최근 기업활동의 자재구매, 제조, 보관 및 운송, 유통/판매까지 포함한 공급체인 전체에 대해 통합관리가 중요한 과제로 부각되고 있다. 현대의 고객들은 제품이나 납기, 품질과 같은 부문에서 높은 서비스를 받고 싶어한다. 이에 따라 오늘 날의 대부분의 기업들은 고도의 기술을 요하는 정보시스템의 도입과, POS, Data Mining 등과 같은 기술들을 이용하고 고객의 요구사항들을 적시, 적소에서 파악하여 고객이 요구하는 상품과 서비스를 공급하기 위하여 최선의 노력을 다하고 있다. 최초의 공급자로부터 소비자까지 상품이 전달되는 과정 중에서 재고와 물류기용은 모든 비용의 대부분을 차지하고 있다. 이에 대한 비용을 줄이려고 하는 것이 공급체인관리(SCM)의 기본적인 목적이라 하겠다. 이에 본 논문에서는 공급체인관리(SCM)에 대한 개념과 배경, 필요성 등을 정리하고 주요 SCM solution에서 제공하는 기능 및 사용된 방법론을 분석하여 이를 바탕으로 주문 접수 시 주문물량의 가능납기를 산정하기 위한 입력데이터, 고려요소, 연산절차 등을 포함한 ATP(Available to Promise) 모델을 제시한다.
Chlorpromazine이 백서 해마에서 전기경련 충격에 의한 MAPK 타이로신 인산화에 미치는 영향

Object : In order to examine the interaction mechanisms of electroconvulsive shock(ECS) and antipsychotic drug at the level of molecular biology, we observed the effect of chlorpromazine pre-treatment on the activation of mitogen activated protein kinase(MAPK) induced by electroconvulsive shock(ECS) in rat hippocampus Method : Male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into 2 groups. To the experimental group chlorpromazine(20㎎/㎏) was given intraperitoneally, and to the control distilled water was given instead. Thirty minutes later, ECS was given and the hippocampus was dissected out 2 minutes thereafter. Immunoblotting with antiphosphotyrosine antibody was carried out, and the signal intensity at 42kDa band was quantitized using densitometer. The obtained result was compared by student t-test between the experimental and the control group. The absolute amount of MAPK was measured by immunoblotting with anti-MAPK antibody. Result : The tyrosine phosphorylation of MAPK reached peak at 2 minutes after ECS. However, in the chlorpromazine pre-treated group, the peak level of MAPK tyrosine phosphorylation was significantly attenuated(t=-3.12, df=14, p=0.008) compared to the control. In contrast to this, the absolute amount of MAPK did not differ between the pretreated and the control group. Conclusion : Chlorpromazine attenuated the tyrosine phosphorylation of MAPK by ECS. This finding seems to be related to the fact that chlorpromazine pre-treatment changed the cfos expression by ECS in rat brain. Antipsychotic drug and ECS might interact at the level of MAPK signal transduction system, and this might explained the observed synergistic effect of two treatment modality.
컷 검출과 카메라 동작 분석을 이용한 MPEG 비디오 분할에 관한 연구

Recently, research on video data segmentation is actively performed for efficient use of the digital video data. In this paper, we are proposing a hierarchical segmentation method that first segments the video data into units of shots by detecting cut and dissolve, and then decides types of camera operations or object movements in each shot. The proposed method classifies each picture group into one of the three detailed categories, Shot(in case of scene change), Move(in case of camera operation or object movement) and Static(in case of almost no change between images), by analysing DC component of I(Intra) frame. Then it detects the accurate shot position, types of camera operations or object movements by searching P(Predicted), B(Bi-directional) frames of the current picture group hierarchically. Also, the statistical distributions of macro block types in P or B frames are used for the accurate detection of cut position, and another neural network with inputs of macro block types and motion vectors together is used to detect types of camera operations. The proposed method can reduce the detection time by searching the frames hierarchically, and we see the experimental results that it can detect cut position, types of camera operations and object movements relatively well.
만성 정신분열병 환자에서 지연성 운동장애와 음성증상 및 인지기능 장애와의 연관성

