        지류문화재의 보존처리

        국립중앙박물관에서는 “고려·조선의 대외교류전”을 대비하여 고지도, 고서, 고문서 등의 지류문화재에 대하여 보존처리를 실시하였다. 일반적으로 지류문화재는 자연적인 노화 외에도 온·습도, 빛, 물리적 힘 등의 여러 가지 주변 환경에 민감하게 반응하게 된다. 온·습도 변화에 의한 수축과 팽창, 유물에 직접적으로 가해지는 곤충·곰팡이 등에 의한 생물학적 손상, 그리고 인위적으로 행해지는 물리적 힘에 의한 손상 등이 그 대표적인 예일 것이다. 이번에 보존처리를 실시한 유물들에서도 그러한 손상들을 쉽게 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 고서, 고문서 등의 보존처리 과정에서 볼 수 있었던 손상상태와 그 보존처리 내용, 그리고 지류문화재의 손상방지를 위한 간단한 응급처리 내용을 소개하고자 한다. In National Museum of Korea, we recently preserved paper cultural assets, such as ancient maps, books and antique documents etc, to prepare “A Dynamic World of External Relations in Goryeo & Joseon Dynasty”. The paper cultural assets generally react sensitively to their environments; temperature, humidity, light and physical force acting. Biologic Biological damages, which are caused by microbe, contraction, swelling and damage from insects occurred. Wrinkles on relics, which are made my physical force, stains on relics which are due to moisture, weakening of adhesive strength and damages from insects were found during the recent preservation handling. Therefore we are trying to find out any damage, which could be occurred in paper cultural assets and introduce brief emergency operation to prevent the damages and develop the preservation handling.

      • 부천시와 구로구 간의 비선호시설 조성사업의 갈등과 협력적 해결방안: 부천시 추모공원 조성사업을 중심으로

        The possibility that conflicts and disputes surrounding the NIMBY facility construction among local governments related to the adjacent boundary areas which are rising as important policy issues is growing with the boundary expansion of traffic and life zones and spatial developmental expansion of cities. Conflicts in the formative project on the NIMBY facilities between Bucheon city and Guro-gu are also a case for conflict among fundamental(lower level) local governments appearing out of the difficulty of site selection in the perspective of spatial limitations in the restricted land use aspect. This research hopes to understand the NIMBY facility construction implementation project within the fundamental local governmental relations on the local governmental level while, also finding out how objective resolutive conditions are dealt with in the negotiation mechanism among actual fundamental local governments. It is hoped to examine through which strategies such cooperation/conflict strategies discussed in such negotiation mechanisms are useful for cooperative agreement extractions among local governments. Besides, this research is on the stance that it is most desirable for each strategy used in cooperative mechanisms to be actively understood through spontaneous negotiation courses by fundamental local governments which are the concerned party of conflicts; however, in cases not adjusting or solving conflicts independently, it cannot but help to depend on the adjustable role of regional council or the central government who are in the position of a 3rd party. However, in order to establish a negotiation culture such as the discussion of reinvigoration for the formation of mutual trust and conflict remedy among local governments, it is seen that the construction and practice of creative negotiation strategies that fundamental local governments, the concerned party, intend to solve spontaneously on their own are very important. 본 연구는 지방정부 수준에서의 비선호시설 건립 추진사업을 기초자치단체간 관계 속에서 파악하고자 하 며, 또한 객관적인 해결조건들이 실제 기초자치단체간의 협상기제에서 어떻게 다루어질 수 있는지를 알 아보고자 한다. 이러한 협상기제에서 논의되는 협력・갈등전략이 과연 지방자치단체간의 협력적 합의도출 을 위해 어떠한 전략이 유용한지를 살펴보고자 한다. 더불어 본 연구에서는 협상기제에서 구사되는 각각 의 전략들이 갈등의 당사자인 기초자치단체에 의한 자율적인 협상과정을 통해 적극적으로 모색되는 것이 가장 바람직하다는 입장이며, 다만 자율적으로 갈등을 조정 및 해결하지 못한 경우에는 제3자의 입장에 있는 광역지방정부나 중앙정부의 조정적인 역할에 의존할 수밖에 없다고 본다. 하지만 기초자치단체 간 또는 광역자치단체 간의 상호신뢰 형성과 갈등해결을 위한 토론 활성화 등의 협상문화가 정착되기 위해 서는 당사자인 지방자치단체가 자발적으로 해결하려는 창조적 협상전략의 구축과 실천이 매우 중요하다 고 본다.

