The field of terrestrial photogrammetry is used for the displacement of the structures, investigating cultural assets and traffic accidents which is difficult by aerial photogrammetry. Analyzing with non-metric 35mm camera is also successfully employed to study the accuracy and economic problem. This paper measured the angle of vertical and horizontal with transit, and the object had taken by a combination of non-metric camera and transit. As a result of this study, using the analysis of grid by non-metric 35mm camera can be highly recommended for the consistent application of terrestrial photogrammetry.

자기베어링 모니터링용 광파이버센서 개발에 관한 연구

In a high speed spindle system, it is very important to monitor the state of rotating rotor. Particularly in active control spindle system, the position sensor must provide feedback to the control system on the exact position of the rotor. In order to monitor the state of a high speed spindle exactly, high accuracy and wide frequency bandwidth of sensors are important. The focus in this paper is to make a fiber optic sensor for monitoring rotor of magnetic bearing to design the circuit for detecting optical signal, and to evaluation static and dynamic characteristics of fiber optic sensor.

장거리 선수의 운동시 좌심실 형태에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was carried out to investigate changes of the left ventricular dimensions in long distance runners during exercise. The subjects were eight male long distance runners(average age; 21 ±1.04 years, carreer; 7.4 ±2.11 years, height; 170.1 ±4.41cm, body weight; 59.2 ±3.27kg) and ten male non-athletes(average age; 23.2 ±1.16 years, height; 168.3 ±3.65cm, body weight; 61.4 ±3.41kg). Left ventricular dimensions were measured by 2-dimension echocardiography at rest and during 8 min of semisupine, graded bicycle ergometer exercise(0.5kp and 1.0kp) Left ventricular dimension was significantly hyperthrophy in long distance runners than non-athlets. As for dimensions, left ventricular end-diastolic dimension(LVDD), left ventricular end-systolic posterior wall thickness(PWTS), interventricular septum thickness at end-systolic(STS) and amplitude of motion of posterior left ventricular endocardial echo(ENa) increased during exercise in long distance runners and non athletes. Left ventricular end-systolic dimension(LVSD), left ventricular end-diastolic posterior wall thickness(PWTD), interventricular septum thickness at end-diastolic(STD) and ratio of wall thickness to internd radius(h/R) decreased during exercise in long distance runners and non-athletes.

少腹逐瘀湯의 效能에 關한 實驗的 硏究

This experiment was performed on analgesic, anti-pyretic, sedative, anti-swelling, anti-thrombotic, anti-tumor effect and response of isolated uterus by administrating high and low concentration of Sopokchukeotang's hot-water-extract to experimental animals. This administration purpose to investigate the efficacy of the Sopokchukeotang which is known as having effects on treating female genital diseases on basis of oriental medicine literature and its clinical use. The results obtained were as follows: 1. The writhing syndrome induced by acetic acid was decreased by administration of the Sopokchukeotang's hot-water-extract. However, there was no statistical significance between sample and control group. 2. The administration of the Sopokchukeotang's hot-water-extract elevated the pain threshold significantly by on hindpaw edema induced by 1% carrageenin in rat. 3. Abnormally elevated body temperature induced by thyphoid vaccine was decreased by the administration of the Sopokchukeotang's hot-water-extract. But, there was no statistical significance. 4. Sleeping time induced by Pentobarbital-sodium was prolonged by the administration of the Sopokchukeotang's hot-water-extract. However significant effect was recognized only in the treated by low concentration group(p<0.05). 5. The significant decrease of swelling induced by carrageenin was noted in the group treated by high concentration(p<0.05, p<0.01). 6. The group treated by low concentration showed significant anti-swelling effect on the swellings induced by yeast, but not in the group treated by high concentration didn't show it(p<0.05). 7. The serum FDP was decreased significantly by administrating the Sopokchukeotang's hot-water-extract to the experimental thrombosis(p<0.05, p<0.01). 8. The serum fibrinogen was increased significant by the administration of the Sopokchukeotang's hot-water-extract on the experimental thrombosis(p<0.01, p<0.001). 9. The prothrombin time was not influenced by the adminstration of the Sopokchukeotang's hot-water-extract on the experimental thrombosis. 10. The administration of the Sopokchukeotang's hot-water-extract did riot make a prolongation the survival in Saroma 180 ascitic tumor implanted Rats. 11. The administration of the Sopokchukeotang's hot-water-extract had no effect on the normal movement of the isolated uterus. However, it showed the relaxation effect on the oxytocin induced muscle contraction of the isolated uterus. According to the above results, it might be recognized that the Sopokchukeotang's hot-water-extract has the effect of analgesia, anti-pyrexia, sedation, anti-swelling, anti-thrombosis and relaxation effect on the oxytocin induced contraction of uterus muscle. However, anti-tumor effect of Sopokchukeotang's hot-water-extract was not appeared in the experiments. According to the above results. Sopokchukeotang's not-water-extract can be applied on the various inflammatory diseases in female genital organs.

