and the average pore size was about 150nm. Ag ions were tried to be recovered from waste photograph developing solution by photocatalytic reaction. Three kinds of samples were prepared to compare their photocatalytic efficiency commercial ZnO powders (slurry type reaction), SCM ZnO powders immobilized on normal alumina substrates and SCM ZnO powders immobilized on anodized alumina substrates. The commercial ZnO powders without immobilization did not sbow any photocatalytic reaetion even though they have maximum surface area. This is probably ascribed to their poor cristalline quality. However, the Ag ions recovery rate by SCM ZnO powders immobilized on anodized alumina substrates was about 2.5 times higher than that by SCM ZnO powders immobilized on normal alumina substrates. This big difference in photocatalytic efficiency is probably due to the large surface area of the anodized alumina. This result was correspondent to photoluminescence measurement results.

        Among the marketing strategies of the Korean insurances this study will be based on customer satisfaction at the non-life insurance. For the hypotheses of automobile insurance service 1) H_l : The dimension of additive service is positive factor of the customer satisfaction. The result of the test that H_l is rejected at α=0.05. 2) H_2 : The dimension of salesman(life-planner & agent) service is positive factor of the customer satisfaction. The result of the test that H_2 is accepted at α=0.05. 3) H_3 : The dimension of insurance product service is positive factor of the customer satisfaction. The result of the test that H_3 is accepted at α=0.05.

      • 한국산 시궁쥐(Rattus norvegicus)의 핵형분석

        In this study, we analysed the karyotypes of the Korean brown rat (Rattus norvegicus) collected in Kyungnam Masan and Changwon. The diploid number (2n) was 42 and the fundamental number (FN) was 60. In the autosomes, metacentrics consisted of three pairs of the middle form and two pairs of the small from, submetacentries consisted of two pairs of the middle form and a pair of the small form, subtelocentrics consisted of a pair of the large form and a pair of the middle form, and acrocentrics has 10 pairs of large to small form. In sex chromosomes, X-chromosome was subtelocentrics of the middle form, and Y-chromosome was acrocentrics of the small form.

      • 매립지 환경조건을 고려한 중금속 용출시험의 재평가

        This study was to understand leaching characteristics with pH controlling agents and Temp. control, and investigate leaching characteristics with pH control from opening a leaching test to an end for reassessing leaching test of heavy metals with enviromental conditions in landfill. The results were as followed ; 1. Because leaching of heavy metals was increased in low pH, pH must control for leaching in existing leaching test. 2. Generally, regulation time(6hr) of leaching was confirmed reasonablely, except for Cu in plating sludge. 3. In pH controlling solution, there was nearly not difference between Acetic acid and HCl, and if considering Cu, the former was appropriate. 4. In a part of heavy metal, leaching rate was increased in high Temp, and normal Temp, in existing leaching test would be revaluated.

