        기업문화의 연구는 크게 두가지 관점에서의 접근이 있다. 첫째, 비판조직이론의 관점에서 조직의 공동체 회복을 중시하는 접근이다. 둘째, 제로베이스이론의 관점에서의 조직혁신을 시도하는 접근이다. 새로운 기업문화의 창출 및 의식개혁은 미리 준비된 전체적인 조직설계 마스터플랜의 조직전략의 일환으로 체계적으로 추진하는 것이 바람직 하며 또한 서브컬쳐 전략과 연결되어야 한다. 조직의 재결빙과정에서 다시 기능별 관료조직으로 되돌아가는 부정적 효과를 이로서 차단하여야 한다. There are two kinds of approach for the studies of organizational culture. One is the approach that emphasize on the recovery of common community and is based on the Critical Organizational Theory. The other is the approach that aims to try the Organizational Innovation and is based on the Zero Base Theory. It is desirable that the new creation of organizational culture and consciousness revolution must be attempted systematically by way of organizational strategies from masterplan of organizational design and it also have to be connected to subculture strategies. In the process of organizational refreezing the negative effects must be protected from becoming back into the functional bureaucratic organization again through such strategies.

      • 초등학교 체육 수행평가에 대한 비교 분석

        This research focuses on the providing basic foundation needed in search of the proper way to evaluation in physical education for substantiality and normalization of it in the front line of elementary schools through analysing the actual conditions of evaluating them. The researcher have explored the actual conditions of evaluation in physical education of the elementary school based on a survey of which sample covers 382 teachers and 299 students in the elementary schools of Busan city. The questionnaire for this research was made focused on the evaluation of physical education referred to many survey results of Byung-rae Cho, In-kyu Choi, and other previous research results in the literature, and statistically tested through t-test, Chi-square tests, ANOVA, So the result of analysing the questionnaire is the followings: First, The research results are statistically significant by their gender, experience, academic carrier, school size, school year, working area(p<.05). The results showed there were statistical significances in experience, academic carrier, the existence of teachers in charge, working area and came to know that experienced teachers took much more time in their evaluation than unexperienced. Second, these results were statistically significant by academic carrier, the existence of teachers in charge, working area(p<.05). Their results were statistically significant by school size, working area, For utilization of evaluation outputs, 64.2% teachers used them for grasping capabilities of students, which showed there had been freshly much better awareness about the performance evaluation. Third, for evaluation fields on students in physical education, the most preferred field of Students was a game and the results were statistically significant by gender, school year(p<.05).

      • 리엔지니어링 조직혁신과 경영자정보시스템 사이의 상호보완적 효과에 관한 연구

        오늘날 급변하고 불확실한 기업환경에 대처하기 위하여 보다 근원적이고 구조적인 경영혁신이 요청된다고 할 것이다. 따라서 부분적인 경영혁신이 종합적인 경영혁신으로 발전해야 할뿐만 아니라 또한 정보통신기술을 이용한 조직혁신으로 나아갈 필요가 있다. 이 연구에서는 우선 비즈니스 리엔지니어링 조직혁신과 경영자정보시스템이 상호 어떻게 연결되면서 어떠한 상호보완적 효과를 갖는가를 이해하려고 한다. 그리고 이러한 조직혁신과 정보시스템의 바람직한 종합적 결합관계의 틀을 제시하려고 한다. The fundamental and structural Innovations required to cope with the recently drastic and uncertain business environment. Therefore, the Business Innovation have to be made out not partly but totally and the Organizational Innovation applied with information technique must be performed. In this study, I tried to understand the relationship between business Re-Engineering and Executive Information System and its complementary Effects. and I tried to represent the desirable integrative combination between Organizational Innovation and Information System.

      • 기업의 스포츠 스폰서십 목적과 선택기준에 관한 연구 : Focus on A Board Advertisement

        The purpose of this study is to determine the corporations' major objectives and selection criteria professional sport sponsorship and to determine the relationship of these objectives and selection criteria to sponsorship fee, annual sales, product type and geographic market area. The study consisted of a questionnaire that was distributed to 25 major corporations which have participated as a A board advertiser at one of the professional soccer, Daegu FC and Samsung Lions professional baseball team and Dongyang Orions professional basketball team in 2003 game seasons. The questionnaire was judged to be reliable because the scales' Cronbach alpha was computed to be over 0.9. The data analyses consisted of descriptive analyses for the background variables, t-test or one-way ANOVA to determine whether the objectives and selection criteria differ with respect to the four above-mentioned independent variables, and one-way ANOVA to determine whether the selection criteria differ with respect to the objectives. The results indicate that sponsorship fee and geographic market area differ with respect to both the objectives and selection criteria. however, annual sales differ with respect to the objectives only, and product type differ with respect to the selection criteria only lastly, of the 15 objectives, the selection criteria differed with respect to 9 objectives.