한약이 임신중 태아에 미치는 영향(III) : 한약 및 한약 처방이 돌연변이원성과 염색체이상에 미치는 효과

Oriental herbal medicines were examined for mutagenicity in the reverse mutation test on Salmonella typimurium TA98/00 and chromosomal aberration test on cultured mammalina cells (Chinese hamster cell lines). The reverse mutation test was performed by a plate incorporation method with or without a metabolic activation system (S9 mix). Antaeeum, Aurantii Fructus and Kyoaekungkuetang significantly increased revertivle colonies on Salmonella typimurium TA 98 under the condition without S9 mix. Bojungikkitang significantly increased revertible colonies on Salmonella typimurium TA 100 under the condition with S9 mix than under the condition without S9 mix. The other tested herbal medicines did not significantly increased revertible colonies on any of the test strains under the condition with or without S9 mix. In the chromosomal aberration test. most tested herbal medicines did not significantly increased the number of aberrant cells under the conditions with S9 mix at concentrations of 1mg/ml, compared with the vehicle control. However, Gelatinum, Artemisiae Asiaticae Herba and Antaegumchultang, Kungsosan slightly increased revertivle colonies on any of the test strains under the conditions with S9 mix than under condition without S9 mix. These results indicate that most herbal medicines might be carefully used in obstetrics and gynecology, although they do not have the potent mutagenic potential under the present test conditions.

한방처방구성원리의 과학적 해석연구(Ⅱ) : 상한론 처방의 통계적 분석연구 Statistical Analysis of Sang-Han Prescriptions

This study was made to objectify the principle of oriental medical prescriptions so that we could obtain the principle and the formulation of them. For that purpose, we analysed the formula and rule of 113 prescriptions recorded in 「ShanghanLun」, which have a few of components, and re widely used in clinical from ancient times to these days. At first we classified those prescriptions by their effect. Then we re-classified the herbs of the effect groups into four natures(cold, hot, warm and cool) and five kinds of flavors(wour, bitter, sweet, acrid and salty). And we classified the herbs into three grades -superior, medium, and inferior which were used in Shen Nong's Herbal Classic. By these means, we statistically evaluated the prescriptions recorded in 「ShanghanLun」based on the Four Regular Components(Monarch, Minister, Assistance and Laborer) According to the frequecy of the herbs used on the 108 prescriptions recorded in 「ShanghanLun」there are many concidences with the herbs used in these days. According to the effects, formulation of prescriptions and the effects have very colse relationship, and it might be related with the diseases on those days. The formulation of the prescriptions was carefully made by the for natures and five kinds of flavors. On the study of the three grades of Shen Nong's Herbal classic the superior and medium herbs mostly used, and the inferior herbs were very seldom used.

다낭성 난소증후군의 전침 치료 연구에 관한 체계적 문헌 고찰

Objectives: The purpose of this review was to overview and evaluate the efficacy of electroacupunture for women with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). Methods: Relevant randomized controlled studies (RCTs) were identified by database searches in PubMED, EMBASE, OASIS, and Google scholar, up to May 2018. Data were extracted regarding hyperandrogenism, obesity and hyperinsulinemia indices. The risk of bias was assessed. Results: Five RCTs were included for analysis. In one RCT, electroacupuncture group had significantly lower free testosterone and testosterone, compared to no treatment group. However, The other RCTs showed no significant difference between two groups. For LH/FSH, Ferriman Gallway score, anti-mullerian hormone, body mass index, weight and waist, and insulin, electroacupuncture group showed no significant difference, compared to physical exercise, no treatment, and sham acupuncture group. Conclusions: Only a limited number of RCTs have been reported. At present, there is insufficient evidence to support the use of electroacupuncture for treatment of PCOS.
