        김기림의 <과학적 비평론>연구

        Kim, Ki-Lim's ‘Scientific Criticism' defies philosophical criticism and impressionistic criticism. It analyzes literary facts according to the scientific basis. Kim, Ki-Lim's ‘Scientific Poetics' is a poetics which is composed of poetical facts. It has a theoretical system which is constructed by the help of linguistics, sociology and psychology. It means that Kim Ki-Lim's ‘Scientific Poetics' is a approach to poetry on the aspects of linguistic structure, personal experience and social relatedness. Kim, Ki-Lim accepted theory of I.A. Richards in his ‘Scientific Poetics' on the basis of his reality-oriented literary opinion. When we critically scrutinize Kim, Ki-Lim's ‘Scientific Criticism', we can not help finding his methodological incongruity resulted from his unsuccessful performance to accept factual analysis and value judgement simultaneously. We also find sharpened friction between value and fact. This friction seems to be caused by Kim, Ki-Lim's misjudgement about intimate relationship between literary facts and theoretical perspective. But in spite of such an apparent misconceptions which is included in his theory, Kim, Ki-Lim's ‘Scientific Criticism' has a considerable importance in history of modern Korean criticism. Because It was the first modern criticism which tries to use scientific methodology throughly in understanding literature.

        Deformation Behaviors of Flat Rolled Wire in Twinning‑Induced Plasticity Steel

        The influence of room temperature flat rolling on microstructure, mechanical properties, and shape change in twinninginducedplasticity (TWIP) steel wire has been investigated to understand the deformation behaviors of flat rolled wire inTWIP steel and to apply TWIP steels to flat rolled wire products. Numerical simulation, hardness test, and EBSD techniqueswere used to analyze the distribution of strain, mechanical properties, and microstructure of flat rolled TWIP steel wire. Theshape of flat rolled TWIP steel wire was also evaluated and compared with plain carbon steels having low strain hardeningrate. A very different behavior of hardness, strain, twinning, and KAM value was observed with area of flat rolled wire dueto the different stress state and strain with area of wire. The center area had the maximum twin density, KAM value, effectivestrain, and hardness; whereas free surface area had the minimum values. The hardness inhomogeneity factor (HIF) along thehorizontal direction was much higher in comparison with that of the vertical direction. The maximum HIF value occurredat the specific reduction in height, i.e., 27%. This means HIF value gradually increased and then decreased with reduction inheight, which is inconsistent with the results of plain carbon steel and Cu wire. The lateral spread and width of contact areaof flat rolled TWIP steel wire were lower than those of plain carbon steels, indicating that material properties such as strainhardening exponent are crucial parameters that influence the shape of flat rolled wire products.

