In this study, the setting times of concrete was evaluated using the electro-mechanical (EMI) behavior of piezoelectric sensor embedded in the concrete. Penetration resistance test was also performed to compare with EMI sensing technique. As a result, the setting times of concrete can be measured more effectively than penetration resistance test through the EMI sensing technique using the piezoelectric sensor.

Let R be a ring with identity 1R and let U(R) denote the group of all units of R. A ring R is called locally finite if every finite subset in it generates a finite semigroup multiplicatively. In this paper, some results are obtained as follows: (1) for any semilocal (hence semiperfect) ring R, U(R) is a finite (resp. locally finite) group if and only if R is a finite (resp. locally finite) ring; U(R) is a locally finite group if and only if U(Mn(R)) is a locally finite group where Mn(R) is the full matrix ring of n × n matrices over R for any positive integer n; in addition, if 2 = 1R + 1R is a unit in R, then U(R) is an abelian group if and only if R is a commutative ring; (2) for any semiperfect ring R, if E(R), the set of all idempotents in R, is commuting, then [수식] where each Di is a division ring for some positive integer m and |E(R)| = 2m; in addition, if 2 = 1R + 1R is a unit in R, then every idempotent is central. This study was conducted to investigate the diagnostic and evaluation criteria for autism spectrum disorders. According to the American Psychiatric Association (APA) Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-5 (DSM-V, 2013), autism spectrum disorders are deficient and restrictive in social communication and interaction. Suppose you can see repetitive behavior patterns. The criteria for diagnosing these autism spectrum disorders are delayed or abnormal in function according to the diagnostic criteria for jape spectrum disorders presented in DSM-5 of the diagnosis and statistics of mental disorders issued by APA. Autism spectrum disorders are diagnosed when symptoms appear early in development and cause clinically significant damage to social, occupational or other important functional areas. There are diagnostic criteria for ICD-10 established by WHO in 1992, the Overall Functional Assessment Scale (GAS), and the Pediatric Autism Rating Scale (CARS), a test tool produced by Schopler et al. (1986). In addition, using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method, the measurement of stress, which is a factor causing mild cognitive impairment, is analyzed through changes in hormones such as Cortisol and Oxytocin. As a method for solving these autism spectrum disorders, a method of selecting visitors who meet the above diagnostic criteria for autism spectrum disorders and applying an Animal-assisted intervention program to alleviate the symptoms. Exploring a Ring Z[n] with Mathematica

This paper introduces and explores the finite ring Z[n] under the addition and multiplication modulo n in the context of the Mathematica language. It is shown that every element of Z[n] is expressed by a sum of idempotent and unit. Every 2 by 2 matrix over Z[n] is also expressed by a sum of idempotent and unit.
RINGS WITH A FINITE NUMBER OF ORBITS UNDER THE REGULAR ACTION

Let R be a ring with identity, X(R) the set of all nonzero, non-units of R and G(R) the group of all units of R. We show that for a matrix ring $M_n(D)$, $n{\geq}2$, if a, b are singular matrices of the same rank, then ${\mid}o_{\ell}(a){\mid}={\mid}o_{\ell}(b){\mid}$, where $o_{\ell}(a)$ and $o_{\ell}(b)$ are the orbits of a and b, respectively, under the left regular action. We also show that for a semisimple Artinian ring R such that $X(R){\neq}{\emptyset}$, $$R{{\sim_=}}{\oplus}^m_{i=1}M_n_i(D_i)$$, with $D_i$ infinite division rings of the same cardinalities or R is isomorphic to the ring of $2{\times}2$ matrices over a finite field if and only if ${\mid}o_{\ell}(x){\mid}={\mid}o_{\ell}(y){\mid}$ for all $x,y{\in}X(R)$.
THE GROUP OF UNITS IN A LEFT ARTINIAN RING

Let R be a left Artinian ring with identity 1 and let G be the group of units of R. It is shown that if G is finite, then R is finite. It is also shown that if 2.1 is a unit in R, then G is abelian if and only if R is commutative.