      • 피혁슬러지 고형화시 시멘트 혼화제의 영향

        The cement-based system among S/S(Solidification/Stabilization) is widely used to treat hazardous wastes. In this study, tannery sludge was solidified to evaluate the stabilization effects of using admixtures in the cement-based S/S. Fly ash as substitute also used to increase the strength of the S/S of hazardous waste. The compressive strength measurement and leaching experiment of chromium metal of solidified mortar were carried out to compare and evaluate the physical and chemical characteristics of solidified hazardous waste sludge. From the result of this study, there was increased of compressive strength by using AEW-3(early-hardening AE water reducing agent), and leaching concentration of chromium became low enough to satisfy the regulatory criteria. The successful solidification for the organic contaminant and heavy metal in hazardous waste should enable to treat by cement-based system using early-hardening AE water reducing admixture and fly ash as substituted cement.

        1999년에 발생한 기상재해 유형별 벼 수량반응조사 연구

        The objectives of this study were to investigate weather conditions which induced discolored grains and viviparous germination, and to evaluate yield responses following viviparous germination during mid- and late- ripening stage, the submergence during reproductive growth stage, and lodging in the yellow ripe stage. Weather conditions which caused glume discoloration at heading stage were 21.3-26.4℃ in average temperature, 75.2-98.4% in relative humidity, 19.3 in transpiration coefficient and 10.8-13.8 m/sec. in wind speed. Yield reduction was 26-27% and 10∼17%, respectively, when the glume discoloration rates were 63.2-65.7% and 38.3-45.2%, obviously due to the decrease in percent of fertile grain and ripening ratio. Weather conditions during continuous rain for 7 days were 96% in relative humidity, 18.9℃ in average temperature, 21.9℃ in maximum temperature, and 16.8℃ in minimum temperature, causing the most viviparous germination in Juanbyeo(45.5%), followed by Jinbubyeo(14.5%), Bongkwangbyeo(14.2%), and Obongbyeo(12.6%). Lateral tillers started to occur when the submergence at the depth of 1.5-2 m lasted one day during the reproductive growth stage. The submergence for 2-3 days at 3-4 m of water depth induced 269-571 lateral tillers/㎡, supporting 32-52% of the total yield. The rice yield in the paddy fields which were left under the lodging conditions until harvesting was not different compared to that of the paddy fields which were kept upright by tieing them together after lodging, but perfect grain ratio decreased about 9.1% in the transplanting culture and 12.5% in the direct seeding culture on dry paddy field because of the increase in immature grains.

        GNY logic is well-known work to analyze cryptographic protocols as formal verification method. But GNY logic has limitation which can't analyze public-key based key establishment protocol. In this paper, we represents an extended GNY logic to analyze key agreement protocol and to verify key confirmation. We also simulate two example protocol to illustrate soundness of this logic. Our experiments is semi-automated behavior assisting complicated analysis and verification work by using extended GNY logic.

