        해양 형 국가에 있어 국토의 개방적 이용에는 항만개발이 요체가 된다. 이 때문에 정부는 부산 가덕도를 중심으로 경제자유구역 및 남, 북 컨테이너부두 개발에 박차를 가 하고 있다. 부산과 진해에 이르는 광대한 경제자유구역에는 기술의 집중과 창조는 물론 대 규모의 사람과 물류의 흐름이 예상된다. 신항 만 은 이들 흐름을 수용할 수 있는 종합항만 으로 개발되어야 한다. 본 연구는 신항만의 남 「컨」 부두 배후지 개발은 종합항만의 성격에 부합하는 기능을 유인하는데 일차적 목적을 두고 있고, 이를 달성키 위한 합리적 토지이용계획을 수립 하는데 이차적 목적이 있다.

      • 머리염색이 인체에 미치는 영향

        일상생활에서 모발염색은 흔히 접할 수 있는 미용의 한 종류로 특히 젊은층을 중심으로 폭발적으로 유행하고 있다. 염색을 위항 사용하는 약제는 표백제와 발색제 등 각종 화학약품이 사용되고 있으나 이로 인한 건강장해에 대한 연구는 그리 많지 않다. 저자들은 염색이 인체의 모발건강에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위하여 염색과 관련된 주관적 증상과 모발의 변화에 대한 실험적 연구를 시행하였다. 동국대학교 경주 캠퍼스 재학생 80명을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하여 염색 유 ·무 및 염색 후에 경험한 증상에 대해 설문 조사하였고, 의과대학 재학생 46명을 대상으로 피부 반응 테스트를 실시하였다. 또한 염색 전후의 모발 탄성도를 측정하였고 모발의 상태를 파악하기 위해 전자 현미경검사를 실시하였다. 설문조사 결과 염색 전에 비하여 염색 후 안구혼탁, 안구건조, 시력저하, 발진 및 접촉성 피부염, 모발손상, 모근손상 등의 증상을 더 많이 경험한다고 호소하였다(p<0.05). 모발손상과 모근손상은 헤어드라이어 사용 빈도에 따라 증가하는 것으로 조사되었다(p<0.05). 피부반응검사에서 가려움증이 가장 많은 증상이었으며 이는 여성보다는 남성에서 높은 것으로 조사되었다. 염색 전후의 모발장력은 염색 전 134.5±10.37g, 염색 128.0±30.69g, 염색 이틀 후 112.5±19.69g으로 나타났다. 염색 전후의 모발의 전자현미경 케라틴 층이 현저히 감소하고 모발이 가늘어지는 차이를 보였다. 염색은 모발손상, 모발 케라틴 손상 및 모근 손상, 발진 및 접촉성 피부반응, 안구혼탁, 안구건조, 시력 저하를 유발한다. 따라서 염색약으로 인한 손상에 대한 주의와 예방이 필요하다고 생각한다. 예방대책으로 염색 전 피부테스트를 통한 적합성 여부를 판단하는 것이 필요하며 가급적 염색을 피하는 것이 좋을 것이다. 염색약에 발암물질이 포함되어있다는 보고도 있어 염색 제조사의 철저한 실험과 염색 물질의 선별이 염색으로 인한 부작용을 최소화하는데 중요한 역할을 할 것이다. Hair coloring has became one of the most popular cosmetic activities to younger generations during last decade. However, there are few studies on the health effect of widespread use of chemical dyes. This study was conducted to study the effects of hair coloring dye on hair and other systems. We conducted a questionnaire survey of 80 persons in Kyongju campus, Dongguk University. We have done open patch skin test on 46 medical students. We also conducted scanning electron microscopy to examine the hair strength and structure before and after hair coloring process. Injury of hair and hair bulb, contact dermatitis, turbid eyes, xerophthalmia, and poor visual acuity were the main symptoms complained after hair coloring (p<0.05). Injury of hair and hair bulb were increased by frequency of hair-dryer use(p<0.05). In open patch test, pruritus was complanined by more than half of the subjects. Mean strength of hairs before and after hair coloring was as follows; 134.5 (SD 10.37)g before hair coloring, 128.0 (SD 30.69)g immediately after hair coloring, and 112.5 (SD 19.69)g after two days. The scanning electron microscopic findings of hair surface before and after hair coloring showed decreased keratin layer and thinning of the hair. Hair coloring induces injury to hair, its keratin layer, and hair bulb as well as contact dermatitis, turbid eyes, xerophthalmia, and poor visual acuity. Therefore, we think that precaution is needed in use of hair coloring dye. To prevent complications induced by hair coloring dye, it is necessary, especially to those with allergy or skin disorders, to perform skin test before action and avoid hair coloring whenever possible. Longterm health effects of hairdye should be studied and manufacturing companies should try to minimize complications induced by hair coloring dye.

