The purpose of this study was to grope a device of psychotheraphy through the exercise program application. In order to achieve this purpose, we considered exercise's effects which was Dan-Jeon breathing method, Yoga, Tae kwon Do, Dance Movement therapy. The major applying objects should be women, the old, a physically handicapped person. We will expect following result. 1.The University will take an opportunity to establish a function of the region's physical education center. 2.This program will be an opportunity to the embodiment of the productive wellbeing society. 3.Leisure sport teachers will be effectively used to serve region society and alienated person. 4.The person who want to participate exercise program will decrease economic expense because the program would be offer free service. 5.The person will maintain healthy life style through exercise program. 6.This process will be an opportunity to establish the criterion of exercise program's development and effect measurement. 7.This process will present the sport psychology of future research's direction.

CAS2006 도입이 이익조정에 미치는 영향 : 국 상장기업들을 대상으로

본 연구는 중국 상장기업들이 산출한 회계정보의 질에 대한 검증을 통하여 중국에서의 국제회계기준 도입이이익조정에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 그 초점을 둔다. 또한 2007년 중국국제회계기준(이하 CAS2006라고 함) 의 변경이 중국 상장기업들의 이익조정에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 중국회계환경 변화에 대한 이해도를 높이는데 그 연구 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 다음과 같다. T검증과 다중회귀분석을 통하여 CAS2006 도입 후에 재량적 발생액의 절대값은 증가하는 것으로 나타났으며 실물활동을 이용한 이익조정에서는 비정상 판매관리비용을 제외한 나머지 부분에서는 보고이익을 증가하는 이익조정이 감소하였으며 실물활동을 이용한 이익조정의 종합치는 도입 전에 비하여 보고이익을 증가하는 이익조정이 유의하게 감소한 것으로 나타났다.

중국에서의 CAS2006 도입이 이익조정에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 분석

본 연구는 중국 상장기업들이 산출한 회계정보의 질에 대한 검증을 통하여 중국에서의 국제회계기준 도입이 이익조정에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 그 초점을 둔다. 또한 2007년 중국국제회계기준(이하 CAS2006라고 함)의 도입 전후 재량적 발생액의 변화에 대한 검증을 통해 중국에서의 국제회계기준의 도입에 따른 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 회계정보의 투명성과 신뢰성의 향상을 위한 노력은 회계기준의 변경을 시작으로 체계적으로 이루어져 왔다. 하지만 중국과 같은 경우 일관되는 연구결과를 보여주지 못하였으며 국내에서는 중국 상장기업들을 대상으로 이루어진 연구들은 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 중국 상장기업들의 국제회계기준 도입의 효과에 대하여 분석해볼 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 다음과 같다. T검증과 다중회귀분석을 통하여 CAS2006 도입 후에 재량적 발생액의 초기값은 감소하는 것으로 나타났으나 재량적 발생액 절대값은 증가하는 것으로 나타났으며 실물활동을 이용한 이익조정에서는 비정상 판매관리비용을 제외한 나머지 부분(비정상 현금흐름, 비정상 생산원가 에서는 보고이익을 증가하는 이익조정이 감소하였으며 실물활동을 이용한 이익조정의 종합치는 도입 전에 비하여 보고이익을 증가하는 이익조정이 유의하게 감소하였음을 나타났다. 따라서 전반적으로 볼 때 이와 같은 결과는 CAS2006 도입은 중국 상장기업들이 실물활동을 이용한 이익조정에 있어서 보고이익을 증가시키는 이익조정은 어느 정도 개선이 되었지만 발생액을 이용한 이익조정에서는 경영자의 재량권을 확대시킨 것으로 판단된다

쇄골 간부 골절 불유합의 수술적 치료 : 재건 금속판 고정 및 골 이식술 Reconstruction Plate Fixation and Bone Grafting

