        소아의 치면세균막에 존재하는 mutans streptococci의 분포

        한국인 소아의 치면세균막에 존재하는 mutans streptococci 종 및 생물형의 발현빈도와 치아우식경험지수와 상관관계를 알아보기 위하여. 조선대학교 치과병원에 내원한 12세 미만 113명의 소아 환자의 치아우식경험지수를 구하고, 이들의 상하악 유전치 및 유구치의 협면 및 설면의 치면세균막 샘플을 채취하여 mutans streptococci를 mitis-salivarius bacitracin 배지에서 선택적으로 분리하였다. 이들의 biotype을 알아보기 위해 생화학적 검사를 실하였고, 이들의 종 수준에서의 동정을 위해 dextranase 유전자를 표적으로 하는 중합효소연쇄반응을 시행하여 하였다. 113명의 환자 중에서 40명의 치면세균막에서 40 균주의 mutans streptococci이 검출되었다. 이들 중 생물형 제 Ⅰ형 (45%)이 가장 많이 검출되었으며, 그 다음으로 제Ⅳ형 (32.5%), 제 Ⅱ형 (15%). 제 Ⅴ형 (5%), 제 Ⅲ형 (2.5%) 순으로 검출되었다. 또한, 종 수준에서의 발현빈도를 알아본 결과 S. mutans가 69%, S. sobrinus는 31%였다. Mutans streptococci 종 또는 생물형에 따른 환자의 치아우식경험지수간의 차이는 없는 것으로 조사되었다(p>0.05). 이상의 결과를 종합할 때, 한국인의 소아의 구강 내에 존재하는 mutans streptococci중 생물형 제 Ⅰ형인 S. mutans가 가장 높은 빈도로 존재하며, 치아우식증이 세균학적 요소만이 아닌 기타 여러원인 요소에 의해 발병되는 다는 여러 연구 결과와 일치함을 알 수 있었다. The aim of this study is to survey the frequency of mutans streptococci species and biotypes isolated from dental plaque in Korean children and the relationship between species and biotypes of mutans streptococci and dft index. Dental plaques were collected from the anterior and molar teeth of upper and lower jaws in the subjects, aged below 12 years old. A dental examination was performed for dft (decayed, filed, total) with the WHO caries diagnostic criteria. The mutans streptococci from the sample were cultured selectively on mitis salivarius-bacitracine (MSB) agar plate. For biotyping of mutans streptococci, biochemical test was performed. From the culture, bacterial genomic DNA was prepared f3r using of PCR template for the identification of mutans streptococci at the species-level. Forty strains of mutans streptococci were isolated from dental plagues of 40 patients. The biotype Ⅰ (45%) and biotype Ⅳ (32.5%) were most frequently detected. The prevalence of s. mutans and S. sobrinus was 69% and 31%, respectively There was no positive relationship between species and biotypes of mutans streptococci and dft index. Our results revealed that biotype Ⅰ and S. mutans were frequently detected in Korean children and support that dental caries incidents by many causative factors not only bacterial factor.

        준비동작의 형태 변화에 따른 신체 움직임의 운동역학적 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 현대 스포츠가 점점 스피디하고 격렬한 상황의 연출을 요구하고 있는 상황에서 순간적으로 신속 정확한 판단력과 그에 따른 재빠르고 민첩한 행동이 필요할 때가 많으므로 준비동작에 대한 운동역학적 메카니즘의 이해가 필요하다고 판단되어 연구를 실시하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 준비동작의 형태 변화(open stance & cross stance)에 따른 신체움직임을 운동역학적인 분석을 통하여 바람직한 준비동작의 모델을 제시하는데 있으며, 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 연구대상자는 부산 B대학교 핸드볼 선수인 남학생 5명과 부산 S대학교 사격 선수인 여학생 5명을 선정하여 실험하였다. 준비자세에서의 좌 · 우 · 전방향으로 이동시의 동작을 2대의 고속 비디오 카메라와 2대의 지면반력기 그리고 전신반응측정 장비를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였고, 준비자세에서의 좌 · 우 · 전방향 이동시의 메카니즘을 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 준비자세에서 좌 · 우 · 전방향 이동시 cross stance 자세가 open stance 자세 보다 신체중심이동 속도가 빠른 것으로 분석되었으며, Take-off시 슬관절의 굴곡각은 약 175˚의 각도를 유지하고, 고관절의 굴곡각은 약 172˚ 의 각도를 유지하여 준비자세를 취하는 것이 바람직한 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 준비자세에서의 좌 · 우 · 전방향으로 이동시 지지시간과 지면반력분석 결과를 종합해 보면 준비동작에서 왼쪽방향으로 이동시 가장 빠른 신체중심이동 속도를 나타냈다. 셋째, 준비자세에서 좌 · 우 · 전방향 이동시 지면반력 분석 결과에서도 cross stace 자세가 open stance 자세보다는 왼발과 오른발에 체중을 적절히 분산시켜 준비동작을 수행할 수 있도록 하여 상해를 예방할 수 있으므로 cross stance 준비자세가 바람직한 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 준비자세의 역학적인 메가니즘은 cross stance 자세가 open stance 자세보다 보다 바람직한 준비자세라고 할 수 있으나 반드시 개인차도 고려되어져야 할 것이다. The purpose of this research is to provide a proper model by analyzing the sports biomechanical of physical movements on the basis of the two patterns(open-stance and cross-stance) at the ready-to-start pose. The subjects for this study are composed of five male handball players from P university and five female shooting players from S university. Three-way moving actions at start(right, left, and forward) are recorded with two high-speed video cameras and measured with two Force platforms and a EMG system. Three-dimensional action analyzer, GRF system, and Whole body reaction movement system are used to figure out the moving mechanisms at the start pose. The analytic results of the moving mechanism at the start pose were as follows. 1. Through examining the three-way moving actions at start, I have found the cross-stance pose is better for the moving speed of body weight balance than the open-stance one. 175 degree of knee joint angle at "take-off" and 172 degree of hip joint angle were best for the start pose. 2. The Support time and GRF data shows that the quickest center of gravity shift was occurred when cross-stanced male subjects started to move toward his lefthand side. the quickest male's average supporting time of left and right foot is 0.19±0.07 sec., 0.26±0.06sec. respectively. The supporting time difference between two feet is 0.07sec. 3. Through analyzing GRF of moving actions at start pose, I have concluded that more than 1550N are overloaded on one foot at the open-stance start, and the overloaded force may cause physical injury. However, at the cross-stance pose, The GRF are properly dispersed on both feet, and maximum 1350N are loaded on one foot.