        상악 절치부-토크에 의한 치아 이동과 응력 분포에 관한 유한요소법적 연구

        본 연구는 상악 절치부에 active 토크가 가해졌을 경우, 교정력을 직접 받은 치아와 인접 치아의 반응을 알아보고자 상악 치아 및 치조골의 유한요소 모델을 제작하고, stainless steel, NiTi, TMA 세 종류의 각형 호선을 육면체 요소로 모델링하여 유한요소 모델을 완성하였다. 호선이 브라켓에 삽입되었을 때 브라켓에 발생하는 반력과 모멘트를 구하였고, 이것을 유한 요소 모델에 적용하여 각 치아의 변위와 응력 분포를 측정하였다. 브라켓에 발생하는 반력은 근원심 방향과 협설 방향으로의 힘은 0에 가까우며, 중절치, 측절치, 견치의 브라켓 근심측에서는 정출력이 원심측에서는 압하력이 발생하였다. 힘과 모멘트의 크기는 측절치에서 최대였고, 중절치, 견치 순으로 감소하였고, 소구치 부위와 대구치 부위에서는 급격히 감소하였다. 중절치와 측절치는 치관 협측, 원심 경사 이동과 압하를 보였으며, 견치는 치관 설측 원심 경사와 정출을 보였고, 제1소구치는 치관 설측 경사이동을 보였다. .019×.025 SS을 사용하여 상악 절치부에 토크를 부여하는 경우에는 측절치에 과도한 힘이 집중되므로, 임상에서 토크를 조절할 경우에는 NiTi나 TMA 호선을 사용하는 것이 바람직하리라고 생각된다. The purpose of this study was to investifate the stress distribtion in the periodontal tissue and the displacement of teeth when active torque was applied to the maxillary incisors by three-dimen-sional finite element analysis. A three- dimensional finite element model consisted of the maxillary teeth and surrounding periodontal membrane, .022×.028 Roth prescription bracket and stainless steel. NiTi and TMA rectangular ideal arch wires which were modeled by hexahedron elements. Applied active torques were 2, 5 and 10 degrees. The findings of this study showed that the reaction force acting on the bracket was the extrusion force on the mesial side of the incisors and canine and the intrusion force on the distal side of the incisors and canine.The amount of force and moment was greatest at the lateral incisor. When active anterior labial crown torque was applied, labial crown and distal tipping and intrusion of the incisors took place, and lingual crown distal tipping and extrusion of the canin occured. An excessive force was concentrated on the lateral incisor, when the stainless steel wire was used. NiTi or TMA wire os desirable for torque control.

      • 지구단위계획구역의 공동주택 개발 유형 비교 : 만덕지구를 중심

        The District Unit Planning(DUP) system, which was introduced in the revised Urban Planning Law in 2000, is a policy instrument for specific planning in a special area in urban setting. The main purpose of this study is to find better DUP in Man-duk in Busan. Through comparing two plans ; One is planned low buildings in Man-duk, the other is planned high buildings in the same; in Man-duk. To compare these plans, the study suggested to consider the several criteria and landscape-simulations. By comparing two DUP in Man-duk, the second plan was better for residents than the frist. DUP system is concerned with improving the urban spatial quality, but we have recognised that DUP system has some problems. There are many various types in urban area which is needed DUP system. Finally, based on this study, urban areas need the flexible application of DUP for each type and is considered the correlations of area-specific and goal-specific features. 현행 지구 단위계획의 목적은 용도지역제의 의 문제점과 한계 를 극복하고 당해 지역 토지의 효율적 이용과 주민의 안정된 주거환경 도모는 물론 인접지역과 조화를 창출하자는데 있다. 지역이 지구단위계획에 의해서 개발되면, 토지의 입체적 이용, 지구 내 기능의 적정 배분, 도시설계 상 융통성 부여, 그리고 지구 간 조화의 도모 등에 있어 무리와 경직성이 최소화 될 수 있다. 이로부터 토지의 효율적 이용에 의한 난개발 방지, 경관보전, 그리고 지역전체의 안정된 공간구성의 극 대효과를 얻을 수 있다. 최근 들어 많은 지역에서 지구단위계획의 수립이 요구되고 있으며 그 대상과 범위는 상이하다. 그러나 지구단위계획의 운용실태를 살펴보면 차별적 계획목표의 부재와 천편 일률적인 계획요소의 적용으로 많은 문제점 이 나타나고 있다- 따라서 본 연구는 하나의 연구 사례대상 지역을 선정하고 이 지역에 어떤 형태의 주거단지가 개발되는 것이 지역 전체의 조화를 창출할 것인지 를 파악코자 한다. 또한 주어진 대상지의 내적 조건상 어떤 유형의 개발이 효율적 토지이용의 최선인가 를 밝히고자 한다. 이 과정상 바람직한 지구 단위계획의 방향도 모색될 것이다.

