      • 분광광도법에 의한 3-Chloro 및 3-Bromopyridine의 해리상수 측정과 그의 온도와 압력에 따른 영향

        Pyridine and most of substituted pyridines react as base in aqueous solutions. Strength of their basicities can be represented quantitatively by the dissociation constant of a base or its conjugated acid. The dissociation constants of weak acid or base are highly dependent on the pressure and the temperature. The dissociation constants of these substituted pyridines have been reported only under the pressure of atmosphere but not high pressure. In this study, we measured the dissociation constants of 3-chloro and 3-bromopyridine under high pressure by the method of spectrophotometry. Also, we obtained the thermodynamic parameters on the dissociation reactions that show the effects of the temperature and the pressure on the dissociation constants.

      • 고분자-금속 착물(III) : Preparation of Polyethyleneimine and Polypropyleneimine-Cu(II) Complexes and their Catalytic Activities on the Aerobic Oxidation of L-Ascorbic Acid Polyethyleneimine 및 Polypropyleneimine-Cu(II) 착물의 합성과 L-Ascorbic Acid의 산소에 의한 산화반응에서의 촉매활성도

        Two polymer-Cu(Ⅱ) complexes with polyethyleneimine(PEI) or polypropyleneimine(PPI) as ligand, Cu(PEI)Cl₂and Cu(PPI)Cl₂, were prepared and their catalytic activities on the aerobic oxidation reaction of L-ascorbic acid(LAA) were investigated and compared with those of corresponding monomeric complexes, Cu(en)₂Cl₂ and Cu(pn)₂Cl₂. It was observed that the catalytic activity of Cu(PEI)Cl₂ was twice as large as that of Cu(en)₂Cl₂, which was a little larger than Cu(pn)₂Cl₂ in the catalytic activity and that the rate of reaction was a zero order reaction in regard to the concentration of the residual LAA in the reaction mixture. Cu(PPI)Cl₂was found to retard the aerobic oxidation of LAA. On the basis of structural analysis by means of visible spectroscopy, the catalytic activity of these Cu(Ⅱ) complexes is assumed to depend on the bond strength between the ligand and the copper ion.

      • 운동과 중탄산나트륨 투여가 세포막 투과성 변화에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 근피로현상을 규명하기 위한 요인으로서 세포막 투과성의 변화를 평가하는것 이었으며,중탄산나트륨 투여가 세포막 투과성의변화에 미치는 영향을 규명하는것이었다. 신체건강한 성인남자 8명이 연구의 피험자로 동원 되었으며 이들은 400m 트랙에서 1500m 최대런닝을 수행하였으며 이후 중탄산나트륨 300mg/kg.wt의 섭취후에 동일한 실험을 반복하여 수행하였다. 중탄산나트륨 투여전 1500m 최대런닝에 따라 Na??(P<0.01) Ca????(P<0.05)은 크게 증가된 수준을 나타내었으나 K??, Glucose, LDH 및 Pi농도는 증가된 수준을 나타내었으나 유의한차(P<0.05)는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 중탄산나트륨 투여후 1500m 최대런닝에 따른 Na??(P<0.0001)과 Pi(P<0.0001) 농도는 크게 증가되었으나 그 밖의 변인에서는 증가된 수준을 유지하였으나 유의한 차 (P<0.05)는 없는것으로 나타났다. 또한 중탄산나트륨 투여 전, 후간 차를 비교하여 보았을때 1500m 런닝직후 Ca????(P< 0.01)에서만 유의한 차를 나타내었으며, 그 밖의 어떠한 변인에서도 유의한차(P<0.05)는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 1500m 최대런닝에 따라 세포막 투과성의 변화는 피로에 기여하는 중요한 요인이 된다는 것을 평가할 수 있었으며, 1500m 최대런닝으로 유발된 세포막 투과성의 변화는 중탄산나트륨 투여에 의해서는 유의한 영향을 미치지 못한다는 결론을 내릴 수 있었다. The purpose of this paper was to estimate the changes of cell membrane permeability as indicator of muscle fatigue, and the effect of sodium bicarbonate ingestion. Eight male was participated as subject of this study. Subjects were performed a 1500m maximal running as control, Also as sodium bicarbonate ingestion(300mg/kg. wt). In the experiment of control, Na?? (p<0.01) and Ca???? (p<0.05) was shown significant differnce follows 1500m running, but was not shown significant difference(p)0.05) in the K??, Glucose, LDH and Pi concentration. In the experiment of NaHCO?? ingestion, Na (p<0.0001) and Pi(p<0.0001) concentration was significantly increased levels, but was not displyed a significant difference(p >0.05) in other factors. Also, only Ca????, Compared before with after of NaHCO?? ingestion, after 1500m maximal running was shown a significant difference(p <0.01), but was not shown a significant difference(p>0.05) in other factors. We concluded that, The changes of cell membrane permeability followed 1500m maximal running estimated as important factors to induce a muscle fatigue. However, the changes of cell membrane permeability was not proved the improved effect as sodium bicarbonate ingestion.

