      • 自縊死와 益水死에 사용된 藥物分析 및 投與方法에 對한 文獻的 考察

        In the literatual study on on the her med and the medication of Resuscitation(蘇生術) of Jayaeksa(自액死) and Yiksusa(猶水死), the results were as follows; 1.As the single herb medication, gesim(桂心), sesin(細辛), johyub(조莢), chongyub(종葉), banha(半夏), yukge(肉桂) etc. were used. 2.The so˘ng(性) of used medicines is mainly onso˘ng(溫性) and yulso˘ng(熱性), the mi(味) is sinmi(辛味). 3.The gwigyo˘ng(歸經) is all most simgyo˘ng(心經) and pyegyo˘ng(肺經). 4.The efficacy is geopung(祛風), geosub(祛濕) and geodam(祛痰) 5.On the method of herb medication, In Jayaeksa(自액死), Chuibub(吹法), Guanbub(觀法) were most used, and In Yiksusa(익水死), Guanbub(觀法) was most used.

      • 유아교육평가의 새로운 대안 : 포트폴리오 연구

        본 고에서는 표준화 검사의 문제점을 보완하고, 교육 평가의 결과를 교육과정 속에 통합시킬 수 있으며,유아들의 수행정도를 적절히 평가할 수 있다고 제시되는 새로운 평가 방법인 수행 평가의 개념에 대해 살펴보고, 90년대 이후 수행평가의 한 유형으로 새롭게 부각되고 있는, 포트폴리오 평가를 고찰하여 유아교육의 새로운평가방안에 대해 모색해보고자 한다. 수행평가는 학생 스스로가 다양한 현실상황 및 장면속에서 자신의 경험을 재구성할 수 있는 능력이 어느 정도인지를 평가하기 위해서 설계된 평가방안을 가리킨다. 수행평가에서는 구체적인 상황속에서 직접적인 수행을 통해서 평가가 진행되기 때문에 고등 사고기능, 인지구조의 변화, 학습의 과정 등을 효율적으로 평가하는데 유리하다. 수행 평가의 형태로는 에세이, 작문, 프로젝트, 포트폴리오 등이 있으며, 포트폴리오 평가는 수행 평가의 유형 가운데 가장 관심이 집중되고 있는 평가 방법이다. 포트폴리오 평가는 평가 그 자체가 교수(instruction)라는 측면은 유아들의 발달이 통합적으로 교육과정 속에 포함되는 유아교육기관에서는 매우 시사적인 것이다. 전통적인 평가 방식인 표준화 검사는 유아들의 발달과 학습의 진행과정을 적절히 측정할 수 없다는 제한점을 가진다. 따라서 다른 어떤 학교기관보다 더 유아교육기관에서는 유아들의 통합적인 발달 양상을 잘 반영할 수 있는 수행평가 방법이 요청된다. 이 점에서 학습자의 학습 과정과 정태적인 측면을 누적적으로 평가할 수 있는 포트폴리오 평가 방법은 유아들의 발달특징과 통합적으로 운영되는 유아교육과정과 가장 잘 조화를 이루는 평가 방법이다. 그러나 교사들의 평가 방법에 대한 지식의 부족과 인식의 결여는 유아들의 행동을 적절히 평가하여 이해할 수 있는 수많은 순간들을 놓치고 있다. 따라서 포트폴리오 평가의 유아교육기관의 적용을 위해서는 교사교육을 통한 인식의 전환이 필요하다고 본다. 유아교육기관의 교사들은 학습자에 대한 풍부한 정보를 제공하는 포트폴리오 평가를 교수 상황에 적용함으로서 유아들을 바르게 이해하는데 도움을 얻을 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study review the concept of performance assessment for level of performance for young children and complement problem standard test and intergrate the result of educational evaluation in curriculum and study newly reliefed portfolio assessment for earft childhood education. Pertformance assessment means designed assessment method for assess young children's ability to reconstruct their experience in variaty context. Performance assessment is useful to assess higher thinking funtioning, the change of cognitive structure, the process of learning because assess directly performance in concretly context. Type of Performance assessment are essay, wrinting, project, portfolio etc. The method of traditional assessment, standard test have not appropriately assess to development of young children and the process of learning. Kindergaten and day care center desire more performance assessment than another school system because it is assessed to total development aspect for children. Therefore performance assessment match with development of for young children and integrated curriculum. Teachers is missing much moment in young children's behavior to understand because they are lack of knowledge and perception in the method of assessment. For portfolio apply easy educational field is asked inservice training for change of perception in teachers. Teachers could have to get many information of learner and to correctly understand young children through portfolio.

