This paper is intended as an investigation of fault location for underground line. Over the past few decades a considerable number of studies have been made on protection of underground line. However, these approaches require the interruption of electric power supply from source for fault location estimation. Therefore, we proposed fault location algorithm for underground line protection without interruption of electric power supply. Cross correlation function is used in this algorithm. Also, EMTP data is used to demonstrate the capability of the proposed fault location algorithm.

Plasmid DNA pBR 322의 증폭과 Hydroxyapatite Chromatography에 의한 분리

The amplification and the isolation conditions of pBR322 plasmid DNA were investigated. For the amplification of pBR322 plasmid DNA, cells from logarithmic growth phase were most effective. The optimal conditions for the amplification of pBR322 plasmid DNA in Escherichia coli GM4 were obtained as follows; 50-150 ㎍/ml of chloramphenicol concentration, 6-8 hours of incubation time in the presence of chloramphenicol. Ampicillin and tetracycline had no effect on the amplification of pBR322 plasmid DNA. Approximately 1 mg of pBR322 plasmid DNA was purified from 3.5 ℓof Escherichia coli GM4 culture broth by hydroxyapatite chromatography. The purified pBR322 plasmid DNA was expressed in Escherichia coli C600.

근대와 탈근대의 변증법:현상학적 정초주의

본 글은 포스트모더니즘이 근대성에 대한 극단적인 반동으로 출발함으로써 빚어진 철학적 허무주의를 새롭게 극복할 수 있는 대안을 마련하는 일에 초점을 맞춘다. 정초주의에 대한 지나친 불신은 결국 극단적 맥락주의를 수반하게 되고, 이는 곧 모든 유형의 철학적 정초주의에 대한 불신으로 나타나게 된다. 이와 같은 탈근대적 상황은 결국 범맥락주의의 형태를 띠면서 일종의 철학적 허무주의로 빠져들게 된다. 이러한 상황에 직면해 있는 탈근대적 위기를 극복할 수 있는 가장 효과적인 대안을 현상학적 정초주의에서 찾으려고 한다. 현상학이야말로 근대와 탈근대의 극단적 대립을 화해할 수 있는 가장 역동적인 대안일 수 있다는 사실을 변론하는 것이 본 글의 주된 목적이다. 현상학의 기본 개념인 지향성, 구성, 환원 그리고 자아 등등의 개념들을 통해 근대성과 탈근대성의 변증법적 화해의 공간을 새롭게 구축하는 일은 탈근대적 허무주의가 생산한 근거 상실의 위기를 치유할 수 있는 가장 효과적인 대안이라는 사실이라는 사실이 밝혀지게 될 것이다. 전통철학의 근거 찾기 전체를 탈맥락주의로 성급하게 고발함으로써 빚어진 탈근대적 허무주의는 현상학이 마련한 역동적 정초주의를 통해 극복되어야 한다. 근대성과 탈근대성을 변증법적으로 조화롭게 화해시킬 수 있는 현상학적 정초주의의 전략적 특성을 세밀하게 검토하는 일이 본 글의 주요한 작업이다. In this paper, writer seeks to identify new alternative overcoming philosophical nihilism caused by radical response of postmodernism to modernism. The radical mistrust to fondationalism causes radical textualism and this attitude leads to mistrust to any kinds of philosophical foundationalism. In the end, this postmodern situation was colored by pan-textualism and resulted in philosophical nihilism. This paper seeks to identify in phenomenological foundationalism which confront with this postmodern crisis. The main thesis of this paper is in defending that phenomenology is the most dynamic alternative to reconcile the radical antagonism between modernism and postmodernism. This paper was concentrated upon constructing a new space of dialectical recocilation through the elucidating of the fundamental concepts of phenomenology, namely, Intentionality, Constitution, Reduction and Self etc. And by this work, It turns out that phenomenology is the most efficient strategy to overcome crisis of non-foundation resulted from postmodern nihilism. The postmodern nihilism resulted from hasty accusing traditional philosophy of de-texualism must reformed by phenomenological foundationalism. In this paper, writer focus on examining the traits of phenomenological foundationalism to identify ensemble which reconcile a false dichotomy of modernism/postmodernism dialectically.