      • 중탄산나트륨(NaHCO₃) 투여가 1500m 런닝기록과 심박수, 혈중 pH, HCO₃??, 젖산농도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 고등학교에 재학중인 학생 8명을 대상으로 중탄나트륨(NAHCO??)투여에 대한 다음과 같은 연구가설을 검증하는 것이었다. 1)중탄산나트륨(300mg/kg.wt)의 섭취는 염기성증(alkalosis)의 유발을 촉진시키는가? 2)중탄산나트륨(300mg/kg.wt)의 섭취는 1500m 런닝기록에 유의한 효과를 나타내는가? 3)중탄산나트륨(300mg/kg.wt)의 섭취는 1500m 런닝수행시 심박수 및 혈중 pH, HCO????, 젖산농도에 유의한 효고를 나타내는가? 중탄산나트륨 투여 전,후간 심박수 및 1500m 런닝기록은 유의한 효과를 나타내지 못하였으나, 혈중 pH는 중탄산나트륨 투여후 1500m 런닝직후에서 유의한 효과(P<0.01)를 나타내었으며 HCO????농도의 경우에 있어서도 투여 60분후(pre-running, P<0.0001)동일한 효과를 나타내는 것이 증명 되었다. 또한 중탄산나트륨 투여후 혈중 젖산농도는 투여전에 비해 투여후에 더욱 크게 증가된 수준(P<0.01)을 나타내었다. 결론적으로, Ergogenic aids로서 중탄산나트륨(300mg/kg.wt)의 투여는 생체내 알카리성 유발을 촉진시키며 혈중 pH, HCO???? 및 젖산농도에 유의한 생리적 효과를 나타내었으나 1500m 런닝기록에 단축효과는 나타내지 못하였다. 이러한 결과가 시사하는바는 운동수행능력의 향상을 위한 NaHCO?? 섭취는 무산소성 운동능력 및 NaHCO??의 투여량과 밀접한 관련성을 나타낸다는 것이다. The purpose of this study was to examine the hypothesis as follows : Firstly, Does the ingestion of sodium bicarbonate(NaHCO??) result. in induce of alkalosis? Secondly, Does the ingestion of sodium bicarbonate result in improving 1500m running records? Lastly, Does the ingestion of sodium bicarbonate result significant effet during 1500rn running in the variables such as heart rate, venous pH, HCO???? and blood lactate concentration? Record of 1500m running and heart rate before and after the sodium bicarbonate ingestion was not shown a significant effect, but it was proved a significant effect, in case after sodium bicarbonate ingestion of venous pH and HC0?? Also, blood lactate concentration was displayed a significantly increased ievels after sodium bicarbonate treatment, compared with sodium bicarbonate treatment before. Conclusively, Treatment of sodium bicarbonate as ergogenic aids results in increasing a alklosis inducing, and a physiological effect of venous pH, HCO???? and blood lactate concentration, but it was not improved a record of 1500m running. We concluded that NaHCO?? ingestion for improvement, of performance was closely related to factors such as total dosage of NaHCO?? and exercise protocol.

      • 炭火水素 混合物의 에멀전型 液膜分離에 있어서 膜의 安定性

        In the separation of hydrocarbon mixtures by emulsion liquid membrane in a batch system, investigated were the effects of surfactant concentration, glycerol concentration and mixing speed on the permeation, separation factor and membrane stability. The permeation increased up to 0.5 wt% of the surfactant concentration and showed no significant variation afterwards. The membrane breakup reached its minimum values at the surfactant concentration of 0.1 wt% for all hydrocarbons and the separation factor reached its maximum values at the surfactant concentraion of 0.5wt% for all hydrocarbon mixtures. The emulsification speed in the range from 1200 to 1800 rpm has no significant effect on the permeation and membrane breakup. The permeation decreased with the glycerol concentration increase and the membrane breakup increased almost linearly with the contact speed.