      • Coacervation-상분리법으로 만든 Ethyl Cellulose 마이크로캅셀의 Glibenclamide 방출특성 및 수용성 첨가제의 영향

        Glibenclamide (GBC) is a well-known antidiabetic agent, which stimulates the secretion of endogenous insulin by pancreatic βcells. However, administration of GBC at a high dose can occasionally induced the fatal hypoglycemia, especially in the patients with impaired liver function. Therefore, in order to develop an oral sustained-release preparation which reduces the side effect, microcapsulation of GBC has been carried out in this experiment. Microcapsules of GBC were prepared by coacervation-phase separation method with ethylcellulose as a wall-forming material in cyclohexane, using polyisobutylene as a coacervation-inducing agent. Different amounts of hydrophilic additives. L-arginine(ARG) and polyethylene glycol 4000 (PEG), were added to the microcapsule wall, in order to alter the porosity of the wall and hence to enhance the release of the core material. The microcapsules prepared were examined for physical properties by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and particle size analysis. The release of the poorly water-soluble GBC was found to be very slow from the microcapsules and strongly dependent on the core to wall ratio of the microcapsules, but it was accelerated considerably with increasing amount of PEG or ARG. In general, on the basis of dissolution kinetics, GBC releases from microcapsules were followed apparent first-order kinetics, while the dissolution data of GBC powder conformed to Hixon-Crowell's cube root law. Therefore, in conclusion, it might be possible to design the sustained-release formulation by the combination of both GBC powder and microcapsules of different core wall ratio with or without hydrophilic additives.

Now we suggest a way of holocaust culture for a convenient residence environment our unique holocaust. Furthermore, we are to satisfy the consumer's aesthetic demand by developing the design of room controller of gas boiler. And the consumption of gas boilers are increasing because of the new understanding of gas and the safety and convenience of it. So we beside the course of design of the basis of the trend of boiler business, consumer’s taste and the problem of exiting Products. The we came to a final design concept by the design process.

      • 맞대기 용접 이음재 인장시험에서 발생한 음향방출 신호의 웨이블릿 변환과 응용

        This study was carried out fusion-welded butt joints in SWS 490A high strength steel subjected to tensile test that load-deflection curve. The windowed or short-time Fourier transform (WFT or SIFT) makes possible for the analysis of non-stationary or transient signals into a joint time-frequency domain and the wavelet transform (WT) is used to decompose the acoustic emission (AE) signal into various discrete series of sequences over different frequency bands. In this paper, for acoustic emission signal analysis to use a continuous wavelet transform, in which the Gabor wavelet base on a Gaussian window function is applied to the time-frequency domain. A wavelet transform is demonstrated and the plots are very powerful in the recognition of the acoustic emission features. As a result, the technique of acoustic emission is ideally suited to study variables which control time and stress dependent fracture or damage process in metallic materials.

      • 음향방출 신호를 이용한 SWS 490A 고장력강의 접합성 평가에 대한 실험적 연구

        The object of this study is to investigate the effect of joinability by using acoustic emission (AE) signals and doing a pattern recognition for weld heat affected zone (HAZ) in tensile testing. This study was carried out an SWS 490A high tension steel for electric shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), CO₂ gas arc welding and TIG welding. And correspondingly, the root openings are 3, 4 and 2.8㎜. The results of the tensile test of weld HAZ come out electric shield arc welding > CO₂ gas arc welding > TIG welding in case of single welding. It is believed that this is a phenomenon where difference of its root opening or base metal thickness. Also, the technique of AE is ideally suited to study variables which control time and stress dependent fracture or damage process in metallic materials.