        The purpose of this study is to fond out the status on adolescence' addiction to online since adolescence occupy a pretty high rate of online users, and then is to examine the difference between general adolescence and online addicted adolescence in their cognition about social support and to compare their ego-identity, as for adolescence' social support and ego-identity that are the most important in the couth days. The results of this study are as follows : Firstly, as a result of finding out the status of outline addiction, adolescence using online normally occupied 23.8% and online addicted adolescence did 71.7%, therefore a lot of adolescence addicted to online. When examined the status of addiction by each school fear, many second year students of high school addicted to online in comparison with first rear students. Secondly, as a result of examining the difference between general adolescence and online addicted adolescence in their social support cognition, they cognized that general adolescence obtain lots of social supports compared to online addicted adolescence. Examined the difference of social support by each supporter, and then general adolescence cognized highly social support from mother, teacher, and friend. Thirdly, as a result of comparing the difference between general adolescence and online addicted adolescence in their ego-identity, the ego-identity creating level of online addicted adolescence was lower than that of general adolescence.

      • Bi₂Sr₂Ca₂Cu₃Oy 다결정의 전기적 활성화 에너지에 관한 연구

        Bi-(2)Sr_(2)Ca-(2)Cu_(3)O_(y) 다결정의 비저항을 전류와 온도의 함수로 측정하여 활성화에너지를 구하였다. 인가 전류가 증가함에 따라 임계전이 온도는 감소하였고 임계전이 온도폭은 증가하였으며, 활성화 에너지는 감소하였다. 인가 전류에 대한 활성화 에너지의 감소율은 약 -0.2로 나타났다. 개개의 볼텍스의 운동은 자기 비저항 실험의 결가와 같은 것으로 보인다. Measuring the temperature dependence of resitivity of Bi₂Sr₂Ca₂Cu₃O_(y), poly crystal we have obtained the activation energy. It is found that the critical transition temperature and the activation energy decrease and the width of critical transition temperature increases with increase of the applied current. The decreasing rate of activation energy is -0.2. The individual vortex creep seems to be the same as that in the result of the magnetic resitivity experiment.

      • 3次元 Parametric Spline의 延長

        本 論文은 內部 變形 에너지가 最小되도록 Ferguson parametric spline을 延長시키는 방법을 提案하고 있다. 또한 이 原理를 end condition을 選定하는데 適用하였는 바, Q-spline 방법이 가장 自然스런 形態의 spline을 形成할 수 있었다. This paper suggests that Ferguson parametric splines are extended by the way such that their internal strain energies keep minimum. Also with employing this way, it is found that Q-spline method can get the spline to be extended most naturally among several end-condition methods for constructing splines.

        I tried to survey and analyze an inclination of interesting on sports of eiementary and Secndary school students, and the result of this research is as follows: 1. Usually team sports are favorite with the students but elementary school girls and the girl students in city, town and township(myeon) ; soccer is favorite with boys, volley ball is favorite with girls as a team sbort. Elementary school girls and girl students in city, town, township(myeon) are interested in track and field. And it is found out that the more they move up to a school of higher grade, the less they are interested in sports. 2. while boys have a tendency to select an event with considering their skill first, girls do a tendency to choose a one with considering their interesting first. 3. They, bey and girl students, seemed unwillingly to be fond of track and field, especially secondary school students are not interested in individual events like gymnastics, boxing Tsirum, etc. induding track and field. 4. “We”, they claimed, “dislike the individual events because we have no makings in them”, but to tell the truth, it is the real reason they dislike them to be not interested in them. 5. As their favorite sports in future all of boys choose soccer and Taekweondo, but high school girls select tennis. 6. Most students want to have sports in future in order to keep their health, only high school girls want te have them to make their good recreation. 7. I found in them the following response to this survey; as the sports which they can play best, boys think it soccer, all of the elementary school girls and middle school girls in town, township(myeon) think It track and field, the other ones think them badminton and volley ball. 8. As the reason which they can play any athletics well, all of them think that they take an interest in it and like it; which means they play an active part in their physical activities by their interesting and taste. 9. students who are interested in athletics in this survey are more than 74%; which shows that most students not only have an interesting in athletics but like it. 10. They want to have theoretical and practical training in their physical education class, but most boys want to have a practical training class in it only. 11. Most parents take an interes in their children's activites of physical training normally, and more than a third of them like it for their children to play athletics. 12. Students want to expand thein physical training facilities and to provide gymnastic equipments more in their school.