목 적: 쇄골 간부 골절 불유합에 대하여 관혈적 정복, 재건 금속판 고정 및 골 이식을 시행하고 술후 조기 관절 운동을 허용한 저자들의 경험을 보고하는 것이다. 대상 및 방법: 1997년 1월부터 2001년 12월까지 수술적 치료를 시행한 쇄골 간부 골절 불유합 16예를 대상으로 하였다. 위축성 불유합이 10예, 비후성 불유합이 6예였으며, 수상 후 불유합에 대한 수술까지의 기간은 평균 6.5개월이었다. 수술적 치료로 불유합 부위를 노출시켜 섬유조직을 제거하고 골수강을 천공하였으며, 골편을 정복하고 재건 금속판으로 고정하였으며, 자가 골 이식을 하였다. 수술 후 관절 운동은 1주일 이내에 시작하였다. 결 과: 평균 추시 기간은 22.0개월이었으며, 전 예에서 평균 10.0주에 골유합을 얻었다. 최종 추시 시의 견관절 운동범위는 전 예에서 정상으로 회복되었으며, 나이가 50게 이상인 6예 중 3예에서 동측 견관절에 간헐적인 동통을 호소하였다. 술후 감염, 재검 금속판의 파손, 고정상실, 불유합, 재골절 등의 합병증은 발생치 않았다. 결 론: 쇄골 간부 골절 불유합에 대한 관혈적 정복, 재건 금속판 고정 및 골 이식은 안정성 고정으로 조기 재활이 가능하고 견고한 골유합을 얻을 수 있어 안전하고 확실한 치료방법으로 사료된다. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to present out experience with open reduction, 3.5-㎜ reconstruction plate fixation, bone-grafting, and postoperative early mobilization for nonunions of midshaft clavicular fratures. Materials and Methods: Sixteen patients were treated operatively for nonunions of the midshaft of the clavicle from 1997 to 2001. Ten nonunions were atrophic and six were hypertrophic. Nonunion had been present for an average of 6.5 months. The operative technique included removing the fibrous tissue from the nonunion site and opening the medullary canal, reduction of the fracture and fixation with a 3.5-㎜ reconstruction plate, and bone-grafting. Postoperative mobilization started within one week. Results: The average duration of follow-up was 22.0 months. All fracture were united in an average of 10.0 weeks. All patients had full range of motion of the ipsilateral shoulder, but 3 our of 6 patients who were more than 50 years old complained occasional pain in the ipsilateral shoulder at the final follow-up examination. There were no major complications of postoperative infection, metal failure of the plate, loss of fixation, nonunion, and refracture after removal of the implant. Conclusion: The technique of open reduction, reconstruction plate fixation, and bone-grafting is a safe and reliable method to allow early rehabilitation by stable fixation and to predict a high rate of union for nonunions of midshaft clavicular fractures.

도시경관개선에 있어 주거환경개선사업과 주택개량재개발사업의 비교연구

Urban scene is a general experience of comprehensive and makes a psychological image. It has an effect on general of city and it is connected with city dwellers. Since the urban scene is composed of artificial and physical environment, this mixed environment must be considered as central point in urban scene. This paper compare renewal for housing rehabilitation with redevelopment for residential area about urban scene. The findings of study are as follows: First, element determining a visual preference for scene of hill-apartment are small-scale, bright color and balanced environment. Second, it is prefer redevelopment for residential area to renewal for housing rehabilitation about urban scene.

Fe-LiNbO₃결정의 부피형 홀로그래픽 회절격자를 이용한 광필터

본 논문에서는 Fe가 0.02Wt% 도핑되었고 크기가 10㎜×10㎜×10㎜인 Fe-LiNbO?결정을 이용해 높은 회절효율을 갖고 영구적으로 이용될 수 있는 광굴절필터를 설계하고 구현한다. 높은 회절특성을 갖는 광굴절필터를 구현하기 위해 2광파결합 특성실험을 통한 기록빔의 입사각에 따른 결합계수, 기록빔의 세기비에 따른 이득 및 기록빔의 세기비에 따른 회절효율 그리고, 기록시간에 따른 회절효율등과 같은 결정의 광굴절특성을 실험하여 가장 우수한 회절특성을 갖는 입사각, 세기비, 기록시간을 결정하였다. 또한, 지속적인 빔 조사에 의한 격자소거를 막고 영구적으로 이용할 수 있는 광필터를 구현하기 위해 온도제어에 의한 격자고정을 실험했다. 이러한 빔결합특성 및 격자고정실험을 통해 얻은 최적조건을 바탕으로 1.55㎛대역을 분리ㆍ선택해 낼 수 있는 광굴절필터를 간단한 메커니즘을 이용해 구현하였다. In this paper, PR(photorefractive) filter which can used to optical communication system, is designed and fabricated using Fe-LiNbO₃ crystal(10㎜×10㎜×10㎜, 0.02Wt% doped). For high diffraction efficiency, beam coupling properties such as coupling coefficient, gain, diffraction efficiency and response time are investigated. Also, for permanent use, thermal grating fixing is experimented. From these results, optical filter near 1.55㎛ is fabricated in optimal condition.