      • 소화성 궤양에서 삼제 병합 요법의 저용량에 의한 Helicobacter pylori 제균률과 궤양 치유효과

        Helicobacter pylori is the major cause of histologic chronic gastritis and is strongly associated with peptic ulcer disease, gastric cancer and lymphoma. Several recommendations for the management of the Helicobacter pylori infection have been developed. However, there has been no clear therapeutic regimen for the optimal treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection. This study was desinged to evaluate the eradication rate and the ulcer healing rate of the triple regimen with low-dose clarithromycin(0.5g/day) in peptic ulcer patients. Forty three patients with gastric ulcer(n=15) and duodenal ulcer(n=28) were enrolled. The patients were treated either with omeprazole 20mg b.i.d. amoxicillin 0.5g b.i.d. and clarithromycin 250mg b.i.d. (low-dose regimen group, n=29) or with omeprazole 20mg b.i.d., amoxicillin 1.0g b.i.d. and clarithromycin 0.5g b.i.d.(high-dose regimen group, n= 14) for 2 weeks. After 4 weeks, the patients were evaluated for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori and the healing of ulcer. And gastritis scores according to the Sydney system were evaluated before and after 4 weeks from the end of the triple regimen. There was no significant difference in the eradication rate and the ulcer healing rate between the low-dose regimen group, group and the high-does regimen group. In the low-does regimen group, the mean initial scores of chronic inflammation and activity were decreased after the eradication of Helicobacter pylori. In conclusion, the low-dose triple regimen is as effective as the high-dose triple regimen on the eradication of Helicobacter pylori and the ulcer healing rate in peptic ulcer disease.

        According to the literary study on catheterization of bladder in one case of patient with C.V.A. who was treated by supra pubic catheterization, the results were as follows. 1. If not immediately treat ischuria, emergency disease, very great danger to life can happen by loss of kidney function. So we must treat ischuria instantly by consideration of treatment from the factor. 2. Catheterization of bladder generally acted in emergency room, is emergency treatment only in the lower part of urethral obstruction. 3. Catheterization of bladder was put on record in Son Saimiao's Qianjinyaofang, which is the first book on it. It had been developed by Luo Qianyi, Zhang Jiepin, and Wang Dao. 4. Ancient times, an urethral catheter was made of green onion leaf, pig bladder, goose feather and so on. 5. Nelaton is catheterization of bladder in functional or momentary ischuria. Indwelling catheterization is treatment keeping in urethral canal for a long time. 6. Supra pubic catheterization is a surgical operating catheterization when urethral catheterization is impossible, is very easy and can decrease risk of infection. 7. After catheterization, for decreasing risk of the infection, a complication of catheterization, it is must be taken precedence, ascetic treatment, constantly management and sterilization, anti-biotic medication. 8. At times, increasing patient of emergency disease, as C.V.A etc., the needing of catheterization of bladder is increasing also for preventing infection and bed sore by ischuria and incontinence of urine. Therefore a specialty knowledge and skill about it is necessary.

        Effects of Oriental Medicinal Drugs on Axonal Regeneration in the Spinal Cord Neurons

        An oriental medicinal drugs Jahageo (JHG, Hominis placenta) were examined to determine its effects on the responsiveness of central nervous system neurons after injury. We found that JHG was involved in neurite outgrowth of DRG sensory axons. JHG treatment also increased expression of axonal growth-associated protein GAP-43 in DRG sensory neurons after sciatic nerve injury and in the injured spinal cord. JHG treatment during the spinal cord injury increased induction levels of cell division cycle 2 (Cdc2) protein in DRG as well as in the spinal cord. Histochemical investigation showed that induced Cdc2 in the injured spinal cord was found in non-neuronal cells. These results suggest that JHG regulates activities of non-neuronal cells such as oligodendrocyte and astrocyte in responses to spinal cord injury and protects neuronal responsiveness after axonal damage.