        葦莖湯·加味葦莖湯의 A549에 對한 細胞毒性과 S-180에 對한 抗癌效果

        연구배경 : 폐암은 최근 암사망률 중 17%로 위암과 간암에 이어 3위를 차지하고 있어 이의 치료와 연구는 중요한 과제로 등장하고 있다. 따라서 한의학적 측면에서 폐암에 해당되는 문헌을 찾아보아 이중 폐옹에 사용되는 길경탕과 최근에 각종 암에 다용되는 어성초, 白花蛇설초를 가미한 가미길경탕의 항암 효과 및 항암제와의 병용효과등을 현대적인 실험을 통하여 규명, 폐암에 대한 치료법을 제시하고자 함 방법 : in vitro에서 사람의 肺癌株인 A549에 對한 抗腫瘍效果와 cyclophosphamide(CPM), cisplatin(CPT), adriamycin(ARM), 5-fluorouracil(5-FU) 등의 4種 抗癌劑와의, 相乘作用을 살펴보고, ICR생쥐에 S-180을 腹腔 注射한 後 實驗 藥物을 口腔 投與하여, 生命延長率, 體重變化 및 血液檢査 등을 실시하였다. 결과 : 葦莖湯, 葦莖湯加魚腥草, 葦莖湯家伯花蛇舌草는 모두 肺癌에 對한 抗腫瘍效果가 認定되며, cyclophosphamide나 cisplatind을 倂用하거나 魚腥草나 白花蛇舌草를 加味하였을 경우 보다 效果的인 것으로 나타났다. In order to prove the antitumor effect of Wekyungtang(WKT) that was originated in Bigeubchunkeumyobang(備急千金要方), Wekyungtang with Houttuyniae Herba(WKT-I) and Wekyungtang with Oldenlandiae diffusae Herba(WKT-Ⅱ) on human pulmonary tumor cells experimentally, the studies were done. We evaluated the cytotoxic activity against A549 as well as the synergistic effects with anticancer drugs such as cyclophophamide(CPM), cisplatin (CPT), adriamycin (ARM) and 5-fluorouracil(5-FU) in vitro, and measured body weight, survival time, hematological changes in ICR bearing S-180. The results were obtained as follows: 1. IC50 against A549 was 16.24ug/ml in cyclophophamide (CPM), 8.01ug/ml in cisplatin(CPT), 8.39ug/ml in adriamycin(ARM) and 3.13 in 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) respectively. 2. Inhibitory effect on the adhesion of A549, the ratio of No. of antiadhesive cells to adhesive cells was 26.8/73.2 in WKT, 30.42/69.58 in WKT-Ⅰ and 35.12/64.88 in WKT-Ⅱ at the concentrations of 10-³g/ml, which indicates that antiadhesive effect was shown in the order of WKT-Ⅱ, WKT-Ⅰ, WKT. 3. In vitro the concentrations showing inhibitory growth rate below 55% of control against A549 was recognized in concentration of 10-³g/ml of WKT, the synergistic effect with CPM was shown in the concentration of 10-5 g/ml above of WKT, concentrations of WKT-Ⅰ, 10-³g/ml of WKT-Ⅱ, the syneristic effect with CPT was shown in the concentration of 10-5 g/ml above of WKT-Ⅱ, the synergistic effect with ARM was shown in concen -tration of 10-³g/ml of WKT-Ⅰ, WKT-Ⅱ, the synergistic effect with 5-FU was shown in concentration of 10-³g/ml WKT, WKT-Ⅰ, which indicated that CPT, CPM had the synergistic action with WKT. 4. In vivo, the gaining of body weight was significantly suppressed in all groups as compared with control group bearing S-180 and ILS was 10.45% in WKT, 16.43% in WKT-Ⅰ, 21.82% in WKT-Ⅱ respectively. 5. The number of platelet was significantly increased in WKT, WKT-Ⅰ and platelet aggregation was significantly increased in all roup as compared with control group. From the above results it was concluded that Wekyungtang and Kami-Wekyungtang had antitumor effect against A549 and wekyungtang combined with Houttuyniae Herba or Oldenlandiae difusae Herba was more effective than wekyungtang only, also cyclophophamide(CPM), cisplatin(CPT) exerted the more synergistic effect in the anticancer drugs.

      • 農家所得을 위한 감의 효율적 이용을 위한 젖산발효

        This study was carried out to improve the utility of persimmon fruit by lactic acid fermentation and drying. A strain of Streptococcus lactis was used in the fermentation. The changes in acidity, pH, number of microorganism, and the content of sugar, lycopene and tannin were determined during fermentation. Color of the fermented persimmon was checked by using a colorimeter, while quality of persimmon was evaluated by sensory test. The optimum temperature for lactate fermentation was at 25℃ showing on acidity of 50mg lactate per 100g fresh weight, when 10^7 cells per ml(1% inoclum)of Streptococcus lactis was added as the starter. By sterilization at 1kg/cm^2 for 15 minutes, the fruit was coagulated and colored reddish. The loss of brix degree was 2.3%. The content of fructose was increased while sucrose and glucose 23%, respectively. The rate of tannin and lycopene loss were 32% and 23%, respectively. Tannin slightly inhibited growth of the microorganism. Optimum temperature for drying of fermented fruit was at 60℃ with little variation in color. The fermented and dried persimmon was better in texture and taste than the raisin. From above results, it was clear that quality of persimmon fruit such as texture, and storage characteristics can be improved by lactate fermentation and drying.

        In this study, we can be obtained the following conclusions about the present environmental conditons and the post management of the expired landfill. 1. The component ration in paper, vinyl·plastic and leather·rubber of combustible amounts to much more than others. In the future, decompositions will be delayed considerably, due to these. 2. Except heavy metals in leachate, each of analysis value change considerably, but are equal to the component of general leachate. 3. The soils of lower part in landfill do not differ greatly from surrouding soils. soil pollutions with heavy metals in general domestic waste proved to be concerned greatly. 4. All of landfill facilites are poor in enviromental, and the post management is rearly controlled, so the proper countmeasure preparation is urgent.

        Reproductive Disrupting Effect of Organotin Compound in the Ark Shell, Scapharca broughtonii (Bivalvia: Arcidae)

        This study was carried out on the ark shell Scapharca broughtonii in order to examine if organotin compounds, which are known to induce reproductive abnormalities in gastropods, have the same affect on bivalves. The research was conducted during seven weeks in spring season through a field transplantation experiment in one reference area (Ra) and two organotin-polluted areas (Opa) near a shipyard complex. Sex ratio in the Ra was 1:1.6 (female:male). Sex ratio in Opa I and Opa II were 1:0.49 and 1:1.03, respectively, illustrating slightly higher proportion of females. Gonad activity exhibited a sequence of Opa II>Ra>Opa I. Intersex individuals of 3.33% (n=4/120) were confirmed in Opa. Intersex gonads were observed only in females. The results show that organotin compounds caused reproductive disruption in Scapharca broughtonii.