연구목적: 정신과 전문병원에 입원해 있는 만성정신분열병 환자들을 대상으로 첫째 지연성 운동장애의 유병율과 위험인자들을 조사하고, 둘째 지연성 운동장애와 정신분열병의 음성증상 및 인지기능 장애와의 상관성을 조사하고자 한다. 방법: 연구대상자는 마산동서병원에 입원 중인 환자 중 DSM-IV의 정신분열별 진단기준에 부합하며, 최근 3개월 이상 동일 용량의 항정신병약물 복용한 271명(남자 174명, 여자 97명)의 환자들이었다. 지연성 운동장애에 대한 평가는 Abnormal Involuntary Movement Scale(AIMS)을 이용하였고, DSM-IV와 Sc-hooler와 Kane(1982)의 진단기준 양자에 부합하는 환자들만을 지연성 운동장애군으로 분류하였다, 정신 분열병 정신병리에 대한 평가는 Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS)와 Schedule for the Deficit Syndrome(SDS)을 이용하였고, 인지기능에 대한 평가는 Mini-Mental Status Examination(MMSE)을 이용하였다. 결과: 지연성 운동장애의 유병율은 50.9%이었고, 50세 이상, 남자에서 높았다. 그러나 입원기간과 항정신병 약물의 일일 사용량에 따른 차이는 없었다. 지연성 운동장애의 호발부위는 혀, 상지, 입술과 입 주위의 순이었다. BPRS 총점 및 소항목 척도점수와 SDS 척도점수는 지연성 운동장애의 유무에 따른 차이가 없었다. MMSE 총점 및 소항목 점수도 지연성 운동장애의 유무에 따른 차이가 없었다. 결론: 평균입원기간이 9년 이상인 만성정신분열병 환자들에게서의 지연성 운동장애의 유병율은 50.5%이었고, 연령이 가장 의미있는 위험인자임을 확인했다. 만성정신분열병 환자들이 주 대상인 본 연구에서는 지연성 운동장애와 정신분열병의 음성증상 및 인지기능 장애와의 상관성은 입증하지 못했다. Objectives: The purpose of present study was to determine the prevalence rate of tardive dyskinesia and to search for its risk factors in chronically institutionalized schizophrenic subjects. We also examined the relationship between tardive dyskinesia and both negative symptoms and cognitive impairments in the same subjects. Methods: Subjects were 271 in-patients(174 males, 97 females) at Masan Dongsuh Hospital. They met DSM-IV criteria for schizophrenia and had been taking fixed doses of antipsychotics for at least 3 months. Tardive dyskinesia was assessed by Abnormal Involuntary Movement Scale(AIMS). Cases of tardive dyskinesia were ascertained by the criteria of Schooler and Kane (1982) and DSM-IV. The rating of psychopathology was acquired using Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS) and Schedule for the Deficit Syndrome(SDS) and the assessment of cognitive function using Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE). Results: The prevalence of tardive dyskinesia is 50.9% and the frequency of tardive dyskinesia was high est in male above the age of fifty. But there was no statistically significant relationship between the frequency of tardive dyskinesia and both the length of hospitalization and the daily dose of antipsychotics. The frequency order of abnormal movement in the patients with tardive dyskinesia was as follows : tongue, upper extremities, lips and perioral area. We couldn't find any significant difference in the total and subscale scores of BPRS between the groups with and without tardive dyskinesia. There were no differences in MMSE scores between the groups with and without tardive dyskinesia. Conclusion: This study gave us that the prevalence of tardive dyskinesia was high in chronically institutionalized schizophrenic inpatients and that age was the most significant risk factor of tardive dyskinesia. The relationship between tardive dyskinesia and both negative symptoms and cognitive impairment, however, was not revealed.
단열 측면 벽을 갖는 수직 환형 내의 유체충의 축대칭 열 불안정성

본 연구에서는 측면벽이 단열된 수직 환형 내에 있는 유체충의 축대칭 열불안정성을 조사한다. Galerkin 방법을 이용하여 임계 Rayleigh 수를 계산한다. 가장 불안정한 모드는 수직 방향으로 하나의 구조를 갖고 있으며 불안정이 일어나는 순간은 주로 환형의 폭에 의해 결정된다. 환형의 폭이 증가할수록 임계 Rayleigh 수는 감소한다. 단열 측면벽을 갖는 환형의 임계 Rayleigh 수는 전도 측면벽을 갖는 환형의 것보다 작다. This study investigates axi-symmetric thermal instability of a fluid layer confined in a vertical annulus with insulating lateral walls. The critical Rayleigh number is calculated by using the Galerkin method. The most unstable mode has one-roll structure, in the vertical direction, and the onset of instability is mainly dependent on the gap width of the annulus. As the scaled gap width increases, the critical Rayleigh number decreases. The critical Rayleigh number for an annulus with insulating lateral walls is smaller than that of the annulus with conducting lateral walls.