      • S기업의 사무프로세스혁신(BPR)에 관한 사례연구 : Centered around the Purchasing Departments

        조직설계와 시스템설계를 상호 긴밀하게 결합하는 방식은 시스템 구축의 통합성과 기업 경쟁력을 향상시키는데 매우 중요한 접근이 될 것이다. 그리고 최근의 ERP 패키지는 스피드경영, BPR, 동시공학의 특징을 내포한 매우 강력한 통합시스템 구축의 해결책으로 등장하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 최근 세계적으로 가장 널리 알려진 SAP/R3를 실제 S기업에 구체적으로 적용하는 과정을 일부 분석해 본 사례연구로서 특히 BOM(Bill of Materials) 분야와 관련되는 구매부서를 중심으로 살펴본 것이다. 이러한 사례연구를 통하여 일반적으로 알려진 BPR이론의 이상적인 측면과 실제적용상의 현실적인 측면 사이의 차이 인식을 통하여 BPR의 적용조건과 한계를 깊이 인식하는 계기가 되었다. 이것은 BPR의 단순한 이론적 모형을 나타낸 것이 아니라 현장에서 그것이 적용되어 가는 실제적 과정을 구체적으로 제시하는데 의의가 있다. 또한 조직설계와 시스템설계는 처음부터 끝까지 동시적인 작업으로서 상호 결합도를 높히는 것이 성공적인 통합시스템 구축의 관건임을 더욱 인식하는 계기가 되었다. It will be very important approach for the improvement of total system integrity and company's competitiveness to closely inter-combine each other between organization design and system design. And the current ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) packages are uprising as strongly potential solutions for establishing total system including such properties as Speed Management, BPR(Business Process Re-Engineering), Concurrent Engineering. This article is an empirical case study that analyses the conclete process applied by SAP/R3 ERP in S Company, which is most well known recently to world. More specifically, it was centered around the purchasing department much related to the BOM(Bill of Materials) field. Through this case study, it was given an opportunity that make feel the applying conditions and limitations of BPR by the gap cognition between the generally known ideal aspects of BPR theories and their actually applicable real aspects. This will be meaningful not because of showing the mere theoretical model of BPR but because of representing the practical process concretely applied in the real field. Besides, it was also given an opportunity that enhancing the combination level between organization design and system design from the beginning to the end through simultaneous working is the very key strategy for successfully establishing the total system.

      • 스포츠윤리에서 사회윤리학적 책임의 주체와 인간중심적 가치의 실천문제

        The sport phenomena are faced with a lot of ethical problems. The problem of personal level in participants as their moral depravation and the one of the collective level in structure are emerging. The ethical issues require the argument on the problem of moral responsibility attribution to a doer. Therefore, this study, after being analyzed by the meaning and limits of individualism and communitarian theory as responsible identities of acts in sport phenomena, is going to be developed in view of communitarian individualism as follows. 1. Communitarian individualism in sport phenomena lays a commuitarian individual before the House. 2. Recognizing in the context of considering an identity connoting ethical problems as being communitarian, this writer regard an identity having the willingness to solve them as communitarian individual. 3. A communitarian individual is recognized as the one having personality, causality, communitarian solidarity, which are necessary factors of responsibility identity in sport phenomena. 4. Participants are considered as ones having role-morality following the roles that they are taking charge of in sport phenomena. 5. The subject of the performance focused on a human being's worth is presented in sport phenomena.

The study of Demography is one of recent new perspectives opposed to traditional organization theories. It has some important particularities. They are admitted as Structural, Diachronic, Objective, and Ecological Approach.

      • 대구 U대회의 마케팅 평가와 시설 활용 방안에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the marketing strategy and facility utilities of 2003 Daegu Universiade. This paper examined the reasons why new Daegu stadium needs to set up the utilizing planning after the Daegu Universiade and to evaluate the marketing strategies for this sports event. The background and current situation were analyzed and future recommendations made. This paper attempted to discuss factors contributing to the circumstances and endeavor to imply possible solutions. The stadium was to build a new 66,140 seats spending 2,925 billion Wons(US $255 million). This includes a minimum of $128 million in local government subsidies. Operate cost after the Daegu Universide is estimated around $2.4 million each year. Unless detailed planning for use after the Daegu Universide, it will be impossible for the stadium to make a profit on operating. The financial condition of the Daegu Universiade will be evaluated in terms of revenue and expenditure view.

      • NCAA 시스템 적용을 통한 한국대학스포츠 구조개선 방안

        The college sports is a final step among academic sports, and it is related closely to college athletic future. In Korea, college sport was founded a basic frame with growing a social interesting. Although Korea college sport have taken an important position in Korea sport, they did not achieve the mission that they are suppose to do such as unsystematical and unreasonal administration. This study was conducted to answer questions related to current problems in Korean College Sports (KCS) and to suggest a problem of reform for KCS based on research of the NCAA. The NCAA in the United States has provided a broad benefit for college athletes and is considered as a culture taking educational function. In conclusion, results from this study indicate that there are many differences between the NCAA and the KCS in related to the aspects of structure and function. There were also existed meaningful difference in cultural and environmental factor. To solve the problems the KCS is facing, this study has suggested developing devices for KCS, they were as following: 1. Organizing a new committee without public or government intervention. 2. Ensuring financial funds. 3. Changing athletic schedules to coincide with the school vacation.

      • 人事選拔方法의 妥當度分析에 관한 調査硏究

        인사선발의 효율성과 공정성을 증진시키기 위한 방편으로서 타당도분석이 미국에선느 약 10년전부터 개발되고 실시되어 왔다. 그러나 우리나라에서는 아직까지 이 방법이 잘 소개되어 있지 않을 뿐만 아니라 이것에 대한 인식조차도 불분명한 상태라고 하겠다. 이 논문에서는 우리나라 대기업체를 대상으로 질문지조사 및 사례연구를 통하여 타당도분석의 실시여부와 적용가능성을 여러 각도에서 검토하여 보고자 한다. The validation analyis has been developed and practiced in order to increase efficiency and equality for personnel selection in U.S,.A about 10 years age. but there are many companies in our country that have not any knowledge about that method and even obscure in their appreciation of its importance. In this paper, I tried to investigate the current situations and possibilities for its application from many viewpoints through questionaire survey and case study.