        PC12 세포에서 Sertraline을 위시한 항우울제에 의한 칼슘길항 유사효과

        본 실험에서는 PC12 세포를 신경세포 모델로 형광물질인 fura-2 및 bisoxonol을 이용하여 세포내 유리 칼슘이온 농도 및 막전압을 각각 측정하여 화학구조가 서로 다른 몇몇 항우울제가 막전압 의존성 칼슘통로의 활성화 및 ATP를 통한 수용체 의존성 칼슘통로의 활성화에 미치는 영향을 관찰하여 아래와 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) 선택적 serotonin 재흡수 억제제의 하나인 sertraline은 60mM KCI 자극 및 100μM ATP 자극에 의한 [Ca²+]i의 증가를 억제하였으며 이때 IC50 값은 각각 2.5μM과 5.3μM이었다. 2) 막전압 의존성 칼슘통로 및 ATP에 의한 수용체 의존성 칼슘통로의 억제효과는 sertraline을 비롯한 선택적 serotonin 재흡수 억제제나 삼환계 항우울제인 경우 크나, 비전형 항우울제인 trazodone 이나 MAO 억제제인 moclobemide의 경우에는 효과가 미미했다. 3) Sertraline 자체는 농도 의존적으로 지속적인 막전압의 탈분극을 유발하였으며 이에 따라 안정시의 세포내 유리 칼슘이온 농도를 일부 증가시켰다. 4) Sertraline에 의한 칼슘이온 농도 증가효과는 일부 세포내 Ca²+ 저장소로부터 동원이 관여하나 주로 세포막을 통한 칼슘유입에 의해 일어난다. 5) 여러 항우울제 중 sertraline에 의한 탈분극 효과가 가장 컸으며 그 외의 선택적 serotonin 재섭취 억제제, 삼환계 항우울제들은 탈분극 효과가 있었으나 비전형 항우울제인 trazodone은 일부의 효과를 그리로 MAO 억제제인 moclobemide는 막전압에 전혀 영향을 주지 않았다. 6) ATP는 일시적인 탈분극을 유발하였는데 sertraline 전처지로 탈분극 효과가 억제되었으며 이때 IC50는 30μM이었다. 7) ATP에 의한 세포내 칼슘이온 농도의 증가는 nimodipine에 의해 일부만 억제되었으나 sertraline을 함께 투여한 경우에는 그 억제 효과가 훨씬 더 증가하였다. 이상의 실험결과로 미루어 보아 항우울제 중에서 sertraline을 비롯한 선택적 serotonin 재흡수 억제제나 삼환계 항우울제들은 신경세포를 지속적으로 탈분극 시키고 세포내 유리 칼슘농도를 증가시키는 한편 막전압 의존성 칼슘통로와 수용체 의존성 칼슘통로를 차단하여 그 효과가 나타나는 것으로 사료된다. It has been known that antidepressants have calcium antagonist-like action in neuronal tissues. However, their mechanisms are still obscure. For the study of neurochemical mechanism of antidepressants, the authors examined the effects of antidepressants(1-100μM) on the intracellular Ca²+ concentration ([Ca²+]i) and the membrane potential in PC12 cells using fluorescent dyes, fura-2/AM and bisoxonol, respectively. The results were as follows : 1) Sertraline, a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor(SSRI), inhibited the increment of [Ca²+]i induced by high 60 mM KCl and 100μM ATP with an IC50 value of 2.5μM and 5.4μM, respectively. 2) SSRIs(sertraline, paroxetine and fluoxetine) and tricyclic antidepressants(imipramine and amitriptyline) had strong effects on the inhibition of both voltage-dependent Ca²+ channel and receptor-dependent Ca²+channel, whereas atypical antidepressant(trazodone) and MAO inhibitor(moclobemide) had little effects. 3) Sertraline itself depolarized the membrane potential in a sustained manner depending on its own concentration and it also increased the basal level of [Ca²+]i. 4) The increment of [Ca²+]i might be induced partly by the release from the intracellular calcium store, but mostly induced by the calcium transport through membrane. 5) Among those antidepressants tested, sertraline was the most potent one, Other SSRIs(paroxetine and fluoxetine) and tricyclic antidepressants(imipramine and amitriptyline) were moderately potent. Atypical antidepressant(trazodone) had little effects, and MAO inhibitor(moclobemide) had no effect on the depolarization. 6) External application of ATP induced temporary depolarization. This effect was blocked by prior treatment with sertraline with an IC50 value of 30μM. 7) The increment of [Ca²+]i through voltage-dependent Ca²+ channel was almost inhibited by a selective calcium channel blocker(nimodipine). However, the ATP-induced increment of [Ca²+]i was partially inhibited by nimodipine. These inhibitor effects were potentiated by the addition of sertraline. In the light of these results, it is likely that SSRIs and tricyclic antidepressants could show the blocking effects on both voltage-dependent and receptor-dependent calcium channel by depolarizing neuronal cell membrane potential in a sustained manner and by increasing intracellular free calcium level.

        To reduce the errors, in the microdetermination of carbon and hydrogen by the electrical automatic combustion apparatus, measured the errors due to the positions' of sample in the carbon and hydrogen combustion tube. The samples are used Glucose, Acetanilide, Phenacetin and Diazoamino-benzene. Experimented positions of samples were 3cm, 5cm, 7cm, 8cm and 9cm, from the front edge of the long stationary burner. Every samples determined twice and took the averages of measured carbon and hydrogen's values of each samples. In this experiment, it was found that the most suitable position of sample in the carbon and hydrogen combustion tube is 8cm from the long stationary burner.

      • 디버링 작업을 위한 로봇 제어기 개발

        This paper presents the controller of a double parallel robot manipulator applied for deburring work. This is one of the least favored works because of dust, noise, vibration, and accidental injury. A serial robot manipulator has been limitedly applied to light-load deburring work due to the poor stiffness of the manipulator. A double parallel robot manipulator has been developed for a strong rigidity by stacking two parallel mechanisms. It can be applied to heavy-load deburring work with high stiffness. To apply the robot to cut the burrs on a unknown geometric surface, this research will develop an intelligent controller to measure bur track and cut it with a constant cutting force.

        Activated macrophage 국소주사가 육아조직 혈관신생에 미치는 영향

        The authors studies angiognesis of the granulation tissue elecited by thermal burns. Third degree burns were inflicted on the skin of inguinal area of 24 Spargue-Dawley rats, and then activated macrophages were injected into the local burn site as a stimulating factor of angiogenesis. The animals wee sacrified at 1, 4, 7, 14, 21 and 28 days after burn treatment and the granulation tissues of the burn site were excised and observed with light and eletron microscopy. The results are summarized as follows ; In the control group into which activated macrophages were not injected the burn site showed granulation tissue which revealed mild vascular proliferation without active endothelial proliferation was noted at 4days after burns. A proliferation of endothelial cells and pericytes with abundant cytoplasms and well developed intracellular organelles was noted. The newly formed vessels showed ill defined or distorted lumens and surrounded by many activated macrophages and fibroblasts. These featrues were observed continualy until 14days after burns. And then the numbers of Capillaries slightly decreased along with gradual maturity of vessels(21&28 days) With the above results it could be concluded that the locally injected activated macrophages induced active angiogenesis. The activated marcrophages are thought to secrecte a kind of angiogenic factor. And induction of angiogenesis may be helpful to treat the deep skin wound needed abundant granulation tissue. Application of this procedure injecting activated macrophages into burn sites seems favorably feasable in early treatments of burns.