      • 노인의 대사성 증후군의 위험 요인에 체구성, 심폐기능 및 근력과의 상관관계

        We investigated the association of body composition, cardiorespiratory fitness and muscle strength to the metabolic syndrome risk factors in elderly persons. 53 elderly persons aged 65-75 years evaluated the metabolic syndrome risk factors(centeral obesity, high blood pressure, HDL-cholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia, hyperglycemia), as defined by the criteria given in the Adult Treatment Panel Ⅲ. In the relation of body composition among the metabolic syndrome risk factors, WC had a positive correlation with weight, BMI, and WHR, and DBP had a negative correlation with WHR,FBG had a positive correlation with weight, BMI, and WHR, and HDL-C had a negative correlation with weight, BMI, and WHR. In the health related physical fitness, WC had a positive correlation with UMS, LMS, and TMS, LMS, and TMS, TG had a negative correlation with VO_(2)max and HDL-C had a positive correlation with VO_(2)max, UMS, LMS, and TMS. This study suggest that the metabolic syndrome risk factors are affected by body composition, cardiorespiratory fitness and muscle strength.

        하악골에 발생한 Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis 환아의 증례보고

        Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis는 Langerhans Cell 의 비정상적인 증식을 특징으로 하는 질환이다. 임상적 양상은 단독 골병소에서부터 여러 장기를 침범하여 치명적인 경우까지 매우 다양하게 나타나며, 나이가 어릴수록, 침범된 장기의 수가 많을수록 예후는 좋지 않다. 악골의 경우는 전체 Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis 환자의 10~20%에서 나타나며, 주로 초기에 이환된다. 본 환아는 만 3세 때 하악골 전반에 걸친 동통으로 본 치과병원에 내원하여 조직학적 검사를 통해 Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis임을 확진 받은후 소아과에 의뢰되어 화학요법에 의해 치료되었다. 재발의 가증성이 있어 현재 주기적 검사중이며, 하악 좌측 제2소구치배의 상실로 인해 향후 교정치료 및 보철치료가 필요하리라 사료된다. 본 증례는 치과병원에서 Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis임을 확진한 후 조기치료를 시행해 주어 양호한 결과를 얻었기에 보고하는 바이다. Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis(LCH) is characterized by proliferation of Langerhans cells. The clinical manifestation varies from solitary bone lesion to multi-system, life threatening disorder. The younger the patient is and the more system is involved, the worse the prognosis is. The jaw is involved 10~20 percent of all LCH and it is involved usually in early stage of LCH. In this case the patient is three years old girl who suffered from pain of whole mandibular body and histological examination confirmed the dignosis LCH. She is referred to pediatrics and managed with combined chemotherapy. Due to the possibility of recurrence, we follow up the girl and she need orthodontic and prosthodontic treatment in the future because of the loss of lower left 2nd premolar. We report this case because early recognized LCH in dental hospital result in good prognosis.

        Candida albicans의 표면 iC3b 수용체 발현 및 혈관 내피세포에 대한 유착

        Background: The adherence of microorganisms to host tissue is an important process in the pathogenesis of fungal infection. A protein that shares antigenic and structural homology with the α-subunit of leukocyte adhesion glycoprotein CD11b/CD18, also known as iC3b receptor, Mo-1 or Mac-1, has been isolated from the surface of C. albicans. Objective: This study was done to observe the changes in the expression of iC3b receptor on C. albicans by glucose or immunosuppressive agents and to elucidate the effect of glucose and anti-iC3b receptor antibodies on adhesion between human dermal microvascular endothelial cells(HDMEC) and C. albicans. Methods: We utilized immunofluorescence study and immunofluorescent flow cytometry and the binding assay of C. albicans to cultured HDMEC in vitro and blocking assay using monoclonal antibody were performed. Results: Immunofluorescence study and immunofluorescent flow cytometric analysis demonstrated surface expression of iC3b receptor on C. albicans The expression of surface iC3b receptor on C. albicans in creased in a dose dependent manner with increasing concentrations of glucose, cyclophosphamide and prednisolone. The adherence of C. albicans to HDMEC correlated positively with glucose levels. The adherence of C. albicans to HDMEC decreased significantly by the treatment with anti-iC3b receptor antibodies. Conclusion: The results suggest that iC3b receptors should be involved in the adherence of C. albicans to vascular endothelial cells and may be involved in the pathogenesis of hematogenous candidiasis.

