장기간 트레이닝이 비만자들의 체지방 및 혈중지질에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of long term training in the change of Serum-Lipid. For the anslysis of blood sample in this study, photometer 5010 was used in the comparison between treatment group tone control group. The results of this study are as follows. 1. Ratio of body composition was shown higher in the treatment group(27.85%) than in the control group(24.56%) 2. There was a significant difference in T-C between the treatment group(143mg/de) and the control group(152mg/de). 3. There was a significant difference in TG between the treatment group (130mg/de) and the control group(205mg/de) 4. There was a significant difference in HDL-C between the treatment group (41mg/de) and the control group(52mg/de) 5, There was a significant difference in LDL-C between the treatment group (79mg/de) and the control group(135mg/de) In the above results, long-term training was shown as an effective treatment to maintain the standad level or enhance in the ratio of T-C, HDL-C, and LDL-C. Also, the preventive effect toward high lipide and CAD was shown in the results.

직경이 0.102m이고 높이가 1.0m인 기체-액체 순환 및 삼상 순환유동층 생물반응기의 상승관에서 열전달 특성을 고찰하였다. 기체 및 액체의 유속 그리고 생물막 담체의 체류량이 상승관 내부의 수직 열원과 반응기 사이의 열전달 계수에 미치는 영향을 결정하였다. 기체-액체 순환 반응기에서 열전달 계수는 기체의 유속이 증가함에 따라 증가하였으나 액체 유속의 증가에 따라서는 약간 증가하였다. 삼상 순환유동층 생물반응기에서 열전달 계수는 기체의 유속과 유동 생물막 매체의 체류량이 증가함에 따라 증가하였으나 액체의 유속이 증가함에 따라서는 약간 증가하였다. 본 연구의 실험 범위에서 이들 열전달 계수는 실험 조작 변수의 상관식으로 잘 나타낼 수 있었다. Heat transfer characteristics have been investigated in the riser of gas-liquid circulation and three-phase circulating fluidized-bed bioreactors whose diameter and height are 0.102m and 1.0m, respectively. Effects of gas and liquid velocities and holdup of fluidized biofilm media on the heat transfer coefficient between the immersed vertical heater and the bed have been determined. The heat transfer coefficient in the gas-liquid circulation reactor increases with increasing gas velocity, but increases only slightly with increasing liquid velocity. The h(heat transfer coefficient) value in the three-phase circulating fluidized-bed bioreactor also increases with increasing gas velocity or holdup of fluidized biofilm media, but it increases only slightly with liquid velocity. The value of heat transfer coefficient has been well correlated in terms of operating variables.
Tantalum Pentoxide 박막의 전기적 특성에 관한 연구

Thin tantalum pentoxide(Ta_2O_5) films were deposited by oxygenassisted pyrolysis of tantalum methoxide using LPCVD method and their UV-absorption characteristics, X-ray diffraction, surface structure and I - V characteristics were investigated. Ta_2O_5 films as grown were originally amorphous and became polycrystalline hexagonal δ-Ta_2O_5 after annealing at 800℃ in the nitrogen gas atmosphere for 4 hours. The structures of the si_3N_4 films deposited by LPCVD were basically amorphous but mixed micro crystallites were observed in the films. For the Ta_2O_5 films of about 1000Å thick, the leakage current density through the films was 10 exp (-7) A/㎠ at 5 MV/㎝. The leakage current density was high and breakdown voltage was low with respect to Si_3N_4, Ta_2O_5 films could make them attractive in multiplayer dielectric thin films for memory devices.

An anterior segmental osteotomy may be complicated by malpositioning,bleeding, perfusion deficiencies, periodontal defects(dehiscence), devitalized teeth, oronasal fistula, and nonunion(delayed union).If preiodontal defects occur after surgery, though hygiene and good nutrition are all that can be recommended until primary healing has occurred. However, a soft tussue graft might be needed at the defect site when the preiodontal defects do not heal properly. We reported a patient who showed an excellent prognosis after undergoing a palatal mucosa graft accompanied by laterally positioned flap as a result of a dehiscence that occurred after anterior segmental osteotomy.

Photoluminescence (PL) spectra of Eu(III) and Tb(III) complexes with mixed oxydiacetate (ODA) and 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) ligands and with homoleptic ODA reveal characteristic line-splitting at 10 K, depending on the site-symmetry of the lanthanide ion in the complex. The energy-level schemes of the 7FJ states and the emitting levels for Eu(III) and Tb(III) ions have been proposed by simulating the line splitting in the framework of crystal-field Hamiltonian. The sets of refined crystal-field parameters for the experimentally determined site-symmetry satisfactorily reproduce the experimental energy-level schemes. In addition, the PL quantum yield and the decay time were determined at room temperature. The PL quantum yields of [Eu(ODA)•(phen)•4H2O]+ and [Tb(ODA)•(phen)•4H2O]+ in the crystalline state (Q = 17.7 and Q = 56.6%, respectively) are much greater than those of [Eu(ODA)3]3 and [Tb(ODA)3]3 (Q = 1.1 and Q = 1.3, respectively), due to the energy transfer from phen to the lanthanide ion. In the aqueous state, the relaxation of the phen moiety due to the solvent results in the reduction of the quantum yield and the shortening of the lifetime.

Spectroscopic and quantum mechanical studies of the Et3PAuCl complex were performed to characterize the effect of aurophilicity on the optical properties. When excited with UV light at low temperature, the crystalline complex produced a deep luminescence in both the blue (high-energy) and red (low-energy) regions of the spectrum. The intensity of the low-energy luminescence was markedly reduced in the powdered state and quenched in the solution state. Time-dependent density functional theory (TD-DFT) calculations on electronic structures of both the ground and excited states of aggregates [Et3PAuCl]n (n = 1 - 3) indicated that the low-energy luminescence was attributable to Au-centered transitions, which are significantly affected by aurophilic interactions. By contrast, the high-energy luminescence appeared to be independent of the state of the complex and was strongly associated with the charge transfer from Cl to Au.

The complexes Pd(nbmtp)Cl2 and Pt(nbmtp)Cl2 (nbmptp = 1-nonyl-3,4-bis(methylthio)pyrrole) were prepared and their x-ray structures were determined at room temperature. The four-coordinated metal unit and the pyrrole ring formed a nearly planar geometry. The free ligand dissolved in CH2Cl2 produced two luminescence bands associated with the lone-pair electron of S (l max = 525 nm) and the pyrrole p electron (l max = 388 nm). When the two complexes were dissolved in CH2Cl2, these two luminescence bands were also observed, although the low-energy band was blueshifted. For the crystalline Pt(II) complex, only the strong charge transfer band (l max = 618 nm) from the d* orbital of Pt resulted from excitation of the lone-pair electron of S.