      • 중금속오염을 고려한 온산만 조간대 및 아조대의 무척추동물 군집분석

        한국 동해연안의 하나인 온산만 지역의 해양오염 실태를 파악하기 위해 저서동물 군집구조에 대한 정성, 정량적 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 조사지역별 습중량-개체수의 누적 κ-dominance curve 변화양상을 근거로 판단해 분석한 결과, 온산만의 내만에 위치한 춘도는 여름, 겨울 오후에 ()어서 오염지역으로, 대조군인 당사는 비오염지역,()각각 판정되었다. 이외에도 조사지역별 출현() () 있어서 대조구인 당사지역에 비해 춘도의 생물상이 ()대적으로 빈약하였으며 연체류중 패각만 채집된 ()에 있어서도 각각 춘도에서 16종, 당사에서는 (0로 커다란 차이를 나타내었다. 온산만에 대한 이러한 저서동물 군집결과는 이 주변의 비철금속 및 석유화학 공업단지로부터 ()입된 중금속으로 인하여 해수 및 생물농축량이 누적됨으로써 나타나는 중금속의 높은 농도와 관련이 있을 것으로 추측된다. The qualitative and quantitative analyses of macrozoobenthic communities sampled from Onsan bay of the eastern coast of Korea were conducted, in this study, to investigate the status of marine pollution. In each survey site, judging from the results of the combined κ-dominance curve for species biomass and individual numbers, it may be assessed that Chundo island, located in innerside of Onsan bay, was in the state of polluted condition both in the summar and winter seasons; on the other hand, Tangsa, the control site of this study, was in the state of unpolluted condition. The species composition of the Chundo island, in addition, was rather lower than that of the Tangsa in richness and showed critical differences with the control site in the number of molluscan species collected as dead shell(16 spp. from Chundo island; 2spp. from Tangsa respectively) It is inferred that the resultant macrozoobenthic community structure of the Onsan bay was related to the high concentration of heavy metals in seawater and bioaccumulation, attributed to the influx of the heavy metals from the surroundings, the nonferrous and the petrochemical industrial complex.

      • 테니스 서비스 동작의 운동역학적 분석

        The purpose of this paper is to select 7 male athletes and female athletes of high school, and to compare their active potential differences of trunk muscle according to service motion of tennis. This paper also measures the duration time, and angular velocity of tennis service kinematic variations using Kwon3D(1993) program. When we generalize the change pattern of each variation through normalization process, the results obtained are as follows: 1. In the accumulative distribution rate of trunk muscles in service movement, male athletes show higher muscle active potential in the first service and female athletes show higher muscle active potential in the second service. 2. The ball speed of these athletes after an impact with the racket head is much slower compared with that of the world-famous athletes but of the proper flexsor and extensor of lower limbs, trunk, upper arm, forearm, and racket head are linked properly in sequence, biomechanical efficiency can be obtained in dong powerful service. 3. The angular velocity of wrist joint is much slower compared with that of the world-famous athletes, and this result is thought to be due to improper coordinated movement of the timing and rhythm in upper limb and trunk. 4. The great deviation of angular velocity in elbow joint among male athletes is due to the degree difference of using t he elbow joint. 5. The deviation of angular velocity in shoulder joint is also due to the improper coordinated movement and this keeps athletes from doing powerful service.