      • 스포츠에어로빅 선수의 내적 동기와 기분상태와의 관계

        The purpose of tails study was to analyze the relationship between intrinsic motivation end mood bate of sports aerobics athletes, For this study, all student athlete from Koreans middle school to university and non-student athletes are chose as the population. Among them. 167 athletes are contacted as samples to be studied. 17 of them are not reviewed because of untimely response and doubted sincerity of their answers. The author used questions from Ryan's Inner Motive Questionnaire (18 questions, 1980, translated, Edited and standardized by Sung, Chang-Hoon, 1996) and MccNair, Lorr, & Droppleman Profile of Mood States (POMS) Questionnaire (40 Questions, 1971, translated) to analyze the sample with statistical calculations including mean, standard deviation, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, one-way ANOVA, independent sample t-test, correlation and multiple regression analysis for the study. The study conclusions from this study summarized as follow: First, there were differences in sports aerobics athletes intrinsic motivation and mood states depending on their characteristics such as sex and Educational back ground, Second, intrinsic motivation of sports aerobics athletes affect the mood states, That is, intrinsic motivation and mood states showed correlations and cause-effect relationship, All these results mean that there are very close relationships among intrinsic motivation and mood states and different intrinsic motivation may cause different mood states level.

        GT rotary file을 이용한 만곡 근관형성시 작업 효율 및 file 변형 발생에 관한 연구

        Root canal preparation process is of utmost importance in successful treatment of root canal. Also, one of the most important purpose of the root canal preparation is to enlarge the root canal three dimensionally without changing the curvature of the root canal. However, as the curvature of the root canal increases, there are many difficulties involved in formation of optimum root canal. Therefore, in order to solve the above mentioned problems, new developments in methods of root canal preparation and equipments for such purposes were made. Recently, vigorous studies about newly introduced engine-driven nitckel-ti-tanium rotary file are conducted. As shown in research results to dates, it is well established that the use of nickel-titanium file is better suited for curved root canal than stainless steel file in maintaining the curvature of root canal and reducing the deformation of root canal. However, it is also acknowledged that there are a few discrepancies in research results according to protocol, due to failure to remove variables in experiments. In addition, although it is recommended by the manufacturer that the GT rotary file should maintain a low rotational speed of 150∼350rpm and 'light pressure' as light as not to break the lead of a pencil, academic studies about the vertical force which is not yet standardized are not sufficiently explored. Therefore, this research devised and utilized a special research equipment to standardize the appropriate range of vertical force for GT rotary file through experiments by breaking of the lead of a pencil as expressed by the manufacturer and to accurately measure factors involved through repeating and recreating the environment of root canal preparation. Forming nine experimental groups by varying the vertical forces (150g, 220g, 300g) and rpm (150rpm, 250rpm, 350rpm), the effects of changing vertical forces and rpm on working efficiency were measured in terms of time expended in root canal preparation by crown-down method using a transparent resin block with 35 degree curvature and GT rotary file (z-test). The following research using this special research equipment that involved nine experimental groups and varying the vertical force for root canal preparation from 300g which is within the normal vertical force range to 700g and 1000g which fall outside the normal rpm range. The results were as follows : 1.Analysis of the experiment results revealed that the tome spent in root canal preparation decreased as the vertical forces and rpm increased (p<0.05). Also, the effects of rpm were greater than those of the vertical forces within the normal vertical force range (β-weight test) . 2.Observation of the deformation of GT rotary file revealed that deformation increases in a direct correlation with the vertical force increase and in a reverse correlation with the rpm decrease, In the case of the vertical forces close to the normal range, the probability of GT rotary file deformation were quite different depending on the rpm changes. In the case of◎eater tier◎cal forces, the occurrences of deformation of the file were more frequent regardless of the rpm changes. 3.Deformation and breakage of file were also commonly observed in the expended time measurement experiments and GT rotary file deformation experiments in which low speed rpm (150rpm) was used and at the curved portion of the resin block.