과채류의 재배에 있어서 접목은 작물의 안정적인 생산과 품질 향상을 위해 없어서는 안되는 기술이다. 그러나 지속적인 숙련 노동력의 감소와 농촌 인구 노령화 등으로 나타나는 노동력 부족 현상은 접목묘의 대량생산 공급에 어려움이 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기계접목에 있어서 접목법이 간단하며 접합부자재가 불필요한 삽접법을 이용하는 기계접목 메카니즘 개발의 기초연구를 수행하였다. 트레이상의 육묘상태에서 자동으로 접목하기 위한 기계접목의 기초연구로써 1본씩 수동 공급하는 반자동 기계삽접의 메카니즘 개발에 관한 연구로서 얻어진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 접합부자재를 사용하지 않고 대부분 과채류에 적용가능한 삽접 기계접목장치의 메카니즘을 구성하였다. 2. 오이를 접수로 하고 신토좌와 흑종을 대목으로 하는 기계접목시험에서 모두 98%의 접목성공율을 나타냈다. 3. 1본 수동 공급에 의한 기계접목 시스템을 10초 정도로 접목 성능은 저조하지만 기계접목 메카니즘의 가능성을 확인하였다. Grafting is an important skill for the stable supply and production of high quality. However, the shortage of skillful labor has become great difficulty for a mass production of grafting-seedling. In this study, a suitable mechanism for a grafting machine was developed. The following summarize the results of this study: 1. An insertion method was selected for mechanism of the grafting machine without bonding agent, clip, pin. This insertion-grafting method can be applicable to general vegetables and a mass production system. In addition to, this method is suitable for developing the grafting mechanism. 2. Growing point was removed while remaining both cotyledons on rootstock. The productivity of this system was five fold greater than the one of an experienced labor. 3. The rootstock processing was placed on left and scion processing unit was placed on right of the system, then processed rootstock and scion graft by rotating 180˚. 4. The efficiency tests on mechanical grafting rate showed 98%.

Composite material is combined with two or more chemical ingredient and different components. FRP has been widely used for the structure of aircraft, ships, automobiles, sporting goods and other machines because of their high specific strength, high specific stiffness and excellent fatigue strength. Recently, the development of machine tool and cutting tool greatly relies on high speed process to satisfy high precision, high efficient machining, shortened process time to maximize material removal rate (MRR) through high cutting speed and feed speed. The research molded CFRP, GFRP as stacking sequence methods of two direction (orientation angle 0° and 0°/90°) hand lay-up, drilled molded plates using cemented carbide drill and examined chip shapes, surface roughness properties.

This paper proposed on the effective cutting conditions of cage motor rotor by turning. If you want introduce automatic manufacturing system into the cutting process of cage motor rotor, the selections of effective cutting conditions are necessary. The cutting process of cage motor rotor requires the precision and the out of roundness of cage motor rotor. The surface roughness of cutting face, it is very important factor with effect on the magnetic flux density of cage motor rotor. The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of cutting conditions. Upon adapting this results, we will improve the production rate in the cutting process of cage motor rotor. As a result, the selection of cutting conditions are important factors to production rate. And these are chosen by the investigations of cutting characters and surface roughness. The experimental result, showed that the increase of cutting speed caused the decrease of cutting force and the high surface integrity. The increase of feed rate and increase of depth of cut caused the increase of cutting force and surface roughness. Thus, the effective cutting conditions of cage motor rotor by turing are cutting speed 291m/min, feed rate 0.10mm/rev, depth of cut 0.05mm.
설비보전관리와 안전정보를 연계한 Web 상에서 지식베이스 진단시스템 구현

To keep enterprise's competitiveness on condition of the automatic manufacturing system such as FA, FMS and CIM, all the maintenance problems should be considered seriously in not only production and maintenance but also related industrial safety. As we analyze in the surveys for the maintenance management of domestic enterprises and the causes of industrial accident, there will be necessity of drawing up countermeasures for prevention of industrial accidents and for ensuring expertise maintenance technologies. Based on these analyses, this study studied the safety information system, maintenance management information system, and the machinery condition diagnosis technique by using of the knowledge-based system under the internet environment. This web based knowledge-based diagnosis system can easily provide not only the knowledge of expert about deterioration phenomenon of industrial robot, but also the knowledge of relating safety and facility on everywhere, everytime, Therefore, when we use this system, it is expected to improve the efficiency of business processes in the production and safety.