      • 체지방 분류에 따른 남자 고등학생의 신체구성과 체력

        This research let 90 of the 135 male students, who are in the third grade in the high school the Busan, divided into the under-weight, the normal-weight, and the over-weight group, with 30 students in each group, according to the level of the Hypodermic Fat Rate in order to investigate the body composition and Physical Fitness By the hypodermic Fat distribution of the male high School Students, and examined in the body composition 4 and Physical Fitness 6 lists. This shows the following conclusion. After I was produced the average of a dependent variable of the hypodermic fat quantity and rate and standard deviation, to verify the mean deviation, an unitary variable analysis came into effect. This shows the following conclusion. 1. The hypodermic fat quantity and rate shows the obvious difference by order of over-weight, normal-weight, under-weight in the body composition by the hypodermic(PK001), but the lbm quantity and juices doesn't show that statistically(P>.05). 2. The muscular fitness of the over and the norma groups is higher than obvious difference from the former and the latter in the Physical Fitness by the hypodermicfat distribution(PK01). muscular endurance and gility of the under groups is thenormal groups and higher than that of the over one, there is the obvious difference as well(P<.001). muscular power the under groups, normal groups, higher then that of the over one, there is the obvious difference as well(P<.O01). There isn't any difference statistically in balance and flexibility(P>.05). Therefore, among the under-weight, the normal-weight and the over-weight group, because the higher the hypodermic fat rate is, the lower the physical strength of students grows, teenagers should improve their health and decrease their hypodermic fat by doing exercise and a dietary treatment.

      • 영상분석을 이용한 테니스 퍼스트와 세컨드 서비스의 운동학적 분석 : 고교선수를 중심으로 on the high school athletes

        The purpose of this paper is to select 7 male athletes and female athletes of high school, and this paper also measures the velocity, and angular velocity of tennis service kinematic variations using Kwon3D(1993) program. When we generalize the change pattern of each variation through normalization process, the results obtained are as follows: 1. Female athletes, unlike male athletes, cannot maximize the last velocity of wrist joint at impact. Therefore, this is one of the reasons female athletes do not do powerful service. 2. Elbow joint does not show significant difference between female and male athletes, but in case of shoulder joint, male athletes can swing fully, increase momentum, and obtain biomechanical efficiency. 3. The velocity of these athletes is much slower compared with that of the world-famous athletes but if the proper flexsor and extensor of lower limbs, trunk, upper arm, forearm, and racket head are linked properly in sequence, biomechanical efficiency can be obtained in doing powerful service. 4. Male athletes show more significant difference in enforce phase of shoulder line than female because they can transfer knee joint, flexor, and trunk twist to shoulder joint and gain biomechanical benefit from it.

      • 마그누스 효과의 스포츠 현장 활용 방안

        When players understand and effectively take advantage of the magnus effect in sports performances, they can achieve psychological calmness and confidence during their performances. Under the enormous mental pressure in sports game, players tend to practice rather passive game tactics in which they heavily depend upon defensive back-spin storkes. However, in order to get better results in top-class sports competition, players should achieve and various attacking capabilities understanding the dynamic principles of ball spinning. In this research, I analyzed how we can practically put the magnus effect into various ball-used sports performances which are roughly divided into the racket sports and ball sports The racket sports include tennis and ping pong; and the ball sports indicate soccer, basketball, and baseball. 1. In the racket sports, offensive-game-pattern players should perform more aggressive top-spin storkes than passive back-spin storkes. 2. In the racket sports, back-spin storkes can be effective at the hard court whose coefficient of friction is under 0.5. For example, when a player hits a ball at under 30 degree hitting angle with proper strength, the ball-bouncing angle becomes under 30 degree. 3. Performing services in the racket sports, right-left-side-spin stokes can be very effective offence because the side-spin ball can easily drive the opponent out of the court and make the opponent hard to return the ball. 4. In the racket sports, any kind of spinning ball becomes a top-spinning ball once after the ball has bounced. If a player understands the ball-spinning dynamics and predicts the ball direction, he can hit the ball easily attacking the opponent effectively. 5. In the ball sports, to disturb the predicting capabilities of the opponents, the change of pace in ball-spinning patterns is required. For example, even if a pitcher can throw a high-speed ball at 160km/h, the pitcher may face hard time in managing a game if the pitcher cannot use spin balls properly in change-of-pace pitching. 6. In the ball sports, in order to effectively attack change-of-pace balls of the opponent, a player must understand the magnus effect and carefully examine the motions of the opponent player. Consequently, we cannot easily decide what kind of spin ball is best. Each players must develop proper types of spin ball according to their performing capabilities and play patterns. With understanding the magnus effect, developing a player's predicting abilities about ball-spinning qualities and ball-moving directions will greatly improve the player's game-managing abilities.