      • 유동층을 이용한 탈황제의 마모특성에 관한 연구

        For the efficient energy use and the protection of environmental pollution, attrition characteristics, depending on the component and the condition of sorbent for the purification of fuel gas, were analyzed by a fluidized-bed tester. Results of these studies can be summarized follows. 1) When Mn-based sorbent(M, MT, MFT) prepared with varying addictives and induration conditions was compared in terms of particle size distribution and AI(Attrition Index), MT and MFT possessing TiO2 and Fe203 had much higher attrition resistance than M. Attrition resistance of M, MT and MFT increased as bentonite contents and induration temperature increased, when bentonite contents induration temperature were changed from 2 to 5% and from 1000 to 1100℃, respectively. Therefore when powdery catalysts are prepared, the attrition rate can be considerably affected by the controls of addictive, binder and induration temperature. 2) Attrition tests using MT1100-5 were performed under the conditions that particle size distribution was uniform and had much more over +270mesh and under -325mesh. AI due to attrition was 8.83, 21.54 and 1.67%, respectively. Thus, initial particle size distribution showed a great influence on both produced fines distribution and attrition loss. Therefore, the size distribution of particles injected initially and the particle size that carried over showed be considered to reduce the loss of particulate materials and the replacement cost due to attrition. 3) An experiment using MT1100-5 sorbent was also carried out to predict AI as a function of time and particle size distribution during 23hr. AI of prepared sorbent was 4.54, 7.73, 9.08, 11.35 and 12.48 after 1.5, 3, 5, 9 and 23hr. respectively. Thus, it was shown that the amount of produced fines during the same time was shorten with the increase of time. The operating condition of dust capturing equipment and the rate of powder exchange needs to be considered because most of the fines due to fluidization of particulate material was generated at initial operation.

        정호승 시의 의미구조 연구

        This article is an attempt to clarify the meaning structure of Jeong, Ho-Seong's Poetry. Jeong, Ho-Seong is a very popular poet nowadays in Korea. Ironically because of that popularity, He seems to be neglected by scholars and critics. But unlike other popularity seeking cheap writers, He wrote lots of good poems in 1970s and 1980s So I think he is a considerably good poest who must be regarded and esteemed properly. As a result of this research, Wethink several new understanding of Jeong, Ho-Seong's Poetry has been procured. First, Jeong, Ho-Seong made his new poetry referring rhythm of Korean traditional poetry. He usually used 4foot rhythm in his early works. It gave his works fluidities and structural stabilitie. Secondly, although He was much concerned about poetical rhythm, he was not seeking after rhetorical completeness. his main concern was writing about people's everyday life. Because of harsh political dictatorship, many innocent people suffered hardships and social situation and mood was very bad. Jeong, Ho-Seong wrote about such matters in his works, but He has never been totally despaired. In spite of such hardships, he always try to see the positive side and keep hope for the future in mind. Thirdly, we presume christian humanism consisted the kernel of his poesy. unlike secular humanism, christian humanism tries to harmonize this earthly world with eternal godly world. His several works dealing with suffering Jesus clearly indicates that he was not seeking transcendental world but god- presiding this world where no more innocent suffering exists. Lastly, through his writings, Jeong, Ho-Seong eagerly tried to seek poetic truth. Poetic truth consists of poetic sensibility and morality, And these two ingridients was fundermental factors by which Jeong, Ho-Seong,s great poems were written.

      • 분말충진방법과 가공정도에 따른 Ag/BSCCO 초전도선재의 특성

        We evaluated the effects of processing variables on interface irregularity. microstructure. and resultant Jc of BSCCC superconductor tape. For the tapes made by PIT technique. the degree of interface irregularity was varied with powder packing methods and forming process variables. It was observed that the degree of interface irregularity of the tape by CIP method was more reduced. compared to that of the tape by ram method. In addition. the degree of interface irregularity was promoted with decreasing the dimension of tape during forming process. As the dimension of wire/tape were changed from diameter of 3.25mm to thickness of 200㎛ during forming process. Jc value was observed to be increased by 10 times. It was likely that the improvenment of Jc was mainly result from the enhanced texturing of 2223 grain. Microstructural investigation showed the degree of texturing was degraded by the existence of both second phases and interface irregularity. If the interface was flat, larger grain size and better texturing near interface were developed compared to those inside superconducting core, The improvements of microstructure near interface may be result of reaction between Ag and superconductor phase.