한국산 감잎의 Polyphenol 화합물의 생리활성물질의 화학구조 및 효소저해효과

The lyophilization of the solution extracted from 60 percent of acetone applied to persimmon leaves, the compounding process in accordance with the solution's concentration, and the gel filteration through Sephadex G-50 of biologically activated substances obstructing enzyme activity, such as tyrosinase, xanthine oxidase, and angiotesin converting enzyme (ACE) led to the assumption that polyphenol was the compound serving as biologically activated substances obstructing enzyme activity. Xanthine oxidase involved in pruine metabolism oxidizes hypoxanthine to xanthine and xanthine to uric acid. In the continuous study for natural compound, nine flavan-3-ois have been isolated from the persimmon leaves. The structures of (+)-catechin, (+)-gallocatechin, procyanidin B-1, pyrocyanidin C-1, prodelphinidin B-3, gallocatechin-(4α→8)-catechin, procyanidin B-7-3-O-gallate, procyanidin C-1-3'-3''-3'''-O-trigallate and (-)-epigallocatechin-(4β→8)-epigallocatechin-(4β→8)-catechin were established by NMR and their inhibitory effect on xanthine oxidase activity was investigated. Procyanidin C-1-3'-3''-3'''-O-trigallate showed 94%, 90.69%, 80.90% inhibition at 100(μ)M and inhibited on the angiotension converting enzyme respectively. Procyanidin B-7-3-O-gallate and procyanidin 1-3'-3''-3'''-O-trigallate showed 66%, 63% inhibition at 100(μ)M and inhibited on the xanthine oxidase competitively. Procyanidin C-1-3'-3''-3'''-O-trigallate showed 70% inhibition at 100(μ)M inhibited on the thyrosinase competitively.

한국산 약용식물의 화장품천연소재로서 응용에 관한연구

Biological activities and application of sanguisorbae officinalis L. were investigated. In the enzymological physiological activities, the electron donating ability(EDA) was 54.92% in 10 ppm and it was over 90% over 50ppm and SOD-like activity was high as 65.36% in 1000 ppm, it was gradual increased. As inhibitory effect of xanthine oxidase, it was 17.90% in 200 ppm and a little low as 36.89% in 500 ppm and inhibitory effect of tyrosinase, it was a little low as 20.45% below 1000 ppm. As the result of measuring the lipid oxidation, all the concentrations of medical ion treatments had the ability to keep it from acidification and metal ion blocking effects about the lipid oxidation promoting factors(Fe^(2+) and Cu^(2+)), Fe^(2+) was better than Cu^(2+) and all concentrations of medical ion treatments was 40% in 50ppm. When it was applied into normal skin-softener it showed safe effect so that we can expect that as the natural material of cosmetics.

Incentive systems provide a means by which trade-offs can be carried out between the community and developer. Unlike other flexible zoning techniques, the terms of the trade-offs are usually stated in detail in the zoning ordinance. Incentive systems allow the relaxation of certain zoning requirements in exchange for the provision of specified amenities that benefit the public. This study looks into four cases which are applied on incentive systems.

과일과피로부터 폴리페놀 분리에 따른 생리기능연구

Biological activities and anticarcinogenicity of Korean Pear peel were investigated. Electron donating activity and superoxide dismutase(SOD)-like activity of fraction Ⅱ, Ⅲ were up to 90% and 50-60% at 50ppm, respectively. Inhibitory effects on xanthine oxidase were about 80% at 50ppm, breast adenocarcinoma was about 60% at 2,000 ppm, higher Ⅲ than Ⅱ. Inhibitory effect on prostate adenocarcinoma was about 23% at 500 ppm. In conclusion, Korean Pear peel was expected to use as a functional material.
