김치유래 젖산균의 균체지방산 분석을 이용한 분류학적 연구

표준균주를 포함한 230여개의 김치유래 젖산균에 대한 균체지방산(FAMEs)을 분석하였다. FAMEs profiles는 Euclidian Distance 17.5에 의해 7개의 Major Cluster와 1개의 Single Cluster로 나뉘어졌다. 이중 A, B, C 및 Cluster는 Leuconostoc속으로 분석되어졌고, F는 Lactobacillus속으로 분석되어졌다. 그리고 E와 G cluster는 두개의 Genus가 혼재되어 나타났으며 보충적인 연구가 필요하다. 앞으로 김치유래 젖산균의 균체지방산 분석결과를 기반으로 한 데이타베이스에 95가지 탄소원을 이용하는 수치분류학적 접근방법 및 Pyrolysis Mass Spectrometry 등의 화학적 분석 방법과 분자친화적 연구를 통한 종합적 분류정보 체계가 갖추어지면 젖산균의 신속, 정확한 동정 및 연구에 활발히 이용되어질 것이다. Two hundreds and thirty lactic acid bacteria, mostly isolated from Kimchi, including type strains were sued for analysis of cellular fatty acids. The 230 test strains were recoverd in 7 major and 1 single clusters defined a Euclidian distance of 17.5. These aggregate taxa were equivalent to the genus Leuconostoc (aggregate group A, B, C and D), and the genera Leuconostoc and Lactobacillus (aggregate group G). It is concluded as evident that FAMEs (Fatty Acid Methyl Esters) profile of cell can be used as a criterion in classification of lactic acid bacterial from kimchi. Additional comparative taxonomic studies need to be carried out on well chosen representative strains to determine the most appropriate methods of value.

This study aims to deduce the effective collaborative process of architectural design process based on the specific pavilion design case. The study schematizes the collaborative procedure which is generated at the early stage of design process, analyzes the decision support system and suggests the method for reaching a compromise.Finally, this study suggested collaborative process method of architectural design and provided the basic concept that can be used for the similar projects. 소금이 마우스에서 고형암의 성장과 면역활성 및 지질과산화에 미치는 영향

There are several types of salts, which are classified into raw salt (Chunil salt, CS), purified salt (PS) and processed salts (Gueun salt, Bamboo salt) in Korea. Gueun salt (Gs) is made by baking CS in the ceramic vessel at 800℃. Bamboo salt (BS) is produced by baking CS, bamboo and mud in an oven at 1,300℃. In this study, effects of these salts on tumor formation, NK (natural killer) cell activity and lipid peroxidation in kidney and heart were investigated in the sarcoma-180 cell transplanted mice. Sarcoma-180 cells were transplanted subcutaneously into the left groin of Balb/c mice. Then, various kinds of salt, including 1 time heat treated KCI mixed BS-A (CS : KCI =3:7)and B (CS : KCI = 5:5), supplemented diet at concentrations of 10% were fed for 21 days from 24 hours following transplantation. The body weight decreased when 10% salt added diet was fed to the sarcoma-180 cell treated Balb/c mice. The body weights of CS, PS and treated groups were lower than their initial weights (19 ~ 20 g). Spleen and liver index were lower in the mice administered PS and GS than sarcoma-180 cell treated control group. KCI mixed BS-A and B reduced the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the kidney and heart that increased by the injection of sarcoma-180 cells. The feeding of PS in the diet increased the levels of MDA in the kidney and heart of sarcoma-180 treated mice compared to the control group. These results exhibited that KCI mined BS could suppress.

최근 과학기술의 발달로 인공위성을 이용한 정밀 위치 측정과 정밀 시각 측정에 대한 수용이 날로 증가하고 있다. 특히 정밀 시각 측정은 차세대 이동통신 기술인 CDMA의 핵심 기술로 매우 중요하게 인식되어 왔다. 현재 정밀 시각을 측정하기 위해서는 GPS위성 수신기 개발이 시급한 실정이다. 본 논문은 GPS 동기 신호 수신기를 개발하기 위한 TIC 및 A/R 회로를 개발하는 것으로서 GPS 위성의 1pps와 수신신호에 의한 1pps의 차를 ±1㎲이내로 좁히는 알고리즘 및 Hardware를 개발한 것이다.