복합재료-알루미늄 하이브리드 구조를 이용한 초소형 3축 CNC 머시닝센터의 고강성 고감쇠 설계

In this paper composites-aluminum hybrid structure for 3-axis micro-CNC machining center was introduced to enhance the structural stiffness and damping capacity of the structure. Three types of composites-aluminum hybrid column were proposed; that is, composite reinforcement at 2 lateral surfaces and 4 lateral surfaces and partly reinforced structure (composite jacket) for damping enhancement. Finite element analyses for static deflection due to dead weight and natural frequency were carried out according to the stacking angle and thickness and the most appropriate condition for the design of the composites-aluminum hybrid structure was determined.

Fluoroacetate(Platol)중독 증상 연구 : 자살기도자를 중심으로

This study was designed to evaluate the clinical problems of fluoroacetate intoxication. The total number of the fluoroacetate intoxication patients who came to the emergency room of Han Gang Sacred Heart Hospital from Jan. 1, 1983 to Aug. 31, 1983 were 96 cases. Among them, 41 attempters who were consulted to the psychiatrist were evaluated and observed in detail. The following results were obtained. 1. The rodenticide poisoning accounts for 37.2% of all toxic substance intoxication(total 266 cases) at Han Gang Sacred Heart Hospital from Jan. 1983 to Aug. 1983. Among them, 96 cases(36.1%) of fluorcacetate intoxication were observed. 2. Female was affected 2.4 times more frequently than male. 35.5% of total cases belonged to age group 21∼30years, when incidence was most prevalent 3. As the route of drug obtainment, supplement were commonest(63.3%), purchase in 29.4%. 4. CNS disturbances such as drowsiness, stupor, semicoma and irritability were observed in 75.6% of the cases. Speech disturbances such as dysarthria, childish speech was observed in 9.8%of the cases. Convulsion(29.3%), tremor(12.2%) spasm and twitching(4.9%) were also frequently observed. Tachycardia was found in 43.8% of the cases and other frequent symptoms were nausea and vomiting(53.7%), abdominal pain(34.2%), mild or high fever(26.8%). Lower calcium(below 9mg) was found in 29.3% of the cases and lower potassium(below 3.5mEq) was found in 22.0% of the cases. EKG findings revealed QT prolongation(22.0%), ST-T change(22.0%) and u-wave, RBBB, and PVC(14.6%). 5. 92 cases(95.8%) recovered without sequelae and 4 cases(4.2%) expired.

Constraint Programming is an appealing technology for modeling and solving various real-world problems, and metaheuristic is the most successful technique available for solving large real-world vehicle routing problems. Constraint Programming and metaheuristic are complementary to each other. This paper describes how iterative improvement techniques can be used in a Constraint Programming framework(ILOG Solver and ILOG Dispatcher) for Vehicle Routing Problem. As local search gets trapped in local solution, the improvement techniques are used in conjunction with metaheuristic method.

With the widespread use of fertility medications and techniques of in vitro fertilization, multiple gestation has become epidemic in modern obstetric practice. Delivery of the initial fetus in a multiple gestation usually is followed by delivery of the subsequent fetus or fetuses shortly thereafter. However in rare circumstances, the delivery is delayed for days due to disappearance of uterine contraction after delivery of the first fetus. When uterine activity ceases after the delivery of the first neonate, a policy of nonintervention may be considered in case of an immature or very premature delivery, in order to achieve a gestational age for the remaining fetus(es) more compatible with neonatal survival. We report a case of twin gestation with prolongation of the delivery interval between the twins for 46 days.

The general Hough transform was not influenced to detect the external circle and ellipse for when the circle and ellipse was detected by the external noises, it was filtered in various way, and the rest image had inclused trouble in detecting, for it was regarded as the intinernal noises. So, this paper suggests the new algoritsm to detect another circle existing inside and to remove not from the general method but from the original image when the external circle detected is excluded.
