      • A WEB-BASED DOMAIN ONTOLOGY CONSTRUCTION MODELING AND APPLICATION IN THE WETLAND DOMAIN

        Methodology of ontology building based on Web resources will not only reduce significantly the ontology construction period, but also enhance the quality of the ontology. Remarkable progress has been achieved in this regard, but they encounter similar difficulties, such as the Web data extraction and knowledge acquisition. This paper researches on the characteristics of ontology construction data, including dynamics, largeness, variation and openness and other features, and the fundamental issue of ontology construction - formalized representation method. Then, the key technologies used in and the difficulties with ontology construction are summarized. A software Model - Onto Maker (Ontology Maker) is designed. The model is innovative in two regards: (1) the improvement of generality: the meta learning machine will dynamically pick appropriate ontology learning methodologies for data of different domains, thus optimizing the results; (2) the merged processing of (semi-) structural and non-structural data. In addition, as known to all wetland researchers, information sharing is vital to wetland exploitation and protection, while wetland ontology construction is the basic task for information sharing. Onto Maker constructs the wetland ontologisms and the model in this work can also be referred to other environmental domains.

        A new description of the fractal dimension of particle aggregates in liquid medium

        The possible existence forms of particle aggregates in liquid medium are classified into four different types according to their morphological characteristics, including the single particles that are separated from each other, the linear aggregates in which all component particles are located in a line, the planar aggregates where all particles are arranged on a plane, and the volumetric aggregates where all particles forms a three-dimensional space. These particle aggregates with different space morphologies have different fractal dimensions and different influence on the rheological phenomena of the solid-liquid system. The effects of various aggregates on the suspension viscosity are analyzed and related with the particle concentration, and then a mathematical model is presented to determine the fractal dimensions of various aggregates by measuring the apparent viscosity of the solid-liquid system. In the model, the viscous fractal dimension is developed as a new concept, the fractal dimensions of different aggregates can be obtained separately and then the relative components of various aggregates experimentally analyzed.

      • A study on the Influencing Factors to China-Pakistan Trade under BRI Initiative

        The Belt and Road Initiative is a grand plan proposed by China to promote the common development and prosperity of China and its partner countries. With the construction of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, the flagship of the Belt and Road Initiative, China-Pakistan relations are getting closer, known as the “iron brother”. Economic cooperation is a key priority for both sides. Under the context of the Belt and Road Initiative, this study uses trade data of China and Pakistan to find out the bilateral trade problems and the influencing factors behind them. This study will discuss the above questions and propose some suggestions for policymakers. Specifically, the discussion of the problems was conducted in terms of GDP, population, comparative advantages, international environment, domestic environment, and other factors respectively. In the conclusion part, the author suggests that the two countries should try to improve their domestic/international environment and reduce policy barriers to promote the trade. Modern industrial parks are encouraged to solve the problems. This study on the influencing factors and economic trade relations between China and Pakistan hopes to provide some academic references to the study of the CPEC and provide some guidance to the policy makers.

        Copolymer-Nanoparticles Mixture in a Cylindrical Pore

        Computer simulation is carried out for investigating the effect of nanoparticles on diblock copolymer morphology under cylindrical confinement. The phase diagrams of polymer nanocomposites with nanoparticle-block wetting strength and concentration of nanoparticles are obtained in different nanopores. In small diameter nanopore, there is almost no influence of nanoparticles on the diblock copolymer morphology because of the stronger confinement effect; in middle diameter nanopore, the system can self-assemble into various novel structures due to the interaction between confinement effect and nanoparticles effect; in large diameter nanopore, due to the stronger effect of nanoparticles, a disorder-order-disorder phase transition occurs with the wetting strength and concentration of nanoparticles increasing. This result can be useful in designing new nanocomposites with advanced electrical conductivity and/or mechanical strength.

        Transient Receptor Potential Canonical 4 and 5 Channel Antagonist ML204 Depolarized Pacemaker Potentials of Interstitial Cells of Cajal

        Background/Aims To investigate an effect of ML204 (an inhibitor of transient receptor potential canonical 4 and 5 [TRPC4/5] channels) on interstitial cells of Cajal (ICCs) and therefore determine whether TRPC4/5 channels act on ICC-generated pacemaker activity. Methods We enforced whole cell patch clamp analysis, measurements of the intracellular Ca2+ concentration, and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction to determine the effect of ML204 (10 μM) or englerin A (a selective activator of TRPC4/5 channeles, 10 μM) and the existence of TRPC4/5 in mouse small intestinal ICC. Results Treatment of ICCs with ML204 or englerin A caused the membrane potentials to depolarize. This depolarization effect of membrane potentials by ML204 in ICCs was observed to be concentration-dependent. After treating Ca<sup>2+</sup>- and Na<sup>+</sup>-free solutions or flufenamic acid (a non-selective cation channel blocker), the pacemaker potentials in the ICCs were abolished. A specific anoctamin 1 channel blocker did not have any effect on the pacemaker activity in ML204-untreated control cells; however, they blocked ML204-induced pacemaker activity in ICCs. Specific primers designed against TRPC4 and TRPC5 detected the presence of TRPC4/5 in small intestinal ICCs, and the application of ML204 increased raise the frequency of Ca<sup>2+</sup> oscillations in ICCs, as assessed using Fluo-4 AM. Conclusion The results implied that ML204 could not inhibit the pacemaker activity but depolarized the membrane potential of ICCs by regulating intracellular Ca<sup>2+</sup> oscillations and anoctamin 1 channels.         Chinese language is taken as one of the most difficult language to learn. And Chinese character teaching is the key problem. At present an integration of the spoken and written in teaching is adopted. However, results are not working as expected. In the light of the relationship between spoken and written Chinese, Chinese character and Chinese language, a separation of the spoken and written in teaching especially in the initial stage is necessary. The goal of spoken Chinese teaching is to foster the foreign students` ability to Chinese communication through Chinese Pinyin; meanwhile written Chinese focuses on Chinese characters, Chinese characters making words, words making sentences and sentences making a paragraph. Spoken and written Chinese depends on one another, promotes one another at last.

        본고는 대외한자교육의 상황과 그 속에 존재하는 문제에 대해 분석하였다. 대외한자교육은 이제 바닥을 벗어나 교육의 효율성을 증가시켜야 하며, 이 때 한자구형학의 이론과 방법은 외래 학습자의 상황별 채택과 다양화, 즉 현대 과학정보기술을 이용하여 다양한 방법으로 중국으로 온 학생들에게 한자의 형태와 구조의 의도, 구건 조합의 방식과 고금자의의 동이(同異) 등을 체감하게 하고 이를 통해대외한자교육의 좋은 모범으로서 새로운 교육모델과 교육 방법을 제시해 줄 것으로 생각한다. 동시에 한자와 중국어 어휘의 의미, 한자와 중국 문화의 밀접한 관계를 이해하도록 해야 한다. This paper analyze the current status and existing problems of teaching Chinese as a foreign language(TCFL). New teaching methods based on the theory and methodology of Chinese morphemic will drive TCFL out of its downturn. It is more efficient to teach foreign students based on their own situation and the features of Chinese characters. With modern technologies, we can introduce foreign students the shape, purpose of construction and combination of Chinese characters, even the relations of Chinese characters and Chinese culture.