      • 몇가지 치환 피리딘계 화합물의 해리에 미치는 온도와 압력의 영향

        피리딘이나 치환 피리딘 화합물은 염기로서 작용한다. 염기도는 적량적 표시로 염기의 해리 상수나 공액산의 해리 상수로서 나타낼 수 있다. 즉 ◁그림삽입▷(원문을 참조하세요) 반응의 Ka값으로 나타낼 수 있다. 이들 피리딘 치환체의 해리 상수는 상압에서만 알려져 있으나 고압하에서는 전혀 측정된바 없다. 그래서 본 연구에서는 높은 압력하에서 이들 해리 상수를 분광법과 전도도법으로 측정하는 시도를 하였다. 분광법은 흡수 띠가 UV 영역에 있어서 UV 분광법으로 측정했다. 전도도법은 보통 방법으로는 불가능하였고 상압에서의 해리 상수를 알고 있는 물질에 대해서 용액의 전도도를 측정하고, 이 값에서 관여 이온 전도도를 계산하여 해리 상수를 계산하였다. 측정은 m-chloro, m-bromo 및 o-bromopyridine에 대해서 이루어졌으며 양방법에 의한 값들 사이에 약간의 차이가 있었으나 이온 전도도법에 사용한 가정이나 외삽한 값을 이용한 점을 감안할때 비교적 성공적이라고 할 수 있었다. 또 해리반응에 대한 열역학적 데이터를 감안할때 온도나 압력에 따른 변화가 비슷하게 얻어졌고 이들 값을 미루어 보아 해리과정을 추적하는데 도움이 되었다. In this study, we try to measure the dissociation constants of some substituted pyridines under high pressure by the methods of conductance, spectrophotometry. Because the adsorption band exists in UV range, we used UV spectrophotometry. In conductometry we could not apply the general method of conductivity, hence measured the conductivity of the mixed ionic species and then calculated the ionic conductances. From the ionic conductivity of hydrogen ion the dissociation constants (Ka) can be calculated. We measured the dissociation constants of m-chloro, m-bromo and o-bromopyridine. There is a little difference between the dissociation constants from spectrophotometric and conductometric methods. But when we consider the approximated conditions and extrapolated values used in calculating ionic conductance, we could conclude that its difference is insignificant. We obtained the thermodynamic data on the dissociation reactions that showing the effect of the temperature and the pressure on the dissociation constants are similar and we can deduce the mechanism of the dissociation process of some substituted pyridines.

      • 발 形態 分析과 體格間의 關係에 관한 比較 硏究

        In order to make a survey of foot forms by sexes and ages 693 students-­389 boy students of Jinju Senior High School and 304 girl students of Jinju Girls Senior High School-­were examined,and I obtained the following results of the percentages of the students who had normal foot and flat foot forms by a comparative analysis: 1. The comparative analysis by foot forms and sexes showed that the number of the male students who had normal foot form; 305(78.41%) flat foot form;84(21.59%), and normal foot form; 231(75.99%) and flat foot form;73 (24.01%) in case of the female sex. 2. In case of the male sex the physical examinations by foot forms showed that those who had flat feet were dominant the age of 14, and normal feet at 15∼17 except for their sitting height. 3. As for the female sex the physical examination by normal foot and flat foot forms showed that those who had flat foot were dominant at some ages, but normal foot were dominant in all the rest items,

In this papers, the dissociation constants of some substituted pyridines were measured under high pressure by the conductometry. From the ionic conductivity of hydrogen ion, the dissociation constants (K_a) were calculated. The K_a values were increased with increasing temperature and were decreased with increasing presure. The charateristics of dissociation process of some substituted pyridines were deduced from the thermodynamic properties calculated from the dissociation constants.

        The purpose of this study was to investigate nurses' preference and satisfaction about nursing uniforms. 284 nurses responded to a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using frequency rate and chi-square test. The results indicated that nurses prefer two-piece or pants type to one-piece type uniform. They are satisfies with the color of present uniforms and shoes, which is white. They are not satisfied with material. They want new material which doesn't cause static electricity and which has good absorptiveness and ventilation. They prefer not to be restrained by rules about whether they wear caps or not.