In Mobile communication systems, it require a high speed transmission. But the performance of systems is bad according to a selective fading channel. Therefore we must estimate a channel environment. In this paper, we esimated a direction of arrival of the coming wave. Currently there is MUSIC algorithm in DOA estimation. But this technique is difficult to estimate DOA in real time because of time. This paper proposed a new method called Blind adaptive array Antenna. As a result, we verified the performance of system is superior in various channel condition using simulation.

국내에서 생산되는 전기로 제강 제품군에 대해 인료채취부터 제품생산까지에 대한 전과정평가를 수행하였다. 대상제품군은 형강, 봉강, 철근, 레일이다. 각 대상제품군별 국내생산량이 가장 큰 업체 2-3곳을 선정하여 전과정목록 데이터베이스를 구축하였다. 또한 전과정목록 분석결과를 토대로 대상제품군별 환경영향평가지수를 산출하였다. 환경영향평가지수는 형강, 봉강, 철근, 레일이 각각 5.05E-05, 1.22E-04, 5.36E-04, 4.25E-05으로, 봉강의 환경영향이 형강에 비해 약 2.4배가량 높다. 대체적으로 지구온난화 범주에 미치는 환경영향이 매우 큰 것을 조사되었으며, 원인을 찾기 위해 제품 생산 단계를 세분하여 CO₂ 분석을 수행하였다. Life Cycle Assessment has been conducted from raw material acquisition to manufacturing for Electric Arc Furnace Steel products manufactured in Korea. The product category under investigation included steel sections, round bars, deformed bars and rails. Two or three major manufacturing companies were chosen for each product category in establishing life cycle inventory database. Eco-indicator for each product category was calculated based on the life cycle analysis results. The eco-indicators of steel sections, round bars, deformed bars and rails were 5.05E-05, 1.22E-04, 5.36E-04 and 4.25E-05 respectively - environmental impact caused by round bars is approximately 2.4 times grater than by steel sections. The main impact category for the most products is global worming in accordance with the result of LCA. Therefore, CO₂ analysis was conducted to identify the most contributing activity to global worming category.

The randomness of the wireless environment degrades the system performance considerably. One of the effective techniques to mitigate the randomness is diversity techniques. The basic idea of diversity techniques is to transmit/receive multiple replica of the information through independent channels. In this paper, the time-space diversity is studied and simulated. Also character of SISO, MISO, SIMO, MIMO is studied and simulated.
Common Mode Feedback 회로를 사용한 Fully Differential Operational Amplifier의 비교 및 분석

아날로그 IC의 signal swing을 증가시키고 노이즈를 감소시키는 기본적인 방법들 중에 한가지가 fully-differential 회로를 이용하는 것이다. 하지만, differential-mode signal processing에 영향을 미치는 DC 출력 level을 안정되도록 하기 위해서는 common-mode feedback (CMFB)회로가 사용되어져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 CMFB를 구성하는 방법을 기술한다. 또한, 출력 level를 안정되도록 하기 위해 사용되어지는 error amplifier들을 비교해 보고, error amplifier를 제안한다. 제안된 error amplifier 는 phase margin 증가 및 입력이 swing 할 수 있는 폭을 증가시킨다. One of the standard techniques to increase the signal swing and reduce noise is to use fully-differential circuits. However, the common-mode feedback(CMFB) loops that are used to stabilize the DC output level also affect the differential-mode processing. In this paper, a general description is given to fully-differential amplifiers with their CMFB loops, and compare the error amplifiers, then new error amplifiers that stabilize the DC output level is proposed. We designed a simple and efficient bias circuit that allows the stability and maximum input swing. Simulation result shows the enhanced phase margin and increased input swing with a proposed error amplifier.
